At Chen's noodle restaurant, Kai was sitting at a table, talking to someone. "It's just so shocking to find out that your father, someone you have idolized your entire life, turns out to be-" He cuts himself off and sighed. "There's no other word for it." He continues his previous sentence. "-evil. It makes you question everything you know. Everything you are. Which is why I came to you. Because you went through the same thing. And I-" The sound of doors opening cuts him off as he turned to see Nya coming in. "Nya! Over here!" Nya heads over to the table. "Where's Blake?"

"I think he went to catch up with the others." She replied. "Anyway, we figured out the identity of Samurai X. It's Skylor."

Chuckling was heard from the individual Kai was talking to. "I am?" It was the sound of a woman, making Nya realise it was Skylor. "Oh. I had no idea. Does that mean I get Blake's cool armour?"

"Uh... It has to be you. Everything fits. The skills, the different fighting styles. The voices."

"Sorry to disappoint."

"I don't suppose she just got here seconds before I did." Kai shook his head. "Damn. Then Blake and I still don't know who Samurai X is."

"Maybe only you don't."

"Oh yeah. After I got Kai's message, he stayed behind briefly. I'll have to ask him later."

"We can solve that riddle later." Kai said. "Nya, I have news for you. And it's not good. You better sit down." He shuffles to the left to make room for her.

"I'm gonna get some noodles." Skylor replied, getting out and walked away as Nya sat down.

"I went back to the blacksmith shop. What Krux told me is true. Our parents were indeed traitors."

"No." Nya replied. "They couldn't have been."

"They were. And still are. Nya, our parents... they're alive."

"But... that's impossible. Mr. Debitum told us they were gone." Kai soon showed her the old helmet. "A rusty old helmet. So?"

"So this one is new." He shows her the new helmet to compare them. "Our dad is still making them. Which can only mean..."

Nya gasped. "Our father is still alive."

"And working for the Hands of Time. But here's the worst part. What does that mean for us? Are we destined to turn evil? What if dad's teachings to James were an attempt to try and turn him evil as well before he passed them onto me?"

"Of course not." Skylor said as she came back with two bowls of noodles. "Our parents leave behind their legacies, not their destinies." She sits down and places the bowls down. "We choose who we become." She holds the bowls up. "Noodles? Nice and hot. They always cheer me up." She places them near the two siblings."

"No, thanks. I lost my appetite."

"Kai, you can't let this news get you down. We find our own paths."

"Skylor's right." Nya said. "Look at her." She points a pair of noodle sticks at her. "She could have inherited her father Chen's evil empire and ruled the world, but instead dedicated her life to spending her day bent over a hot stove to provide low cost, quality noodles to the people of Ninjago City."

"Huh." Skylor lowers Nya's arm. "Gee, when you out it like that..." She soon sighed. "Let me get some of those." She soon took some noodles.

"Hey, you're not the only one who has an evil father, you know. Geoff could've been like his father, being a dark wizard, but chose to become an artefact recovery expert and now, he's one of us, the Yellow Ninja. Even his sister, who was a kabuki once. Now not only is she a ninja, but she's dating Lloyd too."

In the swamp, two Vermillion Warriors drag Dragon down a path as they pass the main building. Inside, Cyrus watched with fear as Acronix came close to him before swinging the Forward Time Blade near him, causing him to flinch. "Here." He said. "For the apparatus."

"I'm not ready for that." Cyrus replied, stammering. "You cannot rush good design."

Krux soon came up behind him. "Says the man who released three updates to the BorgPad in one year." He said. "Unless you want your so called son here as well, stop stalling!"

"Or your time may run out." Machia said, holding the Slow Time Blade at him.

Cyrus soon chuckled. "Yes, ma'am." He replied, nervously wheeling over to the apparatus and picked up a component and screwdriver, briefly looking at them.

"That's better." Acronix said. He, Krux and Machia soon laugh as Cyrus turned away.

"Blake, I hope you and the others find me."

At the swamp entrance, Jay, Cole, Zane, Lloyd, Geoff, Gewuji, Maggie and Blake come up to it and look at their surroundings. "That's a lot of eggs." Cole said.

"And lots of armours." Jay replied.

"I think it's just armour." Geoff said.

"Dragon's gotta be down there somewhere." Maggie said.

"And my father." Blake replied.

"One thing's for sure." Lloyd said. "We're gonna need the whole team."

"Well, good news, the signal's back."

"Great." Lloyd gets his phone out and calls Nya.

At Chen's noodle restaurant, Nya looks at her phone as it buzzed. "It's Lloyd." She said before answering it. "Lloyd? Sorry, we couldn't, um-" She tries to make up an excuse. "Uh... get the scanners working, but- You found it? Where? We'll be there right away." She hangs up.

"What is it?" Kai asked.

"They found Acronix and Krux's base." She gets out of her seat.

Kai soon got out. "Let's roll."

Skylor soon turned to them. "Guys, if you need any he-"

"To go bags?" Nya cuts her off before she could finish, mistaking her offer. "Heh. No, thanks. Finding out about my parents killed my appetite."

They soon took off as Skylor watched them. "Oh. I guess quality noodles is all I'm good for." She sighs before preparing to eat their uneaten noodles. "Mmm."

Outside, Kai and Nya get on their bikes. "Nya, something just occurred to me." Kai said.

"What?" She asked.

"If the guys found Krux and Acronix..."

"Then they found our father!" They look at each other in surprise before taking off to meet up with the others.

Several minutes later, in the labyrinth, the other Ninja crowd around Lloyd, who is laying out the plan. "And if we do this right, we can find Master Wu, save Cyrus Borg, rescue everyone who was kidnapped and stop Krux and Acronix." He said as they look at Skales' map. "But it'll take stealth, concentration and precise execution."

"And where does the slug fit in?" Gewuji asked.

"What slug?" They were unaware that she is seeing a slug on Cole's shoulder before he notices.

"Ew!" He yelled, jumping back. "That one!" He jumps back a bit as Lloyd, Geoff, Maggie and Blake laugh at him. "Ew-ew-ew!" Cole soon managed to get the slug off. "It's so big! So gross!"

"Hey, guys, what'd we miss?" Nya asked as she and Kai came up to them.

Jay chuckles. "Cole freaking out over a slug." He replied to his wife.

"And Lloyd laying out the plan of attack." Blake said as Cole came back to them.

"But mostly Cole freaking out." Geoff said. "Like the time he wet himself at the temple when it was haunted."

"I did not wet myself!" Cole yelled. "You guys made a prank with Zane's falcon."

"I still have that ringtone." Blake replied, pressing his BorgWatch. It plays the recording of Cole screaming like a girl, causing the others to laugh.

"We can tease Cole another time." Lloyd said, wanting to get back to the original topic. "As I was saying, Zane will use his sensors to locate Cyrus Borg while Jay, Cole and Gewuji rescue the workers from the warehouse. Maggie, Blake and I will get Master Wu, who's probably in the holding cell."

"No, I want to go with Zane. I need to be there for my father."

"I'll go with Zane." Geoff said. "Our master is important as well."

"You do that." Lloyd replied. "Kai and Nya, you have the toughest job... locating Krux and Acronix. So you take the map." He hands the map to Kai.

"We can do that." Nya said. "Right, Kai?"

Kai sighed as he looks at the map. "Barracks...holding cell-" He was soon cut off when Nya pokes his arm and clears her throat.

"Kai?"

"That's the mess hall and... what's this-" He doesn't listen as he kept reading the map before being cut off again by Nya nudging him.

"Kai!"

"What? Yeah, yeah, we got it. Let's go."

"Remember, stealth is key!" Lloyd said. "Everyone know what they're doing?"

"On it." Cole replied.

"Of course." Maggie said.

"Yup." Jay said.

"Roger." Geoff said.

"Affirmative." Zane said.

"I second that." Blake said.

"10-4." Gewuji said.

"Oh, yeah." Kai said. "I know exactly what I'm doing."

"Good luck!" Lloyd replied. "No pressure, but all of Ninjago is depending on us." They look at each other in determination before taking off.
