With Shego in the car.

Shego had swapped the hover car for something more discreet one of an old team Go escape pods. Shego had stollen the pod and sent herself to Go city as she finally fell asleep letting her body give in to the exhaustion and it was peaceful. However the journey wasn't all going to be happy traveling since, the pods engine had suffered minor damage and this was causing the pod's engine to overheat. This caused the engine to explode and Shego was sent crashing into Go city woods. When the pod was found it was found by team Go, team Go was wondering who was in this since they had all of team Go's pods back at base. Mego opened the pod and staggered back seeing a sleeping Shego. Hego seeing the reaction on Mego's face said, "Who is it?"

The team were preparing to fight whoever this was but Mego said gaining some composure, "This doesn't look good, it's Shego."

Hego said, "What do you mean it's Shego?"

"We need dad now she's in really bad shape her glow is not even there." (This references to Shego always glowing green when her brothers are around because she never got on with any of them.)

Hego picked his sister and said to one of the Wego twins, "Call our farther he's the only one who wont arrest her and can fix her."

Valentino said, "I'm on it."

As team Go made there way to the general hospital Valentino said, "Dad we need you and Mum down at city hospital… it's about Shego she's not in good state. She looks to be badly burnt and she's sleeping which isn't like her."

Mr. Go said, "Son me and your mother will be there in 15 minutes."

"Ok we'll meet you there."

Eventually team Go made it to the hospital where their mother, farther and several doctors were waiting. The doctors quickly rushed Shego into the Go ward. Hours later and the doctor came to talk to Mr. and Mrs. Go the doctor said, "Mr. and Mrs. Go your daughter the good news is she'll make a full recovery."

Mrs. Go said, "What's the bad news."

"Well whatever she was exposed to in what we hope is a volcano since those are lava burns, has altered her memories she won't remember that she's a villain."

"So what do we do? Is this permeant?"

"From what we can tell her brain has locked away all of the darkness she won't be the same and only time will tell if she will remember her past. For now don't treat her any differently since it could trigger more pain… we need to let her experience things in her own time."

"Ok. Thanks doctor."

Days later and Shego woke up however she wasn't the same and it took some time and a lot of help from her best friend Monique and her family. Her brothers never told her about what they did as team Go because it was to much stress for her. She was happy as a high school teacher. So when one day her dad came to her with a proposition to help an old friend, she took it. That's how she got to the island with Monique… she never knew of her past but that never bothered her.

I hope you like the disaster I know it's a bit all over the place but I'm taking sections from Kigo baking those chapters are the past, Kim's Strange Dream, The hospital, Drakken's point of view, an old friend and Shego's families and their memories of the event. Please read Kigo baking it will make sense why I wrote this and it is so very different.
