Barry is flat like a snail, weak to linger a movement. He's been sealed in the glass for ages. In this instance, it changed him, forced him to stand up as he experiences the trembling feel of the background shaking. There he realises it's not his imagination or mind going crazy, it's the door breaking down.
The neutralised speedster steadies in a stance, prepared to face an encounter of something he's not aware of. The huge door smashed down, revealing to Barry someone who isn't really the figure that the latter had feared of. It was a lady in roundabout twenties. Wearing black pants, a black sleeved-shirt, and a black jacket. Barry can't identify in knowing who the person is.
The young lady pixels in a instant right in forefront of the thick glass-wall, where Barry is trapped inside.
"Who are you?", Barry questioned.
The lady didn't respond, she instead punched on the glass, shattering it into pieces. Allowing Barry to finally roam freely. Free to use his speed. At the moment, Barry was more concerned about why he's being freed.
"Why'd you save me?", Barry asked.
"Because...Flash..", said Mia, astonishing Barry though he shouldn't be as he disclosed his ego identity to numerous people, including enemies of his. "I am Mia Zor-El-Queen".
"Mia?", Barry latches on, giving the impression he is aware of Mia's existence. He was told by Oliver and Kara before about Mia's existence. Though he never really saw her in person, or in the public. Not in any event, in both crossover team-ups or get-together, has he converged to see her. "Oliver and Kara's daughter?".
Mia nodded. Now moving to how she found him. "A secret bay mentioned you were in here so I thought I'd rescue you before we take off with this". Mia raises her hand up, showcasing to Barry the extrapolator, in which the latter displays a smile in.
Their timing accelerated when they saw Dark Supergirl in the flesh.
"My. My. You freed the fastest man alive. Is that what they call it in Central City? An intro perhaps?", Kara deemed. She walks forward, slowly stretching to Mia and Barry's point. "Doesn't matter. Not even the Flash can stop me".
"Maybe not him. Not me. Not anyone. But I know I will find a way to save you mom", said Mia.
"Saving is pointless honey. I am who I was supposed to be this entire time. A true god", Mia's mother declared.
"It will once I find out what drove you to partake on a darker path", said Mia. Latter presses on the extrapolator, quickly taking Barry away into the boom tube.
Dark Supergirl attempted to launch herself into the portal but unfortunately for her the portal instantly shut.
"No matter. You won't hide forever. I can feel your body and mind. I know where you hide. It's pointless", said Kara. She revolves around, walking back to the exit of the room. "There's only one hour left before everyone in this cornfield multiverse succumbs to their end-fates".
Earth-1
Happy Harbour
In a distinct area where many lives are distinct, a while spiral portal opens out of nowhere, giving access for two people to emerge. Barry and Mia.
Barry radicalises in drawing tints of breathes, trying to relax himself. Whilst Mia remains calm.
"Daughter of Oliver and Kara. Amazing", Barry remarks.
"I last saw your daughter in Earth-48", Mia addressed, not appointed to having a conversation about life.
"She's alive?", Barry questions, glad that his daughter still lives. He's aware that his daughter and Mia befriended each other, happened some point in time prior to the endgame crises. It stuns Barry to know his daughter had managed to survive without her father.
"She is. Still believes you're not dead", Mia deemed.
Barry stations to watch his surroundings. They're in an area full of numerous sheds. He then turns back to Mia.
"The air. Oxygen. The status of the world. It's so intense to now see it fall within the ashes", Barry expressed. "Thank you for setting me free".
"Won't turn out for long", Mia claims, confusing Barry. "She knows everywhere I'd be. This is where I part ways with you". Mia displays a finer directing Barry to a large mountain. "Over there. You know that place don't you".
"Mount Justice. Former Headquarters as one of the premises the Justice League used. Currently belongs to the Young Justice team", Barry explained. Latter tilts to Nora. "You don't have to run away in speeding bullets just to hide from your mom".
"She knows everything. Her intuition isn't normal Barry in standard mother levels. They're a large chunked size level of how she tends to operate", Mia remarks.
"Can't abandon you all alone. One of my promises was to confirm to looking after you at great's peak", said Barry, confusing Mia as she never requested Barry to strictly supervise him. Barry lowers his head, reflecting back to what promise he to someone. "Your father: Oliver Queen. He confessed how much pain he felt when he abandoned you to revolve around the missions. Justice League missions. Made a vow to him that I would take care of you". He ups his eyes to directly eye-line with Mia's eyes. "He told me all of it before his passing. I watched him die and I was helpless. Superman couldn't save him in time. Neither did I. Only told the both of us to take care of you, Linda, and William".
"A heartful request granted from my dad", Mia remarks. "Albeit I'm not keen to ask for people's protection. I've managed to hold my own".
"Mia", Barry attempts convicting.
"I don't want to be apart of your new gang. I have to go-"
"Go where? Star City? Central City? Or haply travel wherever Diana lurks?", Barry enlisted in wonder of questions.
"How would I have a connection to Diana?", Mia questioned.
"Oliver once told me; Nyssa wasn't your only trainer. Diana was, because of your overwhelming power beyond mortal men", said Barry.
"No I'm not. I don't know where the shit-hell Diana's been but that doesn't matter to me. I have a mission to complete", said Mia.
"And what's that?", Barry asked, knowing the state of the multiverse. There's no such existence that prowls regarding missions. Most the population in the multiverse are markedly low.
"Thought I could use your speed to avail me to leave this timeline-"
"My speed? Leaving the timeline? You don't mean...", Barry now knows what Mia's plan is.
"Yes Barry. I'm planning on leaving this wretched timeline. Besides, we have less than an hour before my mom extinguishes all other universes. Including this one", said Mia.
"An hour?", Barry gets bewildered at. Doesn't recall being told by Kara that there's a time before multiverse's further decay.
"Surprised that my mom hasn't told you", Mia expressed. "Well I'll tell you this. She'll wipe out as many universes she's capable of wiping out. It will be our-". Her talks were cut down due to the two discerning a feeling of a boom tube opening at few steps away from them. Barry and Mia phase into their fighting stances, preparing themselves for what's assumed to Mia's mother. "Should've left when I had the chance".
"No. We're not leaving each other", the regained speedster determines.
In crinkle's surprises in their faces, they registered a different presence. It wasn't Dark Supergirl. It was someone Barry hadn't seen for five years. In Mia's case, she hadn't seen them since she had to run after Linda through up the deep space.
"Aunt Thea. Roy. Zoe. Dinah. Cisco. Gypsy", said Mia, in surprise.
"Dad?!", Nora exclaims, catching Barry's attention, the latter whom was much more stunned, he was frozen in vibration forces he can't control.
"Mia?!", Barry exclaimed. He was soon pushed back by the sheer push Nora gave to Barry as she tightly squeezed around Barry's back.
"I knew you were alive. I knew it. I knew it all along", Nora expressed, though blown in gaps attributable to her uncontrollable cries.
"Can't believe it. Is my mind-?", Cisco tried to remark something but was cut off.
"Your vision is clear jackass", Gypsy remarks.
Cisco completely ignored Gypsy as he ran straight to embrace Barry, in which the latter accepted. Both babble their expressions.
Thea ran to Mia's point, squeezing so tight with an unmitigated grip. One she wasn't willing to loosen over Mia, the latter whom accepted it and admitted she missed her too. She just learned her niece is still alive. "You're alive. Thank God you're alive. I was so worried". Thea finally separated her gripped ties with Mia. "Ever since you, Linda, and William left. I got so worried that the three of you would never come back".
"Linda and William are in mom's grasp. She's not hurting them as she confessed she still has feelings to care for her children", said Mia.
"That's comforting", Thea marked. Even though she still dislikes Kara's mannerism and corruption.
"But she isn't hesitant to settle the dust in this whole multiverse. We only have one hour before the whole multiverse terraforms into her darkest image", said Mia.
"That is really bad", Roy remarks, approaching to Mia and Thea's point. "We couldn't find the parts to fix the Waverider because William blinked out. Earth-48's defenses have chased us across the tiny section in the globe after perceiving us as threats".
"It didn't matter because Kara knew what we were up to. She had Kalex under her control this entire time since William reactivated the the system", Mia uncovers for Roy and everyone, which shocks them all.
"So we're back in square one?", Zoe questioned.
"Looks to be Zoe", Dinah presumes.
"Not really", Mia alarmed, instantly given everyone's peered eyes on her.
"The speed force", Barry furthered.
Mia nodded, gesturing everyone Barry is correct of what he raised.
"My mom is planning on invading the past. Engaging with all the beings in the multiverse", said Mia. "Looks to view that she was stuttered by William's sickness that drives her to unleash havoc in the past".
"That could permanently erase her from existence if she tries to wreck in the past. I mean meeting her younger self, would change that version of Kara to realise her development of events", said Barry. "Taking into factor that Kara will always reside in Earth in many of those decades of her crusade".
"Not all the years", Thea proclaims, with confidence. Everyone eyed over Thea. "She established months in Argo City with Oliver. Because of...". Thea briefly eyes on Mia, whom stared in perplexing gaze to her. "...birth".
"Then she can create chaos without interfering with the timeline's continuity, in regards to Kara particularly. That is if she puts down everyone who knows who startled the attack. I'd presume worlds will blame Kara from the past, disconcerting her with the attacker. It will maintain her to exist", said Nora. "The question leaves on where Oliver beholds. She lost her sanity because of witnessing Oliver's death".
"Timan-El", a vast differed voice, different from everyone in the team that regrouped, appeared behind everyone. They all directed their gazes to where the direction was held in. "A Kryptonian tech capable of manipulating time in such instant that it could make time exceedingly malleable with pieces piled over one another".
"What? Can't be-"
"Save the deep shocks for later we don't have lot of time", said the man before them.
"A man glowing in the dark. A Batman", Thea remarks.
"Black Lantern", Batman raised, whilst walking to group with his allies.
"I thought the Lanterns, Superman and Supergirl took care of them", Mia claims.
"Superman ravelled a piece. An unintentional action. Which prized me a chance to wield", Batman revealed. "But that's not what's important".
"The addition of stacking time distortions altogether. Putting to the fact that Oliver can live while Kara, as Dark Supergirl, can maintain in existence", said Dinah.
"Now that we're all regrouped; what's our next step-in the game? Dark Supergirl took everything we had. She will swiftly fix up the Waverider. And scorch this multiverse into death. Going back in time won't solve anything with using speed force. It can only take two people at a time. In this case, Barry isn't at his peaks. He's in not condition to breach a time jump", said Cisco.
"It can for two people", Mia addressed, directing her gaze to Nora. "You can go back in time. With two people".
"That won't be enough to counteract with your mom. Whatever she's planning to trumpet", Cisco declared.
"I'd first suggest we first, before anything, weld as much reinforcements we need", Batman proposed an idea. Everyone, upcoming for Batman to follow, gazed at the area where the Young Justice Headquarters lies.
"We have one Bruce", Barry confirms for Bruce. "You might not have seen this but that won't matter. You're gonna be in a helluva time in there". Barry alludes to how Barbara, Tim, Dick and Jason would react when they see the face they easily recognised before it's ostensible fall.
"Define 'helluva time'?", Bruce asked.
"You'll see", Barry determines.
