Chapter 22: Cannon Fodder

After receiving another call from Roberto earlier, Lincoln goes to Café Robina and meets up with him. Unfortunately, Roberto is not at the café as of the moment, so he waited for a bit to see if he will show up. Lincoln sat down at the café counter to order something from Alberto Robina, Father of Roberto. "Un cafecito, por favor, Alberto.." Alberto politely obliged and said "No hay problema, Lincoln." As they were waiting around, Roberto eventally showed up sweating and breathing heavily from the running and looks at his father and said "Papi! Un gran problema!" Concerned over this, he asked "Roberto my son, what happened?"
Roberto then angrily replied "The Haitians! I hate these Haitians!" All while this is happening Lincoln also stood up and joined in on the conversation. "They mess with me for the last time! These Haitians! We take 'em out! Only we need some backup." Hearing this Lincoln nodded at the statement. Roberto then looked at him and said "I lost a few hermanos already out there. Amigo, you drive good!"
Turns out, Roberto has started an open gang war with the Haitians, sending his men to attack their drug factory in Little Haiti. The factory, however, is proving impregnable and so Roberto sends Lincoln to drive some new Cuban gangsters to the scene and help to steal the Haitian's van loaded with a drugs shipment.
Lincoln, trying to calm him down, said to him "For a woman. Right?" Roberto immediately brushed him off "This is no time for joking! Come on, drive for me again! Take my boys over there, and then we'll take these Haitians down! They mess with me, they mess with the biggest boy in town!"
Lincoln leaves the café and finds a four-door vehicle and returns to collect three Cubans before driving to The Well Stacked Pizza Co. store opposite an alleyway leading to the factory, dropping off the Cubans and meeting Rico. While taking cover, Rico spots Lincoln and says to him "Hey Amigo! Good to see you could make it! These stinking nest of Hatians, we gonna kill 'em all!"
Lincoln kills a number of Haitians guarding the entrance and, after they are dead, some Cubans run down the alleyway and into the factory walls, but are killed by a sniper. Rico shouted "Sniper on the roof! They fight like girls, take cover!" Rico then picks up his phone and calls reinforcements "We need reinforcements from the café!" Lincoln and Rico, now joined by three more Cubans, kills the sniper and enters the factory walls, killing all the Haitians he meets.
Lincoln and Rico then arrive into the Haitian van they were supposed to steal, whole getting in, Rico again compliments Lincoln "Lincoln, we have proved our manful bravery! Let us steal the van full of drugs and make good of our escape!"They successfully steal the van and drive it back to the café. After the ordeal was over, he receives a call from an unknown number. "Lincoln, 'nuf dead man been chattin' about you, my dear. Thought you might need something to make you feel better. So Auntie Frida make you some stew, aye? Come by me kitchen some time, ok Lincoln?"
After hanging up, Lincoln was curious, who is Auntie Frida?
