What Goes Around Comes Around Part 2

"KITT, I'm not cold!"

"Yes, you are! You're shivering!" KITT put another blanket on Michael.

"Why are you smothering me?"

"You took care of me, now I am taking care of you. I'll be right back."

Michael fell asleep as soon as KITT left when he awoke he smelled...chicken soup?

"Uuuh….KITT...how did you get this up here?"

"I didn't. I asked Bonnie to make it for you, then she brought it up here."

"Oh." Michael ate the soup without question.

"I will never understand why you humans eat everything a certain way."

"It's just how we are. Now, maybe a few thousand years ago we didn't have forks, knives, or spoons. That hasn't even been around for a few thousand years, and a few hundred years ago, only the rich could afford them."

"That's extremely odd."

"I know..." Michael finished his soup then fell asleep again.

He later woke up, this time KITT wasn't in the room. Michael decided he needed a shower, so he took one. When he got out of the shower and walked into his bedroom, however…

"Why aren't you in bed?"

"I took a shower."

"Get back into bed."

"I'm in a towel! Can I put on clothes, first?"

"I could do without the attitude." KITT left the room. When he came back in, Michael was back in bed.

"Now, take your medicine."

"No."

"I'll lay on the bed."

Michael decided to bluff. "Go ahead, then."

KITT, true to his word, slowly made his way to the bed, only to realize he had no clue how to get on the bed.

"Um….I should have thought this through."

Michael began to laugh. But then he coughed in the middle of it and felt the cough syrup bottle and the spoon hit his head.

"Ow!"

"Take it."

"Did you have to throw it?"

"Yes, now take it or I will find a way to lay on top of you while you're in that bed."

Michael quickly took his medicine.

"There, now, was that so hard?"

Michael only grumbled.

"What was that?"

"Nothing..."

"Get some sleep. If I found you out of bed I will personally drag you back to it." KITT walked out of the room. Michael went to sleep.

The next day, Michael felt great. He got up and put on clothes, then went down to the stable where KITT was eating.

"Good morning!"

"Well, you sound better!"

"I feel better!"

"How about we go for a ride, then?"

"Don't even have to ask, oh, and KITT?"

"Yes, Michael?"

"Don't ever take care of when I'm sick again. EVER."

"No promises, Michael."
