Somewhere at the Pacific Ocean
A motorboat with a Global Justice logo was cruising on the water as Rena was driving it and Kim Possible was checking the gear, provided by Global Justice.

Two of the speedboats turned into a fireball after directly been hit by the grenades. Then, some henchmen used projectile launchers which looked like the M72 LAW and they began firing at the escaping motorboat.

The motorboat flipped over after three projectile hit near it. The two girls from the flipped motorboat quickly swam to the surface but they saw the enemy speedboats have surrounded them, meaning their only option is to surrender. Dementor's men capture the duo and brought them into the vessel.
Afterwards, the submarine-like vehicle submerged into the ocean as it headed to the underwater base. The underwater base shaped like three cubes have joined which the centre part was twice the size than the other two's. One cube was roughly the size of a three-storey apartment building.
When the submarine-like vehicle docked into the underwater base, the henchmen moved the two female captives into a holding cell section and they placed Kim Possible and Rena into one cell.
"Well...well...isn't the famous Kim Possible and her new sidekick" Professor Dementor stood in front of their cell,
"What's your plan, Professor Dementor?" Kim asked,
"Oh...my plan, it's a surprise but I promised to show it to you two at the right moment" the supervillain left the holding cell,
"A surprise?" they were puzzled.
Back at the hidden base, the two war-shuttles landed in the hangar and the pilots came down from the aircraft as they went to report about the recent confrontation to Major Kobolt. Seeing the two aircraft only sustained light damages, he informed the technicians to repair and toughen up the two aircraft so they can last longer in combat scenario.
Then, the blonde man woke up from his nap as it was 4.00 pm on the alarm clock and Charlene was next to him,
"Time to get up, Charlene" he gently shook her,

The pair went to meet the others as they first stopped by at the medical room to check on their teammate's condition.

30 minutes later
There was still no transmission from Rena despite Siera and Charlene attempted to make contact her, the blonde man decided to see Dr. Betty on what happened to her and Kim Possible during the search of the missing vessels.
Ron changed to his digital green fatigue and Feona wore a black fatigue before they went onboard the osprey.

"We are not sure. I have already dispatched search and rescue teams (SRT) at the Pacific Ocean where we lost contact with them" Betty informed them,
"In the meantime, you can wait at our relaxation hub. Lieutenant, please show them" the one-eyed patch lady said,
"Oh...thank you!" the blonde man was a little surprised,
The relaxation hub located at the southern part of the facility and the place had 45-inch TV, sofas , pantry section, a toilet and a football table game.
"This is not bad" as the reddish haired girl looked at the room,
"I'm gonna make some coffee..." as she went to the pantry section,
"Rowland, I got something for you" as Will Du opened a laptop before showing a blueprint of an attack aircraft,
"Wait! That's the one...we fought!" the blonde man recognized it,
"This is the War Shuttle, a proposed name" the lieutenant said,
Based on the description, it have similar size of a space shuttle with a pair of anhedral shaped wings. The design of the cockpit similar like the Eurocopter Tiger and the initial color of the aircraft was light brown.
For armament, the aircraft used 20 mm chaingun beneath the cockpit and an energy cannon which the design is similar to the 50 mm Anti-Tank gun.
"This was designed by an European military officer, Major Arend Kobolt" Will Du showed a picture of a uniformed man on the laptop,
"Oh...so this major...Kobolt is responsible, right? Did he really build this beast? Or have anyone caught him?" the blonde man asked,
"According our European friends, Arend Kobolt was part of an arms development program but one day he stepped out after having some issues. Therefore, his war machines ceased production when he left" the lieutenant said,
"But...soon, they found out that Major Kobolt has been secretly contacting a villain. A special task force was about to apprehend him but he successfully escaped before anyone could get him" he remembered a report,
"My guess...the villain who helped Kobolt's escape...most likely Professor Dementor" Will Du was confident with his answer,
"This means...if we take down the major, we also stopped whatever the scheme of Professor Dementor" Rowland said,
"That's correct...I'm prepping a surprise if we faced those shuttles again" the lieutenant had a smile on his face,
"Don't tell me...I wanted to see it for myself" the blonde man nodded.
Rowland went to sit at one of the sofas and Feona served him a cup of coffee after Will Du left the room. As the vapors was coming out of the hot coffee, the blonde man was stirring the cup of coffee and he took a sip of it while having something in his mind.

Two hours later, they received word that the SRT found that the GJ's motorboat used by Kim and Rena was been sunken and a squad of divers found both of them was missing in action when they were conducting the search.
At the end of the day, Betty decided to call off the search for Kim and Rena which it was getting very late and it will be difficult to do a night search, probably to resume it the next day.
"Take this, Rowland...for better communication" Will Du gave a CB (Citizen Band) radio to the blonde man before leaving Global Justice HQ.

After fifteen minutes, the transport gunship of Warbirds reached the Global Justice HQ and it landed on the ground before Rowland headed to the command center of Global Justice with his teammates.
"Good morning, Warbirds" Dr. Betty greeted them,
"Good morning Dr. Betty, recently I have been thinking about the events that happened. All of them most likely to be linked" as Rowland took a breath,
"I see. So...Kim and Rena are being held by Professor Dementor?" Betty asked,
"Yes...he must of have an underwater base, leads to the disappearance of them" the blonde man made an assumption,
"If that's the case, I may need to invite the Navy Force to help us. All of you should get ready now" Dr Betty ordered them as they went to prepare themselves for a search and destroy mission.
Even though Ron is the pilot, he was in his digital green fatigue with a pilot harness . Siera and Feona were in green fatigues with Kevlar vest while both girls armed with MP7's. Charlene was in her black fatigue and a tactical vest with mission gears while Naomi in her ninja suit with a backpack of ninja gear.
Meanwhile, the Global Justice operators was in dark blue fatigue with Kevlar vest and armed with assault rifles,
"Let's hustle!" Will Du commanded.
On the airfield, three C-17 planes was waiting and operators of Global Justice was boarding into the plane while assault boats was being loaded into the planes.
Besides that, Will Du assembled a team of six F18 Super Hornet jets which he will be leading them while a crew maintenance finished refueling the Dragon. Within minutes later, both units left the area as heading to the Pacific Ocean.
A night have past, Kim and Rena played captives for Dementor but they were secretly planning to escape. The metal door of the room cannot be opened which they have tried to do it but they found an air ventilation with a cover. A few minutes later, both girls reached into a large room where it located the west part of the base. In the particular room, there were glass panels on one side as they can see the underwater view.

"What's going on?" as Rena felt the whole structure was moving,
Apparently, the underwater base was ascending towards the surface of the ocean. It was using five huge hydro water pump systems to move the whole structure, where Kim and Rena felt that they were moving upwards until they saw the light above the ocean.

The base's control room rotated the energy emitter to the given coordinate as they began charging up the energy emitter about 50 minutes while the sound was quite deafening before...

A red-yellow colored beam shot out of the cannon as it flew straight to the designated target while Kim and Rena could not believe at what they saw.
Several minutes later, Kim and Rena watched another TV screen which showing the energy beam hit it's target resulting a part of the mountain was been destroyed.

Roughly about 3000 km from the base of Professor Dementor, a huge division of security force that were consisting of Global Justice force, Team Warbirds and a naval support. The US Navy provided two Arleigh-Burke class destroyer ships that were USS Thompson and USS Solomon. The division also saw the energy beam soared into the air and the division went nearer to the source until the destroyers stopped about 1000 km from it.
"C-17's, you're clear to release the boats" Lt. Will gave an order,
"Roger that" the pilots of C-17's understood,
The C-17's began descending downwards until 7 feet from the ocean and it's rear end was been opened as releasing out attack boats of GJ. The attack boats was the modern version of the attack boats that used in the Vietnam war.
"Captain Bernard of USS Thompson, this is Lt. Will Du. You may give the enemy a wake up call" he contacted one of the destroyers,
"Understood, Lt. Will Du" the captain of USS Thompson nodded,
"Control room, this is the captain, fire a warning shot. Time to wake them up" Cpt. Bernard radioed in,

The 76 mm cannon located in front of the ship rotated as it launched a shell at the enemy's stronghold. The 76mm shell hit near Dementor's base creating a huge splash and the entire base became alerted by the presences of the security forces.
"All units, defend the base!" Professor Dementor ordered,
At once, Dementor's henchmen boarded on a three-man attack boat as they were deployed into the water and headed to face against their opponents. The ocean turned into a water warfare where attack boats was moving here and there while the tracer rounds was flying in the air.
The team of six F18 jets leaded by Lt. Will Du, swooped downwards the enemy's stronghold and they released about six laser-guided bombs flew towards the target but the laser-guided bombs was instantly destroyed in midair. Not only that, USS Thompson launched a pair of missiles at the enemy's stronghold which the pair of missiles was also destroyed in midair.
"Bloody hell..." Will Du stunned to see that,
"Rowland, this Lt. Will Du, Dementor's base has some kind of aerial defenses. Is your team ready?" he contacted him,
"Yes, they are. Dropping them in 60 sec from now" he heard a response through the line.
"Listen up team, you all need to disable the stronghold's aerial defense" the blonde man informed them,
"Yes captain!" the girls shouted.
The transport gunship descended downwards which it's rear was opened and two jet ski's released into the water who were Charlene and Naomi on one, Siera and Feona on another. They were speeding towards the base of Professor Dementor while avoiding the attack boats on their way.

"Two artillery rounds from two destroyers hit near the energy emitter but the damage is not critical, still functioning" one of the engineers checked,
"Major Kobolt, this is Dementor. Deal with the destroyers" Dementor sent a radio transmission which he knew that the destroyers have capabilities to take down a large-sized target.
"Professor, we have a problem" a henchman approached to him,
"What now?" Dementor got a little stressed up,
"Kim and her sidekick have escaped...and four female combatants have breached into our base" the henchman informed him,
"Send in Alpha Unit" Dementor gave an order as the henchman went to do so.
At the hidden base, they received the news that the site of the energy emitter was under attacked by the security enforcers while men in grey was quickly working around it.
"Get the shuttles ready!" Major Kobolt quickly entered one of the war-shuttles,
Seconds later, the two war-shuttles took off from the platform of the base as they flew out of the base with high speed and prepared to face with their enemies.
