Episode 1: Part 1: Prologue
Everything was so livid in her vision. Walking bare naked on the cold metal floor, making her way to the elevator. A pool of blood was dripping in her hand, cold blue eyes looking straight forward, ragged breathing coming out of her mouth, and her body was limping like it has been moving for a while.
The girl had the appearance of an eighteen-year-old who just reached puberty. She had yellow short blonde hair, bluish-tone eyes, fair white skin stained with blood, and d-cup size breast, and red luscious lips.
As she reached the elevator, she noticed a fingerprint scan on the side. She brought up a torn hand of an employee and placed it in the scan. The machine beeped with color green, indicating access is granted and the elevator door opened. She dropped the hand and entered the elevator. As the elevator lifted her up, she recalled everything that had happened earlier.
*Earlier*
Inside the facility, the humans were developing a bio-weapon out from an unknown organism they found weeks ago. They have conducted many experiments on it, tortured it, and researched it. The creature has suffered a lot until that fateful evening.
A worker accidentally left the room without placing the organism to hibernation. With the creature's high intelligence, it was able to escape from its chamber and made it's way to the vents. The creature has caused a rampage in the facility, rampaging and devouring every worker within. The more it devours, the more it grew bigger and evolve with new abilities.
The creature roamed around the facility until it stumbles upon a chamber with a naked, blonde teenage girl chained inside. Her life was slipping in seconds and the last thing she saw before embracing death was the creature in front of her. Using the opportunity, the creature envelope itself to the dead girl and uses her as its vessel. The girl's body started to rise and slowly move every inch of its body.
The girl examined her body and looked at her hand. She was able to morph her fingers into razor-sharp claws. She gasped a little and inspect the claws. They were very sharp that they could rip something into shreds with one slash. She stood up and try to steady herself as she limped from her body. She made her way to the hallway, finding a way out of the facility.
*Present*
The elevator came to a halt and the door opened. As she exit from the elevator, she felt the cold air hitting her bare skin for the first time and she shivered. She slowly walked her way to the city of Vale. She walked around the streets, bare naked and limping like a zombie. It was night time and there were barely people around the streets.
The girl continues to walk until she bumped into another woman. She was wearing a brown coat, with a black shirt inside, and blue jeans. She had a blonde ponytail and golden earrings. The woman glared at her with disgust and scoffed, not wanting to waste her time with some weirdo. The creature inside the girl was able to take a good look at the woman. With interest in her mind, she grinned and decided to follow the woman.
*Meanwhile*
Roman Torchwick and four of his henchmen head down an alley from the shadows. They stop behind Roman, who reignites his cigar without touching it and grins before walking down the road, frightening nearby citizens as they make their way towards the shop called 'From Dust Till Dawn'.
Roman and his henchmen enter the shop and look around and at the Dust crystals in the display when Roman approaches the elderly shopkeeper. "Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a Dust shop open this late?" Roman said with a flick of the cigar. One of the henchmen points his gun at the shopkeeper.
"P-please! Just take my Lien and leave!" The keeper exclaimed with panic.
"Shhh, calm down, we're not here for your money," Roman said and looked at his henchmen. "Grab the Dust,"
A henchman opens a case and removes one of several cylinders, which the group uses to take Dust from the tube containers on the walls. " Crystals. Burn. Uncut," One of the henchman mumbled as he placed another open case on the display to the shopkeeper.
The shopkeeper proceeds to fill the case. As another henchman goes for another tube, he hears the muted This Will Be the Day song from the girl's direction, and unsheathes his sword. The young girl was wearing a hooded red cloak in the corner of the shop, reading a weapons magazine. "Alright kid, put your hands where I can see 'em," The henchman commanded and pointed his sword at the girl but she gave him no response. "Hey, I said hands in the air! You got a death wish or something!?"
He goes over to her and turns her around, the hood dropping to reveal a surprised Ruby Rose wearing headphones. He motions for her to lower them and she did so. "Yes?" Ruby asked.
"I said, put your hands in the air, now!" The henchman demanded.
"Are you... robbing me?" Ruby asked again.
"Yes!" The henchman replied with frustration.
Ruby only gave him an "Ooohhh..." reply. Roman is waiting for his men to finish the heist when a "Hey!" and "Hyah!" are heard, and the threatening henchman flies past him. Roman calmly motions for another to handle Ruby.
A henchman raise his gun toward Ruby and yelled. "Freeze," Until he was caught, crashing to the window. The other men look outside as Ruby gets up and unfolds Crescent Rose into its scythe form. Roman scowls, but Ruby smiles back at them before twirling the weapon around, striking it into the ground and turning off her headphones.
"Okayyy...Get her!" Roman ordered his men. The henchmen head out of the shop and run at Ruby, who spins around on top of her scythe and kicks the first approaching criminal in the face. She gets Crescent Rose out of the ground and fires it off to hit another one with the butt of her weapon, sending him flying.
She fires again and brings the side down on one attacker and dodges the next's gunfire with her rifle's speed, getting close enough to knock him into the air and follow him upwards so she can beat him away to Roman's feet. "You were worth every cent. Truly, you were." Roman said as he dropped the cigar and crushing it with his cane as approaching police sirens are heard.
"Well, Red, I think we can all say it's been an eventful evening, and as much as I'd love to stick around...I'm afraid this is where we part ways," Roman said as he raises his cane and opens the bottom to reveal a rifle with a cross grid. He unleashes a red blast at Ruby, who fires at the ground and leaps over it. When she lands and looks up, Roman isn't there and is climbing up a ladder on a nearby building.
"You okay if I go after him?" Ruby asked the shopkeeper. He gave a short "Uh-huh", and Ruby sets off. Roman makes it to the roof, with Ruby high-flying again and landing right behind him. "Hey!"
"Persistent..." Roman said when he stopped at the edge. Ruby readies to fight him, but a getaway Bullhead rises up and opens the hatch to allow Roman inside. He turns around and holds a red Dust gem. "End of the line, Red," He throws it out at her feet and fires at her, resulting in a large explosion. He starts to laugh evilly until he stops when he sees something on the roof.
A woman in a purple cape is now in front of Ruby, casting a circle of protection over them with her wand. As Ruby looks on, Glynda Goodwitch waves her weapon and summons several streaks of purple at the craft. Roman is thrown around in the back until he goes to the cockpit, where a woman in red, her face unseen, is struggling with the controls.
"We got Huntress!" Roman exclaimed. The woman gets up and heads toward the back as Roman takes the controls. Glynda glows purple for a moment and aims another blast above the craft, resulting in a dark storm-cloud right over the jet. "The hell...?" With a flick of her wand, large jagged hail starts falling that pummels the jet and even breaks through the window, narrowly missing Roman's head.
The woman reaches the back and her arms and chest light up like fire, aiming a burst of energy at Glynda. The Huntress blocks it, but the flame splatters behind her and glows hot with the enemy's raised hand. Glynda back-flips out of the explosion, which destroys part of the roof, and magically gathers the shards to create a large arrow, which she throws at the craft.
The fiery woman shatters the arrow with several blasts, but it reforms just in time to hit the side of the jet due to Roman's quick aerial lean. The wreckage separates and reshapes into more arrows that encircle the jet, but the woman summons several glowing rings around herself that expand and destroy the shards.
Ruby, finally acting, reverts her scythe into its rifle form to fire at the woman, who blocks each shot and creates several blazing circles around her two opponents. Glynda telekinetically pushes Ruby and rolls herself out of the explosion's radius; looking up to see the hatch close and the craft fly away.
Then Ruby turns to Glinda with an awe-struck face. "You're a Huntress! Can I have your autograph?!"
*Meanwhile*
The creature was able to drag the woman along with her in the alleyway and transfer itself to her body. When the procedure was done, the creature examines its new body and looked at the corpse of the teenage girl in front of it. The creature decided to devour the body to regain some memories or whatever it could provide. She wiped a few spills of blood in her mouth and start to exit the alleyway.
The creature was able to identify the woman's identification as it looked on her purse. It turns out that the body belongs to 'Gwen Stacy', daughter of the high commander, George Stacy. With new info, the creature decides to use Gwen to be it's the new vessel to the outside world and will use her identity no matter what.
Gwen was walking her way to an apartment until she bumped on someone. She looked at a man who was at the age of 30s with a smug look in his face. "Hey miss, watch were you heading next time," He said.
Gwen looked blankly at the man before saying "apologies," and turns around to continues to walk but stopped when she felt a hand grabbing her shoulder. She turned to see the same man with his disgusting grin plastered in his face.
"Say...you're the high commander's daughter. If you are not busy, maybe I can show you some good time?" The man asked. Looking at the feature of the man, The creature inside Gwen felt disgusted at his expression but hunger for flesh was growing on her.
Gwen gave the man her cutest smile that could make drive all men nuts. "I'm actually on my way back to my apartment and I'm feeling rather lonely tonight. I don't mind having your company around, " She said with a flirty expression.
"Well then, lead the way," The man said. They both entered the apartment and uses to stairs instead of the elevator. They finally reach Gwen's room that is number 42. Gwen grabbed the keys in her room and unlocked the door. They entered the room and set aside her purse to the bed. The man stood next to the bed and he still wears the same grin from before. "So...ready to 'get to it',"
Gwen looked at the man with a devilish smile and approach the man with him not knowing it will be the last night of his life.
End of Part 1
Note: After finishing the game of 'Carrion', I decided to this story as the ending of the game really interests me. There will be more things to be said about my own version of 'Gwen Stacy'.
