Naruto didn't have an apartment. He had no idea why Shisui told Tsunade that he did. He would go back and stay in the shack. The same shack where, over 4 years ago, Naruto met the eventual love of his life. 'Awww, Naruto that's adorable,' Kurama fake swooned as the boy grew a tick mark. 'Gr you damn-" he sighed. He didn't really feel like fighting right now. He was pretty excited. He and Jiraiya were going to train for the whole month. In actuality, the two were looking for something. A long forgotten Uzumaki clan secret: The Adamantine Sealing chains.

Not much was known about the chains, but anything would be found off the coast of the land of tea. The had only just over 3 weeks to search for anything about the chains. Naruto could fly them there by transforming into some sort of bird, but that was the easy part. The two travelers, however, had a lead on what to search for.

Many of Naruto's friends were there to see him off. Itachi had even dragged Sasuke along. He gave Hinata a long hug before leaving. She would miss him the most. With a broken leg, it was hard to walk around the village. It was hard to do anything, for that matter. She would be spending a lot of time with Kurenai and possibly Shisui or Lee, who offered to help her around town when they were home, "Good luck Naruto! Train hard," she shouted with a fist pump towards the boy. He turned and waved in response.

"Bye kehiban! See you all soon! Goodbye!"

~1 day later~

Shisui and Itachi were on a recon mission in the hidden rain village. They heard talks of a highly secretive terrorist organization stationed there, and were to monitor any and all movements out of the village. Although it sounds very important, there was hardly any movement in or out of the village. Usually only one group of shinobi would leave every 6 or 7 hours. They had been there for 2 days and would have to stay for 1 more. The two had been bored for a while and Itachi, very uncharacteristically, was asking Shisui something about his life.

"Shisui," the man looked at Itachi, "how do you and Zabuza know each other?"

~flashback~
~two months after the coup~

(The flashback is a first person account from Shisui's POV).

I was getting close to my destination. The trees and mist did not combine for great travel. I land softly on the slippery railing overlooking Kirigakure. "Leaf anbu, are you here to kill me?" A voice mutters from my left. I sit down on the railing, legs dangling, taking off my mask to reveal the Sharingan, "I'm here to help. I despise mistreatment of a villages own people more than killing my own clan."

"So the rumors are true then."

"Zabuza-san, who is this boy?"

"An ally."

Zabuza briefed Me on his plan. I looked hesitantly at the man. He didn't really give a plan, per se. He mostly just said, "We will kill them all quickly and silently."

"Zabuza-san," I spoke up, "that isn't going to work. There are three of us."

"All that matters is skill," Zabuza said as he began walking.

"Zabuza stop! Skill matters to a certain extent. They'll be expecting you. Don't you think they would have increased their defenses since your last coup?" The man stopped.

"So what do you suggest?" This time the girl spoke up.

"We need to wait. We'll be able to strike when the time is right. We need more manpower somehow," Zabuza laughed at me.

"Don't you think we know that, kid? We would need money to do that."

"I think I have an idea," he paused, "an idea that accomplishes both goals." The two looked at him expectantly, "What about a heist? It would both give us money to fund a coup, and it would also severely weaken the mist."

The two others looked at each other and shrugged. It was a lot smarter than their original plan. They could stone two birds at once. "Alright Uchiha, we'll lead the way." The two adorned long, brown cloaks. I grabbed one and did the same, deactivating my mangekyō.

"Call me Shisui."

On the way I had another idea. Since the bank utilized an ID system, we would steal identification from some of the more affluent people who supported the bloody mist. After all, we weren't trying to rob the poor of their money, we simply wanted to hurt the ones who ruled in corruption, specifically Yagura the Mizukage.

"So then where'd you go?" Itachi asked.

"Just hold on I'm getting there."

We waited until nightfall when the nobles of the city would be out partying. Because everyone there was of luxury status, being in a rooftop club really highlighted who was affluent, we were able to snag almost all of there wallets while walking around the dance floor. We moved quickly, and got out before people began to notice their missing wallets. Apparently, some suspicion arose, however, as one of the nobles guards had be keeping an eye on us. I noticed soon after leaving and decided to not go straight to the bank. We had to think fast. We needed to go somewhere that wouldn't raise suspicion, or we had to dispose of our new guest.

We decided on the latter, since we couldn't have gone many places to lose suspicion. If we went to another club, the guard following us might've told another guard and so on. If we were noticed as people who didn't usually attend the club, then we might be called out as well. It was best to head to the forest and take care of the man. Zabuza and Haku stood next to me. They too were thinking of a plan. I leapt from the club to another roof, urging the two to follow.

We reached the outer limits and stopped. The man was still tailing us, however, staying hidden. "Show yourself," I shouted, "I know you're following us."

The woman leapt down from the branch. She was a small person, but I know better than to underestimate a foe based on size. She spoke loud, her voice was high, "Traitor of the hidden mist, Zabuza Momochi, and clan killer Shisui working together. How cute," I knew better than anyone she was just trying to get a rise out of us, but that didn't help my blood from boiling.

"I am no trai-"

"Zabuza-kun," I interrupted, "there's no use preaching to her. She won't listen to what you say." Like I say, you can't convince someone of an unsound mind that they're wrong. I brandished my tanto and the girl stood there. Zabuza brandished his blade and she stood there. Haku pulled out senbon in between each finger and she stood there. The girl pulled up to finger guns and slid back.

"Water style: automatic water bullet barrage!" She leapt to her right and I charged in. A bullet was about in inch from my face and I teleported closer to her. Those water bullets were no joke, there was tale of the second Mizukage blasting through hundreds of metal walls using just one bullet. None of us, except possibly Haku, would be able to block them.

"What's so special about Haku? How would she be able to block them.

"She has a special Kekkei Genkai, ice release. She could create mirrors made of ice that could withstand just about anything. The strength of the ice is almost at susanoo level."

She had created a large dome around her and Zabuza. I got behind the dome, realising that I wouldn't be able to catch our target, "What's the plan, Zabuza, Haku?" Zabuza formed one hand seal and the dome was immediately filled with a thick mist. When the dome was released, the mist dispersed all across the battlefield.

"Well if you're trying to do that," the girl shouted from afar, "Secret blue technique: 360 degree annihilation!" The girl began to shoot water bullets out of her hand, similar to before. But this time, she began to spin on every axis, covering every angle. It would be impossible to breach the defense. Unless...

"Susanoo!" I shouted, encapsulating the three of us in a large green skeleton. As the bullets struck the skeleton it started to deteriorate. I focused more chakra to my eyes, causing armour to grow on top.

"Thanks for giving me a target, baka," the girl shouted. She began to focus her water bullets all onto my susanoo. I have to admit, she possessed tremendous strength, she was even forcing the susanoo back. Because she was focusing all of her power to one spot, I was able to spin away, creating a brief opening. I coated my lance in flames, launching a fiery vortex at my opponent, who leapt out of the way at the last moment. I raised the lance once again, firing a burst of energy needles at the girl, causing her to leap back down. My susanoo began to lose power, as I was so inexperienced with it at the time.

"Looks like it's game over for you, Uchiha," the girl taunted.

"Hey I've got a question for you," I paused and she did too, telling me to go ahead and ask, "Where's Zabuza?"

"Right behind her, Shisui," Zabuza said, releasing the mist, revealing said man holding his blade to her neck. Haku rushed in as well, grabbing the girls arms and forcing them downward. "So much for being discreet, eh Shisui?" He looked over to the boy who was surrounded by flattened forest.

After apprehending the girl, Zabuza placed her in a water prison. "Me and Haku will stay here. You can use some sort of genjutsu to disguise yourself as those nobles, right?" I nodded in response, grabbed the wallets Haku and Zabuza had, leaving the pocket money with the other two. I walked into several different banks, pulling out around 30 million ryō. About 20 of the people had seemingly noticed, freezing their accounts, so I couldn't pull anything out.

I returned to Zabuza and Haku, handed them the money, and started to head off back home, "Wait, Shisui. Where are you going?"

"I've been here for too long. My village needs me after all. My job is done, good luck with everything, Zabuza, Haku," I turned away, "If you ever find yourself in the leaf, feel free to come find me. I'll always be an ally," I said before leaving. I learned later that Zabuza was unsuccessful in his attempts yet again. Apparently the Mizukage was a Jinchūriki. That was before he mysteriously disappeared and the new Mizukage was appointed. Zabuza was greatly happy when he heard that the tyrant Yagura had been rid of.

"And that's the story, all of it," Shisui said to Itachi, "Well, at least all I remember."

"Shisui. Look," Itachi pointed to the gate. A man with a swirly mask and black cloak was staring right at them. The man swirled away and Itachi and Shisui braced themselves. They knew it was Kamui. They just didn't know where the man would materialise. Itachi quickly swung his tanto behind him, gashing the mans stomach. He jumped back before strapping chains onto either wrist. He dropped from the trees to the ground before speaking.

"I'm quite surprised that you landed a hit on me," he paused, "Even Naruto's father was barely able." Naruto's father? Naruto was an orphan, they never knew who his father was. Madara noticed the confusion from the men, "I guess you would know him as Minato Namikaze."

Now that they thought about it, it did make a lot of sense. The hair, the notebook he had from Minato, hiraishin. How could they have been so dull before?

"Psh, this is pretty dull," they heard a deep voice call out from their left. Two cloud ninja were standing above, overlooking the battle from a tree.

"Careful, you can't hit him with normal attacks," Shisui shouted, "He can transport different parts of his body to another dimension at Will." The two cloud ninja were obviously confused by this, but there wasn't really a good way to explain it, "Here just watch," he threw a kunai at Madara, who dodged.

"Do you think I'm stupid Shisui?" He asked rhetorically, "I'm not just going to give away my secrets to these fools."

One of the cloud ninja crossed his arms after Madara finished, "Go on, shoo. That swirly mask makes you look like poo, ya fool."

"Well if it isn't lord B, the eight tales Jinchūriki. I guess I can knock a couple birds out with one stone." He rushed towards Itachi and Shisui. Shisui leapt out of the way. Itachi stood his ground and slashed at the man. Madara transported through Itachi, materialising on the other side, wrapping him in the chain. 'What an idiotic-'

"AMATERASU!" Itachi shouted as he turned around. The mans mask was coated in black flame. Shisui dropped down onto the now distracted man, attempting to slash at his arm. He was just too late. The man dematerialised his arm just as Shisui slashed into it, causing a sizeable gash. His mask was burning on the ground. None of the men recognised him, but it didn't really look like Madara.

"Thanks for setting it up for me," 'Madara' said cryptically. He activated his kamui, sucking the four into his dimension.

"Pervy Sage," Naruto said midair, "can we land for a second, I need to check on something."

The two landed and Naruto turned back from a large hawk into Naruto. In a swirl he was gone. About 5 seconds later, Naruto and four new people came tumbling out of a similar swirl. Jiraiya was, understandably, very confused. Naruto spoke up, "How did you guys get into kamui? Did you piss off Kakashi-sensei again?" He asked crossing his arms.

"It was Madara," Itachi spoke up, getting a concerned look from Jiraiya and Naruto, "Although we don't think it's Madara anymore. He took off his mask."

Naruto jumped at this, "Did you see his Sharingan?"

The two nodded, "It looked like Kakashis."

Naruto looked away, "I see," he paused before looking back at the two, "I believe Obito Uchiha is alive."

Hey all!
I really enjoyed writing this chapter. I thought that the fight scenes were long overdue as the last couple chapters had been just talk no jutsu. I promise I will be doing more with Darui and B, and they weren't just thrown in there as Easter eggs.
Anyway~
I hope you enjoyed this chapter as much as I did. I don't know if banks are in the Naruto universe but who cares. Kishimoto intentionally left any information about technology very vague so there's a lot of room to play around with it. Hope you have a good day/night (or else!) I have an exam in an hour and a half so wish me luck. Also this is a batch of three chapters because the last one was kind of meat and potatoes.
Jerry out!
