FINAL NOTE:

The rewrite of this story is up and a lot has changed. So much that it is practically a new story. Some elements will carry over but it is a radically different start. I hope you all give the new version, "NX: Rising Flame" a chance because I ended up with about 30 different versions of a rewrite before settling on one that made me happy.
