Hey guys! So sorry for the late upload! But thank you for the reviews! I love you guys! I'm gonna try and finish this up soon so that it can be complete! Thanks for sticking with me!

After a very awkward morning at Oliver's, Felicity was in the lobby of her apartment complex. Hope had already started up the stairs, while Felicity checked the mail.

"Felicity"

Her body tensed as she heard the familiar voice say her name; she turned around

"What are you doing here?" she hissed at him

He stared at her cheek, even though she had caked on makeup, the purple of the bruise could still be seen.

"I'm sorry"

"Apology not accepted, now leave" Felicity turned away from him and started walking towards the stairs

"You didn't come home last night, where were you?"

She whipped around to face him

"How do you know that I wasn't home?"

"I came by to apologize last night, but you weren't here…. Where were you?" he was irritated, his tone of voice, his body language and especially his face.

She thought back to the events that took place the previous night, the kiss that was so amazing, how protective and angry Oliver got over what happened. She looked back at Kyle, he had gotten closer, "It's none of your business, go away" she turned away and he gripped her arm like he had done the night before. "Felicity, you can't walk away" he growled, "Oh really? Watch me" She pulled away and Kyle grabbed her by the waist, she struggled against him but stopped when he placed a rag over her mouth and nose; everything went black.

Oliver was smiling, something he rarely did and now he couldn't seem to stop. He got off his bike and walked into the foundry, he turned on the computers; he had to find this Kyle guy, he wouldn't kill him but he would teach him a lesson.

He searched for over an hour but couldn't find any more than his Facebook account. Oliver sighed and gave up; he would just have to convince Felicity to find him. His phone rang, pulling it out of his pocket and answering it "Fel- Hope? What's wrong?" Why was Hope calling? Why was she crying? "M-Mo-Mommy's gone" Oliver's heart was racing, adrenaline pumping through him "Where are you?" "Ho-me by the mail-box" Her sweet little voice was broken and racked with sobs. Switching to his ear piece he said "Okay I'm coming to get you stay on the phone with me alright?" "Al-alright" she choked out, trying to calm herself down.

He burst through the doors to see the little girl crumpled on the first step, silently crying. When she saw him she ran to him, reaching out her small arms. He picked her up and she wailed into his shoulder. Oliver held her close, he saw Felicity's purse which had its contents scatter across the floor. Hopes cries died down "Hope?" she leaned back so she could see him

"I need you to tell me what happened" He said as gently as he could "Momma checked the mail and I unlocked the door"

It would make sense that Felicity would let Hope go ahead; they only lived on the first floor.

"When Mommy didn't come, I went back to the stairs, she was talking to Kyle, he was being mean and put something on Mommy's face it made her sleep. I tried to get him away but he pushed me and took Mommy away."

Her last few words were spent laying her head back onto his shoulder. So Kyle is behind this, but why wouldn't he take Hope also? Oliver had assumed Hope was Kyle's daughter, maybe he was wrong.

"You want to ride on a motorcycle?" He asked, she leaned back and her face lit up.

It was the first time he had ever wished for a safe four door vehicle; he glanced at the child sitting between his legs. Her tiny legs tighten around the bike and her hands gripped the loose material of his pants. He hadn't gone over 20mph and he took as many side streets as he could, fear of her falling off, but regardless of how scared he was the little girl was having a blast. Hope's head was mostly coved by the motorcycle helmet that Oliver usually wore, however, the visor was up, which let her smile up at him and let him hear her squeal every time they turned. He had already called Diggle and told him to find out where Kyle might take Felicity while he took her mini-me back to the mansion.

Parking the bike right in front and getting them both off, Oliver brought Hope in to a waiting Thea "Oliver what was the emergency favor?" Her eyes landed on Hope

"What's with the ki- No no no no I'm not baby-sitting, I'm horrible with kids!" "Thea" He pleaded with his eyes "Fine, but there better be a good reason." He knelt down to Hopes eye level, "I need to go now, but this is Thea, she's going to stay with you until I get back" Hopes face was worried as she looked at Thea then back at Oliver "Are you going to get Mommy?" "Yes"

Oliver stood back up and looked at Thea "Thanks, I'll explain later" he turned to run out the door but a small voice called out to him "Wait" he turned around to see the curly haired girl running toward him, she reached out her arms when she got to him and he picked her up. She took his face between her small hands and kissed his cheek "For good luck" she smiled He kissed the top of her head "to you the same" he said and set her down "Don't eat anything Thea cooks!" he ran out the door.
