What do you think of the DC Fandome trailers? Personally I think the movie project which had its trailer shown which had the most hype, the Snyder Cut was trailer one I was interested in the least. Personally I actually liked the JL movie that we got and while I have some big concerns and issues while thinking this project is overhyped, I am glad the Snyder fans got what they wanted.

26 year old Peter Parker who had spent 11 years as the masked crimefighter Spider-Man was in a bind and he was not sure what to think. Things were a bit uneasy with his girlfriend Diana Prince the Wonder Woman. They had met when Peter was 21 and she tried to attack him due to thinking of him as a villain which was not helped by how the media like the Daily Bugle portrayed him as, they ended up helping to stop a plan by Dr Doom to take over the world which also involved Superman and the Hulk.

Later he ended up meeting and teaming with her more and they gotten closer as Peter had joined the Justice League. Diana fell for Peter when she got to know the tormented but noble soul he was and finding him an endearing dork, Peter fell for it not just because she was stunningly beautiful and strong with a figure and physique to make fitness models and bodybuilders jealous (but it didn't hurt in the latest) but she was kind and compassionate and not afraid to speak out for her role as ambassador of Themyscira in promoting her stance on issues. Her book had spoke out in favour of protests against injustices and wanting to help all people. That she didn't harbour ill will for the human criminals she fought.

They had moved in together and though they had to pretend to be just teammates when acting as superheroes for Peter's secret identity, Peter had to get used to being a scientist who happened to be dating one of the top Superheroes in the world. Aunt May had welcomed her when Peter introduced them to eachother. It was scary when he was on Themyscira as while Queen Hippoltya ended up accepting him, she and the other Amazons made him well aware that they would not go easy if something happened to her because of her or if he broke her heart.

Peter was pretty much terrified even as Diana defended him against her mother and her 'sisters' as she called all the other Amazons on the island.

They teamed up together and Peter couldn't help but give playful flirting to her when in costume and Diana kept rebuking him when they were not alone or with people in on Peter's secret.

However she was also a warrior who wasn't afraid to use lethal force when the situation called for it even if she wasn't fully happy with it.

She had killed one of his long time enemies...

And it was to save his life and reputation...

Doctor Otto Octavius, a brilliant scientist who was rather arrogant in his interactions with others and it along with not a lot of quick enough results cost him quite a bit of funding. When testing his robotic limbs harness there was an explosion which permanently fused him to his harness and in his rage he turned to crime to fund his experiments. Getting dubbed by the media 'Doctor Octopus', he ended up being one of the first villains Peter had ever faced as Spider-Man and was never an easy one to fight against.

He had a strong claim to being his arch nemesis.

There was some nobility and standards to him though and Peter thought he had to be a good man at some point; he wasn't one for over the top world domination schemes but however as the years went by, his repeated losses to Peter made him more obsessed and the years of beatings and the chemicals used to power his machines got to him by his body.

He became a beaten up mess in a special armor suit with the medical machines to keep him alive while going about in giant versions of his arms. However at this point all virtues he had before had been loss especially with his big plan before the recent incident:

He went to the United Nations saying that he wanted to do some last good before dying and asked to be allowed a plan that he said would fix global warming. When the justice League was debating how honest his plans were, Peter managed to convince them to go against him since he knew Octavius couldn't be trusted. He was right as Octavius had gathered the Sinister Six to be his enforcers, outfitted with counter measures against the JL members (members weren't happy with Batman when they learned where the counter measures had came from) who they were convinced Octavius was trying fix global warming but was mainly in it for the large payment Octavius had the UN pay to each of them for his demands to be allowed to help.

Except for Rhino who knew what Octavius' plan was and wanted the world to burn in anger for his wife's death.

However while Peter thought he was trying to destroy the world to take it down for him, it was worst than he could imagine. Octavius wanted to destroy all but a small percentage of the population so that they will rebuild and forever remember and immortalise him as history's greatest monster.

Octavius always had an ego but this...

However after this he had one last fight with Octavius as he had learned his secret identity and had Cheetah distracting Diana who was with him with a powerful magical weapon (that Octavius had acquired) capable of killing even her.

Octavius had a machine that was going to swap their minds into eachother bodies and so Peter would die in Octavius' body and Octavius would survive in his body. Peter was tense at what Octavius was saying that he would do using Peter's body, powers and life. In a last ditch panicked effort Peter managed to force him to view his memories while the mind swap was going on.

Hoping beyond hope that experience to them would make Octavius see the error in his ways and want to life his life as a hero in his body or give up...

However the mind was reversed when Diana had reached them knowing what the plan was and having defeated Cheetah, she used her magic Lasso to get around Octavius' neck using its power to reveal the truth about someone to stop the mind swap and then smashed the machine causing it.

Then she ended Octavius' life with a neck slap.

Things were silence as Diana lifted him up into her arms and brought him to the Watchtower medical bay. The JL members were stunned to hear what happened as Diana softly explained and there was some disapproval from Superman and Batman but hearing what Octavius was trying to do, it wasn't some cold blood murder that she had set out to do. Peter even shared to eachother what Octavius's last words were:

"I am going to continue on your life Parker but I will not be the joke that you were, I will become the Superior Spider-Man that you could never be. I will fight crime my way and show no mercy to evil. Nothing you can do to stop me and once you're stupid Amazon girlfriend is killed, I will use her death to the Justice League as a reason for your sudden change in tactics and demeanour. If she does survive then I will finish her off myself, think of it her death by your literal hands..."

Peter while defiantly trying to fight back told him that the league will stop him.

"I can fight them off but if I can't take them down but I will take down your memory, I will reveal who Spider-Man really is and I will terrorise this world before they take me down. I will make sure that the names of Peter Parker and Spider-Man are forever dragged through the mud in what history will remember of you..."

It was there when Peter managed to force him to view his memories in an effort to make him relent; it was him deciding that he will now be a superior Spider-Man when Diana came to reverse what happened with the Lasso...

Things were tense when they got back home and just smiled awkwardly at eachother and shared their kisses but stayed at their sides of the bed.

A few days later they had decided to sit down and speak of it, "I won't apologise for what I had to do, I am not happy that I had to do it but I did and I won't apologise. He may have been a sick man and I don't regret the good he could have done in his life and whatever happened to turn him into... the monster who wanted to end the world while making sure the survivors all remember him... But after what he tried to do and what he tried to do to the man that I love..." Diana told him and she then had tears in her angry face.

"He wanted you to die while he desecrates your life and taking over your body... What he would have done and with little to possibly bring you back... I don't want to think about it, I refused to let him steal your life and besmirch your reputation forever. Besides it was cruel mercy, at the moment before making the snap, I could have just left him die an angry bitter sick mess while in pain but I think letting him have a quick end was kind in a way..." Diana continued on as Peter sighed.

"I am disappointed but mostly in myself..." Peter told her and Diana looked puzzled as he went and wiped away her tears. "Something tells me that I should be more upset at you than I am. It wasn't an easy decision and I don't want to think about what Doc Ock could have done in my life even as he sees my memories. I have usually been with Bats and Superman in that us Heroes shouldn't go out to kill and I have never been on good terms with Frank Castle or the Red Hood... But I fell in love with you and all parts of you, even the warrior that will be willing to end a life if the need arises. I never want the need to happen but I love you and this is far from something that could end things between us." Peter told her as they shared a hug.

They ended up kissing and smiled with Peter thinking of how they can fix this day especially since the alert of Octavius out which led to that incident, it had interrupted something Peter wanted to bring up to her. He got out a box from a secret hiding spot, "Remember when we met, when you thought I was scary looking with my costume and talking about what the media thinks of me..." Peter asked and Diana nodded with a shake of her head as she didn't think of what she had said to him fondly.

"Remember how I asked if it was too early to be thinking about marriage?" Peter asked and Diana laughed but was stunned to see look down to see Peter with his knee down and the box. "Is it still too early?" Peter asked with a smile as Diana pulled him into a kiss while accepting the ring.

Though I haven't read them and only seeing the Atop the Fourth Wall reviews of both of them, the 2nd Superman and Spider-Man crossover comics can be considered canon here except for the updated time scale and that Peter wasn't with MJ.
