1 Year and 10 Months Later
Alexis sat on the couch in the living room of her and Conner's apartment watching the morning news. A photo of Kyle's book, "Alexa Feisty: Private Eye".
"Conner!" Alexis hollered. "Tyler's book is on the news!"
Conner ran into the room and sat next to Alexis.
"It's now been nearly two years since Tyler Hunter's debut mystery novel 'Alexa Feisty: Private Eye' appeared on bookshelves and has been placed on sever Best Sellers lists," a female anchor said. "But here's the real mystery. Where is Tyler Hunter? Shortly after the release of his book, Tyler himself went MIA. Where is Tyler Hunter?"
Conner and Alexis looked at each other.
"I wish he'd call us or at least write a letter," Alexis said.
"Yeah," Conner agreed.
Meanwhile in Fiji, Tyler handed keys to his Fiji house to a nice, elderly couple.
"Here are the keys to your new home," Tyler said. "Enjoy your retirement."
"Why would you give up such a nice place?" the elderly woman asked.
"I was only staying here to clear my head," Tyler replied. "I've got to go back to my real home in California."
"Well, you have a safe trip," the elderly man said.
"Thank you," Tyler said.
