Shades Of Gray-Ch 3
Reid sat there shaking his head and said, "I can't believe it's him, I can't believe they let him out, what kind of idiot lets out a sociopath that killed his little brother"?, JJ put her hand on her husbands and said, "their is nothing we can do about that part Spence but we can catch Danny and make sure he pays for what he's done".
Derek said, "she's right kid, that's all we can do and we will do it, we will find him and make sure that he goes back to prison where he belongs" and Reid sighed and blew out a deep breath as he sat back in his seat. Dave said, "right now the only thing we can do is wait for kitten to find out where he is or for him to strike again, until then their is really nothing that we can do".
Hotch said, "I'm going to make a few calls and see what else I can find out" and they watched as he pulled his cell phone from his pocket and walked across the room. Emily said, "I wonder if his parents know that he's out"?, JJ said, "maybe that's something that Garcia can tell us", Emily nodded her head and sighed as she dialed Penelopes number.
After a few rings Penelope said, "I haven't found out anything else yet Em", Emily said, "PG can you check to see if Danny's parents were told of his release from prison"?, she hit a few keys and said, "awwww". JJ said, "what is it Garcie, what did you find out"?, Penelope said, "they were killed in a car accident and before you ask Danny was still in prison at the time of their deaths".
Derek walked over and said, "how are you doing goddess"?, she said, "still waiting on my babies to tell me something else handsome and of course running back and forth to the bathroom because your child is using my kidney and bladder as a punching bag today" as she stood up and walked across the room and out into the hall.
JJ said, "you're almost 7 1.2 months along Garcie so you don't have much longer to wait", Penelope grinned and said, "I can't wait to hold my little girl or little boy in my arms". Emily said, "I was like that with Jack", JJ said, "and I was like that with Henry and trust me when I say their is no greater feeling than when they put your child in your arms for the first time".
Emily looked up and saw Hotch walking back across to Dave and Reid and said, "here Morgan you can talk to your wife, just bring my phone back with you when you come over", Derek said, "sure will, thanks Em" and then he said, "it's almost 4 goddess, I hope you've eaten today"?, she said, "yes my love, Anderson brought me a delicious sandwich and some fresh fruit earlier".
quiet where are you"?, he heard the toilet flush and said, "never mind, forget I asked" She grinned and said, "this makes like the 20th time I've peed today, it's wearing me out walking back and forth to the bathroom".
She washed her hands and dried them off and tossed her paper towel in the trash and Derek said, "so any idea where Danny is"?, she pulled open the bathroom door and stepped out and gasped in surprise. Derek said, "sweetness what's wrong, are you alright"?, she said, "uhhhh yeah, yeah but do you remember that question you asked me"? he said, "yeah about where Danny is"?, she said, "yeah that one".
Derek said, "what about it"?, the phone was jerked from her hand and Derek felt his heart race faster and faster as he heard a male voice say, "hello agent Morgan, remember me"?, Derek said, "Danny, wait, don't hurt her, please don't hurt her". Danny glanced over his shoulder and said, "sorry I had to run you over an hour away by plane but I had to make sure that you were out of the way so that I could get to the heart of your team and your family".
The team was now surrounding Derek as Danny said, "your wife is very beautiful and awwww baby Morgan is growing inside her, how cute, now wouldn't it be a shame if she died before the baby was born". Hotch stepped aside and quickly dialed the office, he wanted to try to get somebody to Penelope before Danny could get her and be gone from the building.
Danny laughed and said, "well it's time to say goodbye agent because it's time for us to go because I'm sure one of your team is already calling the building soooooooo let's see just how good you really are". Penelope said, "I I I love you Derek", he said, "I love you baby girl and we will find you I prom" and Danny said, "good bye" and ended the call and Penelope watched as he dropped her phone and smashed it on the floor.
He leaned in and said, "now you're going to come quietly with me or both you and your precious, precious baby are going to die", she nodded her head and said, "I'll do anything just please don't hurt me or the baby". Danny grabbed her by the arm and said, "well that's up to you" as he pulled her toward the exit.
