Chapter 51: Month eight
It's been now eight months and we find Ray, rubbing her belly, sitting on her bed. Zarc is massaging her back gently as he is trying to get to the spots where it hurts. "Such soft skin Ray." Zarc complimented as he went further down, "Soft like your breast." Ray blushed slightly from what Zarc said. Zarc has been sucking and napping on her breasts when he is tired or thirsty for weeks. Yes he did try to save the breast milk for the children that will be here in a month but what can he do? It has been a while since he drinks milk. He eats other dairy products but never actual milk in a while. Right now Zarc is massaging Ray's back then when he's done, the demon zips her dress back up. Zarc moves Ray's head gently then kissed her on the lip. "You're so beautiful Ray." The demon spoke, "So full of warmth and light." Ray knew she won't have long til next month. Then after, she will escape. Zarc got up and out of the bed and turns to his wife. "I will be heading out to the city Ray." Zarc informed, "I have to find some things for the birth next month." Ray nodded then the demon kissed her on the forehead before leaving. Once he left the bedroom, Ray looked that her husband had left the door unlock. He did it on purpose cause he know that Ray loves to go to the library or wanna get a snack from the experimental room and the kitchen. Ray stood up from the bed then got off. She left the bedroom and gently closes the door on her way out.
Meanwhile, Zarc is mounting on Odd Eyes as he is trying to get on. The dragon helped his master get on so they can go. Once Zarc is on Odd-Eyes, they head out to the destroyed city and look around on what they can use for the birth. They entered to the hospital and they got inside to look around. Zarc went through a list that shows all the rooms they can go. Zarc is scanning through to find the right one. "Infectious Diseases." Zarc reads as he snickers, "That ALWAYS cracks me up." Then finally he found maternity ward. Zarc went through the hallways to find the maternity ward. Once there, he looks around to find the delivery room. Zarc found one door that said in use. He goes there and enters the room. Inside is a propping bed for the mother so she can give birth, a case drawers for all the medical supplies that will help for the birth, and a heart monitor for both the mother and the baby to use. Zarc goes to the drawers and look through each one. He found some forceps, clamps, and scissors. "Perfect!" Zarc interjected as he then grabs them and puts them into a nearest bag he can find. Downstairs, Odd Eyes found some blankets for the twin and he is looking around for something. Last week, Ray asked the pendulum dragon to get a bottle of sedative. She is going to use it to knock Zarc out for ten hours once the children are born. Soon Odd Eyes found the sleeping liquid and he puts it into his mouth, trying not to swallow it.
Soon, the demon and the dragon had got what they need and Zarc climbed up on Odd Eyes so he can ride him. Odd Eyes took off, going through the ruins in the area. As he does, Odd Eyes stops for a minute and found a teddy bear at the toy store window that has been broken (a/n it's the same teddy that Marceline from Adventure time has). The dragon crouch down and Zarc got off of him. Picked up by Zarc, the teddy bear is now in his arms. Zarc climbed up on Odd Eyes once more, so they can leave. Odd-Eyes is running around the city, trying to find what other things that is useful. There were dead bodies scattered about in the city as some were hiding away and surviving. "This is going to be according to plan Odd-Eyes." Zarc spoke, "A little more then the whole world will be destroyed and be renewed into the way I want it to be." Zarc knew he hates solid vision and things that are fake. Only thing that is real is his wife, who is now bearing a family for the future. Zarc smirked evilly when he sense a Resistance member and he ordered his dragon to hunt it down. Odd-Eyes picked up the pace, following the scent of a member from the Resistance.
Later that night, Zarc celebrated his victory on catching the resistance member. He's at The Drinking Monkey Bar with Odd-Eyes, guarding the items outside. The scared member is shivering in cold and fear. Zarc is drinking a whole bottle of vodka as he is enjoying it. Soon, Zarc is asleep and drunk. Odd-Eyes went inside to check and see if Zarc is okay. He checked the pulls and smelled the breath. It's official, the demon's drunk. Odd-Eyes facepalms and picks Zarc up by the scruff of the neck, like a cat with her kittens. He placed the drunken demon on his back as he gathered the stuff up for the fortress. Without looking back at the bar, Odd-eyes take off, hoping that his master won't puke all over himself and on the poor dragon. Odd-Eyes kept running through the city and he thinks when he looks up at the sky. 'Oh Arc.' he thought, 'If only you and Saria are live to stop Zarc.'
