Spongebob was collecting shiny objects in his pineapple to access the golden spatula, when he decided to double check upstairs. When he got up, though, he came across a mysterious dark hallway.
"Strange… I don't remember this hallway," Spongebob said with suspicion.
Just then, the door shut behind him as the Bikini Bottom hub music began pitching lower and lower.
"Wh-Wh-What's going on?!" Spongebob was starting to freak out "Gary, if this is a prank, this isn't funny! Let me out!"
Suddenly, a giant head that looked like Squidward appeared out of the darkness.
"SQUIDWARD!?" Spongebob gasped in shock "Something's different about you…" He tapped his foot for a few seconds before coming to a realization. "Dear Neptune! You're BALD!"
But the Squidward Apparition didn't look offended. He just put on an evil grin.
"YOU WANT MEDIOCRE CLARINET PLAYING?! I'LL SHOW YOU MEDIOCRE CLARINET PLAYING?!" the Apparition screamed as it quickly approached Spongebob at high speeds.
Spongebob himself was terrified of this behavior from who he saw as a friend, and only had one thing on his mind: RUN! The porous sponge ran for his very life through hallways with pictures of Squidward's suicide and red mist. He tried to run for the door, but no matter how fast or far he ran, the door always seemed to far away.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! HAW HAW HAW HAW!"
"SQUIDWARD, PLEASE STOP! YOU'RE SCARING ME!" Spongebob pleaded, but then screamed as the Squidward Apparition ate him whole.
Then screen goes black. Zooming out of the screen, it was revealed that Patrick was playing the game on his Nintendo Switch, while sandboarding down Sand Mountain.
"Aww, I got dead again! This game stinks!" he complained before he hits a rock and screams as he's sent flying right into the side of a mountain.
