- "You ruined my plans, you shouldn't have messed with me, now you are going to pay" - said a male voice which echoed throughout the place while imposing footsteps were heard.
A half-naked man with large muscles and various marks on his skin makes his appearance, a terrifying amount of dark energy emanates from his body.
The girls were on guard when they saw their new opponent.
- "Kristen, Katsumi, do you copy me?" - Hibiki called the girls
- "Affirmative!" - Kristen replied
- "Be very careful when you fight him, and do not put yourselves in danger" - Hibiki said
- "Okay, we will" - Kristen replied to the warning
Katsumi reaches Kristen's side and they both get into position
- "I will have a lot of fun with you, Symphogears!" - Andrew shouted amid his desire to kill the wielders.

Andrew launches himself like a one-man stampede.
Katsumi gets ready for the attack but Andrew disappears and then appears behind her, punching her in the face making her hit the ground.
- "Do not ignore me!" - Kristen shouted while kicking him in the face, making him back up for moment
Kristen jumps towards Andrew trying to hit him with punches and kicks but he dodges them as if they were nothing.
- "You have some nice fists young lady, it's a shame that... I AM STRONGER THAN YOU!" Andrew threw a punch to Kristen's belly.
Kristen recovers from the blow and takes Andrew's fist throwing him against Katsumi who was getting ready to attack.
- "Katsumi, now!" - Kristen shouted
- "Quantum Gear, LV2!"
The staff splits into two becoming a pair of gauntlets she uses to repeatedly strike Andrew
- "RETURN TO SENDER!" - Katsumi shouted, while hitting him
"METEOR RUSH"
Katsumi throws the last blow but is stopped by Andrew who then throws her into the sky.
- "Katsumi!" - Kristen shouted with concern
Katsumi tries to use the energy of her gear to stay in the air.
- "Don't worry, I'm fine" - Katsumi announced as she landed
- "That's all Symphogears? Now it's my turn" - said Andrew burying his hand into the ground, then he takes out a huge rock, breaks it into little pieces and shoots them as if they were thousands of burning arrows.
"STARFALL INFERNO"
- "A massive attack is about to hit the city!" - warned one of the operators
- "Kristen, Katsumi!" - Hibiki shouted
Some rocks begin to impact buildings, people flee in terror trying to survive the attack.
Kristen's eyes change to green and the time stops for a moment, the back of Kristen's gear emanates a green energy which allows her to quickly move around the place.
Kristen moves swiftly across the battlefield, then climbs up one of the buildings and jumps into the clear sky.
- "Quantum Gear, Level 3!"
- "Level 3!?" - Elfnein asked worried - "That can be deadly, just like the Zesshou!"
- "Don't worry, I've already studied everything about it" - Kristen answered using her gear's communicator
Kristen raises her trident towards the sky, forming several clouds around it, then a thunder strikes it, changing the shape of Trishula into a cannon which points towards Andrew's attack.
- "NOW!" - Kristen shouted shooting the energy
"ETERNAL PUNISH"
The energy ray manages to hit several of the rocks thrown by Andrew.
- "ONE MORE!" - Kristen shouted as she moved her weapon from side to side using all of her strength due to the power of her attack.
Katsumi distracts Andrew while Kristen handles the counterattack.
- "Do not forget about me!" - Katsumi said while hitting Andrew
Kristen manages to stop Andrew's attack but due to excessive amount of energy she's just used she cannot stabilize herself and faints.
- "Zora Meridiem Gram Zizzl"
Kristen wakes up from her blackout and sees that Lucy wearing her Gear Gram has saved her from a fatal fall.
- "L-Lucy..." - Kristen said in a weak voice
Lucy smiles when she sees that Kristen woke up, then they both land softly and try to take cover.
- "Lucy, you're using your gear! But how? I thought it was destroyed" - Kristen said
- "Yes, I also thought the same but looks like the core was intact" - Lucy replied
- "This must be Elfnein's doing" - said Kristen smiling
Lucy stands up watching the fight between Katsumi and Andrew.
- "He has become very strong" - Lucy said
- "Yes, what a mess" - Kristen replied - "I wonder how are we going to stop him"
Katsumi protects herself from Andrew's blow which drags her back.
- "Damn! He doesn't stop with anything!" - Katsumi thought, face now covered in blood
- "Oh! I think I have an idea; remember the combo you have been practicing?" - Lucy asked
- "Yes… Wait, do you want us to-!?"
Andrew grabbed Katsumi by the neck and punched her in the face several times, then threw her against a tree like a rag doll but Kristen appears to catch her before she hits the tree.
- "Kristen, I'm glad you're okay" - Katsumi said looking at her partner
- "Do you remember the attack we have been trying to perfect?" - Kristen asked with a smile
- "Yes, why?"
- "Lucy has a plan" - Kristen said pointing to Lucy who was behind them
- "And what are you waiting for? Tell me!" - Katsumi said standing up after a moment of silence

In Section 2...
- "That song...!?" - Maria recognized the melody instantly
- "Do you understand what to do?" - Kristen asked
- "Yes, this time it is going to be perfect" - Katsumi answered optimistically
- "Ok… LET'S DO THIS!" - Kristen said clashing her fists
Kat: "Whooo... Cold moon... Blue shine..."
Kr: "Tonight will be the night, for all the world will see.
How two turn into one, we pray it will be heard, and be known as the truth."
Kat & Kr: "Now it's time to start!"
(3, 2, 1, Ready Go! Fly!)
Kristen and Katsumi lunge at Andrew who also pounces upon them, then the three collide and begin a consecutive set of punches and kicks.
Kr: "I can't let go" Kat: "the strength"

- "This song brings me really good memories..." - Tsubasa said watching the battle from her office
Kristen is hit in the belly but lowers her body so that Katsumi can give Andrew a surprise nudge
Lucy opens the blades of her Gear and shoots four lightning bolts which hit Andrew and send him right into a building.
Katsumi and Kristen run putting their plan into action.
Kr: "With this hand I have, let it all slip away
But my life, survives through my beating heart"
Kat: "Missing the moonlight, deep in the dead of night
What would it ask of those who were all left behind?"
Kristen and Katsumi jump at the same time and hit Andrew on his sides but he throws them into the falling debris, then he stands in front of Lucy trying to hit her
Kr: "Forge all of the sorrow that you have, into a sword"
Kat: "Into a blade,
to be used in the name of justice"
Kr: "I will never again let it go"
Kat: "Calling upon the flames in my soul"
Kat & Kr: "Let it shine!"
- "Now Kristen!" - Katsumi shouted giving the signal
- "Okay! Here we go!" - Kristen replied
Kr & Kat: "IGNITION!"
Katsumi uses her staff to rise to the sky while Kristen runs and jumps towards some debris to gain height, both girls manage to reach the same height and coincide.
Kr: "Now let it burn"
Kat: "in your heart"
Kat. & Kr: "Fate is not set in stone"

Katsumi's staff splits into two becoming a pair of gauntlets, while Kristen's trident changes its shape into an arm-cannon with three blades around it, then the pieces of both Gears come together to form a larger cannon.
Kr: "You will fly free" Kat: "break the chains"

Energy begins to charge inside the weapon.

The blades begin to spin at an impressive speed as the energy grows even more.

After a few seconds the energy is shot towards Andrew who was off guard, luckily Lucy manages to escape from the impact zone.
"Tokubudou W (double) Movement: TWIN BURST"
Kat & Kr: "This is our Phoenix song!"
The attack causes a giant explosion on the spot forming a huge crater on the ground
- "I can't believe it! Was that what they were practicing in the simulator!?" - Elfnein asked
- "Didn't you know it...?" - Hibiki asked
- "No, I thought you knew" - replied Elfnein. All the operators and Maria were confused
Kristen and Katsumi land feeling really tired.
- "Did we do it?" - Kristen asked trying to stay on her feet
- "At least that should weaken him a little" - Katsumi replied
The dust dissipates showing a shocked Andrew with several bioelectric rays surrounding his muscles.
- "That... that was a wonderful move Symphogears..." - Andrew said, voice weak because of the attack he had just received
Suddenly the environment changes its color to a mix of green, red, and black.
A column of light appears in place showing a silhouette of a young woman.
- "Aufwachen wave detected!" - warned one of the operators in Section 2
"QSG-0X TYRFING - SYSTEM STATUS UNKNOWN"
- "Tyrfing!?" - Hibiki asked altered
- "Wonderful, you came Jean" - said Andrew
- "Unbelievable! I feel a lot of tension!" - Kristen said when she saw Jean approach the battlefield
- "It's as if death itself was in front of us!" - added Katsumi
- "You really came Jean! Unlike that pair of traitors, you followed me" - Andrew said
Jean did not answer, instead she looked at the wielders with a hateful look
- "Perfect, I will not need to recover, with the help of your powers we will end Section 2 and we will be invincible!" - Andrew said excited
Jean turns her face towards Andrew as if waiting for an order from him.
- "Well Jean, kill those rats immediately!" Andrew ordered.
Jean turned her face back to the wielders; they were on guard.
- "Come on Jean! Attack now-" – and with a single movement, Andrew's neck is pierced by the black sword Jean was carrying
Everybody at Section 2 and on the battlefield was shocked.
Jean moved her sword to separate the head from Andrew's body, which falls to the ground.
- "This can't be…!" - Kristen said, stunned - "I never thought I would see something like this"
Jean smiles a little and gestures malevolently at the wielders.
- "That guy was a nuisance, well, now that he's not here anymore I can start my plan" - said Jean rising to the sky, from the back of her gear a red energy appears covering the sky.
- "In a few days, the Cosmic Ballet will begin and the curse of Tyrfing will fall over the entire human race leading to its destruction, just as I wish"
That statement leaves everyone who is listening, shocked.
Kristen fixed her attention on Jean's eyes, she noticed that behind that evil-filled being, there was also a girl with a deep sadness in her heart who just want a place to return to.
- "I have seen everything you can do; But… Can you stop me?" Jean asked.
Katsumi was going to say something but is stopped by Kristen.
- "Try it, if you dare" - Jean disappears from the place and the red color of the sky disappears leaving a greenish sky with black and red clouds

- "A curse that will fall on humanity..." - Hibiki said somewhat stressed
- "Should I start investigating?" - Elfnein asked
- "Please, I just hope they don't cause us more problems than we already have" - Hibiki said
Maria notices Hibiki's stress in her voice
- "Send the medical team and the authorities to the place, I'll meet up with you in a bit" - Maria said to her subordinates using her communicator - "I have to call Kohinata"
And Kristen is there, looking towards the horizon where the sun began to hide creating a beautiful gradient in the sky.
- "What you think?" - Katsumi asked walking towards her
- "Have you ever seen the sadness of a person?" - Kristen asked
- "I guess you are talking about that girl, I also noticed it and I also remembered what Lara asked us" - Katsumi replied
- "It's true, she made that request" - Kristen clenches her right fist - "But now it won't be just for her"
- "Eh?" - Katsumi asked
- "It will also be for me!" - Kristen said
Katsumi smiles seeing Kristen's determined gaze.
- "I promised that no one would fall, and that's what I will do!" - Kristen said putting her right fist to the front - "I will save you Jean, and also... humanity!"
