"You know. When I visit this world, what I want to see is an awesome fight between superheroes and villains. Not mindless murder."

Iida jolted and saw Stain's sword halted in the air, an inch away from his jugular when a voice echoed from the mouth of the alleyway. The class president moved his head with great difficulty—dangit. What kind of Quirk is this? To be able to immobilize my body without using any tools whatsoever—trying to see whoever it was that disturbed their (one-sided) fight (and unceremoniously saved Iida's life as well, even if it only worked for a few more minutes). It was a boy. With Caucasia complexion and messy brown hair, held sloppily by a black headband. He wore a jacket with the same color over his red t-shirt, black-yellow belt looped around his right shoulder and left waist. Those stark white shoes were blinding the dark path of the back alley, it almost felt like it illuminated the dark color of his ankle-pants as well. And clasped between his callous palm was a sword. Or a cutlass, judging from the shape of the blade, bearing an intimidating skull on its handle. One look at this new kid and it was clear…

That this boy is over his head!

Provoking Stain like that, is he trying to kill himself?

(Not until much, much later, Iida will realize he was basically calling pot kettle black).

"You…," the Hero killer's squinted eyes squinted even more. Recognition seemed to reflect within those murderous orbs as he took his katana away from Iida's back (in which he unconsciously let out a sigh of relief at that), "aren't you that famous young vigilante? Captain Zak, was it?"

Vigilante? This teen, who seems to be younger than Iida, was actually a vigilante? A famous one at that too, if Stain himself knew about him? Really?

"Oh, did they finally recognize my ability?" Zak laughed, hefting his sword on to his shoulder. A personification of someone without a care in the world. Relaxed and no guard up, "captain Zak, huh? A bit too original, especially when my crew called me that already. Maybe I should leave a couple of cool nicknames in the police station after I drop you there."

Stain growled. The hatred he showed toward Native before came back full force, "I knew it. You're a fake hero as well."

"But didn't you say I'm a vigilante?" Zak tilted his head, pouting. Still treating everything as a joke because you just don't have banter with a serial murderer, oh God!

"Same difference. You started your career in the hope of attracting other people's attention. Fame and riches. Vigilante or not, you're nothing but a fake," the older man pointed his gleaming katana toward the younger boy, voice hissing, "I'm gonna kill you. To create a pure, unadulterated world without any dirty pest. Any last word?"

"Hmm…" Zak absentmindedly tapped his sword, mouth puckered up in faux confusion. His weapon finally came down, a playful smile adorned his countenance as he jested, "think fast."

And fast he was, when Zak suddenly appeared in front of Stain, left hand wrapped in lava and cutlass in swaying fire. He actually managed to caught Stain off guard as the red scarf wearer hastily ducked, rolled back, then parried his attack with his own blade.

From that on, the fight went on like a flash of a camera.

Left, right, up and down, Iida eyes couldn't keep up. The only thing he knew was the fact of how their blade sparked every time it met (or was it? It may be his imagination but Iida saw Zak's cutlass turned to an axe, a shield, or a long staff between its strike. There was no way, right? As sophisticated as support equipment was, it cannot change its form more than once. Even Mei's invention could only contain two different modes, maximum. For now. Anyway). Whenever Zak's weapon move, it emitted a colorful light that painted the dreary night into its man-made rainbow; red, teal, yellow, purple, blue, and grey. Weirder yet, it left some…elemental residue, for the lack of better word. When the light was red, fire wreathed viciously. When it was teal, icicle ready to pierce. When it was yellow, rocky terrain was created in an instant. When it was purple, electricity zapped the air. When it was blue, water drenched everything. And when it was grey, smoke hindered their sight. Pretty sure Iida saw Zak went intangible as well, causing Stain's katana to pass right through his body without harm.

It was shocking to see, that Iida almost didn't realize he could move his body once again. Zak, someone underage, younger than even a first year of UA school, could face the vicious killer on the same ground. Not to mention, he seemed to have more than two quirks, period? How could it be? How could a human have that kind of ability?

When the only creature he knew that had more than two superpowers is a Nom—

Stain suddenly flopped to the ground. Still and unmoving.

Iida's jaw dropped.

"Wew. Didn't think it would work on the first try. Don't you worry. I'll give your soul back when the authority come to arrest you," Zak straightened up. He noted how the vigilante's left hand was now encased in silver armor. While his weapon didn't resemble a cutlass anymore, but a hammer in the shape of a green star; even his t-shirt change color too. His greyish blue orb, one that wasn't covered by his headband, looked over the prone body of Hero's killer. It moved to the air above him, then back to the down villain. A soft hum escaped from his closed lips, a wicked grin was plastered as his available palm rummaged through his pants pocket, "you won't mind if I draw a mustache on your face, right? Who am I kidding. Even if you refuse, I'll still do it. You can't stop me anyway~"

(When Izuku and Shoto came to help a little bit later, they could only blink in disbelief when they saw Stain, unconscious, was tied up from head to toe. With a face full of childish doodles and an obnoxious signature drawn over his wide forehead)

(It read 'Zak, the conqueror of the Seven Seas')
