Chapter 14: Age seventeen
After a year of fear and Zarc's driving, the Seventeen year old demon finally got his license. Now Zarc have to do something the unstoppable. That is any guy have to do. Asking a girl out for prom. Japan only prefers all work and no dances, but thanks to the petition one American exchange student did the impossible. Zarc asked different girls in the school. They rejected him, since he is as they describe "a nobody". Much to Zarc's anger, he wished they just suffer, even though he asked the American exchange student and she just said no. Zarc defeated, he went to his classroom and slumped down on his desk as like always, people shunned the poor teen.
After Zarc got home with his car, he find Odd eyes playing chess with Scrap eyes, his nephew. Odd eyes looked at Zarc and smiled warmly. "Well hello Zarc," greeted the pendulum dragon, "How is school?" Zarc put his school case down on the couch then sat down as well. "It's great." Zarc answered, "Of course no girl would go out with me." Scrap eyes did a checkmate on Odd eyes then got to Zarc. "Well you are suspicious to others." Spoke the small monster, "But hey, at least you have us." Zarc groans with a facepalm. Yea Scrap eyes is not helping. Zarc then gets up and went to the kitchen to get a drink. In the kitchen as well is Starve venom, is is cooking dinner for later. Starve venom recognize the emotion in Zarc's eyes then stops chopping the veggies for a minute to investigate. "Zarc are you alright?" The fusion monster asked. Zarc told Starve venom about at school and what happened, once that is done, Starve Venom nods then had an idea. Starve venom spoke Zarc about how the dragon has relatives and has a sister that is in his species years, his little sister is a teenager and knows how to shape shift, given the name Shape Venom. After hours of thinking, Zarc decided to go to prom with the monster. 'This is going to be a long night.' He thought to himself as he then goes to his dragons.
Later that evening, Zarc is all dressed in a suit for prom (despite his dislikes for it) and got a corsage for the female monster that Starve venom to ask over. Zarc is then putting in mouth is a mint so he can speak. Once he's ready, he heard the doorbell rang and he ran down to answer it. Scrap eyes, despite his size, he be able to answer the door and at their door way is Starve venom's sister. Shape Venom Fusion Dragon is who she is called. Like Scrap eyes, she is wearing a portable solid vision machine around her neck so that way the card is her heart but her whole body is fake. Of course to Zarc even without the solid vision, she is real and to being seen right before his eyes. Shape Venom is in her human disguise form and is wearing a beautiful purple prom dress, her hair is in a bun as her fringes in ribbons are her horns as her hair is pure black and has sparkles in it, she is wearing rubies on her writs, neck, and ears, and her make up in color of a chromatic night sky, showing her beautiful green eyes that has a bit of blue in her irises. Zarc smiled warmly at his prom date and took her hand to put on the corsage. "So you're Zarc big brother told me about huh?" The female dragon asked. Zarc nodded then finished and looked at her. "You are lot beautiful than your brother described." She giggles in flatter and get in place for pictures. Once their picture is taken by Clear Wing, they say their goodbyes and leaves the house. "You know," spoke Starve venom as he then washed the dishes, "I think he and my sister will hit it off quite fine."
Later that night, we find Starve venom asleep on the couch and holding the pillow in his arm. Then suddenly he woke up to the sound of jiggling on the handle and we find Zarc entering with his bow tie undone and Shape Venom disheveled and they're both giggling. "So you had fun?" The older monster spoke, "I hope you didn't do something stupid while there." Zarc explained about how he is with prom and they did had fun, until her disguise are off and scared everyone with her true form. "What matters Starve Venom, we had fun." Zarc finished as he kissed the female on the cheek and went upstairs to head to bed. Shape Venom looked at her brother. "Besides we used a condom." Much to Starve venom's relief, he hoped his little sister won't either get pregnant or lay an egg.
