Chapter 40: The Battle
We got back to the present to find Zarc looking at his wife. Still confused to her question, but decide to go with it. Zarc remembered from the time he took over the church then goes back to his wife. "Good times." He stated, "Very well, come with me." Ray felt her hand gently held from zarc as she's been lifted up. Zarc then carries Ray, like a fragile doll. Outside her room, there are two long hallways. Zarc heads one direction. Ray then closes her eyes and remembers when she used to be carried by zarc when he was like not evil. inside one of the halls of the church, Zarc has begun constructing something. He enters the room, revealing the inside to be something of an oasis, with a lush waterfall (seemingly from nowhere), thick moss and grasses, with plants and flowers. There is a sky overhead, but they are definitely indoors somehow. "Here we are..." Zarc signaled. Ray opened her eyes to see what she is seeing. "It's so beautiful." Ray complimented, "What is it?" Zarc looks at his wife in his arms. "My first attempt at creating life." Zarc sets Ray down on the bank of the waterfall. "It's complicated, building something real." Zarc admitted, "This is only a small piece, but it took almost three weeks." Zarc got back up after he put his wife down on the bank. "What do you think?" Ray looks around more of the Oasis. It is Zarc's prototype for his new world. Parallel to Leo, Zarc is also experimenting with ways to fix the world, it's just is involves rebuilding everything for Ray and himself. "You did well building this." Ray answered, taking a drink from the water. "It's a very small piece," Zarc mentioned, "And it took so much energy." He then helps Ray up after she's done, "I have to become better." Ray stood up for her husband. "I see." She says as she the trees with fruit. "My mother once told me the story of this tree." Ray admitted, "The apple is the fruit of knowledge." Ray then explained about the apple story that is titled "Adam and Eve" as she goes to the apple tree. "Why did it happen?" She asked. Zarc looks at his wife who is curious about such story. "How fitting we are in a church when you reference the bible." Zarc made a really good point too, "Alright, tell me." Ray begins to tell the story of Adam and Eve along with the apple tree. Zarc was interested to such story since he grew an apple tree. "It is a very beautiful fruit." Ray said. Zarc goes to the apple tree. "You're welcome to eat the fruit in this tree," He said, "I made this place as lush and alive as I could." He slams his fist on the tree trunk, dropping an apple into his hand. "Go one," He gently ordered, "Take a bite." Zarc smiles in an uncomfortable way, offering the apple. Ray obtains it then took a bite, knowing she felt hungry. Zarc watched his wife eat, licking his lips, like a hungry lion who is stalking its prey. Somehow, Ray enjoys the taste due to how sweet it is. Not knowing why, Zarc stares at her, eyes unnerving. "How's the taste?" He asked. Ray looked at her husband who's eyes were unnerving, making them hurt like mad. "It's sweet and crisp." Ray answered. "I made it..." Zarc admitted, "It's part of me.. swallow it." With that said, Ray swallowed her bite feeling the sweetness running down her throat. Zarc breathed heavily from the sight. "Ray..." He began, "You've gotten it on your mouth..." He wipes it off with his fingertip, then sucks on it. Ray noticed how hard Zarc got. Somehow how she eats turned him on. Zarc then grabs Ray's wrists, forcing her to the ground, holding her down. Ray gasped in shock from how Zarc reacted. "Do you think I'm going to hurt you?" Ray turned away a bit. "Well you did frightened me a bit," The doll answered, "But I'm okay." Ray then felt her dress hitched up again. "For a moment, I considered it..." He says, "I wondered if you'd scream in fear... if that would make me want you more..." The demon then unzips his jacket, it flutters away in the breeze. Ray blushed from the sight of how Zarc did it. "It doesn't work that way does it?" Ray turned her head back to the gaze of the demon's. "I promised myself I'd never harm you." Zarc vowed, "But I can't let you leave me like this either..." To Ray; does she still think of the people outside? Or is it Zarc she thinks about? Knowing she can't disappoint her husband, she spoke a small white lie. " It's you." She lied, "It's you who I think about." With that said, she felt her legs spreading by Zarc. "Right now. Right here... let me take you." He ordered, "Let me fill you up until I'm satisfied. Forget everything. Just you and me now.." The demon then bites his fingertips, removing his gloves. He follows with his shirt. Ray shivered to Zarc's touch. "Then please..." The doll begged, "Take me like I am your porcelain sex doll." Now at the limit, Zarc removes his pants, then tears off Ray's clothing to massage her chest and nipples. Ray moaned to the touch and soon the couple have sex once again.
Five hours of sex later, we find Ray is breathing hard, covered in cum and now fully weak. "Zarc." She began, "What time is it?" Zarc is breathing hard as he is finally spent. " I... forgot..." The couple were resting from their sex highs once again. All the sudden, they hear a roar from Odd Eyes. He is calling out for Zarc. Something isn't right. It sounds like a tone of distress! Zarc then snaps back into reality. "Odd Eyes!" In a few seconds, he quickly redresses and races off, leaving Ray alone. Of course, It left Ray covered in cum and her dress is partly torn up (at least at the chest part). Zarc finally made it to one of his dragons. "Odd-Eyes!" The demon called, "Report!" Odd Eyes stink like crazy. What happened to him?! "The resistance are coming." Odd Eyes answered, "They send me a telegram in form of a skunk!" The Pendulum dragon, held up a skunk in a telegram deliverer costume. Zarc facepalmed in an unamusing manner. "GET OUT THERE!" Zarc yelled. Without warning, he summons the rest of them, climbing on Dark Rebellion! Odd Eyes looked at his master. "Can't I take a bath first?" He asked since he stinks pretty bad. "WE'RE AT WAR," Zarc yelled in reminder, "LET'S GO!" In a brief second, Zarc flies off. On the other side, we find the resistance, fighting Zarc's other monsters. One resistance member, named Haruno, is on the attack. Another member of the resistance, named Crow, who is once Shinji's boyfriend and husband, is riding his Duel Runner to find an opening. Scrap-Eyes Pendulum Dragon, who is leading the resistance aside Leo, is holding his sword up riding on a Yorkie. "Charge!" The small dragon cried as he charges to the enemies. Haruno noticed on how the tiny leader is reacting. "Careful Scraps!" Haruno warned, "We can't lose any fighters!" The En Beginnings card seems to be doing something. Earlier, the card En Beginnings is created by Leo that will help them for the war. The reason why the resistance is fighting Zarc's monsters is because they're testing the new card. The card is designed to weakened the enemy as it takes away 1500 points each (it takes a few turns though). If succeeded, the job is complete. If anyone suspect Zarc's dragons coming to stop them, they must run for their lives. Another resistance member named Joy, is fighting as well. Her monsters, Gagaga Magician and Gagaga girl, are fighting off one enemy. The female magician defeated the enemy without breaking a sweat. "How's THAT for girl power?" She boast. All the sudden, Starve Venom slams down, right in front of Gagaga Girl. "... Mmmmmm...meat!" In surprise and fear, Gagaga girl took out some magic pepper spray and sprays it to his eyes. The fusion dragon roared angrily, you just made him mad. Gagaga girl then zaps him with her magic with the help of her male counterpart. In a snap (literally and figuratively), Starve Venom snaps Up Gagaga Magician, eating him up. Meanwhile, Zarc spots Jack (who is also in the resistance) on the attack, then springs up on him. "Surprise!" The demon cried. In reaction, Jack stabs Zarc in the left eye. Screeching in pain, Zarc tugs the knife out. "Pick something vital next time..." Zarc advised, "You know, like THE BRAIN!" The demon then stabs Jack through the forehead, killing him in an instant. One of Jack's monsters, Red Dragon Archfiend, witnessed his master's death as he is battling with Dark Rebellion, biting the Xyz monster in the neck.
After hours of fighting, the resistance retreated grabbing the corpses and saved Mozarta and the card En Beginnings worked but still needs development and they forgot to collect Jack's corpse. Zarc rubs his bleeding eye, pissed to hell. Dark Rebellion is then licking at his wounds, mostly on the neck. "Master," The Xyz monster spoke, "What should we do about the attack?" Zarc looked at his monster with only one eye. "Toss Jack's body up on the wall, as an example..." Zarc ordered, "Strike the city, I want scorched earth... nothing lives." Clear wings healed Dark Rebellion in a moment before they do it. "Yes sir." The Synchro dragon agreed. Meanwhile, Odd Eyes sat in front of the stained glass window of Maria, staring at her. "I'm happy Scrap Eyes is safe." He sighed in relief, "Now if only if I be able to be with him again." Once both dragons are healed, Clear Wings and Dark Rebellion took off, to lay waste for Zarc. Starve Venom burped from his magician-y meal then went outside to check on the other monsters. As for Zarc? He went to the kitchen to find Winter Bell, making dinner for Ray. "Can I help you Master?" Winter Bell asked." Zarc held his bleeding eye so he can look at her. "Think you can make some steak?" Winter Bell nodded as she is scared of Zarc but not showing it. "Thanks." Zarc went upstairs as his eyes is healing quick, thanks to healing factor. Once healed, Zarc went into Ray's room as he touches his eye, seems to be back to normal. There he find Ray in her room, wearing a lovely night gown and all nice and clean from the stream. "Sorry I had to leave you.." Zarc apologized, "But everything is alright now." According to the tone of his voice, it has the Same, uneasy calmness. Ray stood up to look at her husband. "What's going on out there?" She asked in worry. Zarc goes to his wife. "A group tried to break in here... poorly." He answered, "Turned pretty nasty for a moment, but I'm fine." Ray nodded to his answer then sat back down. "You really ruined my dress earlier." She gently accused. Zarc remembered that he went a little TOO rough on her when it comes to sex. "Sorry, I couldn't help myself." The demon excused, "Something about seeing you there... in a tiny piece of my creation... It was like seeing my dream realized." Ray is curious about what dream Zarc realized. "Realize what?" She asked. Zarc looks at his wife. "I want to see you there... in the new world." He answered, "So I can be with you always." The demon then strokes his wife's cheek. "So be patient," Zarc gently ordered, "That day is coming soon.." Outside, there is a massive explosion in the wrecked city, far off in the distance of Rays window. Zarc smiled to such feeling that he dreamed of. Aria came into the room for some news to tell. "Zarc," She began,"A new dress is finished for Ray." Zarc looks at Ray's monster. "Splendid..." The demon agreed, "Let's play dress up..." Then soon, Zarc dress Ray in a dress that Aria made. (a/n In case you ask, it is the same one we find Ciel wore in black butler.)
