"You certain?" Kay asked as she was getting worried that Yuri was taking things too far. She was just using Brook as a decoy for her plans. She was pacing back and forth as she was wondering what was happening.
"Yes. The ones guarding the storeroom are fine but it is clear that some of the students aren't to be trusted. Himari and Yuri were working behind your back to try to remove you. But as far as I'm concerned, they might be successful if we don't do something fast." Alisa told Kay as she was beginning to panic. Kay looked at her as she was beginning to speak.
"Alisa get a hold of yourself. We don't know what they might be up to for certain, all we know is that we got the news that the armory was raided and they took everything and now they seem tempted to fight back, they would play us like fiddles and try to run the school themselves. While I don't think Brook is the catalyst to all of this, Yuri is the real threat the school needs to look out for. Himari is unknown for the time" Kay told her as she knew what was going on. Kay looked at Naomi if the gray haired girl knew what was happening and even Naomi was skeptical.
"So how do you know what is going on? What is your evidence?" Naomi asked as she was wondering what Kay knew about this. Kay sighed as she began to explain.
"All I know is that we got reports of students raiding the armory and beating up the guards inside, and then taking all the weapons from what the guards reported when we got the telegram about it. By now the students have an army and all we have are the tanks so we don't know what good the tanks might be against a bunch of angry and pissed off students." Kay began explaining as Naomi was thinking about as she knew something like this wasn't ordinary, suddenly Naomi got the idea as she soon began to think about it.
"We can use the tanks and the fire cracker rounds to punch holes and possibly somewhat give them hot firework fragments that will cause the students to retreat. If we can stockpile a good amount of shots to use to possibly discourage their uprising." Naomi told them. Alisa smiled as Kay wasn't too sure about this.
"I don't want to use violence to use our means especially with that ammo ordinance court case coming up on our usual supplier of Firecracker rounds being brought into question." Kay began as the two students were confused. Naomi looked at Kay as she was moreover curious about this.
"What case?" Naomi began as she wasn't really familiar with the whole ammo ordinance. Kay looked at her as she began to speak.
"Well during one of the matches with the fellow Middle Schools we're getting into contact with, several students were injured when their emplacement was blown up by firecracker artillery. Fortunately they are all right but the entirety of the ammo is being brought into question. In the end they're most likely going to replace the rounds with something safer since reports about injuries have been surfacing in the recent months. And now I'm worried if something happens to us." Kay told them as she was explaining to the two of them what just happened recently. She soon let them both off with a warning: "Remember when a firecracker gets a hold of fire, it will explode, and with all of that ammo we have, if were to blow up, a good chunk of the school will be destroyed." The two of them nodded as Naomi soon spoke.
"I know but what if they dig in, we don't want our side to lose precious life on our side, beside those firecrackers are cheap, I would rather throw those than people into the mix. It's best advice we tell the people to get to the lower decks of the ship." Naomi told Kay as she knew that she didn't have much time to
"Well it looks like we got ourselves a plan. Now go inform the group about this." Kay told them as she knew that they needed to be ready to defend the ship. The two of them left as Kay was giggling to herself. "Well if all plans fail, at least I have my friends to rely on."
Over the next week or so the students on both sides were getting ready for the semi-finals. Brook recovered from her sickness but it left her deeply divided, Yuri was gathering the reports that the Tankery team was still sticking to Kay as she read over the results.
"Yeah looks like those students are sticking by their leader and then we have no choice but to crush them. So continue ramping up the production of Molotov's and other things we can get our hands on we will begin in a couple of weeks." Yuri told them as she was telling the group about her plans. Brook looked on as she knew this plan could mean destruction. She wanted to know if there was another option.
"I know this might seem strange but you sure violence solves all solutions? Can't we just peacefully ask Kay to either leave or give in to our demands?" Brook asked as she knew she didn't want to lose her life or the lives of her friends and enemies alike. Yuri looked at her as the chill of her brown eyes looked at her.
"The only way we can carry out a successful revolution is by removing everything that resembles our foes and we will do it no matter what the means are. Even if it ends up costing the lives of the few for the many." Yuri responded as she wanted to carry this out with any method she could. Brook seemed to be worried thinking, was she taking things too far? "Either that or you can drink again while I beat you into submission." Yuri was beginning to threaten her as Brook gulped as she was being backed into a corner
"I mean, none of us want to be thrown into prison for murdering others right? We don't want to rot away while everyone else gets to enjoy life and the lives we end up destroying won't get to see their own futures?" Yuri looked at her as she was getting angry.
"Since when did you start listening to the Cyka known as Kay?" Yuri asked as her tone was now harsh. Brook looked at her as she began to speak.
"I haven't been listening to her. I was just asking, is this really a good idea to do since the lives of everyone is important and destruction only causes trouble?" Brook continued to question Yuri. Yuri turned as she wanted to give this girl a job.
"Write for me a speech to say that we will go to war and we will win this for the future of our school." Yuri gave her instructions on what to do when that time comes around. Brook meekly nodded as she began to speak.
"Да мой товарищ." Brook responded as she walked off as she knew she had a job to do but it turned out Kay was going to be pushing in on her as well as Yuri. She knew she needed to make a choice. She decided the best course of action was to not follow through with Yuri's demands and drink the night away. Kay was spying on her as if Brook decided she didn't want to speak to either of them or her problems but instead she was going to drown her sorrows out if she was going to last.
The Semi-Finals were here as Kay was determined to get to the finals to face off against the champions but she had her plan layout as she knew she needed to keep the girls organized as she began laying out the plans. Brook on the other hand didn't get much rest last night as she was now completely sober with a terrible headache and a very nasty attitude.
"Alisa, you will have Brook as your gunner as you will be commanding the flag tank. I will be leading the main attack. Naomi will be my sniper again like I had promised." Kay told her as their 15 tanks began rolling out. Alisa got an upgraded tank with a longer cannon that bore a slightly bigger projectile. Brook was once again the gunner but Alisa had a few dirty tricks up her sleeves to get her team to win. "Also Alisa, I advise you not to cheat since I want a fair game." Kay gave the order. Alisa soon looked at her as she seemed skeptical about it.
"Uhh you sure you want me to do that, I'll let Brook take over the radios and swap her and the radio operator since she seems to be terrified around the gun." Alisa told her as she wasn't confident about the whole radio sabotage just yet.
"Wait no don't try to plan on cheating, if you do I'll most likely tell them you resorted to espionage to get our ways." Kay discouraged her as she was fine with the changes but she didn't want Alisa going out of her way to cheat their way to the top. And with that swap finished, the tanks began rolling off to find the Kuromorimine tanks. Brook was sitting in the radio operators seat as the calls began coming in.
"Alligator team head left, we need to support the scouts as they run into Kay with full force." The leader of the team was giving orders. It was clear Alisa was indeed radio tapping but this didn't give Brook the best of her reactions as she decided to find ways to mess with everyone whether her friends or enemies. Brook looked out as she began screaming.
"У меня есть проблема! Я играю только на славянском хардбасc!" Brook shouted as it was clear she was having a problem as she plugged her phone in and began playing Yuri's music list as they were messing up the Kuromorimine radios. Alisa looked on as she was worried about what was going on with Brook.
"Hey Brook, can you check in on Kay, she is engaging about half of Kuromorimine." Alisa asked as Brook turned her head as she shouted at Alisa.
"Умереть капиталистическая мразь Блять!" Brook shouted at Alisa as she slapped the radio hard as she wasn't taking too kindly to the radio. Kay was also picking this up as she soon shouted at Brook.
"Brook! You can only speak American!" Alisa shouted as she tried getting Alisa to be more assertive with the problematic girl.
"To the Gulag with you Blyat!" Brook shouted back finally in English to Alisa but she was still insulting the school, this only made her headache worse. Kay knew she needed to step in and keep the team in one piece.
"That's enough, keep this up and I will have you both reported to MEXT for problematic behavior." Kay warned her about if she continued this. Brook spat back.
"Whatever debil." She soon blocked out Kay to make sure she didn't scream back at her as Kay was getting static. Soon Kay's tank was flipped over as a shot rang out from the side. Their tank was upside down as a white flag came out of it signaling their knock out, much of the other tanks that were with them were knocked out including a couple of panthers and some Jagdpanzer 4's The Kuromorimine tanks that were listening to the radio calls as they began speaking about this.
"What is her problem, I guess she doesn't even like Kay to begin with." One of the students told them as their commander of the team turned as she began speaking.
"I guess she doesn't like her school. I mean who in the world doesn't like Saunders." She spoke as she continued to look for the remaining tanks. Alisa looked at her as she wanted to make sure that the student was getting herself in order as Brook was bashing on the radio. Sparks were flying out of it at this point as she wanted nothing to do with the radio. Kay began shouting for Alisa
"Alisa! Saunders main attack tank taken out, tell team to take up…" Before Kay could finish her sentence, the radio fizzled out before it ceased to work. Alisa was furious.
"Brook, why did destroy the radio, there goes our chances of winning the match." Alisa was horrified about the student's actions. Brook turned to her as she began shouting again.
"Nyet!" Brook shouted back as she didn't want to be questioned. Alisa needed to ask her again as the Kuromorimine tanks continued to close in around them.
"I will ask you again. Why did you destroy the radio with a crowbar?" Alisa asked much more sternly this time. Brook shouted at her again.
"какую часть нет ты не понимаешь!" Brook was getting fed up as the Kuromorimine tanks began closing in. Soon the tiger tanks enveloped the flag tank like predators after its prey, the Tiger tanks fired all at once as the shots shook the entire crew around as the smoke cleared. A white flag popped open from the Saunders Flag tank. Alisa spoke to Kay as she knew she had to give her the bad news.
"Well Kay, we lost." Alisa told her. Kay was now in ruin, how did her team break apart in one day like this. Brook got out of the tank as she continued screaming.
"You all go to Gulag I tell you Cykas! I hope your leader Vadim Blyat would be happy about the loss and worse has yet to come!" Brook soon stormed off as she knew that the school had lost and there was nothing more she could do about it. "Don't steal the Mayonez and the Sausages!" Alisa soon spoke to Naomi and Kay as she knew what was going on.
"Get me the blonde hair dye; I will surely want to make her suffer for her actions." Alisa knew she wanted to get the girl the punishment she needed. Naomi looked at her as she made other plans.
"It's best we report the both of them to MEXT to see if they have any solutions." Kay suggested as she had the more rational solution. Alisa looked at her as she began to shout.
"What did I do that is warranting me punishment? I thought I would win my team the match!" Alisa was just as bad as Brook at this point. Naomi walked away as she knew she needed to report both of them for their actions.
"I warned you not to cheat this match and look at what you and Brook did. Brook destroyed the radio and you wiretapped leading to a destroyed radio in the first place, it is best that you two are reported." Kay soon walked away as she was disappointed with her.
That afternoon after the match. Brook had decided to go much of it alone as she wanted to get something to drink to help calm herself down. Alisa was slowly stalking her. The girl was tired and disoriented as they continued to stalk. Soon She leaped out as Brook turned. Alisa tackled the girl down. She soon sat down on her back to make sure she didn't move. Brook squirmed as Alisa began pouring the dye all over her hair.
"What are you doing, you debils? Let me go!" Brook shouted as Alisa began rubbing her hands all over the girl's hair. Kay looked at her as she began shouting.
"If you weren't such a bitch I would have considered letting you free but for now, you need to be punished for your actions." Alisa continued to torture the girl. Brook squirmed hard as she wanted to be freed. Soon Naomi and Kay appeared with two MEXT members as she looked at her.
"One of you gets Alisa, we'll bring the other girl in for questioning." Naomi told them. Kay soon got up and she began to run and so did Alisa. Kay ran as she was chasing Alisa down as she tossed the empty canister away. Brook was laying there sobbing in her own tears as the MEXT member picked her up. It seemed Naomi was the only person with any actual sense at this point.
"I see she is in ruin, what did Alisa try to do to her?" The MEXT member asked as he was wondering what was going on. Naomi looked at him as she didn't want to question it.
"Don't ask." She told him as she helped haul the student away. Kay was going to chase Alisa down and have her questioned for her actions later on her behalf.
Alisa, Brook and the others were in the office as they were trying to figure out what was going on. Both students were in big trouble. Kay knew she needed to be serious as she was a witness to all of this. The council was questioning them as Brook was going to be an endless thorn in their side.
"So I am going to ask you again why did you tear out the radios, we knew that Alisa was cheating this entire time so why did you tear them out?" One of the adults began speaking. He knew the proper way to tempt her, maybe a shot of alcohol would be it. Brook noticed this as she began speaking.
"Okay fine, the radio was making my headache worse." Brook responded as she just took the shot and drank it down. Kay noticed this behavior as she soon turned to him.
"Yeah I'm finding this student wandering around during the light out hours completely wasted, she's been to the nurse a couple times before with these headaches, she even puked the first time I found her." Kay decided to give her input, she soon placed a hand on the disorientated girl as it was clear her head was pounding hard. They soon turned to Kay as they began to speak.
"So what do you know is the cause of all of these headaches?" One of them asked as Kay had first hand evidence of the scene having encountered the girl numerous times before.
"Yeah her breath reeks of alcohol." Kay told them as the crowd gasped. The MEXT members were surprised as they began looking out for the girl. One of them turned to Kay.
"You know where she's getting the alcohol from?" One of the female members asked. Alisa turned as she knew whom this girl was visiting.
"She's been hanging out with Yuri the Monarchist. She has plenty of vodka where this girl is getting it from." Alisa told them giving away the answer. The MEXT members began retracing their steps as they knew who Yuri was very well.
"So she joined a Monarchist group just because she doesn't fit in and was forced to join the team and adopt their customs from Kay. We'll try to get the situation sorted out as we fear something big is going to happen and we don't want it to all blow over and getting the school's reputation tarnished even more. Himari's methods are quite shady to say the least." He reported as he was handling the reports. Naomi looked at him as she was wondering about this and if there were any solutions. "And because of what has been going on, Brook is now heading to Yuri during the night so she can get herself drunk."
"So what are the solutions on Brook's end, I know she's a good kid but she has been misguided as she normally doesn't behave like this until recently. Yuri has the most amount of influence on her so we are thinking of solutions." Another member felt sympathetic for the girl as he wanted to give her a chance due to it being her first year here.
"Expelling her from the school system isn't allowed seeing that the girl isn't going to be getting a job or living out here with her father still going through a divorce trial to see if he can leave his wife. So the only solution to all of this is transferring her to another school to see how she'll hold out." He told her as he knew some solutions wouldn't really be allowed especially on a student who hasn't learned much life skills or been stuck out on the streets.
"The only question now is; where is she transferring to?" Naomi asked as she didn't know where they should place the girl. The man looked at her as he didn't know where she meant.
"We're still deciding on that. For now the best thing to do is remove her from the Sensha-Do program seeing her actions today were appalling. I guess she's a girl not really built for war." He responded as he knew they still wanted to keep a close eye on her as well as the boiling over to see where this all goes. I fear this won't end well. Thank you Kay." He told her to keep their eyes peeled for any more events to happen. Naomi nodded and knew the best thing to do was lock the girl in her room for the time being.
And he would be right.
[A/N]: The war is about to come and some of the people are still looking for a peaceful solution to all of this but peace was never an option for Yuri. Questioning for a much more peaceful solution is not in her books as she just wants this revolution.
Also what school you think the girl should transfer to if you want to give a heads up if I might ask? I mean she isn't doing too well in Saunders but I was thinking about this as this war would only stretch for a few chapters since I'm basing it off of a short war but it forever changes everything.
Anyways I like the support I'm getting and wish to see some reviews.
