Dry Bowser was doing some documentary on the Toads who were hurting each other and either shrinking to midget size or eating mushrooms to grow themselves, with this being interesting to the skeletal reptile.
"Hmm... these mushroom retainers are definitely a fan of this for whatever reason." Dry Bowser said to himself while writing down on a pad, sitting on the rooftop of a Toad House. "Perhaps they just have stress from having to give out items?"
"Yeah you could say that." A Toad responded only for him to die from a poison mushroom hitting him while he was shrink. "Oh well I'm dead."
