The current rocked back and forth as the girl had been swept up in the vastness of the ocean. Occasionally bobbing at the surface she continued to ride as it was a hope for her to not be found and to hopefully sink to the bottom of the ocean. However, little she knew, a second chance would soon await her.

Part 2:

Another school carrier was cruising along as the students walked along the side of their carrier. These students were wearing a dark green jacket with a red shirt and black skirt. Some of the students were wearing Ushankas with the ears tied up. One of the students with her friend patrolled along as they were busy talking about what they wanted when they were looking down.

"Hey do you see anything?" She asked as she wanted to see what they were going to spot in the current maybe a whale, dolphin, who knows. Soon the girl took out her binoculars as she began looking out at the ocean. Soon the two students spotted something riding along in the current. "Hey what's that in the current?" She asked, wondering what it was that was riding in the current. Her friend soon took the binoculars as she looked out from the current as it wasn't what they listed but it was something completely different.

"Is that? A Girl?" She asked as she spotted the girl drifting along the current. She soon studied that the girl that was riding in the ocean was just a white collared shirt and a red skirt. Her hair was a complete mix of blonde and brown as some of the hair dye was washing off a bit. She soon knew she had to raise the news. She soon ran as she went to some of the staff. "Hey! We found a girl in the ocean. We don't know what the condition of her is so we need to retrieve her to see what it is!" She shouted. Some of the students began nodding as they knew they were going to launch a search mission to find her. Her fiend ran over as she wanted to find out about this.

"A girl? What's the condition; we better go retrieve her so she doesn't get grinded up in the propellers." The tall girl looked up as this piqued her interest. She as well as a small group of students got onto a Zubar class cushioned landing craft as they went out of their way to retrieve the girl. The girl was still floating around in the ocean when there was a noise coming to go get her. She didn't bother opening her eyes at this point as the landing craft pulled up alongside.

"Quick get me some of the snaggers so we can pull her aboard." One of the girls called out as she passed her the equipment. Another small wave came over pushing the girl further to them, making their job a bit easier. Using the snaggers, they soon got it around the girl as they pulled her to them. After this they soon put their arms around the soaked girl as they began pulling her up. The ocean water dripped from her as they soon pulled her onto the landing craft. The girls hovered around her to see what her condition was as they were looking for towels to dry her off. They wanted to see the condition of the girl as they were trying their best to dry her off.

"I think she's dead." One of them told the others but the one leading the expedition soon puts her hands around the girl's throat to feel if she had a pulse. The girl soon coughed a couple of times before wheezing, it was clear her breathing was very shallow.

"No. She's still alive but by the looks of things, she might be on the verge of death. Come on let's see what we can do and we can hopefully clean out her system so she can breathe." Their leader told them. They soon decided to bring her along as they headed back to their school ship thinking the girl needed to have some hospital time to make sure she is able to recover to say the least.

After getting her on the carrier, they rushed her over to make sure they were able to find someone who would take care of her as if the girl had looked like she had almost drowned. First task other than removing the salt water from her system was to warm her up since the ocean was freezing cold for those that dove in.

Brook woke up several days later as she felt very weak; she was wondering where she was and why she wasn't able to move. She tried lifting one of her arms up but she couldn't as it just hurts her so much from doing so. There was a large plastic ventilator attached to her mouth as it was helping her breathe. Her left wrist and hand were bandaged up as she was looking around. Her right ankle and foot were also bandaged up as her Left leg was much the same way. Her left arm had a long tube connected to a needle as it trailed all the way up to a plastic bag that was slowly dripping clear liquid down. It was a Plasma bag for sure. She looked around in the room wondering where she was and how did she get there. She wanted to get up and run but she couldn't as she wasn't able to move around that much. Soon the door opened as a short, blonde haired girl entered along with her assistant, the tall, brown haired girl with similar blue eyes to her short friend. They were in the room where the girl was being monitored.

"I see she's finally awake, it's been 9 days since we found her in the ocean. Retrieving her was easier done than said but by the looks of things, she's improving." The tall girl responded as Brook continued to stare at the two of them. The short girl was looking at her friend as she wanted to be able to find out who this girl really was.

"We are still waiting for her name as I want to find out who she really is? How did she get here Nonna?" The Short girl responded in a fiery manner, she was eager to meet her but Nonna looked at her as she began speaking to her.

"We'll find out for sure Katyusha when we get her paperwork for sure, I sense we want to keep her seeing the fall she must have taken." Nonna responded as she soon sat Katyusha down in a chair as Nonna did the same. Soon the door opened again as a nurse walked in as she went to monitor the student whose eyes were partially opened. Nonna looked at her as she wanted to find out what her condition was. "Nurse, how is the girl doing, are we going to find out what exactly happened and why she is unable to move?" Nonna asked. The nurse looked at the student as she soon began speaking.

"We still don't know her name yet but as it turned out she must have jumped from somewhere very high and into the ocean. From the injuries the girl sustained, she broke her left wrist and hand, Right foot and Ankle, Left leg and fractured her spine in several places so as much I want to not say this but she's going to be paralyzed for a while but the spine is healing fast as she will be up on her feet in another few days or so but she's pretty much lost most of her strength." The nurse told them as she began with what was going on. She soon walked over as she removed the ventilator from the girl as her breathing was normal again. Brook coughed as she was now breathing normally as the Nurse continued speaking. "From the condition of her hair, the dye and the ocean water has pretty much destroyed her hair so we shaved her to make sure newer healthier hair cells were able to grow back. And she's got some hair but it will take a long while before it all grows back to normal length. Her hair is going to still be brown as the dye only affected the hair she already had and now that it has been shaved down, it will not affect the new hair growing in so she's pretty lucky." Nonna stood up as she was curious about her.

"According to the partial uniform we found on her it looked like she went to Saunders but why would she jump off the side of the carrier?" Nonna asked as she was wondering about this. The Nurse looked at the two of them as she began speaking.

"We don't know for sure, it is best we contain her here until we figure out what exactly happened. I think it's best we give Kay a call about this." The Nurse told Nonna. Katyusha looked up as she smiled with glee.

"Yeah right, come along Katyusha, it's best we notify Kay about this that we found a student." Nonna told her as she got up as Katyusha followed her. The nurse was going to stay behind to tend to Brook's need seeing how she was still unable to move.

Nonna began ringing up as she was going to give Kay a Notification of what they found. She picked up the phone as she began calling her. Kay meanwhile was trying to rebuild part of the school that was damaged during the rebellion including removing those she considered to be a threat to the school so another one doesn't start up. Her phone rang as she soon picked it up.

"Hello?" Kay asked as she was curious about what was going on. Nonna soon began speaking.

"Hey Kay we wanted to let you know that we just found a girl in the ocean. She's currently in our school's hospital recovering as she was on the verge of death and we're giving her medical treatment but we don't know who she is." Nonna told her as she wanted to let her know what exactly they managed to find. Kay was surprised as she began speaking immediately.

"Brook's alive?!" She asked. Nonna was confused wondering where that name was coming from.

"So that is her name then?" Nonna asked as she was curious about this. Kay soon began speaking again.

"No listen to me, she pretty much jumped off the side of the carrier and we thought she was dead. I didn't know you found her while she was in the ocean? When can I come over?" Kay was getting excited as Nonna wasn't too sure about this as she soon began speaking again.

"We're trying to talk to MEXT to simply have the student in our hands instead of being sent back home. Seeing how we got her paperwork a couple of days ago and her history with your school, it would be a good idea to simply have her transfer." Nonna told Kay that she wanted to handle the troubled student as Katyusha was known for her actions. Kay looked at her.

"I hope she doesn't give you trouble here like she did back in my school." Kay wished Nonna luck as she soon hung up. Nonna looked at Katyusha as they knew they had a new student on their hands. Now all they needed to do was convince MEXT to give the girl a second try.

Kay and Nonna were at the MEXT office with the judge that sentenced her to her punishment with a couple representatives from the group to allow the girl to transfer.

"The judge that he gave to the girl was unfair. Next thing you know you want to send her back to America and what happens next is that she jumps off the side of the carrier in an attempt to drown. Please allow her to transfer." Kay told him as she was the new head of the Student council for her school. They soon looked at him as he was being forced into a corner.

"Well what do you mean, she needs to be sent back home she needs to be sent back home. I make the rules around here." He responded as he knew that he was going to have to send her back. One of the MEXT Leaders turned as he knew he needed to tell this judge off.

"We'll take care of this. We don't want to send her home as we got a call from Gray that he is on his way now that the trials are over and he wants to be a doctor for your school ship. However we had to break the news that his kid tried jumping off from a high place and went missing. Might as well tell him that she is okay now and is on another school ship recovering as were trying to get her transferred." He responded as he was dismissing the two of them. Kay and Nonna nodded as Nonna soon spoke to him.

"Katyusha would be pleased if the student would be accepted into our school." Nonna to the MEXT employee. He nodded as the two students left.

Looks like the future might be bright but the road getting there wasn't going to be one straight line.

[A/N]: Looks like the girl has been found so now begins a new page in the road to recovery for the girl. Dunno what school she pretty much washed up at but the people are nice enough to allow her to recover and now they want her to stay. Should she stay or be transferred somewhere else. I would like to hear your opinions on this so let me know.

And events that I've left out in this chapter but will become moreover relevant:

After the trials were over, Kay decided to go on a massive purge getting rid of students that didn't agree with her or deemed to be a threat to the stability of the school. Thus, making it harder for students to get accepted. This occurs after she inherits the power vacuum that the previous head of the Student council leaves behind.

For their actions as the two Kuromorimine volunteers Maho inherits the role of leader of her Sensha-Do club and Erika as the Vice leader aka second in command.

Olivia Kaya, was honored, celebrated and graduated with an Iron cross for her bravery she put up in the rebellion and graduated from her middle school with full military honors thus transferring her to Kuromorimine. Erwin is sent to a school where he will continue to learn German and Japanese history and Antonio would end up going to a modern Naval school. That is all
