"But I've ben napping all day." Toshiro complained, he was okay if Rangiku decided she needed to rest but he didn't feel much of a need to sleep again any time soon. "Yeah, but you bought these for bed wetting." Toshiro commented from behind his pacifier. Although he was grateful that he was wearing them at the moment otherwise there would be a puddle to clean up at the moment. Once he was in her arms he rested his head against her letting her carry him bakc to her bed room and lay him down on the bed.
After she left he began to think about how his control had weakened quite a bit, and so suddenly. Usually he would have been able to hold it longer. Once she came back he watched her set the supplies down before tickling him. "Hey st-stop!" Toshiro giggled softly squirming from her attack.
"Well if you don't think you'll be able to sleep at night, then by all means don't take another nap." Rangiku replied. "And who care's what I bought them for, they came in handy right now didn't they?" She pointed out as she picked him up, and carried him back to the room.
"You looked so sad though.." Rangiku giggled along with him as she tickled him for a few seconds. "See, you look much cuter when you smile." She pointed out with a slight giggle as she switched to just gently rubbing his belly. "Here, you seemed to like this when you were sleeping." She offered while reaching to retrieve the plushy he was hugging in his sleep. "And remember, it's just a little pee. And an accident, not a big deal at all." Rangiku said once more as she began getting the wipes ready, and unfolding the clean pull-up.
"I was just thinking." Toshiro giggled although in the back of his mind he was very frightened of the fact that Rangiku now knew he was incredibly ticklish, although it may have been likely she already knew that and just waited until now to exploit it. He looked up confused at the bear, a little confused as he didn't remember falling asleep with it. He took it in his hands and examined how soft it was. "Where did you get this?" he asked confused in fact now the rubber ducky was confusing too, why did Rangiku have these toys hidden around her house?
Rangiku had suspected the boy was ticklish as she had witnessed him struggle to keep still and have a straight face when ever he was touched very lightly by something. "Well, you looked sort of sad, so I figured I'd fix that." Rangiku giggled as she examined the soiled pull-up and compared it to the new one. "Someone sent that to me years ago, it's actually pretty cute though." Rangiku shrugged knowing it was incredibly soft. "Girl's like cute things Captain." She added with a smile as she leaned forward to gently tap the boy on the nose. "I guess I should get to changing you though huh?" She giggled, if only to give the boy some warning before she got a wipe ready, and began to slide the soiled pull-up off of him.
"Even the rubber duck?" Toshiro added after Rangiku tapped his nose. When she started to slide the used pull up down there was a slight tearing that occurred on the side of the pull up that helped show Rangiku that that was more effective way of changing a soiled training pant.
"Well that was in a bath set I got a few weeks ago." Rangiku replied as she noticed the slight tear on the side. "hm..Well that's convenient.." She stated before sliding it back up on him, and tearing the side open, then doing the same to the other side, she noticed they appeared to be resealable as well, so it came off similar to a diaper. With the sides now open she pulled the front down, and with a bit of thought folded it forward so Toshiro's slightly wet bottom could rest on what was still the mostly clean front while she cleaned him as opposed to the bed. "I guess this is more along the lines of how it's supposed to be done.." She explained having put two and two together while using a wet wipe to gently clean around his privates before cleaning what urine was on and under them.
"Oh." Toshiro exclaimed feeling alright now that it made sense. He looked down and watched her tear the sides away "I guess that's convenient." he mumbled before coughing. Feeling bored with just staring at the ceiling he took the bear and snuggled with it.
"Yeah..Sorry I'm not very good at this.." Rangiku noted as Toshiro grew bored with how long she was taking. But after cleaning up his privates, Rangiku took him by the legs, and carefully lifted him so that she could clean up the boy's bottom with another wipe before sliding the soiled training pant out of the way with the used wipes inside before fumbling with the container of baby powder to get it open, and shake some over his diaper area. "I'm pretty sure this is so you don't get a rash, since you might sleep a few hours in a wet pull-up." She reasoned while getting the fresh garment started on his ankles, and sliding it up his legs most of the way before helping him stand where she pulled it the rest of the way up over his bottom. "There, is that better?" Rangiku cooed as she hugged the boy, smiling at how he was snuggling the plushy.
"No, you're fine." Toshiro muttered while Rangiku finished cleaning him up. He felt her rub in the powder, finding the scent to be very soothing while he sucked on his pacifier a little more. He felt her lift his legs up slightly to push the new pull up up his legs and asked "Do you phink that would be easier if I was standing up?" Once he was up he felt her hug him and nodded his head "Uh huh."
"Thanks, you're very sweet when you're not buried alive in paper work." Rangiku pointed out as she finished up. "Maybe a little bit, but if you'd like to stay laying down anytime feel free to, I can make it work." She replied simply while hugging the boy. "I'm glad, and you smell really nice now to." Rangiku complimented as she ruffled his hair before releasing him, so that she could see to the disposal of the wet pull-up. "And don't ever hesitate to ask me to change you if you want me to alright?" Rangiku instructed as she folded the soiled training pant over, and retrieved a small trash bag to put it into and tied it shut. "So, are you feeling hungry, or would you like to play a game or something?" She offered while taking his hand in hers in preparation to help him walk where ever.
"Okay. But hopefully I won't need to change too often." Toshiro said while Rangiku moved on to disposing of the pull up. "I'm not hungry, but are you sure you're okay with playing game? I mean you did say you were tired." Toshiro pointed out when Rangiku came back to the bed.
"Yeah, but it's not like I really mind changing you." Rangiku shrugged as she set the bag aside to be taken out to the primary trash dumpster later on. Upon coming back to the bed she instead sat down with Toshiro instead of walking off somewhere. "Don't worry about it, what would you do while I was taking a nap. I need to be here in case your fever acts up again." Rangiku replied as she pat him on the head. "But, if you'd be willing to take the stronger medicine before dinner, you should be able to sleep just fine, even if we take a nap together right now." She reasoned. "So, it mostly comes down to what you'd like to do..If you'd like to have another little nap, I'll take one with you. But if not, we can see about entertaining our selves." Rangiku finished as she gave him a gentle hug from where she sat beside him.
"Well I could just read my book while you rest." Toshiro said "Besides I'm feeling a little bit better." he said just before sneezing.
"Are you sure you'll be alright?" Rangiku asked as she gently rubbed his back after he sneezed. "You're definitely still sick..Are you sure you don't want to do something else? But if you are, don't hesitate to come get me if you need anything alright?" She said, making herself clear. "And try not to exert yourself too much." Rangiku added as she stood up.
"Yeah, I'll probably just read until dinner." Toshiro nodded looking around the bedroom for his book.
"Alright, if that's what you want, but remember what I said." Rangiku reminded him as she gave the boy another quick hug before helping him find his book. And after they found it buried under the covers, Rangiku ruffled his hair. "Well, I'm going to lay down for an hour." She sighed after helping him out to the living room, and then after making her way back to the bedroom and setting her alarm she soon fell asleep within ten minutes or so.
"I know. Wake you up if I need anything." Toshiro recited grabbing his book,and the bear to take with him into the living room. He settled down on the floor, noticing that all of the work from earlier was gone, no doubt Rangiku had turned it all in. Toshiro spent most of the time reading, but as the time passed his headache started to get worse and distracted him from his reading. He didn't feel like it was bad enough to warrant waking Rangiku up, but he did stop reading in favor of lying on the floor with the bear. 45 minutes passed and he started to sweat. "Stupid... being sick." he mumbled coughing loudly. "I should probably get medicine... But Rangiku will be awake soon... I can handle this..." he turned onto his side holding the bear close for some comfort.
"Good, Be sure that you do." Rangiku said before she sent him off, finding it cute that he was taking the bear and his pacifier with him. With Toshiro in the other room reading. Rangiku slept reasonably well, and as the minutes ticked by she stirred slightly at the sound of the boy's coughing having a feeling something was wrong even while she was asleep. Still however, it was another few minutes before she managed to wake her self to respond to it.
It was about ten minutes before the hour she had intended to sleep was up, but the feeling had grown worse by the minute. "Toshiro?" She called, making her way to the living room where he was.
"Call me captain." Toshiro coughed sitting up from his position on the floor while holding a hand to his forehead. "I'm fine... I just need the medicine." he mumbled wiping some sweat off of his forehead. He sneezed loudly wiping his nose with the back of his sleeve.
Rangiku quickly made her way over to Toshiro to help him up. "Oh my..You're burning up..What did I tell you about coming to get me?" She sighed while gently rubbing his back, ignoring the formalities at the moment. "Here, let's get you fixed up.." Rangiku said as she lifted him off the ground, and carried him over to the kitchen for the sake of getting him the medicine as soon as possible. "We need to bring your fever down as soon as possible.." She insisted while selecting the stronger, yet fouler tasting medicine, and quickly measuring out a near proper dose, then got Toshiro a glass of water to wash it down with. "Here, Drink those both down.." She said, setting them in front of him. And while Toshiro took his medicine, Rangiku wet a hand towel with cool water to clean the sweat off of him.
"I didn't feel sick enough to get you." Toshiro explained trying to give her a reason not to worry so much. He felt her pick him up and carry him back into the kitchen and set him down before getting the medicine. "That's not my medicine." Toshiro said the moment he saw the medicine she laid out for him.
"It doesn't matter..If I didn't come when I did, this could be much worse." Rangiku insisted as she sat him down, and got the medicine ready. The fact that the fever had the ability to increase so much in such a short amount of time really worried her, as she quickly got everything together. "Just deal with it..We need to neutralize it as soon as possible, it got this bad in less than an hour..This takes it down and keeps it down, which is what we want when we're about to go to bed soon after dinner." Rangiku insisted, and if that didn't work she was prepared to plead with him.
"But why can't I have the medicine that tastes better?" Toshiro whined. "It does the same thing and it tastes a lot better." he sniffed.
Rangiku sighed, knowing that the current option was the better one as she knew it would work faster and more effectively as it had taken his fever down further than the other kind. "This does a much better job, and I already poured it." She replied. "Now, if you take your medicine. I'll make something good for dessert. So be a good boy, and drink it." She insisted. "There's water right there to wash it down with." She pointed out.
Toshiro pouted, he wanted his medicine, but clearly Rangku wasn't willing to bend. "This is stupid..." he mumbled picking up the little cup and downing the liquid as fast as he could. "Ack!" he exclaimed in disgust grabbing the water and chugging it so fast that much of it dribbled out of his mouth and onto his shirt.
"Good, you'll thank me later when you don't wake up like this or worse.." Rangiku sighed as she refilled his glass once more, and wiped the boy's forehead off with the damp towel. "Now, how about some dinner?" She offered as she went out to the other room to retrieve Toshiro's pacifier, wash it off, and set it next to him. "There's a bit of left over rice from last night..And I bought some noodles while I was out." Rangiku informed him as she thought of what to make. "Well, how about something quick and easy..Orihime taught me a recipe for Macaroni and Cheese. I'll just leave some of the finishing touches out.." She giggled at the look that passed over Toshiro's face for a split second..
"I guess that could be okay." Toshiro swallowed relieved she wouldn't be preparing it the same way Orihime would. He picked up his glass a drank some more water.
"Alright, You just take it easy until the medicine kicks in, and feel free to take your shirt off if that water you spilled on it is making it uncomfortable." Rangiku replied before getting out a pot and the necessary ingredients to prepare the food.
"Alright." Toshiro mumbled rubbing his head. He looked down on his shirt noticing the wet parts from the water and shrugged, if anything it was helping him cool off.
While the water was boiling, Rangiku got out a large cup, and filled with ice she had crushed up in a towel beforehand. "Here, this helps me sometimes when I'm sick." She explained while sticking a spoon in the cup. "Just try and eat some of it at least, I'm sure anything cold right now feels good." Rangiku said as she sat down at the table as she waited for the water to boil.
"Alright." Toshiro said taking the sppon and crunching down on the ice.
Rangiku watched him eat for awhile before going back over to the water to add the pasta. "So, do you feel any better?" She asked while returning to her seat. "Does your throat still hurt, I can make you up some of that tea if it does. It's also good for congestion." Rangiku offered.
"A lil bi." Toshiro sniffeld his stuffed nose making it harder to understand him. The ice was helping though as he already did feel quite a bit cooler.
"That's good, but your nose is still little stuffed up.." Rangiku remarked as she quickly went to the bathroom and back to get the boy a few tissues. And while he blew his nose, and the pasta was cooking she put the kettle on along with the ingredients to make some more herbal tea for him to drink.
And after another few minutes Rangiku mixed some cheese sauce into the macaroni and began stirring it. "It's almost ready." She informed him while setting plates and forks out, along with cups. She had a glass of milk herself, and set a cup of the tea down for Toshiro.
Toshiro took the tissues and blew his nose while Rangiku set up for dinner. When the tea was set before him he picked it up with both hands and took a small sip.
After putting food on their plates, and getting every thing else ready Rangiku took her seat across from Toshiro as they began to eat. "How is it?" She asked curiously finding it to be pretty good herself. "Captain..If I could make a suggestion about tomorrow..If you weren't considering it already, I think that you should take a little time off. And just let me see to things for at least another day or so.." She suggested after a brief moment of silence.
"It's good." Toshiro muttered digging into his food. He took a few seconds to think about her suggestion and saying "I guess I could." He was eating pretty slowly and every now and then he would yawn. The medicine from earlier was taking affect as he was gradually falling asleep in the middle of his meal. He was only half-way through when his head hit the table with a bang. He wasn't hurt though as he snored lightly into the table.
"Thanks." Rangiku replied with a smile just before taking a bite of food. She was rather surprised he agreed to take some time off, but at the same time glad he had. And by the time Toshiro's head was ready to fall Rangiku wondered if she'd given him a little bit too much medicine in her haste. Luckily however, she yanked his plate back towards her just to make sure his face wouldn't land on it when he fell. "Oh my..At least he'll sleep well.." She sighed while checking to make sure he wasn't hurt all the same. After doing so Rangiku ate a few quick bites of food, and then set the leftovers in the fridge before dumping the plates in the sink.
All said in done it was only a few minutes before she picked up Toshiro's pacifier and plush bear along with the boy himself, and took him back to her room to sleep. "Let's get you in bed now.." She whispered to him while laying him down on the bed to make sure his pull-up was in order, as well as, check the temperature of his forehead. Briefly she wondered if she should change him into a diaper just to be sure he wouldn't leak. "I'll just ask him.." Rangiku shrugged, knowing there was less chance of him becoming angry with her if he said yes in his half asleep state. "Captain, I have a question..." She said softly while shaking his shoulder slightly. "Is it alright if you wear something different while you sleep?" Rangiku asked sweetly when the boy's eyes opened slightly.
Toshiro hardly even stirred when Rangiku picked him up and brought him into her room. He groaned a little from the shaking and weakly opened his eyes. He didn't look like he was awake in the slightest as his eyes lacked any sign of energy to them. He mumbled something unintelligible as a response to her inquiry before closing his eyes and falling asleep once again.
"Well, that sounded like a yes to me.." Rangiku giggled as she went to retrieve what was needed, as well as, a pull-up to change him into tomorrow. After looking the diaper over a bit, and confirming which way it went on she slipped the boy's pacifier between his lips to keep him comfortable while she changed him. The process of which could have gone a little bit quicker if Rangiku was more experienced. But after ripping open the sides of the training pants, and powdering the boy once more, she slid the diaper under his bottom, brought the front up over his privates, and tapped it closed. It then took another few tries at the tapes to get them perfectly adjusted with proper tightness however.
"Alright..Now it's time for the both of us to get some sleep.." Rangiku sighed as she set the changing supplies aside, and picked the sleeping boy up once more to lay him beside her along with the stuffed bear. And after awhile of gently stroking Toshiro's hair, holding his hand, and watching him sleep peacefully, Rangiku soon fell asleep beside him.
Toshiro slept like a rock pleasantly sucking on his pacifier throughout the change. It was about sun rise when Rangiku started to wake up, but even as she moved in the bed Toshiro didn't stir.
Rangiku woke up to the fact that she was cuddling the boy while they where sleeping. She had to blush slightly at the fact of what would happen to her a few days ago if he had found out. But now she almost thought he'd be okay with it. Backing off a bit smiling as she replaced the boy's pacifier that had fallen out as he slept. But then without thinking much about it she turned her attention to his lower half beneath the blankets to check his diaper.
Toshiro subconsciously accepted the pacifier. His diaper was soaked thankfully it was very thick, thick enough that it could probably handle another wetting without leaking. He rolled to his side and pulled the covers a little tighter over himself in his sleep.
Rangiku sighed, thankful she had opted to diaper the boy before laying down to sleep as she knew how many fluids he had taken in. And had her doubts as to weather or not the pull-up's would leak or not. But since it was only pee, and seemed to be holding up well. And since she had made sure to apply a good bit of baby powder Rangiku decided she would allow the both of them to sleep a bit longer, at least for another hour or so as she set the alarm. And with that done she laid back down close to the diapered boy, and brought her arm around him once more to hug him against her as they slept.
Toshiro slept undisturbed for the next hour, not even bother when Rangiku's alarm had gone off. He had cuddled up to his bear aa little more while he slept with his back facing Rangiku.
Rangiku slowly sat up to turn the alarm of, and once she got her bearings she turned her attention to the sleeping boy beside her. "I guess I should get him up sometime soon.." She sighed while feeling his forehead, knowing he would need his medicine, preferably before his fever got too bad again. And after making sure he wasn't burning up, Rangiku gently checked the boy's diaper once more, expecting the urine to be mostly cold by now if he hadn't peed once again in the past hour. After doing so, she gently shook his shoulder, "time to wake up sleepy head." She giggled.
Toshiro groaned a little when she shook his shoulder. "Don wanna." he mumbled starting to sit up in bed anyway and rubbign his eyes. In the process of getting up his pacifier fell from his mouth landing on the blankets in front of him. Although he hadn't wet himself in his sleep when he started waking up Rangiku could hear a faint hissing sound to alert her that he was currently wetting himself once again. Toshiro sighed not even awake enough to realize he was peeing. Thankfully the diaper contained it, although not it had become discolored and heavy from all the urine it absorbed.
"Well you have to, We've got to get some breakfast, and make sure you take your medicine." Rangiku cooed as went to gently rub his belly. "Besides, we need to get you changed soon before you get a rash." She informed him as the sound of pee trickling into an already wet diaper could be heard while the blankets were being pulled off. "Come on now, let's start our day." She smiled, helping the boy sit up, and wake up just to be sure he wouldn't fall asleep when she changed him. Although the fact that the boy wet himself while awake, albeit not very awake was concerning she still smiled at him. "Good morning." Rangiku chimed as he woke up a little more Rangiku gently stroked his bed tossed hair into something a little more like it usually was.
"Hmmmm." Toshiro groaned sitting up with his eyes closed. His fever was till there, but thankfully not as strong as it was the night before. "I'm feel wet." he said flatly almost as if he hadn't been hearing Rangiku this whole time. "What time is it?" he finally asked while his brain began to start up.
"Well, you are quite wet.." Rangiku sighed as she looked at the discolored and sagging diaper, hoping he wasn't too upset when he realized he was wearing it. "And since you said you'd take some time off I let the both of us sleep in an hour past sun rise." She answered, avoiding giving him an actual number. "Now, how about we get you cleaned up, and have some breakfast after you take some medicine." She offered once more.
"I did/" he asked sounding concerned and looking down. He was surprised to find that he wasn't wearing the pull up he had initially fallen asleep in, but something much bigger. The tapes at the side allowed him to recognize the diaper easier, although he was surprised to see the two most popular soul candy characters: Chappy and Yuki were used as the prints. "Matsumoto, why am I wearing a diaper?" he asked sounding more curious than upset, although there was a hint of annoyance in the way he asked.
"Well, I suggested it. And you agreed to it as we were eating dinner." She clarified nodding her head for confirmation. Rangiku began to grow worried as Toshiro looked down to see the thick diaper he wore in place of the pull-up he probably remembered falling asleep in. His tone surprised him however, still the touch of annoyance was still worrying. "Well..When I put you down in bed, I thought about all the fluid's you had taken in..Which, is good while you're sick. But I thought it might be a little much for the pull-up you were wearing.." She explained, and soon carried on after pausing to take a breath. "So, I woke you up, and asked you if it was okay. And, it kind of sounded like a yes.." Rangiku finished her explanation. "But, you can see it was a good idea..If I hadn't put you in a diaper, you wouldn't be the only one feeling wet right now..And not just here.." She added, poking his soaked diaper at the last part of her sentence, as it had contained the urine instead of allowing it to spread, and get on the rest of his body.
Toshiro squinted his eyes not sure if he trusted her story yet. But as she continued to make her case he sighed "Fine, I guess that makes sense." he yawned. "I wet myself when I was awake, too didn't I." he blushed looking down at the diaper for a moment. After her answer he looked about the room again "Where's my binky?" he asked surprisingly he used the more infantile term for his pacifier, mainly because he actually thought that was all it was called.
Rangiku breathed a sigh of relief when Toshiro said he believed her. "Well, that's how it went." She shrugged, and put her arm around the boy to gently pull him closer to comfort him. "Yes, you did.." Rangiku conceded. "But hey, it's not a big deal, that's what diapers are for. And I wasn't lying when I said I didn't mind changing you.." She encouraged. "And, well...When I changed your pull-up, yesterday and when I put the diaper on you last night..I actually thought it was kind of fun..And relaxing." Rangiku admitted in case Toshiro felt any sense of guilt or thought he was inconveniencing her. Still though, she had to giggle slightly when he said the word binky. "It's..Right..Here!" Rangiku giggled as she took a few seconds to locate it amongst the blankets, gently slipped it in Toshiro's mouth. "My gosh..You're so sweet when you're relaxed." She admitted out of honesty, as she still gently held the boy close to her.
