2020 UPDATE/PLACEHOLDER

Hi everyone, apologies for the total lack of activity over the last 6 months. Like with almost all of us, COVID-19 has been pretty challenging for my family and I, so I've used what little free time I had to enjoy the FFVII Remake and work on various side-projects.

I'll soon get back onto my unofficial novelisation of the original FFVII Compilation, but I wanted to take an opportunity to bring to your attention some other content you might like. I've just released a trailer for my latest book, Norse Myths That Inspired Final Fantasy VII, which is exactly what it says on the tin: an exploration of all the Viking legends that served to influence our beloved game(s). The book itself will be available from 13th October, and you can learn more about it or read some preview chapters on my P_atreon account (/mjgallagher) or from Twitter (FFVIINovels).

Additionally, I have produced a lengthy video series detailing all the Compilation lore and Easter Eggs in the FFVII Remake. The episodes are free to watch on KupoCon's P_atreon account (/KupoCon), so please do check them out. There's hours of content there.

And don't forget, as well as this novelisation series, I also have standalone novels The Nibelheim Incident (author, FFVII) and SeeD: The Beginning (co-author, FFVIII). These are also free to download from my P_atreon account, as are the eBook editions of my FFVII novelisation volumes. The Nibelheim Incident is currently being released as a free audio series via KupoCon's P_atreon, read by Final Fantasy XV's Liam Mulvey.

As always, thank you to everyone for your support in helping keep this dream alive.
