I'm not really sure where I'm headed with this. but I'm absolutely sure that it'll only be one chapter. It's set twenty years after the end of HoO. Please review! :)

Tyson walked into Percy's living room to watch the Patriots game on Sunday night after his long day at work. He threw himself down onto Percy's couch when he noticed the book laying on the coffee table beside his feet. "What's this? I'm not surprised that you're reading another book again, but this one is different. It's not about history or stuff like that. What's it about?" Percy unglued his eyes from the TV screen for a slight second to look at his step brother. "Tyson, I know that we're not from the same mom, but I thought you knew me better than that. I enjoy some action every once in a while." Tyson, until that point, had never heard about Percy reading an action book. "Stupid Pats are losing again," Tyson complained. Tyson ran his hand over the back of his closely-cropped hair and walked into the kitchen to grab a snack. "It's about this kid who's the son of Poseidon and has some super jacked-up ADHD and sucks at reading. Couldn't read a paragraph in English for the life of himself. And then he goes to this camp for demigods and gets attacked by a bull man, and then he stabs it with its own horn and killed it." Tyson walked back into the living room with a bag of pretzels and plopped down on the couch. "How did it end?" Percy's eyes didn't come away from the screen. "I tossed it after this kid fights these monsters and his ex-best friend on a yacht and he has to float in a safety orange inflatable boat with his half-brother and girlfriend, and they have to try to stay away from this sea monster thing where there are rocks and a giant whirlpool. But then they realize that no one's ever made it out alive. The only thing that they have is a Thermos from Hermes that harnesses the winds of the Four Corners of the Earth and can blow them around, but then this kid's half-brother drops it in the ocean. The most appaling part of the whole thing is that they didn't really even get mad at him for it."

Tyson had never heard Percy rant for that long about his distaste of a book. "Well. Now I know not to read The Lightning Thief."

"And, Percy, now I know that if I ever ruin a last chance at our survival, then I know how to get away with it." Percy looked at his step brother with a distasteful look. "Yeah, right. If you ever did that, I'd push you off the stupid bright orange floatie into the ocean and leave you for shark bait." Tyson's eyes widen as he stares back to the TV screen to watch the second quarter of the Patriots game.
