When school was over for the day Adrien and Marinette had walked out of the building with Nino and Alya behind them to find the limo waiting for them. "What are you and Nino doing on Saturday?" Marinette asked Alya. "Nothing I don't think. Why?" Alya said. "Well, I was thinking that maybe you two would like to bring Ella over for a play on Saturday," Marinette explained. "I think Ella would like very much," Nino told them both as the car tooted its horn. "Adrien, Marinette we have to go," Natalie called out from the limo. They both said goodbye to their friends and walked towards the car when Natalie said, "Hurry up and get in. we are late."
"Late for what exactly?" Marinette asked in confusion. "Your schedules have changed for this afternoon now. Your Father Adrien has last-minute invited been invited to a Gala tomorrow night and you, Marinette and Alison have also been invited." Natalie explained. "So, once we have picked up Alison, we will be going to your Father's work Adrien for a fitting," Natalie added. Marinette had looked over to Adrien with a confused look on her face. Adrien leaned closer towards Marinette and whispered to her, "I will explain later." Marinette nodded then turned to look out her window for the rest of the drive to the Kindy so they could pick up their daughter.
Adrien and Marinette had just walked into the Kindy when they heard… "Mummy, Daddy," Alison said as she ran over to her parents. Marinette picked up her daughter and gave her a big hug. "Hi Baby girl. Did you have a good day?" She asked her daughter. "Uh-huh. It was a fun day Mummy." Alison answered. "Well, why don't you take your Father to your cubby to get your bag while I sign you out," Marinette said to Alison as she set her down. "Come on Daddy," Alison said as she took her Father's hand and led him to her cubby hole. Marinette walked over to the door to sign Alison out, then she waited for Adrien and Alison. They ha finally arrived at the door where Marinette was waiting for them. "Right, let's go then ae," Adrien said as he held Alison's hand and the three of them walked towards the limo. When they hopped into the limo Marinette helped Alison into the booster seat and buckled her in. Then they were off to the Agreste Line. Another 10 minutes later they had arrived outside the Agreste Line, once the limo had stopped Marinette had gotten out first followed by Adrien who then he helped Alison out of the limo. Whewe awe we Daddy?" Alison asked her Father. "This is where your Grandfather works Purincess," Adrien said as he picked her up. "Wow!" Marinette said out loud as she looked up at the building. "What's wrong?" Adrien asked her. "Nothing is wrong, it is just that I have always dreamed of coming here and I never thought I would get the chance to." Explained Marinette. Adrien loved seeing the smile that had appeared on her face it made him smile too. Natalie then leads the three of them up to Gabriel's office.
Natalie knocked on Gabriel's door. "Come in." A voice was heard from the other side of the door. Natalie then opened the door to let the three in. Gabriel never looked up when the door open to see who came in. "Hello, Father," Adrien said as he stood in front of his Father with Marinette and Alison which caused Gabriel to look up from whatever he was doing. "Hello, Adrien, Marinette and Alison." Gabriel greeted them. "Hello, Mr Agreste," Marinette said. Alison just waved at her Grandfather and just laid her head on her Father's shoulder while sucking her thumb. Gabriel ignored the wave that Alison did. "So, you all here for the fitting for tomorrow night's Gala Dinner," Gabriel said. "Yes, Father we are," Adrien replied to his Father. Marinette just stood beside Adrien quietly. "Adrien, I expect you to teach Marinette everything about the Gala Dinner's before tomorrow night," Gabriel demanded. "Yes, of course, Father," Adrien replied once again. "You may go to your fitting now," Gabriel said then went back to work. They followed Natalie out of the office and down to the second floor where the fitting rooms were. "Marinette and Alison this is where you will be going for your fitting," Natalie said as she pointed to one of the rooms. "Daddy not comwing?" Alison asked. "Because Adrien has his owned fitting room that he goes too," Natalie explained to Alison. But Alison still did not understand. "I want Daddy." She said getting upset. "It is going to be all right. I am only going to be down the hall okay. Go with your Mother Princess and once I have finished with my fitting then I will come and get you both so we can go home to have some dinner and watch a movie." Adrien told Alison. Alison nodded her head and hugged her Father. Adrien then passed her to Marinette then turned to walk down the hall to his fitting room. Marinette then walked into her fitting room with Alison for there fitting.
"Hi you must be Marinette and this must be Alison. I'm Stella and I will be working with you both for all the fittings that you will have." Stella said introducing herself. "Hi, Stella it is nice to meet you," Marinette said. Alison didn't say anything but just waved at Stella. "Right. Marinette if you please take this and go and put it on for me. Then once you have on come out so I can take a look at see to see what I have to do to it." Stella said passing a dress bag to her. Marinette took the dress bag from Stella as she put Alison down. "You wait here, Alison. Mummy will be right behind this curtain." Marinette told Alison. "Oway Mummy." Marinette then walked behind the curtain to put the dress that Stella gave her on. Marinette took one look at the dress and fell in love with it she then pulled the curtain back and step up on to the step that was in front of her.
"Mummy you look pwetty," Alison told her Mother. "It is pretty isn't it, Baby girl," Marinette replied. "I don't have to do anything to the dress. It fits you like a glove." Stella said. "Thank you, Stella. The dress is wonderful." Marinette said before she went behind the curtain once more to take the dress off and get back into her everyday clothes. Once she was done with the dress, she handed it back to Stella who put it on the rack behind her. "Right Alison it is your turn," Stella said handing another dress back to Marinette so she could help her daughter with the dress. Alison came jumping out from behind the curtain with her dress on that she loved. Marinette helped her up onto the step that she was on about 5 minutes ago.
"The dress fits you perfectly Alison. All I have to do is take up the length a wee bit then it will be all ready for you for tomorrow night." Stella said. Marinette helped Alison out of her dress and once again passed it to Stella who hangs it up on the same rack beside Marinette's dress. "They will be dropped off sometime tomorrow in the afternoon," Stella explained. "Thank you, Stella, for everything," Marinette said.
Back in Adrien's fitting room, Adrien was trying his suit on for tomorrow night. "Natalie you could have been a bit gentler towards Ali earlier on," Adrien said Natalie as Sam was pinning the length of his suit trousers. "I spoke to her the way I speak to you," Natalie answered while working on the tablet in her hand. "She is 3 years old Natalie. She doesn't understand things the way that Marinette and I would." Adrien explained. Natalie just nodded without saying anything and she continued doing what she was doing on her tablet and Adrien knew the conversation was over. "All done. Adrien, you may go and change back into your clothing now." Sam said as he was picking up the pins from the ground. Adrien got changed and handed his suit back to Sam who hangs it up in the rack behind him. "Thank you, Sam," Adrien said then followed Natalie out the door towards where they had left Alison and Marinette. Adrien on the door before he entered their fitting room. "Hello, Adrien." Stella greeted when she turned to see who entered her room. "Hello Stella, how are you?" Adrien asked her. "I am good thanks." Replied Stella. Marinette was helping Alison put her shoes on when Adrien walked through the door. "Daddy, Daddy you missed me in my dwess." Alison said going over to her father in just her socks. "Do you know what that means?" Adrien said as he picked her up. Alison just shook her head at him. "It means that I have to wait until tomorrow night to see you in your pretty dress," Adrien said as he tickled her causing Alison to laugh and squeal. Marinette gave a slight giggle as she watched the two interact. "Are you ready to go home then?" Adrien asked once he stopped tickling Alison. "Yes!" Alison squealed. "Right let's put your shoes on then we can go home," Adrien suggested as he set her back on the ground. "No. No shoes." She said with her arms crossed. "Ali, we need to put your shoes on before we leave." Marinette told her. "NO!" Alison said as she stomped her foot. "Alison don't stomp your foot like us," Marinette told her daughter in a stern voice. Alison just stood in front of her parents with her arms crossed and a pout on her face. "Alison listen to your Mother and put your shoes on," Adrien said as he kneeled in front of her. After Alison stamping her foot a couple more times and when she realised that she wasn't leaving the room without her shoes on. She walked over to her shoes picked them up and gave them to her Father. "Good girl Ali," Adrien said as he helped put her shoes on and once, they were on he took her hand. They said their goodbyes to Stella and followed Natalie back out to the limo.
