Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Supernatural Romance. Enjoy the 900-word chapter. I don't own Yunna, Shonen Jump and a few others do.

Tadaaki had seen death before. The soldiers surrounding him were indeed deceased and nothing would resurrect them from their graves.

"I didn't think Orcs would do this." Tadaaki muttered, more to himself then to Nonko.

Nonko wasn't big on violence, she would fight if needed… combat was usually something that would be handled by someone like Tadaaki. She was still determined to fight so she could show Tadaaki that she wasn't useless.

"They've been getting a lot bolder. I thought they usually drink all the time." Tadaaki raised an eyebrow at her with amusement.

He wouldn't bring up things like the fact that Nonko drank more then possibly any creature he saw. Orcs didn't drink half as much as what most Nonko drank. Tadaaki didn't plan on telling her that however, mostly out of a healthy mixture of fear and respect for her.

"Well, they must be getting bolder. This attack is something we can't allow again… something that I will not allow for another time." Tadaaki stated before resting his blade on his shoulder.

Things confused him more then usual. She did have a point; Orcs didn't enjoy combat this far up. they also didn't tote guns that often and usually just relied on whatever they could get their hands on. people didn't trust them enough to allow them anywhere near regular weapons.

"You did great!" Nonko hugged him, causing him to blush intensely as he slowly struggled to try and escape from her arms which did nothing but cause her to giggle like she usually did when he tried to escape her grasp.

Why did Nonko have to be so affectionate? Her advances did nothing but back his emotions into a corner. It really didn't help that she saw no reason to stop and look at her own actions through a mirror.

"Uh… thank you, Lady Nonko." He muttered; he slowly worked his way out of her hands before twirling around with no clear sort of frustration in his voice.

Still, it was hard not to find a small amount of amusement in her actions. She meant the best of intentions when it came to try and hug him without trying to figure out if he enjoyed the gesture or not.

"You know I don't like that name so much… the title, I mean." Nonko looked at Tadaaki who hummed as if he had heard it for the first time when it came down to her.

Tadaaki knew that it was hard to blame her hating the mere mention of it considering the past both had.

He hadn't seen his parents since they had dropped him and Nonko off at the house they lived at for years. They had only stayed till they were sure the children could take care of their own desires.

It both bothered him, and made him entirely curious if they had caused something that forced them to leave… or if they had always planned to leave and just couldn't use a better excuse then their son needing to serve the noble Ogre.

He didn't think about it much as he grew up, it was angering and heartbreaking. Tadaaki wasn't stupid enough to think his parents didn't love him, they still sent envelopes fill with cash to the house and understood the weight of their actions.

It didn't help much with his emotions, but it did make it hard to stomach when it came down to things like this.

"You know you love staring into space a lot more than its healthy to." Nonko started to walk away as Tadaaki continued to study the orcs.

They looked like they were part of a gang. He didn't find it uncommon, orcs did entirely enjoy being in groups like this, where they could bully people who they assumed wouldn't be able to fight back.

"Yeah, I do. I'm sorry." Tadaaki picked up a dog tag before turning and putting it around his neck. He also discovered a pin and a journal as he patted the Orc down.

Nothing, but the journal looked to be plenty interesting. He stood up and started to follow Nonko on the long trip back home, it confused him how quiet things were.

Tadaaki didn't think about how quiet the environment was when it came down to it. his mind was always racing, always jumping from one target to another when it came down to such things.

"You know, I'm starting to wonder if that was a test or something. Why would orcs come all the way to a human city and try to pick the biggest fight you can possibly answer, you know?" He didn't get much of a response from Nonko.

"Maybe." There was really nothing to say at the moment when things came down to it. they had to learn why the orcs were so busy trying to fight.

"Yeah… maybe."
