As the days passed on, Naruto and Ruby patiently waited for Death himself to arrive, and nothing was a more clear sign than the fact that the sun began to set, revealing the duo's true form to one another.
Eventually Death arrived driving his car parked in front of the duo, before he rolled down his window to talk to them.
"Surprised to see you still here red" said Death as he still had that haunting ability to leave everyone speechless, "Whatever, just hop in already".
Once inside, they all remained silent amongst themselves for a bit until Death decided to strike the conversation.
"So blonde, you think you can finally learn to let go knowing that it's your only ticket out of here" asked Death as his eyes stayed on the road, "Yeah, why you ask" said Naruto.
"Heh, I guess that's a good attitude to have, since it's hard to let go, so let me give you some words of wisdom" said Death as he looked at them through the rearview mirror.
"Don't go to fast my friend or you'll lose control of the situation, and you'll be left here alone screaming to yourself asking why, when you know it's hard to let go" said Death as his words embedded into Naruto within being need to be told twice.
"So if there's anything you need me to do so in order to help you get things done and done right, you got between now before we get back into town to ask for any requests that needs to be done and done right in order for you to leave, now's the time" said Death.
After hearing Death's offer, Naruto remained silent and deep in thought as he began to think things out what he needed to get done in order to move on, and to prove it out of sincerity.
"There's a few things I need" said Naruto as he looked at Death with determination.
"Well ask away kid" said Death with a smirk as they continued back into the town that Naruto and Ruby first met, so they can put their grief to rest and make amends.
Originally I wanted to call this chapter Morei Sky, but the song did not fit with the situation, plus we were far past the message and tone that was with Morei Sky, compared to What's in the Eye.
Anyways I know this chapter was short, so consider this to be an introduction to wrapping things up as we approach the conclusion of our story
