Hi Humans…

I just realised that I haven't done any proper Enolive oneshots, so that is what I will be doing now. This is set after the battle at Blackpool, so they're on the ship. Before I begin, and this is important, all the chapters are set in completely different universes, so when two characters get together in one thing, for example, by the next chapter they won't be. That way, I can do loads of different situations where two characters get together with no issues. I'm not entirely sure if that's what a oneshot is, but whatever. Please review and enjoy!

Well, that happened:

It was a few days after Blackpool, everything had gone back to normal. Well, there were a few differences; Emma was happier than anyone had ever seen her, Jake was there (obviously), Enoch was being a bit nicer to Olive, and everyone seemed to whisper and giggle when said necromancer and said pyromancer were together, much to the confusion and annoyance of Olive, who didn't remember anything from when she was frozen. Enoch also uncharacteristically blushed and hurriedly changed the subject whenever Olive mentioned what happened.

One night, they were having dinner amidst whispers and giggles as usual, Enoch was blushing and keeping his head down, as usual, and then Olive just snapped. She banged her cutlery down on the table, stood up, and cried, "Will someone please tell me what's going on, or so help me, I will burn a hole in everyone's favourite jumper!"

Everyone stared at their usually mellow and shy sister (ish), and then turned to Enoch, willing him to say something. The fates of their jumpers were at stake here! The necromancer, however, turned a deeper shade of red, mumbled something about needing the bathroom, and sped off. Everyone sighed and groaned and facepalmed. Olive sighed and sat down again with a defeated look on her face.

"Why won't he just tell me what happened?" she asked sadly

"Well…" Jake began, but Emma smacked him lightly on the back of his head and said that it wasn't their secret to share.

Later that evening, Olive knocked on the door to Enoch's room and was greeted by a grunt that meant she could go in. Olive opened the door and saw Enoch sitting on his bed, fiddling with one of his dolls.

"Hey Olive." He muttered

"Please just tell me what happened." Olive asked gently.

Enoch sighed, put his doll on a shelf, and turned to face her.

"You really don't remember anything?"

"Nope."

"Well…I just said that I was sorry for treating you so badly. That's it."

"But what did you realise?"

"What?"

"Right before I woke up, I heard you say you didn't realise something."

"Oh, that…I-I um…"

"What?"

"I kissed you." Enoch muttered, so quietly that Olive couldn't hear him.

"What was that?"

"Dang it, Olive, I kissed you!"

As soon as he said it, Enoch clamped his hands over his mouth and went bright red. Olive just stared at him in complete shock. She didn't know what she was expecting him to say, but it was definitely not that. Olive felt her cheeks go red and a warm feeling in her tummy. Enoch had kissed her! Wait, that could mean… he liked her! Well of course it means he liked her, why else would he kiss her? Oh my bird!

Olive just stammered incoherently and then came to her senses slightly. An idea popped into her head. She took Enoch's hand, leaned forward, and kissed him very gently on the lips. Enoch was startled; he'd thought that she would hate him for what he'd done, and now she was kissing him. Enoch kissed her back. After a moment, they broke off, both beaming. Enoch felt as if a huge weight had been lifted off his shoulders, and Olive felt equally happy now that Enoch knew what he meant to her.

Olive tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, shot Enoch another dazzling smile, and walked off to her own room. When she'd gone, Enoch smiled again, which was definitely unusual for the grumpiest person from the home.

"Well, that happened." He said to himself.
