Chapter 30 : Rise of The Dragon Princess
Last Time on The Masks of Garmadon : Lydia talks to her family, and what's left of her friends about Garmadon's Reign being her fault, and how she wanted her family back, but she ended up getting them hurt in the Process... with The Fort Lexington Army heading back home to try and repair the damage left from the Fire, with Captain Holden and Mary taking Kieran with them, and The Formlings staying behind, except for Alex who goes with the Resistance, with The Royal Family heading to the Partially rebuilt Palace for better protection from The Sons of Garmadon, with Liv and Lloyd telling Charlie and Alizah about Lydia's Relationship with her brother, with Montgomery finally talking to his sister the way he should have, with him calling Lydia the Brightest Part in All of Ninjago, and explaining why he stayed away, before Lydia threw herself into her Brother's arms, with Montgomery finally showing his love to his "baby" twin sister.

8:45 a.m.
Journal Entries : Montgomery and Lydia
"It's the Middle of March, to think it's been an entire month since this mess started, I can understand why my little sister wants to step away from this life, with how fast time is flying, and ruining it for her, good news is that we're all still alive, for now at least, and we need to try and take back the City, or at least stop everything from getting worse, but with Myself and Lydia both being "Destined" to protect Ninjago this way, I don't know how long that'll last, especially if Lydia doesn't want to continue being The Gold Ninja."
"It's been exactly a Month since I started this mess, and it has to be now or never that the others come back, or else my Grandfather's gonna destroy everything, and that's something we can't wait on, either they come back, or we have to stand up to him ourselves... Because I'm not standing in the shadows another day, and waiting for my Friends or for my Grandfather to destroy every last part of who I am, it's up to Me to decide that, because I am done with Destiny making choices for Me... My name is Princess Lydia Garmadon, Twin Sister of Montgomery, Cousin to The Formlings, Liam and Alizah, and Niece of Brenden Kenway, Queen Akita, and Liv Garmadon, Daughter of Emperor Lloyd and Empress Harumi, Granddaughter of Misako and Lord Garmadon, Great-Niece of Master Wu, and Great-Granddaughter of The First Spinjitzu Master... The Elemental Master of Creation, and The Gold Ninja, and may my great-grandfather, The First Spinjitzu Master's Heart and Soul of Understanding, Guide us all. . ."
The Resistance at the Royal Palace ( Lloyd, Liv, Misako, Mystake, Alizah, Charlie, Lydia, Montgomery, and Skylor ) were waking up in the Palace, or what was left of it, to try and get ready for their next day of resisting Garmadon.
Lydia was in the hallway of the Palace wearing her Hunted Robes, and Montgomery came up to her.
Montgomery : Hey Sis.
Princess Lydia : Hi, Montgomery.
Montgomery : You okay?
Princess Lydia : I don't know... seems like everything is hitting a dead end, Mommy's in the hospital, Skylor's been Poisoned, The Fort Lexington Army has left, Kieran included, and The Formlings stayed behind in their home except for Alex.
Montgomery : Losing more People, yea I get that, though I think it's safe to say after all the damage done to their homes, I think it's safe to say Paul Travers and Queen Akita deserve a break.
Princess Lydia : Fair enough.
Lydia and Montgomery went to their Parents' Room and saw Lloyd in there with Liv.
Princess Lydia : Hi, Daddy.
Montgomery : Hey, Dad.
Lloyd : Hey, kids.
Montgomery : What are you doing?
Liv : We're trying to think of a way to stop our Father.
Just then Charlie and Alizah walked into the Room.
Alizah : Don't you think we should hear it then also, Mom?
Liv : Yes, Alizah.
Charlie : Are you sure we should stop him now, like Harumi said, Desperate people take Desperate actions, and Garmadon's no exception.
Princess Lydia : But if we don't stop him, he'll destroy every last building in the City until he finds Me.
Charlie : So what do we do?
Montgomery : I say take the fight to him, he's lost most of his Generals, and he may still have The Oni Masks, but we still have our own for a reason, I say use the Masks and bring the fight to Garmadon.
Lloyd : Son, I would say no to an idea like that, but for some reason I like it, and we have nothing better.
Alizah : First, we should head to The Garbage Depot.
Liv : Yea.
Charlie : What about my Mom?
Lloyd : We'll bring her with us Charlie.
Charlie : Alright.
Everybody went outside to The Battle Wagon, and drove off towards The Garbage Depot.
20 Minutes Later. . .
The Resistance made it to The Garbage Depot, and they got out of The Battle Wagon.
Killow : This is surprising to be honest.
Nya : Lloyd, what are you guys doing here?
Lloyd : Lydia and Montgomery have had enough of hiding, and they've decided to make their own choice rather than to have Destiny choose the ending for them.
Eric : So what are you saying?
Charlie : We're taking the Fight to him!
Killow : Good enough for Me.
Chopper Maroon : Bad news and bad news, Bad news is that Garmadon's still held up in Borg Tower with several bikers, other bad news is that the others aren't back yet.
Princess Lydia : If this is the only way to stop my Grandfather from destroying the whole city, then we have to take our stand.
Richard : I like the Sound of that.
Brenden : Me too, I want payback for the pain he caused my Sister.
Dareth : I want to earn my respect from everybody else I've stood beside in defending Ninjago.
Lloyd : If you didn't yell it out to everybody, you wouldn't have lost my respect, Dareth.
Princess Lydia : And since the Oni Masks were hidden again, we don't need to worry about them anymore.
Chopper Maroon : That, and The Masks of Hatred, Death, and Deception are in our hands, so that could make an assault easier.
Charlie : First we should focus on helping the People who can't leave the City.
Liv : Good enough.
Alizah : Let's go.
The Resistance went to The Battle Wagon and drove outside the gates of The Garbage Depot, until it rode over a sharp rock and it popped a tire.
Nya : Darn it!
Everybody got out of the Battle Wagon to try and fix the tire, but they heard revving engines.
Princess Lydia : Oh, Come On!
They saw The Sons of Garmadon on their bikes and they were heading towards the Resistance and started surrounding them.
The Bikers got off their bikes and walked towards the Resistance on all sides, before they started attacking.
Just then Ultraviolet used her Bike, and she took off with Mystake.
Princess Lydia : Mystake!
Lloyd : No!
Liv : Oh come on!
But it was harder for Nya since her shoulder was still hurt, Skylor was still Poisoned, and Lydia still didn't have her Powers.
Nya : Get us out of here, Dareth!
Dareth : I don't exactly have a Free hand at the Moment!
Princess Lydia : Just keep fighting.
Just then everybody heard a sound and they looked up to see a Portal in the Skies above Ninjago City.
Princess Lydia : It's them. . .
Just then, they saw Dragons flying out of the Portal and into Ninjago.
Master Wu : Everyone, Break away!
Everybody flew the dragons away from the Colossus and saw the Rising Smoke and Collateral Damage.
Siddie : Ninjago City. . .
Prince Zach : Or what's left of It.
Felicia : Oh my gosh. . .
Kai : Let's just hope the others are okay.
Just then, their Commsets went off.
Nya : You're coming in Loud and Clear, Brother!
Jay : Nya?!
Nina : Mom, you're okay!
Nya : I don't know about that you guys, we could use a little help.
Xavier : I've located their transmission.
Master Wu : Lead the way.
Xavier took the lead with Zane and Pixal with him on his dragon.
The Ice Dragon sprayed Ice on the Bikers and made them run, and he flew after them.
Dareth : The Young Ninja are back!
Nya : And with very Large Dragons. . .
The Dragons flew at the Bikers and blew their elements at them to make them run, and it made Lydia happy.
Princess Lydia : We did it, we all held out!
Just then Firstbourne landed, and Master Wu jumped off the Dragon, but he wasn't wearing the Dragon Armor, and Firstbourne flew into the Sky again.
Princess Lydia : Uncle Wu?
Master Wu : Despite my time in my age as an Old Man, I still thought it was Wise to avoid a fight, but I am no longer that Man.
The Dragons then landed and everybody got of the dragons.
Nya : Yea!
Princess Lydia : I knew it!
Nya, Lloyd, Liv, Eric, Alex, Hazel, Alizah, Charlie, Richard Montgomery, and Lydia ran up to the others and reunited with them after so long.
Siddie : Yea, the gang is back!
Xavier stepped forward and saw Hazel jump into her boyfriend's arms.
Hazel : Xavier!
Xavier laughed as he caught Hazel and kissed her, and the two shared their hug.
Prince Zach : Alex, what's with the gorgeous new duds?
Eric : She found her True Potential when she Liberated, The Formlings' Kingdom.
Lucas : Our home's been Freed?!
Princess Alex : Yes.
Alex hugged her oldest brothers, and Brenden kneeled down and hugged them also.
Prince Zach : Alex, where are Clayton and Via?
Princess Alex : At The Formlings' Kingdom with Mommy.
Lucas : That's a relief.
Killow : What's a relief is that we were able to last two weeks without you people, Seriously what you took you so long?
Jay : It's kind of a long story.
Eric : Dad, please don't start talking, again... I can sort of understand who inherited that ability from our Grandparents.
Nina laughed at what her brother said, and she threw herself into her twin brother's arms.
Nina : I'm glad your okay, Eric.
Eric : Me too.
Nya walked forward and hugged Jay, and he returned the hug.
Alizah : Liam!
Liam stepped forward to see his little sister throw herself into his arms, and Liv kneeled down beside them and hugged her son.
Liam : I'm okay, Sis.
Alizah : I know... that's why I'm happy you're back.
Liv : Next time, Jump off the ship.
Liam : Let's hope there isn't a next time.
Nina : Mom, what happened to your shoulder?
Nya : What do you think, Ultra Idiot sprained it.
Eric : Yea, and The Masks of Brutality and Ferocity have been destroyed.
Charlie : Felicia, Dad!
Kai and Felicia ran towards Charlie, and he threw himself into his father's arms, and Felicia joined the hug, the second Kai caught Charlie.
Felicia : You're okay.
Charlie : Of course I'm okay... It was you I was worried about for this long.
Kai : It's okay Son... we're here.
Just then another man got off of Siddie's Dragon, and took off his helmet.
Lloyd : Hutchins. . .
Hutchins : Your Highness.
Master Wu : Hutchins proved his worth, and the purity in his heart, we were all wrong about him.
Charlie : I knew that already.
Hutchins : Obviously I made the right choice, trusting you to protect the Princess, Charlie.
Princess Lydia : He sure did.
Xavier : Where are Morro and Chen?
Princess Lydia : Locked away in Kryptarium.
Just then, Dareth walked over with Skylor still Poisoned and leaning on his shoulder.
Felicia : Mom!
Kai : Skylor!
Charlie ran over with them towards Skylor, and Kai looked at her Purple Eyes.
Kai : What happened to her?
Nya : Charlie tried to tap into Garmadon's Powers, but his Scar made it too much for him to bare, Skylor tried to absorb the power to keep Charlie from hurting himself, but she pushed herself too hard and Charlie Poisoned her.
Charlie : Dad, I'm sorry, it was an accident!
Kai : Charlie, I'm not blaming you.
Liam : I honestly didn't think my Grandfather was capable of such Collateral Damage.
Montgomery : Really, you didn't?
Liam : No.
Just then, the others saw Harumi walking around the Battle Wagon.
Princess Lydia : Mommy!
Montgomery : Mom, you should be resting, you aren't fully healed yet.
Empress Harumi : If the end is coming, I will stand beside you two, and face it on my feet.
Lloyd : Rumi, just be careful.
Empress Harumi : I will be, Lloyd.
Master Wu : Lydia, has your Power returned?
Princess Lydia : No... but Mystake and my Daddy helped me see it isn't my Power that makes The Gold Ninja, it's the person behind the Power.
Master Wu : She's no longer with us, is she?
Just then a Rat approached them, and Lydia and the others smiled.
Person : I wouldn't say that!
The Rat changed form, and it was revealed to be Mystake.
Lloyd : Not surprised.
Jay : Um, how was she just-
Princess Lydia : Mystake...
Just then everybody heard a loud growl and another crash noise.
Liam : If we don't do something, our Grandfather's gonna destroy everything!
Dareth : Well to honor every battle you kids and your parents have ever fought, I saw we drop it Old School and kick butt!
Dareth grabbed The Dragonbone Blade and threw it to Lydia, and she caught the blade and smiled.
Just then they heard Garmadon crushing more of the buildings, and they heard the Civilians screaming and running from the Colossus.
Princess Lydia : Dareth's Right, we're doing this for Everybody who's ever fought for the Peace and Light in Ninjago.
Master Wu : Ninja, can you and the kids stop the Colossus?
Prince Zach : Faith showed us a little bit on how to take down a Giant.
Charlie : Aunt Nya, you and Dareth protect my Mother, Eric go with Nina, and Alex you'll go with Lucas.
Princess Alex : Works for Me.
Eric : Game On.
Just then Firstbourne landed in between all of the dragons, and wanted Lydia to walk forward, and she did.
Princess Lydia : Firstbourne. . .
Lydia walked forward and reached out with one of her hands, and she put her hand on the Mother of all Dragons' head... and she smiled.
Firstbourne then moved her tail, and revealed The Dragon Armor. . .
Princess Lydia : My Great-Grandfather's Armor?
Master Wu : It's yours now, Lydia.
That caught Lydia by shock and she turned around and while she spoke quietly, the others still heard her.
Princess Lydia : What?
Master Wu : It was not I who chose to give you the Power of Creation, Lydia... My Father did.
Princess Lydia : Why?
Master Wu : Much like my Father, you did not want all sides to fight for Control, and wanted to find a way to unite all sides and end the War.
Princess Lydia : That's what I've been trying to do by showing my Grandfather the light.
Master Wu : You've tried to step away from Fighting and find your own peace in the Realms, and have tried to unite both sides... You've shared the same Destiny and Goal that my Father did.
Master Wu picked up The Dragon Armor and walked over to Lydia, and the rest of her Family was standing beside her also.
Lloyd saw The Golden Robes that Master Wu once wore beneath the armor were now the same size as Lydia's Hunted Robes, and he grabbed them and walked over to where Lydia was.
Lloyd : You know he's right Lydia... The Armor's yours.
Harumi swiped the Helmet and threw it out into the Street, and she kneeled down in front of Lydia.
Empress Harumi : I think this would suit you better, Sweetheart.
Harumi had Lydia's Golden Headpiece that Lydia wore with her Princess outfit and the one that Harumi wore as a Teenager.
Lydia smiled at Wu and her Parents, and she stood in between and raised her arms, and Lloyd and Master Wu used Spinjitzu and put the Golden Robes and The Dragon Armor on Lydia.
Lydia was wearing The Golden Robes beneath the armor, and she was wearing The Dragon Armor and The Golden Headpiece, and she had her hair the same way she did with her Princess outfit ( Which was The same as Harumi's, only she wasn't wearing the Kabuki Makeup )
Princess Lydia : You said I had to make one more transformation... I'm ready for it, Mystake.
Mystake : Very good... young Master Lydia Garmadon.
She had her back to the others who were on the dragons, but all of the kids, including Montgomery, Alizah, and Liam walked behind Lydia, and stood in a line.
Lloyd and Harumi had Lydia turn around and she saw the others bow to her.
Princess Lydia : No... I'm bowing to you, You were all the ones who guided me and helped me lead the Resistance, you are all just as Important in this Fight for Ninjago's Freedom as I am.
Nina : That may be, but most of us thought after The Oni Temple that you didn't deserve any trust, but you showed more than just your Grandfather the Light.
Xavier : And for that, you've done well Princess.
The kids then all bowed to Lydia, and she smiled.
Felicia : Or should we say... Dragon Princess.
Lydia bowed to the others and they rose, and so did she.
Just then, everybody heard a loud crash.
Jay : Hate to ruin this kids, but we need to stop that thing.
Master Wu : Lydia, you must confront your Grandfather.
Master Lydia : I've survived without my Power, but I'm not exactly sure I can stop him without them.
Lloyd : You may be without your power Lydia, but you are not without all of us.
Lydia hugged her Father, before she climbed onto Firstbourne, and she held out her hand.
Princess Lydia : You all said you would face the end on your feet beside Me, I think it's time you prove it.
Lloyd, Montgomery, Harumi, Master Wu, Liam, Alizah, Liv, and Misako all climbed onto Firstbourne, and stood beside Lydia.
Master Lydia : Ninja!
Young Ninja : Go!
The Dragons flew into the air and went towards the Colossus.
While the rest of Lydia's Family were on Firstbourne, and Lydia was in front and standing straight and tall on Firstbourne's Back without Chains.
The Dragons flew into the air, but Dareth looked at Firstbourne and saw Lydia holding the Dragonbone Blade and The Dragon Shield and was standing on Firstbourne's Back without a Chain.
Dareth : Why doesn't she have a Chain, how is she doing that?
Nya : Because The Dragon Princess, as well as The Great-Granddaughter of the First Spinjitzu Master doesn't need them.
Dareth : We'll see you kids on the Other Side!
Master Lydia : See you then, Brown Ninja.
Dareth got into the Battle Wagon, and he and Nya drove off with Skylor.
Lydia put the Dragonbone Blade and the Shield on her back, and her Family was still with her on Firstbourne.
Just then Garmadon let anger inside of him and he growled.
Lydia immediately felt a sharp pain and she kneeled down and put her hands on her head.
Lloyd : Lydia, what's wrong?!
Master Lydia : My... Grandfather, I can feel his rage.
Garmadon was standing on Borg Tower and he heard Lydia speak.
Garmadon : I feel you, my Young Granddaughter, and I see you have brought The Young Ninja, but you are too late.
He continued using The Colossus to destroy Buildings and almost crushed the Civilians.
Master Lydia : Charlie, I need you and the others to help the Civilians, if you try to take the Colossus first, they could get hurt.
Charlie : I understand... Everybody clear the Civilians before moving on to the Colossus.
Felicia : Copy that, Little Brother!
The Dragons were flying over the City and they could see the civilians.
Kai : Looks like Lydia was right, there are a few who weren't able to evacuate.
Nina : Giant Snakes, Overlords, Fake Snake Armies, Flying Pirates, Exploding Airships and now This, why do people insist on living in this City?!
Siddie : Because Old Friends are worth fighting for.
Just then, a bunch of Sentry Cannons were firing Chains and Huge Pieces of Metal at the Dragons.
Nina : What are the Odds, shock them Stormbringer!
Nina was on her dragon along with Jay and Eric, and shocked one of the Sentry Cannons.
Eric : Maybe we should keep those Cannons alone, if they have more Chains in them, they could be useful.
Cole : But what about the others?!
Person : I told you I would bring the entire army to your aid, My Friend!
Cole : Vania?!
Cole turned around to see Vania with her son Prince Morgan and The Shintaro Guards.
Prince Morgan : I told you I would come to help you Siddie.
Siddie : Thank you, Morgan!
Person : You should be thanking us as well!
Cole turned around to see The Upply.
Fungus was using Magic to Fly, while Korgran and Plundar were riding with Chompy and Adam ( And it was confusing to Cole that Adam could fly )
Cole : Always looking for more trouble, Plundar?!
Plundar : Where's The Fun in staying Out of it?
Siddie : Tell that to The Dragon Princess.
Master Lydia : I heard That!
Richard : My advice, don't mess with her.
Siddie : Okay, sorry.
Morgan used his wings and flew over to Siddie's Dragon ( Slab )
Siddie : This is a pain in the neck.
Prince Morgan : You think?
The Dragons spread out and went to help the Civilians. . .
Nina, Eric, and Jay were on Stormbringer and they saw a stopped truck on the freeway.
Eric : Nina.
Nina : I see them... bring 'em up Stormbringer!
Stormbringer flew down and grabbed the truck and lifted them into the air and off the freeway.
Jay : We know, the Commute is terrible.
Eric : Dad, now is not the time for jokes.
Xavier, Pixal, Zane, and Hazel were on the Ice Dragon, and they saw Civilians at a broken part of a freeway.
Xavier : Shard!
The Dragon flew down and made an Ice Bridge across the freeway, but only a few got across before it broke.
Richard : You could have just done it this way... hit 'em Gust!
Richard's Dragon blew a huge gust of wind, and threw the civilians to the other side.
Xavier : Show off!
What was confusing Zane was Pixal using her phone.
Zane : Pixal, what are you doing?
Pixal : There you go, Hazel.
The Samurai X Mech appeared, and she smiled and nodded.
Hazel : Thank you.
Xavier : Hazel, be careful.
Hazel : I'll see you on the other side, Xavier.
Hazel kissed her boyfriend's cheek, and she jumped off the dragon and onto the Mech.
Pixal : She'll be okay Xavier.
Xavier : I hope so, after this long.
On another part of the City, a huge piece of debris was about to crush Rufus MacAllister.
Just then a chain wrapped around him, and took him into the air, and he saw it was Felicia and Charlie, with Kai.
Charlie : Somehow I feel like we're never getting our lives back.
Felicia : Who cares, this is way more Fun.
Charlie : Probably because the dragon's as hotheaded as you?
Felicia : What?!
Charlie : Hey Dad's way worse, I wasn't gonna be that rude to a dragon.
Felicia and Charlie both laughed, and Kai smiled and shook his head as they let Rufus down on a freeway.
Rufus MacAllister : Superheroes do exist!
On the streets a few bikers surrounded Gale Gossip and Vinny.
Just then a man did a bird signal, and he came around the corner.
Dareth : You mess with Gayle Gossip, you mess with The Brown Ninja.
Biker : You hear that guys, The Brown Ninja made a Mess!
Dareth : No not like that, that's gross, twisted my words.
The Bikers walked forward
and Dareth tripped and somehow took them all out.
Dareth : Vinny, tell me you got that!
Vinny : Yep.
Dareth : Well, I gotta run.
Dareth walked towards The Battle Wagon when Gayle spoke.
Gayle Gossip : Wait, who are you?
Dareth : Your Biggest Fan!
Dareth got into the Battle Wagon and it drove off, just as Gayle Gossip had Fainted.
At Kryptarium. . .
Nails : I just got word, The Young Ninja are back, the Boss needs all hands on deck!
The Others heard from inside the cell, and they spoke.
Morro : The Young Ninja. . .
Tox : They're Back?!
Master Chen : Well I'll be.
Kayla : They need our help!
Just then, Kayla started chanting, and punching her Metal Fists against the Cell Door.
Kayla : The Resistance Never Quits!
The Others started chanting and began to bang against the cell doors, with Turner, Ronin, and Kayla breaking through the door.
Kayla : Now bad guys, in big trouble!
Kayla used her Powers and threw the Bikers back, just as Ronin and Turner landed.
Ronin : You don't have Vengestone to protect you now!
Turner let his son out of his cell, and hugged him.
Trey : Dad, Come on!
Turner and Trey went up to the Watchtower in the middle of the Room, and opened all of the cells.
Everybody then chanted The Resistance Never Quits, and took down the Sons of Garmadon.
Morro and Chen took the lead, and were the first outside the Prison.
Morro : For all of the Light and Freedom in Ninjago-
Everybody : The Resistance Never Quits!
Everybody then charged and began running for Ninjago City.
Meanwhile in Ninjago City. . .
The City had reached Nightfall, and the Dragons were still flying around.
Liam : Tell us you know how to stop him.
Master Lydia : Only a Fool would make a Mistake thinking they know everything, and I've learned from that, I'm not gonna make that same Mistake again... How this War will end is beyond Me.
Lloyd : Guys come in, are the People safe?
Kai : We hear you Lloyd, The Citizens are Safe and Sound.
Cole : Yea, now let's deal with the Elephant in the Room!
Xavier : That is not an Elephant, Cole.
Felicia : We get it, Xavier!
Eric : Alex, Watch Out!
Just then Alex saw a huge piece of Metal flying at her, on Lucas' Dragon, and something shot at the Metal and melted it.
Princess Alex : Via?!
Alex and Lucas looked up to see a Molten Phoenix, and it flew over to Felicia and Charlie.
Via : They were right, you guys are back.
Just then, Lucas and Alex looked up to see Clayton and Akita on a building rooftop, and they jumped off and landed on their dragon.
Lucas and Zach : Mom!
Queen Akita : Hi, my Sons.
Princess Alex : Just when I was getting used to it being a girl party.
Lucas : What's that Supposed to mean?
Princess Alex : Via and Me, against Clayton.
Prince Zach : That's a match up I hate to miss.
Felicia : Guys, just remember what Faith and Jet Jack taught us, we do this together!
Jay : The Bigger they are, the Harder they Fall!
The Young Ninja fired their Chain Guns with made the Colossus stumble a tiny bit, but the Chains broke off, and it stomped.
Richard : Okay, that's a Problem.
Meanwhile. . .
Firstbourne reached The Floor just beneath The Rooftop of Borg Tower.
Lydia smiled and turned around and put her hand on Firstbourne's Head.
Master Lydia : I'll see you on the other side, my Friend.
It slightly shocked the others to see Lydia kiss Firstbourne, but Firstbourne actually smiled and flew away from the Rooftop.
Montgomery : Now what?
Master Lydia : What Happens Next. . . that's what.
Montgomery, Liam, and Alizah kept their hoods off and followed their cousin, and so did the others as they saw a Purple Glow.
Master Lydia : In case if this is the end for us all, I wanted to say thank you, despite every argument, or problem we went through... you guys truly were the best Family I could have had.
Everybody walked over and hugged Lydia, and she let the tears leave her eyes.
The others then walked forward a little bit before making their way to climb up to the Roof, mainly so Lydia could have a minute with Lloyd.
Lloyd : Lydia. . .
Master Lydia : What?
Lloyd : Your Brother, and everything that happened over the past two years because of him, I felt like I made you suffer... was that the real Reason you said Sorry to Me?
tears quickly formed in Lydia's eyes as she nodded, and threw herself into her father's arms.
Lloyd : I'm sorry, Lydia.
Master Lydia : I'm not really sure if it's Important right now, what is, is stopping my Grandfather.
Lloyd : Alright.
Lloyd grabbed The Dragonbone Blade and handed it to Lydia and she put it on her back with the shield.
Everybody climbed to the Roof, and they still saw the Purple Glow around a huge part of debris.
a Banner fell on the tower, and it flew past them and towards the street.
Lydia was in front of the group, and was about to walk around the pile of debris towards the Purple Glow, but they all heard Garmadon speak.
Garmadon : My Family. . . . . My Enemies!
Princess Lydia : I told you Grandfather, this was the last thing I wanted!
Garmadon : I know it was... but there are some Dark things nobody can control, Granddaughter.
Just then, another banner fell, and Lydia cut it with the Blade.
Garmadon landed, and he saw a Young Girl wearing The Dragon Armor.
Garmadon : Lydia... Is that You?!
Lydia moved to the right and turned around, as she spun The Dragonbone Blade and got into a fighting stance.
Princess Lydia : Grampa, I don't want to Fight you, but if I have to, I will.
Garmadon : You're wearing my Father's Armor.
Master Wu : It was once our Father's armor, but now Brother... It belongs to The Dragon Princess.
Garmadon also saw Lydia was wearing her Golden Headpiece and had her hair the same way she did with her Princess Outfit ( Again, the same when Harumi wore it as a Teenager ) rather than The Dragon Helmet.
Garmadon looked up, and he formed four elemental daggers in his hands.
Alizah did the same ( Only she has two arms ) and Liam formed a Halberd with his Destructive Powers, and Montgomery pulled out his Bat, and the three of them took off their hoods and stood beside Lydia.
Lloyd pulled out his Golden Sword ( Season 11 Weapon ) and Liv pulled out her silver daggers.
Misako and Wu both had Plain Swords, but it didn't seem to bother them.
Garmadon : This is your Plan, Lydia?
Lydia kept a straight look on her face, and she stared at Garmadon.
Garmadon : Very well!
Garmadon began attacking Lydia's Family, and they fought back.
Lydia spun around and tried to get the sword in between Garmadon's Daggers to disarm him.
Montgomery and Liv tried to do the same from around Garmadon, but he saw them trying and he threw Montgomery to the ledge, and Lydia over to part of the broken debris hanging over the building.
Garmadon then made one of his daggers disappear, and threw Lloyd up against part of the fallen debris at the top of the tower and he landed up there.
Lydia got back on the roof, and she attacked Garmadon.
Just as he grabbed the Dragonbone Blade with his Daggers.
Master Lydia : Grampa, what have you become?
Garmadon : Time has been treating you well over the past six months Lydia, you think my Father's Sword and Armor can hurt Me?!
Master Lydia : No, and I don't plan for it to, but it can hold you!
Lloyd got back down just as Firstbourne came to the Roof, and everybody dove out of the way.
Just as Firstbourne tried to encase Garmadon in Molten Rock
Garmadon : Don't you get it... The Fight is what Fuels Me!
Garmadon used his Powers and created a huge Blast Wave on the rooftop, and it sent Misako, Master Wu and Lloyd flying off the roof.
Liam : No!
Liv : Mom!
Master Lydia : Daddy!
The three of them fell from the roof and Firstbourne caught them, and crashed on the street.
Siddie : What the heck was that?
Felicia : Siddie, watch out!
The Colossus tried to hit Siddie but Slab barely flew out of the way.
Firstbourne let Master Wu, Misako, and Lloyd out of her claw, and they saw they were on the ground.
Lloyd : Lydia. . .
On Borg Tower, Montgomery, Liam, and Alizah were still on the roof with Liv and Harumi, while Lydia was hanging from the roof.
Just then Garmadon came up to her.
Garmadon : I will say it now, I didn't want it to come to this either Lydia-
Master Lydia : Don't tell me that you didn't have a choice, when we all have one, my Family has made their choices, the only one who hasn't is you.
Garmadon : How long can you endure Me, before I make that choice.
Master Lydia : If you haven't made your choice, then why Fight, if fighting Fuels you... fueling you for what, for more fighting, endless fighting, fear, and destruction, without a true purpose or goal for you to see who you truly are?
Garmadon grabbed Lydia and he threw her back onto the roof.
He formed a Sword in his hands, and Lydia grabbed The Dragonbone Blade.
Master Lydia : My Great-Grandfather gave me his Powers... If only he could see who I am, Now.
Lydia charged and fought with Garmadon.

On The Streets, the others are still trying to chain the Colossus down.
The Colossus kept grabbing the Chains and swinging the dragons around.
Xavier : He's too Considerable to take down!
Charlie just fired, and the Colossus grabbed the chain.
Charlie : And he's got good reflexes!
The Colossus swung the chain and threw Charlie off of Felicia and Kai's Dragon, and over to Nina and Eric, since Jay was on another dragon.
Nina : We gotcha, Cus.
Charlie : Okay, I missed you Nina.
Nina giggled at what Charlie said, but they were still trying to focus on the Giant.
Felicia : You okay, little brother?
Charlie : Yea, I'm fine.
Siddie : Guys, I'm running out of Chain!
Nina : Me too!
Charlie : Even if we had more Chain, it's not thick enough to stop it.
Zane : Then perhaps next time you kids should use thicker chain.
Richard : There isn't gonna be a next time.
Nina : And the Nindroids are the smart ones.
Charlie : No... Richard that's it, he's onto something... look at all of the Chain, if we can use it, we can chain it down.
Jay : And who of us is stupid enough to jump on that thing?!
Charlie : Uncle Jay, say no More!
Charlie jumped off the Dragon and landed on the Colossus.
Kai : Yep, that's my Son.

On Borg Tower, Lydia was still fighting with Garmadon.
Garmadon : You cannot save me, Lydia!
Lydia saw the concern in Garmadon's Voice, as Lydia landed on pieces of the debris hanging over the building.
Master Lydia : That's what I'm scared of, I don't want to lose you again!
Charlie was on the Colossus working on chaining it down.
Siddie : Here's my last one!
Siddie fired the Chain at the Colossus, and dropped the Chain Gun to allow Charlie to slide down.
Charlie : Alright.
Siddie : Make it Count, Charlie!
Charlie slid down the chain, and continued to work on chaining the Colossus.
On Borg Tower. . .
Lydia and Garmadon were still fighting.
Montgomery : Aunt Liv, get my Mom off this Tower!
Empress Harumi : What?!
Liv : Montgomery, are you sure?!
Montgomery : Yes, Liam and Alizah will stay and help Me and my Sister, just get our Mom off this building, and help them with that mini-mountain down there.
Xavier : That is not a Mountain, Montgomery.
Montgomery : Somebody give this guy a Sarcasm Circuit.
Empress Harumi : I love you, Son.
Montgomery : I love you too, Mom.
Liv grabbed Harumi's hand and jumped off the Tower and used her Elemental Dragon and flew away from the tower with Harumi riding with her.
Master Lydia : Grampa, you know this isn't what your Father wanted Ninjago to be!
Garmadon : I know, but not everything in life turns out the way you want it to Lydia, you know that!
Master Lydia : Of Course I know that, you are a Perfect example for Me, because all I wanted was for you to be with Me, Darkness or Not, I don't care what side you're on Grandfather, I just wanted you!
Master Lydia : My Great-Grandfather left The Realm of Oni and Dragon to make a Better Place, for the rest of the Realms that came before and after Ninjago, to restore the Balance!
Garmadon : Ninjago isn't Built on Balance, Lydia, It's built on Power!
Garmadon used his Powers to destroy a Rock, and Lydia stood up again.
Garmadon : And Ninjago's Controlled by he who posses it!
Montgomery : Ninjago Isn't Controlled by you!
Garmadon turned to see Montgomery, Alizah, and Liam take off their hoods and have their weapons out.
Montgomery : While Destruction can lead to new ways of Creation, there was never any Destruction, used to Create Ninjago, as any Power of Destruction is what any who posses it try to use to Control Ninjago, and end up tearing it and the ones who hold it together apart!
Alizah : The Power of Creation, the Power of our Great-Grandfather, The Power of The Dragon Princess... The Power of Lydia!
Liam : Lydia, Possesses the Elemental Power of Creation, and The First Spinjitzu Master gave her those Powers, to ensure Creation, Balance, Freedom, and above all else, Peace in the Fourteen Realms!
Master Lydia : Ninjago isn't built on just Balance and Power, it's built on both and so much more!
Lloyd and the Others saw Gold Power was starting to emit from Lydia, but her Powers weren't returning yet.
Master Lydia : Power, Balance, Light, Creation, Freedom, and above all else Peace, are all what Ninjago is Built On, and is possessed by not just one, but by all, as everybody has control over Ninjago, and they use that Control to Fight and Protect the Realm, and all that they and this realm can ever be!
Lydia knocked The Dragonbone Blade out of Garmadon's hands, and she grabbed it and swung back onto the Roof.
Alizah, Liam, and Montgomery standing on the other sides of Garmadon, as he fired his powers at Lydia but the Dragonbone Blade stopped his attack.
Lydia raised The Dragonbone Blade and got into a fighting stance, and Garmadon tried firing his Powers, but the Blade was stopping his attacks.
Garmadon then formed his Four Daggers in his hands, and charged at Lydia.
He tried to attack, but Lydia used the Blade to block them, and she spoke.
Master Lydia : No Matter what you've done, Or what you have become, I refuse to believe that this isn't you, You've shown even through your Oni Side, who you truly are, and I've Proven It!
Garmadon : Even if you have Lydia, You are playing with Force, or perhaps a Man of Force, that you cannot understand.
Master Lydia : But Grampa, I do understand you, driving through Light and Darkness, with you never being a Truly Good or Truly Bad Person, that's why you are always the Man, that nobody but Me, my Aunt Liv, and my Daddy could understand... Even in your Good Side you took actions that had you walk down the Path of somebody, that nobody knew, and in your Dark Side you did the same, but only the guy enemies could never know... you've done the Opposite on Both Sides, something you've thought was Impossible, but it's not, and you've proven it, and so have I!
Garmadon was still standing there hearing Lydia speak, and on the screens across the Buildings in Ninjago City, it was showing everybody that Garmadon heard everything Lydia was saying.
Master Lydia : I don't want to Fight, or to End this War by ending every last part of Garmadon, I just wanted my Family... I just want you!
Garmadon : There's More to it than that, Lydia!
Garmadon threw Lydia to the other side of the roof, but his face told everybody he didn't want to hurt her either.
Garmadon : People Don't Change, They only reveal who they truly are!
He then grabbed Lydia and hit her a few times with his Powers, and almost let her fall off the roof, he grabbed her and threw her against a tall rock, and used the sword to hit her over the rocks.
Master Lydia : Wrong!
Garmadon : People, don't change Lydia-
Master Lydia : Yes, They do... my Mommy and Daddy, Aunt Liv, Morro and Chen, Killow, even Me!
Garmadon knocked The Dragonbone Blade out of Lydia's Hands, and Liv flew her dragon and caught it, and threw it back to the Roof.
Garmadon : Fight me... Get up, and Fight Me!
Montgomery used his Energy and blasted Garmadon back into the Middle of the Rooftop.
Montgomery threw his bat over the edge of the Tower, and Liam and Alizah stopped using their Elemental Weapons.
Master Lydia : No... Grampa, I'm not gonna fight you anymore.
Garmadon : Then why do you still have the Sword?!
Master Lydia : Because I cannot Fight You, But I can resist you!
Garmadon tried to charge at Lydia, but she and her brother and cousins were avoiding their Grandfather's attacks.
On The Colossus. . .
Charlie : Come on Guys, keep distracting it!
Charlie was using is Sister's Powers to weld the Chains together, and the dragons were moving the chains around, and distracting the Colossus.
Nina : We're trying!
Just then, the Colossus crossed it's legs
Richard : It's working!
On Borg Tower.
Master Lydia : We cannot fight you, but we can resist you!
Garmadon : Stop, saying that!
Garmadon kept using his Powers, but Montgomery, Liam, and Alizah were helping Lydia dodge the attacks.
Liam : We cannot fight you, but we can resist you!
Garmadon yelled in anger, as he fired a blast, but his powers weren't responding that much.
On The Colossus. . .
Charlie welded another part of the chains together, and started climbing towards the top.
Nina : I can't believe it!
Felicia : It's working, get up there Little Brother!
Charlie climbed up, and jumped off the Colossus and reached for his Big Sister's hand.
Felicia caught Charlie, and pulled him onto her dragon.
Felicia : Nice going, Flame.
The dragon roared, and Charlie smiled underneath his hood.
Charlie : Thank you, Felicia.
Felicia : Anytime, Charlie.
Just then the Colossus started getting up.
Richard : It's breaking free!
Xavier : What?!
Siddie : It didn't fall hard enough guys.
Felicia : Oh, Come On!
Just as The Colossus punched Slab, with Siddie, Opal, and Cole on his back, another Chain was fired and it grabbed his hand, and it was Lloyd and Master Wu on Firstbourne.
Lloyd : Looks like it's time for me to offer some Metal!
Via : Or Molten Metal!
Just then, Eric and Nina saw the Battle Wagon.
Eric and Nina : Mom!
Nya : I hope you kids didn't think we forgot about you.
Kai : Of course not, Nya.
Kayla : Via said Molten Metal, well about the Elemental Power of Metal!
The kids looked to see Kayla, Karlof, and Tox on the rooftop with another Chain.
Nya rammed the Colossus' Leg, and it lost some balance.
On another rooftop, the kids saw Misako, Turner, and Carson
Misako : Tie it all down!
The kids looked at one last rooftop, and saw Killow, Vania, Teresa, Morro, and Chen.
Killow : Chain 'em down, Guys!
Master Chen : Only one can Remain, and that one is The Resistance!
Morro : Glad to be on this side of the Chains, for once.
Richard : Dad!
Charlie : Grandfather!
The Citizens ran the chains around The Colossus' Legs, and Siddie and Richard were flying towards the back at a high speed.
Charlie : Siddie, Richard... Finish it!
Richard : The Bigger They Are!
Siddie : The Harder They Fall!
Richard and Siddie hit the back of the very top of the Colossus very hard, and it fell straight down.
Charlie : Emperor Lloyd, Master Wu... off of Firstbourne, she needs to get to Lydia.
Lloyd : We understand.
Lloyd and Master Wu jumped off Firstbourne, and landed on a rooftop with Harumi, Misako, and Liv.
On Borg Tower. . .
Garmadon was furious, trying to use his Powers, as Lydia still threw The Dragonbone Blade to him.
Master Lydia : I cannot Fight you, but I can Resistance you!
Garmadon then fell to his knees, as his Power stopped.
Garmadon : My Power... Where is It?!
Lydia looked up, as a Golden Light started to emit around her hands, and her eyes.
Montgomery : Guys... Now!
Montgomery, Liam, and Alizah all stood behind Lydia, and sent in her Powers, Alizah was on the Left, Liam was on the Right, and Montgomery was directly behind her sending in his energy.
Just then Firstbourne, flew up, and started firing her power at Lydia as well.
Garmadon : That's your Plan, to let your Friends send their Powers at you... you still cannot defeat Me Lydia.
Garmadon's Powers came back, and he stared at his Granddaughter.
Garmadon : You don't even have your Dragonbone Sword.
Master Lydia : I don't need the Sword. . .
Creative Power emitted from Lydia's Hands, and her eyes Flashed Gold and Bright Green, and she raised her arms and let the Power surround her, and the kids saw from the city below.
Felicia : Whoa.
Siddie : Holy Cow.
Richard : That's a Spectacle.
Nina : Garmadon?!
Eric : Not Garmadon...
Charlie : Liddy.
Master Wu : She unlocked it.
Liv : Wow.
Misako : My Granddaughter.
Empress Harumi : Lloyd?!
Lloyd : Lydia's become, The Ultimate Dragon Master.

Garmadon : Then I guess, this is Goodbye!
Garmadon fired his Powers, at Lydia, just as her Brother and Cousins stopped, and so did Firstbourne, as Lydia's Powers were being absorbed by her.
Just then, there was a huge Flash, and Garmadon was using the Rocks on top of Borg Tower to make himself bigger.
Empress Harumi : Firstbourne. . .
Mystake : She has Evolved. . .
Firstbourne was now Gold rather than Red, and she was using the Elemental Power of Creation itself, rather than the Four Elements that are Combined to form it.
Master Lydia : I am The Ultimate Dragon Master!
Liv : Why do I feel a weird sense, just standing here, seeing Lloyd say almost those exact words, twenty years ago?
Lloyd : Oh ha ha.
Garmadon : No!
Garmadon was using the Giant Stone Arms, and he was throwing giant pieces of debris at Lydia to try and stop her, but she was destroying them, and she blasted him off the tower, and used her Powers to keep him in the air, and he was using his Powers as well.
Firstbourne caught Lydia, and let her stand on her back, and allowed The Mother of All Dragons to absorb and use The Elemental Power of Creation!
Garmadon : You can't stop the Darkness when it comes Lydia... when there is this much light, there will always be new acts of Darkness, that will rise to overcome it.
Master Wu heard Garmadon say those words once before, and what he said next, nobody heard him say.
Master Wu: The Oni. . .
Just then, Lloyd smiled as he heard his daughter speak.
Master Lydia : Unless, not just mine... But All Light, is Bright Enough!
Liv and Misako both laughed at what Lydia said, and Lloyd looked at them.
Liv : She just one-upped you.
Lloyd : Yea, I got that, Sis.
Lydia jumped off of Firstbourne, and let the Creative Light surround her, just as Montgomery, Alizah, and Liam sent Lydia their powers, and they let her Creative Power surround them, as their power floated them into the Sky as well, and Formed their Elemental Dragons, as she blasted her Power at Garmadon and his Powers.
Misako : All of my Grandchildren have Found their True Potentials!
Master Lydia : Grandfather... This Ends Now!
Garmadon : If you Insist, My Grandchildren of Garmadon.
Garmadon used his Powers, and shot them straight at the Top of Borg Tower, as he climbed to the top of it, and it created a huge black swarm of Darkness.
Lydia, Montgomery, Alizah, and Liam flew inside it, and saw Garmadon using his Powers.
Garmadon tried to blast Lydia, but it wasn't working as she jumped off Firstbourne and floated closer to him.
The others were all watching, they couldn't see inside the swarm, but somehow the TV screens all across the city could.
Garmadon : No, This is Not Possible!
Liam : Not Just Creativity and Destruction-
Montgomery : but in Darkness...
Alizah : and Light!
Master Lydia : All is Possible!
Lydia put her hands on Garmadon's Shoulders, and used her Powers.
Garmadon : No, No...
Garmadon : NOOOOOOOOO!
Lydia kept using her powers as she moved her head up, and kissed her Grandfather's Cheek.
Just then, a Huge Golden Flash happened.

On The Streets.
Inside the Battle Wagon, Skylor was waking up, in Kai's Arms.
Skylor : What the heck happened?
Kai : We won, Skylor.
Skylor : Kai, you're back!
Skylor stood up, and tightly hugged her husband, and Kai returned the hug.
Skylor : Where are Felicia and Charlie.
Kai : I'll show you.
They got outside the Battle Wagon, and ran over to where the Colossus was, or what was left of it.
Felicia woke up, and helped Charlie get on his feet.
Felicia : Let's never do that again.
Charlie : What just happened.
Charlie saw somebody standing beside Kai, and he had Felicia turn around.
Felicia and Charlie : Mom!
Felicia and Charlie ran forward, and threw themselves into their mother's arms.
Charlie : My Mother.
Felicia : Mom, you're okay.
Master Chen : To think Charlie didn't notice me.
Charlie : Grandfather.
Charlie threw himself into Chen's arms, and he hugged his Grandson, and it made Skylor happy that her Father was okay.
Skylor : You okay, Dad?
Master Chen : Never better, Skylor... nice for me to play the hero for a change.
Skylor stood up and carried Charlie in her arms and hugged her Father, as Kai carried Felicia in his arms.
Skylor : You always were, all my Life.
Master Chen : I love you, Skylor.
Skylor : I love you too Dad.
On the other side. . .
Richard : Come on, get up you rock-head.
Siddie : Richard!
Siddie threw herself into her boyfriend's arms, and Richard returned the hug, and Morro came by and kneeled down to hug his son.
Richard : Looks like you were the one wrong about your Sensei.
Morro stopped hugging Richard, and the two of them laughed.
Morro : You just saved Ninjago, so I'm gonna let that one go.
Cole and Opal came by and hugged Siddie, and Cole carried his daughter in her arms.
Nya came out of the Battle Wagon, and Eric came over and hugged her, but Nya carried Eric in her arms, and Jay did the same with Nina, as he and Nina came over and hugged the Masters of Water.
Nya : I love you, Jay.
Jay : I love you too, Nya.
Eric : They need to learn to never-
Nina : Mess with the Twins of Nya and Jay.
Nya and Jay smiled, and hugged each other, and Nina and Eric did the same as their parents carried them in their arms.
Just then, Lloyd, Mystake, Master Wu, Liv, Harumi, and Misako came down from the roof of the building they were on.
Lloyd : Guys, Come on, we need to go get Lydia!
Everybody knew Lloyd was right and they ran off to Borg Tower.
On The Rooftop. . .
Firstbourne was Red again, as she stopped using Lydia's Powers, and Lydia landed on the rooftop, and Montgomery, Alizah, and Liam saw Lydia wearing a Golden Hood, she took the hood off, and her headpiece, and the armor, and the others saw she was wearing The Golden Destiny Robes ( The Robes Lloyd wore in Green and Gold )
Lydia saw her brother was wearing the same Destiny Robes as Lloyd, and she threw herself into her brother's arms, and Liam and Alizah joined the hug with their cousins.
Montgomery : I knew you had that Potential in you, Lydia.
Master Lydia : I couldn't have unlocked this without all of you... you guys are the greatest part of my life, as my Family.
Lydia continued to let the tears soak her brother's shoulder, just as she turned around to see Garmadon on his knees.
Garmadon : You still have to Finish it, Granddaughter!
Master Lydia : I don't have to Finish anything... especially you.
Master Lydia : Grandfather... I know it's not Over.
Garmadon : You must Prepare, for they will come, and ensure Darkness is all that Remains, you are right when this is Not Over, but when they Come, It will be!
Montgomery : Who will Come, Grandfather?
Garmadon : I thought my Power could power back the Darkness from us all, but you took that away.
Liam : My Mother and I share the same power, how are yours any different, because much like the four of us, you are not a full Oni, you only have the Form of One, that changes the look and feeling of you, not who you truly are at your heart.
Garmadon : That may be, my Grandson...
Alizah : Who will come, Grandfather?!
Garmadon : The Four of you will see, and when they come, nothing will be left!
The Grandchildren of Garmadon let concerned looks on their faces, but they let them go away.
Master Lydia : When that time comes, we will let you see The Darkness and The Light of Day again, Grandfather.
Lydia held out her hand, and Garmadon stood up, and took it.
Master Lydia : Come on Guys.
The others followed Lydia, and she led them and Garmadon down the tower to the Elevator, and they used it.
Liam's Destiny Robes were the same style as Kai, only they were Gunmetal Gray and Lavender, in the places of Red and Dark Red and he held out his hand, and they all saw his Dragon was Lavender Purple.
Alizah : How'd you unlock it Brother?
Liam : It was something that had to do with our Grandfather, I always thought it was something holding me back with you guys, but it was him... and me showing him, helped me show myself The Creative Possibilities that lay awake in Destruction... what about you Sis?
Alizah's Robes were the same Style as Nya's, only they were Magenta and Fuchsia, rather than Maroon and Azure
Alizah : Lydia... Seeing my destiny to Protect her, never seemed to fit in my mind, until that moment, where it was all four of us, freeing Ninjago, I thought it was supposed to be you, or Mom... but I saw it was her the whole time.
Garmadon : Your mother will find that Sappy and Adorable.
Alizah punched her Grandfather's arm, and Lydia giggled.
Master Lydia : Real funny, Grampa
Garmadon : I'm sure everybody will just be glad that you four are alright... because I know I am.
Lydia held her Grandfather's hand and used her powers, showing him the light.
Lydia looked up at Garmadon and smiled at him, and he smiled back, and it was a real smile.
Master Lydia : I haven't seen that smile since I was a baby.
Garmadon : It won't be the last time, Lydia.
Master Lydia : Montgomery.
Montgomery : I unlocked Mine from seeing that there's only one thing that keeps you on that long surviving drive during War, for Peace and Freedom, and-
Master Lydia : It was having your Family beside you?
Montgomery : How'd you know?
Master Lydia : It was the same for Me.
Lydia smiled at her Grandfather as she held his hand, and Montgomery knew what she meant.
Garmadon : Even through my dark side, I'll say I'm proud you all found your True Potentials.
Montgomery : Thank you, Grandfather.
The Elevator stopped, and the Grandchildren of Garmadon walked their Grandfather outside Borg Tower, and it was then Lydia let go of her Grandfather's hand, but she and her brother and cousins kept their smiles.
Commissioner Stevens : Well I hope you scums, took good care of Kryptarium.
Ronin : Yea, because that's where you're going.
Eric : You should be lucky that Siddie and I aren't throwing you into that truck, Ronin.
Commissioner Stevens : To be fair, he'd just break out again, he did once already.
Eric : To be honest, it's not that hard to escape, we escaped Kryptarium Prison, before we even got there.
Commissioner Stevens : Touche... and I know some cells that have opened up.
The kids then turned around when they heard a voice.
Master Lydia : Do you have room for One More?
Charlie saw the white haired girl, with the green lips, and he smiled, and he and the others ran over to them.
Charlie : Lydia!
Nina : Man, I can't believe it!
Xavier : You guys are okay!
Richard : Yea!
Princess Alex : Lydia, your power is back!
Kai : And Garmadon's Power is gone.
Cole : The Balance is Restored.
Master Lydia : Yea, for now.
The Young Ninjas shared their laugh, until Lloyd and Harumi came up the stairs.
Montgomery : Mom!
Master Lydia : Daddy!
Montgomery and Lydia threw themselves into their parents' arms, and they tightly hugged their kids, and Liv came up the stairs, and hugged hers as well.
Lloyd : I'm so proud of you two.
Empress Harumi : We both are.
Master Lydia : I couldn't have done this without all of you...
Lydia finished, as she let tears soak her Father's shoulder
Master Lydia : Daddy, I love you so much.
Lloyd : I love you too Lydia... so much.
The kids walked down the stairs, and let Harumi and Lloyd have their time with Lydia and Montgomery.
As Lloyd carried The Gold Princess, and Harumi was carrying the Green Ninja, and the four of them hugged each other, while Lydia and Montgomery were being carried in their parents' arms.
Commissioner Stevens : Thank you Young Ninja for saving Ninjago, again.
The Commissioner walked away, and the Young Ninja were reuniting with their Parents.
Just then, a Mech landed, and Hazel climbed out.
Hazel : Xavier. . .
Xavier : Hazel.
Hazel walked forward and embraced her boyfriend and kissed him, and Xavier returned the hug and kiss.
Just then Harumi and Lloyd let their kids down, but Harumi felt a sharp pain in her guts.
Montgomery : Mom, are you done?
Empress Harumi : Yes.
Master Lydia : Good, because I don't want there to be more scenarios for you to stop resting yourself.
Lloyd : Yea Rumi, you should really be stopping with the fighting in pain.
Empress Harumi : Lloyd, my conditions healed enough, I don't need to go back.
Lloyd : I know.
Master Lydia : But we still don't have our home Daddy, I blew it up.
Charlie came up the stairs, and held Lydia's hand.
Charlie : I think we may be able to help with that.
Lydia smiled, and she was shocked by Charlie hugging her, but she returned the hug.
Felicia : I guess Charlie decided to make his first move next.
Montgomery : I wouldn't bother them, one older sibling to another, those two are perfect.
Felicia : Yea, I know.
Lydia walked over to the Police Truck with Lloyd, Liv, and Harumi, and she opened the door.
Master Lydia : When the Time Comes... when they Come?
Garmadon : I'll come as well Lydia.
Lydia got into the truck for a split second, and kissed her Grandfather's Cheek, and Lloyd grabbed Lydia and carried her in his arms, and they all smiled at Garmadon, and he smiled back, for real this time.
Lydia shut the door, and the truck drove off.
Jay : Well that's the end of another Villain.
Felicia : Yea, I wonder what Tomorrow holds.
March 16th - Royal Palace
10:45 a.m.
Journal Entries : Princess Lydia
"It's been only 12 Hours since my Grandfather's Reign had ended, well... again, and now work has already begun on repairing the City, and it's just been quiet outside, but I can't really complain, a small earthquake happened though and make parts of the Palace Rooftop collapse, and cause more debris inside to fall, and now that there's no roof, we don't have to worry about getting crushed while we try and rebuild the Palace."
Nina : It holds a lot of work Felicia.
The Young Ninjas were wearing their Resistance Robes ( Season 8 ) again, including Montgomery, Alizah, and Liam since they wanted to use their Destiny Robes at another time, and so did Lydia, but right now she wasn't with the others.
Siddie : We saved Ninjago again, can't we get a day off.
Charlie : Hey, we helped break it, so we help rebuild it.
Empress Harumi : I'm a bit worried about Lydia.
Montgomery : Why, Mom?
Empress Harumi : Because much like Me, Quite a few of the city thinks Lydia should be taken to Court for starting this whole mess.
Montgomery : But she's six, and She saved the city, or perhaps all of Ninjago!
Empress Harumi : In other eyes Montgomery, you and cousins did that, not her, but to prove that Lydia isn't Guilty of leading the Sons of Garmadon the entire time, we need something to use.
Killow : That's why when the time comes, I'm standing up for her, The Commissioner pardoned me from my Crimes, now we gotta wait to see it all on every TV screen in Ninjago, so we can shove it in their faces that the Princess is innocent.
Empress Harumi : Not to Mention since Lloyd and I are technically more than just Figureheads in this scenario, especially with The Formlings and Shintaro Skyfolk being brought into this, Akita and Vania are going to be standing up for her as well, same as Zach and Alex, and Prince Morgan.
Siddie : That's only if Lydia is taken to Court, there's a pretty big chance she won't be.
Just then they heard somebody come towards the door, and it was Liv wearing her Civilian Outfit.
Liv : Come quick, Young Ninja!
Siddie : What, what is it?!
Liv : There's trouble.
Nina : We just saved the City, yesterday!
The Young Ninja pulled on their hoods and followed Liv, while Killow and Harumi ran after them, but stood off to the side once they reached the Palace Gates.
Just then, they saw the Civilians standing there cheering, and they took off their hoods, and smiled, and they heard the music that was playing was The Weekend Whip.
Charlie : Liddy, what's going on?
Lydia was wearing her Civilian Outfit, and she walked up the steps towards Charlie, and removed her hood.
Princess Lydia : The Commissioner already thanked us, but the People wanted to thank not just me, but thank you also.
Lloyd : Same with us, Charlie.
Charlie smiled at The Royal Family, as Lloyd, Harumi, and Lydia stood there and smiled at the Young Ninja.
Charlie also looked at Lydia and noticed something about her wearing her Civilian Outfit.
Charlie : Hey, you're not wearing your Dress or your Face Paint.
Princess Lydia : I talked with my Parents and my Brother, and they decided while there may still be Crime around the city, if I'm to be The Gold Empress one day, it's best if I get out of the Royal Palace once in a while.
Charlie : Well that's Grand.
Empress Harumi : As long as you're back by a decent hour, Sweetheart.
Princess Lydia : I know, Mommy.
The music continued playing, and Eric and Charlie saw Skylor, Hazel, Dareth, Nya, Killow, and Queen Akita in the crowd, and they signaled for them to come up.
They did, and stood beside the kids, and so did The Royal Family ( Lloyd, Harumi, and Lydia )
Landon saw Nina, and he came up the stairs, and she hugged him and sighed, finally having Peace again in Ninjago.
Hazel took Xavier's hand and kissed his titanium cheek, and he smiled at her, and they looked at the crowd.
Alex leaned closer to Eric, and kissed him, and he didn't hesitate to return the kiss, and he wrapped his arm around her, and she held his hand to her heart.
Siddie pecked Richard's Cheek, he quickly moved in front of Siddie, and she jumped on his back, and he stood up straight, and let her on his back, but he wasn't prepared for her kissing his forehead several times, before he told her to stop.
Killow was standing in the back as he pulled out the Mask of Death, and raised it above the Crowd, and they watched as he snapped it in half with his bare hands.
Killow : Farewell, Oni Masks!
The Citizens cheered at Killow's action, proving to them that he indeed changed his ways.
Nya was standing behind Eric and Nina, with Akita on her left, since Alex was standing next to Eric.
Queen Akita : I had no doubt that these two would be together by the end.
Nya : Me neither, I didn't think any different with Nina and Landon either.
Nina : We can hear you.
Nya : I know, Sweetie.
Skylor : I'm very proud of you, Charlie.
Charlie : Mom, I'm sorry I poisoned you.
Skylor : Don't, your plan did bring us closer to stopping him, and there's nothing more I could ask for, from the greatest son.
Skylor kneeled down and kissed her son's cheek, before standing up, and standing near Felicia.
Princess Lydia : Hey Charlie, while my Parents aren't watching...
Charlie : Yeah?
Lydia leaned forward and kissed Charlie's lips, and while shocked, Charlie was also happy and he returned the kiss and held Lydia's hands, and held her right hand after parting, and Lydia laid her head on Charlie's shoulder, and he waved to the crowd...
11 Hours Later. . .
9:50 p.m.
The Young Ninja's Celebration lasted the whole day, and right now The Fireworks were going off, and Lydia's Family along with Charlie, Eric, Richard, Morro, Nya, and Skylor were on the Rooftop with Firstbourne.
Lydia saw them, and walked over to the others.
Princess Lydia : She has to Leave?
Lloyd : This isn't their Realm, Lydia... She'll come back to her Dragon Master, but for now she has to go home.
Princess Lydia : I thank you, my Friend.
Lydia leaned forward and hugged Firstbourne, and after parting she kept her hand on her head, and Lloyd put his hand on his daughter's shoulder.
Lydia then had a thought, and she looked at the City.
Princess Lydia : My Great-Grandfather tried to Create the Perfect Realm, is that even possible?
Master Wu : Someday, it may be Lydia... my Father was The First Spinjitzu Master, but just because he was the first, doesn't mean he'll be the Best or the Last, I feel that's why he gave you his Powers, you have perhaps the Brightest Soul and Heart, that I have ever seen in these Realms, and in all of my Time, and I feel you will be the one, to make this Realm a Peaceful place.
Princess Lydia : That's what I want to do... because this world isn't Perfect, and there may be no such thing, but that doesn't mean any of us should give up on it, this Realm isn't just my Great-Grandfather's, but my Family's, and I wouldn't have that any other way.
Mystake : Wise Words, Princess Lydia Garmadon.
Princess Lydia : Great Uncle Wu, I need you to tell me Something.
Master Wu : What is it, my great niece?
Princess Lydia : Back in the First Realm, Then... and Now, did you see the Oni?
Master Wu : They were gone when we arrived, to where, None of us know... but why, what troubles you Master Lydia?
Lydia stood on the edge of the roof, and looked at the City.
Princess Lydia : If my Grandfather is Right, then I think they're Coming. . .
Lloyd : It's okay if they are Lydia, the Oni are a threat I have dreamed of, and have even seen once before, when they Come, you won't stand against them alone.
Princess Lydia : But, will my Grandfather, stand beside Me... Like he said he would?
Misako : Even through his Darkness, you showed him the Light, Lydia... I know he will.
Just then The Young Ninja came to the roof.
They were about to walk over to the others when they saw Charlie and Montgomery with Lydia.
Nina : Aw, who thought we'd see the day, you think we should dog-pile them?
Felicia : Give the Princess and my Little Brother their moment okay, I feel like they earned it.
Siddie : Well this has been quite the ride.
Xavier : Do you guys think, we'll have Others?
Siddie : I'm hoping so, I like being a Ninja... other than Dancing, I don't see how I have that many other skills.
Nina : Speak for yourself, I'm looking forward to helping my Dad do some inventing, or dabbling in Poetry
Eric : I was taking interest in Mechanics, with my Mom and Scott.
Felicia : Nina and Eric are right, all of us have come a long way in the past year. . .
The kids then looked at the others, and they all agreed.
Felicia : Especially my Brother...
Richard : Agreed, Charlie's really the reason we're all a Team, and there's no reason that this Team can't each do something we've all learned in our everyday lives.
Liam : Yea, and who knows, my Sister and I may have helped our cousins get the Balance right here today, but there's always Tomorrow, with none of us knowing what's right around the Corner.
Alizah : My Brother's right, and as long as we all still have our Home that's worth fighting for, there will always be a need for the Young Ninja, and we will be ready.
Everybody walked over to the others, and they saw Lydia, with Montgomery and Charlie.
Lydia got off the ledge, and stood at the "Railing" part of the Roof, and looked at the City, and Charlie held Lydia's hand, and Montgomery stood on the other side of her, and wrapped his arm around his sister.
Lydia knows that Her Family, and her life will never ever be out of harms way, and she doesn't know what her Future as The Gold Empress, and as The Ultimate Dragon Master will hold.
But as Long as her whole Family is by her side, then she knows she'll be Okay.
Well there you Go everybody, The Main Adventure is Over, 30 Chapters that covered Lydia's Golden Destiny, and how she still showed her Grandfather the Light, even through Darkness, but that doesn't mean the Oni Trilogy is over yet. . .
The Oni's Rise will come, and may once again be The Rise, or The Fall of the Ninja, where the Young Ninja will be affected in every way... One will Fall, One will ask The Ultimate Question, One will Enter the Darkness alone, One will leave their love behind, One will make a Fatal Mistake, One will hold all of Ninjago in his hands, One will Prepare for the Last Stand, One will be forced to choose sides, One will Fight or Die, and One will Reach into The Light...
But Before that, there are going to be 4 Epilogue Chapters to this Story, with each being a certain event after the end of Garmadon's Reign.
Chapter 31 will explain how Lydia helped Garmadon see the light, and Charlie helps her cope with her still blaming herself for letting her grandfather, and perhaps all of the Oni out, and spending time with Charlie, with him finally telling her how he feels.
Chapter 32 will have Lydia visit Garmadon at Kryptarium Prison, and speak with him about The Oni's Rise, and him seeing the light, if he will ever come to the Light again.
Chapter 33 will be Richard's 9th Birthday at the Noodle House in Ninjago City, with the Chapter mostly being centered around Siddie, Morro, and Richard.
Chapter 34 will be centered around Nina, Eric, Alex, and Charlie, and it will set the stage for the next story, that comes after The Oni's Rise.
