On the swamp's path, Zane and Geoff slide down the side of a tree root before continuing on, but Zane soon stopped, causing Geoff to turn to him. "What's wrong?" He asked.

"I-I've lost the signal." Zane replied. "No Cyrus Borg. No P.I.X.A.L." He soon knelt down onto his knees and sighed. "No good." Geoff places a reassuring hand on Zane's shoulder.

In the holding cell, the doors come open by force as Lloyd, Maggie and Blake barge in, holding their weapons, but find no one inside. "Empty?" Lloyd asked.

"Where's Master Wu?" Blake asked.

"He was out to lunch." Someone replied, with a mouthful. They turned to see it was Blunck and Raggmunk, who wheel Dragon inside.

"Kind of still is." Blunck said, holding a tray of kebabs before taking one and eats a piece from it. "Had to watch him, but wanted to eat." He takes another bite. "Thanks to me, we did both."

"If you've ****ing hurt him-" Lloyd was soon cut off.

"Him?" Raggmunk asked. "I'd be worried about you three." He gets out a sword.

"Yeah, you and your Ninja buddies are gonna pay for getting us stuck on this lame babysitting detail." Blunck said. "Say, clone, aren't you more worried about your father?" Blake soon kicked the tray out of Blunck's hand, spilling their lunch. "Ugh! Now you're really in trouble!" He gets out a sword and prepared to strike before Blake immediately blocked it with his tonfa before Lloyd went to strike, but Blunck quickly blocked it before Maggie kicks him down.

"Didn't your mother teach you not to fight with your mouth full?" She asked. She goes to strike again, but Blunck blocks it as Raggmunk goes to Dragon and wheels him out of the holding cell.

"Stop him!" Raggmunk yelled. "I'll watch the geezer."

"Hey! How come you get to-?" Blunck was soon cut off when he slipped on his spilt lunch before Lloyd, Maggie and Blake leave to catch up with Raggmunk.

In the armoury, the workers look on as Jay turned to Karlof. "Okay, you first, Karlof." He said.

Karlof jumped into Jay's arms, who soon held him, bridal style, causing Cole and Gewuji to laugh. "Hm, why do dirt and kabuki ninjas smile?" He asked as Jay struggled to hold him.

"Oh, just getting déjà vu saving you for a second time." Cole replied.

"And how Jay is holding you, especially after he had just gotten married." Gewuji said.

"You married?" Karlof asked as Jay groaned, trying to do Airjitzu, but couldn't.

"You got extra metal in your pockets or something?" He asked.

"Oh, Karlof almost forget." He chuckles as he digs into his pockets and gets out some keys. "Car keys." He places them on a table.

Jay tried again before Gewuji sighed. "Get off." She said. "It's not gonna work."

Karlof soon got out of Jay's arms. "Unless the new Samurai X does his thing and shows up out of the blue again, we gotta come up with something else." He said. "Fast!"

Cole soon thinks. "Wait!" He replied. "We have builders and we have scrap metal. So..."

Jay soon gasped. "Right!" He soon jumped onto a table. "Anyone here know how to design, construct and independently power a 200 foot industrial grade cargo elevator in three minutes?" Everyone looks at each other, in confusion. "No?"

"He was thinking ladder." Gewuji said.

"Right. Ladder." He laughs lightly. "Good call." He turns to the workers. "Anyone?"

The workers immediately get to work building a ladder as Jay, Cole and Gewuji look on before Lou came up to them. "Good thinking, guys." He said.

"Thanks, dad." Cole replied.

"I've got a question, Lou." Gewuji said as they all soon walked away and come across some blueprints. "All the armour and stuff you forged. Where did all the designs come from?"

"I overheard one of the generals say they came from a master blacksmith." He replied.

"Master blacksmith...?" Jay asked himself before thinking.

Outside, Kai and Nya walk along the swamp as Kai looked at the map. "Kai, I don't see anything." Nya said. "Give me the map." She takes it from him to look at it. "Hm... What even makes you think Acronix and Krux are around here?" She doesn't notice him walk away.

"I honestly don't care if they are." He replied before he kept on walking.

"Let's see, we came across from the east...which means we're here, in this clearing. And down this path is a-" She gasped. "The blacksmith shop! Our parents! Wait! Kai!" She goes to chase after him.

Kai soon came across a small building with his father's symbol on the door and kicked it open. "I knew it!"

Inside, Ray, holding a mallet, was surprised at the sudden entrance of the intruder, causing him to gasp. "Who are you?" He asked. "What do you want?"

Kai immediately gets out the haladie. "I want justice!" He charges at Ray, who holds mallet up and backed away when Kai went to strike, making him miss before he moves up and went to strike again, but Ray quickly moved aside again. Kai quickly moved his feet around the fireplace and bounced off it to strike his father, who quickly used his mallet to block the strike.

As Kai turned around to make another strike, Ray jumps back as it hits the ground where he was and prepared to strike him with the mallet before Kai quickly raised the haladie to block it. "You're red like a Vermillion Warrior, but you're no snake!"

"No, but you are. Traitor!" He immediately struck again, breaking the top part of Ray's mallet off and moves to strike, but Ray manages to move out of the way.

Ray soon threw the mallet handle at Kai, who quickly deflects it before seeing Leo sheathed on Kai's back and somersaults over him to quickly pull it out as Kai was about to turn and strike, but Ray immediately blocked it with the sword and forced him back before looking at the sword's handle to see the lion symbol. The symbol of his former protégé. "This sword." He then turned to Kai. "Where did you get this?"

"It belonged to my mentor. A man who trusted you, loved you like you were a father to him. Someone you tried to manipulate." He goes to strike again, but Ray uses the sword to block the attack before he is forced back and Kai tries to strike.

"I didn't manipulate anyone." Ray quickly moves back to make Kai miss and kicks him, knocking him back before he gets up, tried to strike again, but Ray jumped back before Kai spun the haladie in his hand to strike again, but Ray moved aside and strikes him in his leg, making him kneel as his leg bled. "You messed with the wrong blacksmith, my friend." Ray swung the sword in his hands.

Kai soon ignited his hand with Fire and tries to stand up, but barely could due to his wounded leg. "I'm not you're friend!"

"Fire Power?" Kai soon threw a fireball at Ray, who quickly jumps out of the way and puts his back to a wall, in shock. "No, you're certainly not a guard. You're...my son. Kai? You've inherited my Elemental Power."

Kai sighed before igniting his hand again. "And that's the only thing I will ever inherit from you! You bastard!"

"Kai!" Nya yelled as she came in. "No!"

"He's a traitor!"

"Traitor?" Ray asked.

"Look at my leg! He didn't hesitate to wound me!"

"He didn't know it was you." Nya said. "He's still our father!"

"Nya?" Ray asked. "Son, whatever it is you think... I can explain."

"Yeah, I bet you can." Kai sarcastically replied. But before he could attack, Nya fires a burst of Water at him, extinguishing his burning hand.

"Kai, let him speak." Nya said. "There's no harm in hearing him out." Kai sighed as he looked at his father.

Outside, Raggmunk wheels Dragon ahead as he runs from Lloyd, Maggie and Blake before Lloyd soon jumped onto Raggmunk, forcing him on the ground, but the wheelchair keeps going. "I'm coming, Master!" Blake yelled as he ran faster than Lloyd and Maggie as they also ran to try and grab him. Dragon doesn't realise that he is wheeled to a cliff. "Oh, shit."
