Altered Code Xana Episode 30: Itsy Bitsy Spider

Please read my episodes, 53-119 plus the OVA of Code Lyoko to know what is going on. Oh and Code Xana the Movie and Episode 1-29
Also, this is because as I re read the series I came up with completely new ideas. Go a different direction/drama/character arcs with the group. To do these faster all Lyoko will be "They go, go to Tower, fight, Sanne barely makes it" as I want to focus on the story and drama. Stupid idea? Yes. But I have too many ideas!
Ark, Skitz, and Mira are in Skitz's dorm room. Skitz and Ark are having practice and Skitz is getting annoyed by Mira. "Mira, I don't hang around when it's your time why do you bother us when it's my time?"
"I'm such a piece a piece of meat." Ark laughs but the two girls don't.
Mira glares at Skitz. "What? Ark said I could listen to you guys. You sound good, I liked the last song."
"I don't care I don't want you in my room."
"Fine." Mira stands up and walks over to Sanne's bed. "Now I'm on Sanne's side of the room." Mira sticks her tongue out at Skitz.
"Mira, maybe you could leave. I like having an audience but I guess Skitz doesn't." Ark is trying to keep the two girls in his life from fighting but it doesn't work.
"Why the hell does she worry about these band practices? You guys are good as it is and since we have a little something that pretty much stops you from getting gigs anywhere you don't need to practice so much."
"A little thing? Xana is definitely not a little thing."
"Don't get mad at me I'm not the one who released him." Mira puts her hands up when Skitz throws a drumstick at her.
"Out!" Mira gets off of Sanne's bed and leaves the room. She stops when she is outside the door for Ark but he doesn't go. He agrees that Mira went a little too far with the last comment. Mira closes the door then walks down the hallway. "I can't believe you like her."
"Hey she's fun, smart, and when you're not around she doesn't act like that." Ark tries to defend Mira but Skitz was put into a foul mood.
"Oh so it's my fault? I try to keep you from getting sent home because all you do is help the public school retard instead of doing your own work. I have to do all the work with trying to make new songs and get you away from her and yet you defend her. Leave." Skitz points to the door.
"But sis I…" Skitz raises her other arm with the other drumstick as a threat. "Ok, sorry." Ark grabs his keyboard and leaves the room.
"I can't believe he'd defend her after what she said." Skitz gets up and gets the drum stick she threw at Mira. She puts her practice pad and drumsticks away before calling Krieger. "Hey, band practice was cut short want to go do something? Maybe hit the arcade at the mall?"
"Ok, sure, sounds like fun." Skitz and Krieger hang up.
"Maybe I should have picked a movie. We get enough violence fighting Xana." Skitz leaves her dorm room.
A minute later Sanne goes to her dorm room to get gym clothes when she finds the room empty. "Hmmm, I thought they were doing band practice." She shrugs her shoulders and finds her bag with her gym clothes in it. When she reaches for the bag she sees something and pulls her hand away. "Ew, a spider." She flicks it with a finger and grabs her gym clothes.
When Sanne gets to the gym she sees Krieger is packing his things. "What's up?"
"Sorry Sanne," He zips up his bag. "Skitz wants to hang out at the arcade." He picks it up. "Want to come?"
"Uh, no." Sanne frowns. "I thought we were going to train."
"You train. Work out. Stretch. Maybe an extra day of practice will let you beat me."
"I highly doubt that." She smiles. "You and Skitz have fun."
Krieger frowns as Sanne doesn't sound jealous. Why would she? Skitz and I are friends so it makes sense we would hang out. Her plan is stupid.
Sanne, alone, gets on the exercise bike and pedals. "This isn't any fun." She stops pedaling. "Without Krieger this is pointless. He's usually so willing to train." She smiles. "At least he is lightening up and having fun." She makes a face and deepens her voice. "I'm Krieger, I'm super serious. I must train to be the very best, like no one ever was." She laughs as she hops off of the exercise bike. "Maybe I'll go to the Factory."
"Ark, Ark, please open the door." Mira is outside the dorm room of Ark and Krieger. She knew Ark was mad at her for what she said and she wanted to apologize but he refused to open his door. "Ark please, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said it I don't know why I did I just, I'm sorry." She puts a hand on the doorknob and turns it.
"Stay out!" Ark saw Mira was opening the door. "What you said was wrong, I know you and my sister don't get along but you can't be going around saying things like that to her or me or the others. We know we messed up when we let Xana out!" Mira continues to open the door ignoring Ark's orders not to.
"I know and that's why I want to apologize to you face to face." Mira closes the door behind her. "And your sister when it's safe for me to get near her." Ark has his back turned on Mira. What she said, about releasing Xana, he is angry at her to.
"What makes you think it's safe to get near me?" Ark turns around.
"Aaaa!" Mira sees that Ark had a strange wound on his arm. The wound seemed to allow something to go into Ark's body. The front of his shirt was ripped open and she sees a strange looking mark on his chest. "Ark, what, what happened to you?" Mira backs away into the door. The mark on his chest pulses and gets larger.
"Answer me, what makes you think it's safe to get near me?" Ark lunges at Mira attacking her with his fists. She tries to fight him off when she sees the mark on his chest pulse again and reveal itself as the Eye of Xana.
"Stop it!" She pushes Ark off of her. "You're possessed by Xana, fight it, fight him!" Ark grabs a book and throws it at Mira. She puts her arms up and blocks the book. She then reaches for the door handle and finds the door is locked. "No, no, Ark, stop it!" Ark attacks her with such force they break through the door into the hallway.
Sanne gets to the Factory and goes down to the Control Room. "What? Activated Tower?" She checks her Jpocket and sees the volume is muted. "I am the worst at this."
Sanne calls Krieger first but no answer. "Okay, try Skitz." She calls her and gets no answer. "Two down, two to go." She calls Mira. "Hey, Xana,"
"Xana, he, he got Ark."
"What?" Sanne interprets "Xana got Ark" as in killed. "No, but, no."
"I don't know how but he possessed Ark." Sanne breaths a sigh of relief.
"Just get to the Factory."
"But what about Ark? He has this really nasty wound on his arm then he attacked me!" Mira had used a woman's best move against a guy on Ark to get away but knew he would be after her again when he recovered.
"A wound? Like a bite mark?"
"I, I guess, it could be."
Krieger and Skitz are having fun and the bright lights and loud noises keep them from hearing their phones.
Skitz is beating him at Immortal Fighters XII when she is bitten. "Ow, what the hell was that?" She smacks a spider.
"Ha! Suck it!" Krieger, with the help of the distraction, beats Skitz. "Hey, what's up?"
"I got bit by something." She shows the bite.
"Ooo, that looks pretty bad." He pokes it with a finger.
She pulls her arm away. "Hey, that hurt!"
Krieger pulls his phone out. "If we take a picture of it we can search to see what kind of bite it is and see if it is dangerous or..." He sees six calls from Sanne. "Crap, I think Xana is attacking."
"Of course he is."
The two run out of the arcade for the Factory.
A few minutes later, Sanne hears the alarm go off and looks through the camera. Skitz and Krieger have made it to the Factory and appear to be fighting. "What are those two up to?" They get in the elevator and take it down to the Control Room. "Guys we have to hurry I think Ark is possessed."
"I think Skitz is too." Krieger grabs her by the wrists when she tries to hit him. "Stop it!"
"Aaaa!" Skitz tries to bite him but he pulls away. She continues trying to bite, her teeth gnashing at him.
"It probably not safe to leave her on Earth."
"I got it. Just be ready to send her to Lyoko." Krieger shoves Skitz back on the elevator, letting her bite him on the shoulder, as Sanne gets to the control panel.
Mira is almost to the Factory when Ark catches up to her. "Ark, please, fight it!"
Ark's mouth opens and spiders pour out. "I guess that's a no." Mira runs at him and leaps with a kick to his chest.
He falls backwards but as she lands spiders crawl up her leg. "Get off!" She tries to shake them off but fails. "Help!"
On Lyoko, Skitz pats herself down. "Hey, I'm not insane any more." She hugs Krieger. "Thank you!"
"Yeah, no problem." The trio go and fight, win, Tower deactivated, return launched just in the nick of time.
Sanne and Krieger are in the gym when Skitz shows up. "I'm tired of beating you at Immortal Fighters." She sets her gym bag down. "How about I beat you in person?"
"In your dreams. Krieger is a way better fighter than you."
Skitz looks at Sanne and then back at Krieger. "I have a way to distract him."
"Give me a few minutes to stretch and we'll see who wins."
Sanne sits back as the other two circle each other on the mat.
Krieger has his hands up. "I hope you're ready, Skitz."
"You're the one who should get ready." Skitz smiles. "I don't know if I want to punch you in the face. It is so pretty after all."
The second it takes Krieger to process what Skitz said, she lunges and tackles him to the mat. "Looks like I win." She leans down and kisses him on the lips.
Sanne blinks a few times as she sees this. "Oh, so that's why you two have been hanging out so much."
Krieger pushes Skitz off of him. "What was that for?"
Skitz laughs as she stands up. "Come on, you've been worried about her finding out about us. I wanted to tell her and you said no. So I took it out of your hands."
Krieger wipes the lipstick off of his lips as he gets up. "I didn't want her to find out like this."
Sanne smiles. "Well, uh, I'm happy for you two. It means Skitz will stop bugging me and you'll be happy."
Krieger scowls as he walks away.
Skitz runs after him out of the gym. "Come on, Krieger. Why are you so mad?"
He turns towards her. "Did you not hear her? She doesn't care. Your plan to make her jealous didn't work and now she thinks we're dating."
"Calm down, geesh. You do not get girls at all." Skitz looks back at the gym. "She hesitated. She hesitated for a second. She wanted to say something else but didn't." She laughs. "I should probably keep one eye open when I sleep tonight."
Krieger taps his foot. "Skitz, I think we should stop this plan. It isn't working."
"It is. Just give it more time." Skitz gets close to him, putting a hand on her chest. "Besides, I kind of liked kissing you."
He pulls away like he has been shocked. "Skitz, no. No kissing."
"Come on! You want to kiss Sanne. So practice on me." She closes her eyes and puckers up her lips.
"No. Skitz, no." Krieger walks away.
Skitz smiles. "He actually is a good kisser. I wonder what else he's good at." She smile disappears. "Whoa, no Skitz. You're doing this for Sanne." Her smile returns. "I can have fun with him until then."
A/N I do like skipping Lyoko stuff and focusing on the story. I have ideas and can get to them faster by skipping the Lyoko stuff.
