Mercy is sitting at table, tapping her finger on the table in frustration. She hates being in the tavern, especially Stone is around... Fucking... Stone... Of all PEOPLE Warden wants to hangout with Stone... She's sitting on a stool where the counter is and sitting next to Warden while he is chatting with his so called best friend. Stone and Warden got their mugs and clanked together with their cup and drank together in happy. They are both chugging beer to see who's the fastest drinker until Warden stopped drinking and coughed out but letting out mix with grinning, he set the mug down slowly on the counter but Stone set his mug down in rapid speed and threw his arms in air and whooped.
"HA! I told you Warden! You can't beat me in drinking contest! Now pay up!" Stone whooped causing to Warden chuckle to get his steals to pay Stone.
Warden sets his steels on the counter, Stone was about to reach it until Warden put his hand in the bag of steels. "Two out of three. I'll double it. We're going to see who's going to finish it first." He said with cocky attitude and Stone smirked at this.
"Warden... My boy. Do you know who you're dealing with? I think you should reconsider before you get a death wish." Stone said with a goofy grin in his face looking at Warden.
"I know exactly who I'm dealing with. What? You scared?" Warden joked with him.
Stone pretended to gasp. "Are you kidding me? Me? Scared!? Hell no! You're on!" Stone got his steels out to pay the barkeep. "Two more beers for us." Stone said loudly and the barkeep nodded took the steels and getting their mugs to refill.
Mercy stopped tapping her finger in the counter and looks at Warden. "Warden... Are you serious? I thought you said you were going to have a normal drink with him. Not a damn drinking contest!" She said in annoyance.
He looks at her and smiles. "Not Now Mercy! I have to beat Stone of this drinking contest. Me and him bet on this." Warden grins at her and saw his mug that's being hand over to him.
"You should join us Mercy! Maybe give us a sneak peak if you know what I mean." Stone teased at Mercy of pointing at her chest, her eyebrow twitched by this of his stupidity.
She glares at him and crosses her arms. "Stone... Don't make me drag you out of this tavern so I can beat sense out of you." She said getting her hand out to crack her knuckle's.
"Why don't you come over here and make me sweetheart." He turned his face to show his cheek. "Give me peck of kiss while your at it." Which that cause Warden to laugh.
"Oh your fucking dead." Mercy growls, she almost got up her seat but Warden put his arm on shoulder to calm her.
"Mercy relax! He was just joking! Don't hurt him. For goodness sake." Warden let a anxiously laugh, putting his arm on both of her shoulders to make her sit, calming her.
Stone got his mug while laughing loudly. "You're lucky with this one Warden. She's a keeper. Get it!? Peacekeeper!?" Stone laughs of his own horrible joke.
Mercy let a fake laugh and but still gave him the glare. "Ha Ha. Ha. Very Stone. No one is laughing. You should be lucky that you have him protecting your sorry ass." Mercy hissed and points at Warden, causing him to sweatdrop and letting out nervously grin, rubbing the back of his head.
"Well... Me and her love each other. That's what love is Stone." Warden chuckles.
"What!? But what about me!? Am I important to you Warden!?" Stone gasped and looks at him with hurt eyes.
"What!? You're my best friend! You are important to me! Of course!" Warden said to him assuring.
"Are you kidding me Stone...? Are you seriously trying to steal my husband so he can hang out with you more? Unbelievable." Mercy scoffed at his poor excuse.
"Well that's because me and him don't hang out that much because you two got busy life! So I wanted to spend time with him like brothers! You gotta learn how to share! Sharing is caring!" Stone huffed, drinking his mug.
A popped vein of anger appear the side of her head. "Your sense of humor is not helping the situation." She said in angry tone.
Warden intervenes by speaking out in anxiously, grabbing her arm to leave. "Mercy! How about me and you go to a private area out back to talk privately." He gets up, taking her out in the back but Mercy is glaring at him. "Be right back Stone!" He said loudly.
Warden takes Mercy outside at back of the tavern, opening the door and Mercy steps outside, crossing her arms in huffed. Warden closes the door behind him and checks around that nobody is around to look at them arguing. She looks at him with a serious face.
"I can't believe you drag me to this to hangout with Stone. Like really Warden?!... I thought we were going to have time together!" Mercy said angrily at him.
"Don't oh come on me. I can't believe this." Mercy sighed in disappointment.
"He was joking! He doesn't mean that!" Warden replied to this, waving his arm.
"Joking!? You two have a odd Friendship!" Mercy spat.
"Stone is just being him. You know how he is." Warden stated but Mercy wasn't buying it, she turns around the other way. He frowned at this. "Mercy..." He said softly.
"What..." Mercy said, not looking at him and watching the houses at night until she felt her arm being grabbed and shes being pulled towards him but she didn't bother let to go and wrapping his arms around her waist.
"Look at me please?" He said in smile, she sighed and finally looks at him. "You know I love you more than anything. I want you here because I love having you around. Stone may be my best friend and a brother. But you're Important to me." He said smiling, his arms wrapped around her waist and she let out a small chuckle of his words, she wraps her arms around the back of his neck.
"I just want us to have alone time for once you know? No work or Stone 24/7 Let Holden to do your work duties and take a break from leadership and spend time with me more." She said in smile returned, they leaned their foreheads together and staring at each other in love, she misses this... Him being around next to her and talking together and holding each other.
"Mercy..." Warden said smiling, with his eyes closed.
"Mmm?" She said, her eyes closed and smiling heavenly.
"i think we should go inside. We're keeping Stone waiting." Warden said in chuckle.
"Stone can wait... I just want us stay like this." She stuffed her face onto his chest. "You remember what Stone said?" She said in muffle through his shirt.
He chuckles. "About the sneak peak? Yeah I remember what he said, that was very inappropriate of what he said. I'll talk to him." He said but his eyes went wide when he felt her arm on his chest, she is lowering her arm on his chest to go down further.
"Maybe I can give you a sneak peak. Only for you." She teases him, lowering her arm to touch somewhere privately.
"M-Mercy we're outside! We can't do it here!" Warden stammered, grapping her arms and letting out nervous laugh.
"So?... Is that going to stop me? Or..." Mercy leans her head to plant a kiss on his neck which that cause him to shaken because he doesn't want nobody to seen them making out. "You can take me back to our house to finish what we started." She whispers with love in her voice.
Warden sighed and decides to take her offer to make love together. "Jesus Mercy... Your going to be the death me..." He decided to return the kiss by kissing her on the lips and she gladly kisses him back and it became something more.
"So I told Warden that day... Where our reinforcement!? And he say this... I'm it... Are you fucking kidding me!? Can't you believe that!?" Stone said in shock, causing the barkeep to laugh at this.
The barkeep is laughing and pours more drink in his mug to drink with him. "Haha! That's hilarious Stone.. hey speaking of which! Your friend is coming back right now and he seems... Happy." She said in smile, pointing out at them. Warden is carrying Mercy in bridal style with goofy grin in his face, walking towards out of the tavern.
"Hey! Where the hell you going!?" Stone yelled out to Warden who was walking out.
"Uh... Change of plans! Going home!" Warden said loudly which that cause to Mercy giggles who was getting carried.
"WHAT!? WHAT ABOUT OUR DRINKING CONTEST!?" Stone said in baffled.
"Drink without me!" Warden yelled back but it was muffled in the distance. They already left.
"Unbelievable! He left me!" Stone slammed his hands on his knees in shocked, he turns around to face the barkeep who was laughing at this situation. "Well... Want to have a drinking contest with me Lady?" He smirked at the barkeep and she smirks back at him... Oh this was going to be a fun night.
