After the battle, the captured ships were rounded up along with their crews and were being brought back to the mainland. The Russians demanded compensation for the crew members that were killed, captured, etc. as well as about 250 million rubles to fish the ships out from the straits of Tsushima and have them sold for scrap. The Japanese was forced to pay it up as this left Srednyaya shkola russkikh koroley middle school without a school ship since theirs sank to the bottom of the ocean, most of the residents got away as they all taken life jackets and hopped into the various life boats, to get away, sadly some didn't get away in time. After a short while it was confirmed that Principal Nicholas the 2nd and his family were dead as they had all drowned as the watertight bulkheads had trapped them. Only the principal's body was recovered as it floated on the surface. More bodies will be recovered soon as they would be diving in, mainly to retrieve the sunken ships.
The Cruiser Aurora had sent out its first telegraphed message in about 4 days. Upon repairing the telegraphing wire, they signaled they were at Manila bay where they encountered an American Squadron of 2 battleships and 3 cruisers to receive repairs to the said wire. And now we're steaming back as fast as they could to link up with the rest of the schools. However, the worst was yet to come.
Himari was found as she was injured badly when the revolution began, she had cracked several ribs, and busted one of her arms and a leg and would require several surgeries to fix up as she was going to have to be stuck in a wheelchair for a while. Yuri was captured and rounded up with the rest of the students when they agreed on a surrender. Brook has the same story as Yuri but she wasn't too violent about this. Naomi was deeply ashamed about the said transfer student.
The students in the room were beginning to gather as they were going to be put on trial. Kay, Alisa and Naomi were watching all of this as the judge came forth.
"Now I don't want to be called honorable or something like that. I definitely want to see what it is like. We have three students that we're trying today and we want to be quick and have them tried for their crimes." The judge told them as he was smiling but he knew he was anything but stupid. The Student Council was also there to decide on what the students should say about this. Himari was the first up as she was wheeling over since she couldn't walk due to her injuries. She soon pushed herself over as she was the first to speak.
"Okay so we're speaking for Himari, so Himari was there anything that you would like to say before this trial would begin?" Kay asked. Himari said nothing as she wanted to say nothing about it. Kay nodded as the judge nodded.
"Okay good we can begin, now Himari, Kay says you haven't been treating the students well right?" The Judge began as Himari began to speak.
"No, I've been treating the students right, I've been here long before Kay has and we were a thriving school with many different nationalities and groups. We had a thriving community of colored students who often came here to learn about what we had to offer." Himari responded as she wasn't going to waver this easily. The judge looked at her as he spoke another question.
"Okay so why are you pulling students from other programs to participate in Sensha-Do against their own will?" The Judge asked her why she was forced to conscript the students from other programs. Himari looked at him as she began speaking.
"Because we want to show the schools on how great we are and we never give in to what they might say or Kay will do! Black Students Matter!" Himari began chanting the last three words as she was furious in defending her position. Soon the staff came along as they pulled her away from the scene as they didn't want to deal with her. The judge soon spoke as he knew that was the first student he had to detain due to her behavior.
"Next up is Yuri Nakamura." He called out. Yuri walked over as her hair was messed up, she still looked like she had gotten herself into a fight with the students as they were trying to capture her as she was still brought up. Kay soon looked at her as she began to speak.
"Would the student like anything to say?" Kay asked. Yuri looked at Kay with hatred in her eyes. She began cursing at Kay.
"Fuck you Kay! Fuck freedom." She soon spat into the student's eyes as Kay soon wiped away the wad of spit that Yuri spat at her. The judge soon looked at her as she wasn't much like the last one.
"Okay we a freeaboo hater here so let's make this quick. So Yuri, why is it that you decided to conspire against Kay and the school?" He asked as he was wondering about her actions. Yuri began to speak.
"Because the school relied too much on freedom and there was no authority to control the school. I agreed much on Himari to limit this so we can control Kay's spending habits and put the money where the budget needed to go." Yuri responded as she squirmed under two adults trying to hold her down. The Judge looked at her as he was reviewing the school budget.
"While the budget did increase ever since Kay got to her position, We still had plenty left over so why didn't she invest that into the other programs that needed it most?" He asked. Yuri looked at him as she began speaking this time in a much more enraged tone than normal.
"Because Kay cares about herself and only herself she is willing to clog up every student's heart, mind and arteries with junk when we should be going out of our way and using the money for something much more useful like the special education program. Look at them, they're struggling because they don't have any resources left to get into life and what about the colored students that Kay just violently kicked out? When are they coming back?" Yuri spat in rage as she was kicking her way around like a child. "The hog needs to be butchered for her actions and they didn't do anything about it. If I was in charge I would have brought back the days of Nicholas the II as well as the royalty that followed and we could have been following along with those rules! Screw freedom of the lower class!" Yuri screamed in rage as two adults carried her off as Kay soon stood up as she began to speak.
"Sir from the results that had followed, Nicholas the II's body was found a few days ago and we could confirm that he and his family have died when their school ship sank in that battle a lot of whom Yuri was close to was also drowned since the civilians and students of revolution took all the lifeboats and escaped." Kay told the judge as this was the news that was true as the Judge looked at her.
"Good observation, we definitely retrieved his body along with the bodies of dozens more. They'll all be buried in graves soon enough but we are sorry for those that sadly gave their lives for their school." He told her as he felt sorrow for those that were killed in battle. He soon looked at her before he soon looked down to his papers before he began calling the last of the three students. "Brook Taylor." Brook was escorted out as she was being watched by one of the adults as she wasn't as violent as the other two but it was mainly for safety reasons. Soon the judge looked at her as Kay spoke.
"Would the student like to say anything?" Kay asked. Brook just looked at her as she soon spoke, it was clear she was somber at this point and hitting a downright lowpoint.
"I wish to plead guilty for my actions." Brook responded as she didn't want to be evaluated. The Judge knew he wasn't going to give her that as he began speaking.
"So Brook, why did you join the authoritarian group of rebels that were conspiring against the school?" The judge asked as he wanted to find out what her true motivation was.
"I only came there for the drinks. I needed something to forget the day to day basis." Brook responded as the Judge looked at her.
"Well you do realize you were consuming alcohol this young of an age, did you experience any type of sickness or something?" The judge asked as he wanted to find out what was going on. Brook soon began speaking again.
"Yes I've experienced vomiting and very bad headaches almost on a daily basis when Yuri gave me the stronger stuff to drink." Brook replied as she listed off what she experienced when consuming the stronger drinks.
"What caused you to start drinking in the first place?" He asked, wondering about what was going on. Brook soon began speaking again as she wanted to spill the beans.
"I started because I wasn't happy with the school and some of the members I wanted to forget about all of these and hopefully pass out, when I do I would wake up in bed and not remember yesterday." The judge was surprised as he didn't know that the student didn't like the environment. He soon continued speaking.
"If you weren't happy about this, why didn't you tell anyone about it?" He asked. Brook soon felt like she was going to snap but she had to tell him that.
"That's because the student council wouldn't trust what I did or what I wanted to do, most of them are nothing more than dirty liberalist pigs with no sense but to silence us with our opinions even if we are entitled to are freedom to say what we want. Kay wouldn't do anything about it and neither would anyone else. If we wanted to we could have won the rebellion and thus continued the fighting but we didn't and that is because we were fighting for the wrong cause and the wrong person. I wish I could have strangled Yuri in her sleep whenever I can. Idi Nahui Yuri, Idi Nahui her Tsar, Idi Nahui Freedom and Idi Nahui Liberals, just hang me or end my suffering already, I can't go on." Brook snapped as she sounded much angrier as she spoke. She soon paused as she decided to take a step back. The judge was surprised with her as Naomi stood up.
"According to the paperwork we just received, Brook was sent to Japan but she wasn't originally supposed to be sent here. Plus her bad experience back in her old country is probably the reason why she is doing what she is doing now. I think it's best we contact her family and tell her to apply for her to either return back to America or send her somewhere else. I say we send her back where she came from." Naomi told her as the judge decided on this matter.
"All right all right. So we know now for what the student's punishments should be. I will talk with the girl's father soon enough as all three of them have pleaded guilty for their actions. Himari will be expelled from the school due to her harshness treated to the students and other members of the student council. Yuri will have to start all over from the 6th grade as she is heading to the SSISSN school ship and will only graduate without a high-school diploma, And Brook will be staying on the ship as she will be receiving help before she heads back to America." The gavel slammed down as Brook knew it was over, she was heading home but she didn't want to be heading back especially when she knew her father could possibly be moving in. Ashamed, trapped and weakened, she knew there was only one solution left for this.
Kay came in as she was going to pack the girl's stuff up for the return trip. She entered the room as she flipped the light switch on.
"Brook?" She asked. Brook was nowhere to be found. She looked all over but it was clear she was nowhere in her room. Her phone rang as it was Naomi as she sounded distressed as Kay soon picked up. "Hello?"
"Kay Brook is nowhere to be found, we're sent out search teams looking for her and so far we're coming up empty handed, I guess she decided to run away or something." Naomi told her as Kay was getting worried.
"Oh no, we need to find her." Kay told her as she soon left the room leaving her friends to pack the girl's belongings up. She went to go search for the girl.
Kay, Naomi and Alisa were soon looking for the girl as they soon found Brook at the very end of the stern. She was looking down at the propellers as she knew what the plan was. After taking off some of the uniform. The three of them arrived as the girl was climbing up the railing. Kay soon looked at her as she was at the top turning around, it almost looked like she was going to jump.
"Brook what are you doing? You're going back home." Kay told her as Brook didn't really care about this. She looked at her as she was preparing something.
"What home, the home of the filthy liberalist pigs? I don't even want to go back, I think I had a better time in Japan than at home. Your school made me feel trapped, and your staff? Pfft. I don't see the will to continue on." Brook told her as she was preparing to jump. Kay looked at her as she felt scared for her.
"It's not as bad as Yuri makes it out to be, just listen to me for once, I am pleading you not to do it. Please!" Kay cried out as Brook looked down to the propellers as she was hoping to be grinded up and not be heard from again.
"Goodbye." Brook grimly remarked as she didn't want to continue on. She soon released herself from the bar as she plummeted from the school ship. Kay raced over to try to grab her to make sure she doesn't meet her fate.
"Brook No!" Kay shouted. She tried to grab the girl but it was too late, she was out of her grasp. Brook fell from the carrier weeping in her own sorrows, she knew that everything she could was done and hopefully with one last action like this, she hoped she would be something else. Kay was sobbing as the girl just threw herself over the side of the carrier. Naomi looked down to Brook who was still falling and splashed. Brook was gone.
Brook had blacked out as soon as she hit the water as the propellers didn't grind her up but merely forced her along in the current. Tossing and turning, she hoped that she would simply drown. It was finally done and hopefully this would be the last of her.
The soldier gripped his rifle as he was going to fight off the Japanese but it was all over, the port was taken and he was fighting around where the city was. He soon saw a Japanese soldier as he charged right at it as the Japanese soldier noticed him and charged at the soldier. An Artillery shell came down exploding. The Japanese soldier got up as he was covered in hideous shrapnel wounds. He soon got up as pieces of logs were everywhere. A petal was soon picked up and drifted into the wind. He soon walked over and plucked the flower picking it up. He soon heard the noise as the soldier was bleeding badly but still alive. He was bandaging his head up as he soon got out his canteen of water. He soon walked over as he gave it to the Japanese soldier while the soldier gave him the flower.
"Tell Mama, my girlfriend and Babushka I loved them dearly." He told the Japanese soldier. The soldier didn't know what language he was speaking but he soon found out as he began to talk back.
"The wind of the cherry blossoms will pick up your spirits, you're free from all your troubles and sorrows, your spirit will drift freely from this point onward, now be free." The wind picked up the flower petals as the Japanese Soldier comforted him. As soon as the last petal was taken, the soldier closed his eyes as his body ceased to function, his pulse stopped, his breathing ceased to be as blood was spilling all over the ground. The cycle was now complete.
End of Part 1
[A/N]: Hardships and loss is something that is a normal part of life, if you wish to be dead then have a reason to instead of declaring yourself dead and still being alive.
Also what Brook said is how I feel about all Liberals, they need to be gone, and they should be long gone at this point. I don't care how it is done but they need to cease to be. Why can't we have a strong leader who pretty much cares for the people instead of having the people divide us up even further so when November comes around, please don't vote Democratic I'm begging you. Also if you find a toxic person going around, just call them a liberal.
