Chapter 15: Time Stands Still! The Dual Pigeons of Swift Speed and Bouncing Rubber!
"Spare some change, please?" A homeless man asked Klay, as Klay was walking past him.
Klay was not a very nice man, so the homeless man asking Klay was pretty much futile.
Klay paused, though...
And thought for a moment.
Sparing a five cent coin, just to look good in the face of the public.
"You can't buy much with this, mate." Klay looked at the man, smiling in an insincere way...
"But I'm sure others will give you more."
Klay walked off, thinking that was his good deed for the day.
"-And then you cut open your hand?" Elena asked Hikaru, glaring at her slightly.
Hikaru nodded, trying not to lie to Elena's face.
"Yes..." She started, smiling slightly.
Elena was suspicious.
"Uh-huh..."
She quirked her eyebrows, echoing her catchphrase in a negative way.
"Doesn't sound that nice."
Hikaru nodded, cringing a bit.
"It wasn't very glitterific, I'd have to admit that."
Elena nodded, as they walked to the school.
"Anyways, ciao!~" Elena chirped, as she walked down the hallway.
How am I gonna tell her that I got this while battling in the Milky Squad? Hikaru thought to herself.
And how am I gonna hold a pencil in this hand?
It was a nice day in Galaxy Hills, as Fanboy was bugging Kyle...
And Yo was bugging Chum Chum.
So, pretty typical for these kids, right?
"-And then I can totally introduce you to the Milky Squad, and... and!" Fanboy chirped.
"Maybe you'll be a magical boy in a different way, Kyle!"
Kyle rolled his eyes.
"That sounds stupid, Fanboy. I'd never do that." He said in his "Ello Yewchube" way.
Fanboy's cape drooped.
"You don't mean it, do you...?"
Kyle was about to respond, when...
Klay was thrown through a portal, right through a window!
Yo screamed, as she lowered herself.
Chum Chum was none the wiser as Klay hit the desk in front of the two.
He looked up, as he hallucinated birds flying around his head in that cartoony way.
And then shook it off.
There was silence in the room for a moment, before...
Klay got up in Fanboy's face and shouted...
"I demand to see Tom Majors!"
Fanboy raised up his hands, looking fearful for his own life.
"Look in another world, he's not here! You're in the wrong one!" Fanboy blubbered out in total horror.
Klay frowned.
And held up a hand...
About to slap Fanboy.
Fanboy, realizing what was about to happen...
A purple and green light shone in his heart.
Chum Chum, realizing this...
An orange and black light shone in his heart, as well.
Purple and green light, and orange and black light, both pillars, shot from their respective heroes.
Klay knew he was screwed then and there.
Fanboy raises up his fist like a protestor, and yells "Like a Pigeon, I am More then I Appear! Pigeon Swift, Activate!".
And then, Fanboy's Pigeon Device appears on an purple and green background, and then he slashes his Pigeon Card across the device, making the Fanboy and Chum Chum logo appear on screen, and ice covers the screen and shatters.
The ice fades away, and Fanboy opens and closes his eyes a few times, and he flies higher into the air, doing a karate kick.
Purple shards of ice cover his body as he flips, as his mask disappears, showing his short brown hair.
He raises his hands into the air and ice shards cover them; he quickly lowers his hands and puts them over the center of his chest, ala Sailor Moon.
His gloves and jacket sleeves appear, and then the rest of the jacket appears, with a short little cape coming off of the back of it.
Ice shards cover his legs, and his boots and pants form as he knocks his feet together.
The shards cover his chest, as the Fanboy symbol appears, shattering the ice, giving him his shirt.
He spins, as his belt appears, and the wings on his shoes appear.
His hair lengthens, and turns a bright lime green, and ties itself into a ponytail with a bow.
His Pigeon Device and Card turns into a Magical Girl-esque glock, with the Fanboy symbol on its sides.
He spins around, doing his pose and speech.
"Speed and energy! Pigeon Swift!"
Chum Chum raises up his fist like a protestor, and yells "Like a Pigeon, I am More then I Appear! Pigeon Bounce, Activate!".
And then, Chum Chum's Pigeon Device appears on an orange and black background, and then he slashes his Pigeon Card across the device, making the Fanboy and Chum Chum logo appear on screen, and ice covers the screen and shatters.
The ice fades away, as orange ribbons made of rubber fly out of the device, as Chum Chum floats up, and spins around, as they squeeze his body.
He makes a pose, as it makes his shirt and jacket.
Chum Chum lands on the ground, and then breakdances into the air, as his hair turns longer, and black with orange streaks, and ties itself into a ponytail with a bow.
He puts his hands over his chest (Sailor Moon style), and his jacket makes a short little cape on its back.
His legs are covered in rubber, and he breaks from it with a karate kick, to reveal his boots and pants.
His gloves form as he does a few hand signals to the camera as he lands.
The wings on his shoes form, as he turns his back to the camera, doing a few more hand signals, as his Pigeon Device and Card turn into a Magical Girl-esque glock with the Chum Chum symbol on its sides.
He turns and does his final pose.
"Bouncy like a rubber ball! Pigeon Bounce!"
Fanboy and Chum Chum, now christened as Pigeon Swift and Pigeon Bounce, did a pose.
"The Dual Pigeons! We will cleanse your darkened heart!"
[CUE - RUSH - TIME STAND STILL]
Klay smirked, taking out a sword... made out of bone.
"Engarde." He charged at them.
BANG! BANG! BANG!
Klay ducked under Swift and Bounce's gunshots, as the kids around the room screamed and ran away from the fight.
Kyle and Yo were watching underneath a table, watching the battle going on, wondering if this was normal.
Yo was more panicked then Kyle was, but Kyle was at least a little panicked.
Swift leapt onto a table, leaping over Klay and shooting him in the back with the magical bullets.
It didn't kill him, but it hurt.
And then Bounce kicked him in a sensitive area.
Klay stumbled back, gasping in pain.
And then, Swift and Bounce backflipped onto a nearby table.
CUE ATTACK SEQUENCE!
"Dual guns burst through the midnight sky!" They shouted together.
"Swift wings above the clouds!" Pigeon Swift shouted, aiming his gun.
"Rubber bands wrapping around an unsuspecting evil heart!" Pigeon Bounce shouted, aiming his gun.
"LET'S GO! A blessing to your heart! ELASTIC VELOCITY!"
The two jumped in the air, firing purple and orange lazer blasts at Klay, which were swirling around each other like Cure Black and Cure White's Marble Screw.
Klay got knocked out, steaming from the attack.
Mr. Mufflin rushed into the room just then, as Swift and Bounce turned back into Fanboy and Chum Chum.
He paused.
"...I'm not gonna ask." He responded.
For all that he knew, Fanboy and Chum Chum probably prevented a school shooting.
Klay was arrested by the Galaxy Hills Police, and given a trial.
He was considered guilty on two counts on attempted murder, arson, vandalism, aggravated assault, and possession of a deadly weapon, the sword made out of bone.
He was sentenced to life in prison, but...
He was freed of his sentence by the Milky Squad, as they needed a second secretary.
Klaybourne Williams was now a member of the Milky Squad, like it or not.
