Suki sighed, "Isn't your roommate gonna come back in a few," she asked. "Calm down, he's gonna be out for a while," Sokka reassured her, "Besides I'm sure he's meeting up with that internet girlfriend of his."

"What if we get caught," She said before getting cut off. "Who says we will~?" He smirked, "Trust me on this." "Fine," Suki muttered. Sokka kissed her on the lips. She kissed back, wrapping her arms around his neck almost on instinct. He deepens the kiss, as she tilted her head in the kiss. He soon broke the kiss and kissed down her neck, peppering kisses and light love bites on it. Sokka snaked his arms around her waist, Suki slightly shivered, biting her lip lightly. Then the door creaked loudly, Sokka pulled away and yanked the covers over Suki's head as an attempt to hide her from whoever was coming.

"Ew...now you choose to have that?!" Zuko scowled at Sokka's failed attempt to hide his girlfriend in the top bunk. "For your information, we were not having sex, Zuko. I invited Suki to watch random crap on Netflix with me and we ended up making fun of a Monster High movie instead." His roommate argued and sat up from his bunk. "Liar." Suki Lin muttered and sat up as well. She stretched her arms out calmly, wearing one of Sokka's shirts. Which just embarrassed Zuko even more.

"You were saying." He retorted. "Hi! Uh, Honey Bear told me all about you. You're his roommate Zuko, right? He said you're a pretty cool guy, despite being kind of emo-" Suki waved and tried to make conversation before being interrupted. "I am not emo, Sokka!" Zuko huffed irritably. "Tell that to the My Chemical Romance songs on your phone. Even if they're good, they're still part of emo culture." His roommate argued. "As I was saying." Suki grumbled; dramatically clearing her throat. "I'm so sorry, Pookie. Fuck, I didn't mean to interrupt you." Sokka cooed. She smiled slightly and leaned her head on his shoulder.

"It's fine." Suki replied sweetly. "Right. I'm Suki Lin, Sokka's boyfriend. We met at a beach party over summer break, and-" Sokka pouted at his roommate's fake gagging noises. "It certainly seemed like you changed your mind about that movie. Considering Suki is wearing your shirt, Sokka." Zuko announced boredly, making a dark red blush flood the couple's cheeks.

"On the first evening back you'd think getting my homework done early at the library easily makes for a relaxing walk back to the dorms but no. I have to just barely accidentally bump into my roommate having sex." He grumbled. "I'm gonna go shower." Zuko grunted blankly and headed to the bathroom. "Uh, it was nice meeting you!" Suki chorused cheerfully, still eager to make a decent first impression.

"I appreciate how you want to make a first impression on Zuko," Sokka confessed, tenderly stroking his girlfriend's hair. "Of course, Sokka. I can tell that you two have this sort of brotherly bond and I'd love to support it. I just want your friends to like me." Suki admitted with a dejected frown. "Wait," Her boyfriend cupped his ear and shushed himself, "Is that ZUKO belting 'Welcome to the Black Parade' by My Chemical Romance in the shower right now?" She shrugged and heard a few familiar lyrics. "Yup, that's him. 'Welcome to the Black Parade' is one of my favorite songs I started listening to in seventh grade-"

"WE'LL CAARRY ON! WE'LL CARRY ON! AND THOUGH YOU'RE SAID AND GONE, BELIEVE ME! YOUR MEMORY…" The couple erupted into amused giggles. "If God was an emo rockstar, that's what he'd sound like." Sokka gushed. "You had to make it sound weird, didn't you? I think Zuko has a nice voice too, but still." He nodded without hesitation. "I thought it was my thing?!" Suki giggled and playfully rolled her eyes. "It is Honey Bear, but you don't have to be so dramatic all the time." She crooned, leaning her head back on one of the pillows. "I love you." Sokka whispered affectionately, "Also, uh, are you sleeping over tonight? You're more than welcome to Pookie but-"

Suki sighed softly and rested her head closer to Sokka's shoulder. "I have my stuff for the night and tomorrow in the drawstring bag by the little TV." His arms loosened around her as she murmured "I love you too, Honey Bear." into his ear.

A small grin perked onto Zuko's face when he got out of the shower and finished getting ready to sleep. The thought of his roommate's relationship gave him more wishful thinking. Maybe I can have a relationship like that with Mai. Zuko thought to himself as he drifted off to dream-land.

"Why does Zuko's love life have to change my plans for the weekend, Twinkle Toes?" Toph Beifong, a sassy freshman in their friend group, complained. "You didn't have to set up this big meeting, Sokka. Aang." Zuko agreed modestly. Aang, the other member of the group who brought everyone together, sighed at Toph's attitude. He looked around the mess hall and shrugged. "I know it's a little early-" The other freshman started to say while digging into his breakfast burrito.

"You look nice today, Zuko. Those piercings bring out the golden color in your eyes." Katara flirted, batting her eyelashes. "Uh, thanks Katara." Zuko answered awkwardly. Assuming what she said about the silver flame earring and rod piercing on his right ear was a compliment helped. At least, he thought it got rid of the sudden tension. "I forgot to get a salt and pepper packet for my sausage links! I'll be right back, then we can start planning Zuko's date with his internet girl-" "She's not my girlfriend Sokka, and her name is Mai!" Zuko huffed. "Whatever loverboy. Just save my seat 'til I get back." His roommate ordered and headed back to the buffet.

"Classic Sokka, being bossy all the time." Katara muttered. "It's not a big deal, Katara." Aang smiled innocently, "I didn't know you were a simp, Flameo Hotman." Zuko grunted at the word 'simp', still not sure what it meant. "Sorry Zuko. I had to teach Twinkle Toes the urban language before our first year of college. Unlike the rest of you, we freshies have to figure some things out for ourselves." Toph informed the group. "Sooo, where is she?" Sokka's eyes roamed around the mess hall as he took his seat again. "I don't know-"

"Seriously Azula, you should try exfoliating your skin. I know you're, like, the most beautiful, smartest, perfect girl in the world! But I have the perfect face cream in my dorm room that would do wonders on your skin. Right Mai?" Ty Lee chattered enthusiastically. Before Mai could respond, her eyes met Zuko's and she shyly waved at him. "That's her?" Katara glared at the black-haired girl sourly. "Who? I can't see, remember?" Toph blurted. "I like her hair. Maybe I should try wearing space buns…" Suki chirped.

"I forgot why we're here-" Sokka muttered awkwardly, almost remembering his plan. "Has anyone seen Momo? I'm afraid of him going missing." Aang spouted suddenly, shaking a little. "Aang, I'm sure your cat is doing perfectly fine in the dorm day camp for students' pets." Katara assured him calmly. "Is that really what that place is called?" Toph raised a brow. "Don't look at me, I have no idea." Zuko uttered, "My family has never had a pet before, so I wouldn't know." Suki abruptly cleared her throat and slanted her head towards her boyfriend.

"Thanks Pookie-" Suki blushed. "Of course Honey bear-" "Ew." Toph fake-gagged. "Anyway. We the friends of Zuko Phang-" "Do you have to say my full name?" Zuko interrupted with a snarky tone. "It makes the scheming more professional." His roommate reported promptly, "As I was saying, we the friends of Zuko Phang have been assigned with the task of planning his first date with his internet girlfriend, Mai." Zuko growled in embarrassment and buried his face in his hands. "Sokka, stop being a weirdo. You're making him uncomfortable." Katara complained. "Shit, sorry man." Her big brother slapped himself on the cheek. "Nothing new in Team Avatar…" Toph mumbled under her breath.

Zuko sighed at the excessive drama figuratively suffocating him. "It's fine, just don't use my full name again." He grumbled. "I have a personal preference of sharing ideas in a circle. One at a time, as a group." Sokka continued to strategize. "I'll go first!" Aang offered with a bright smile, "You should take a yoga class together! That's fun, right?" Their friend nodded. "The suggestion is thoughtful but I don't think Mai is into that kind of thing." Toph smirked, "Alright my turn! I think rock climbing and getting smoothies is a great first date. Rock climbing builds trust between two people and smoothies would cool you off." An outburst of oohs came from the others while Zuko took note of the ideas on his phone. "Ah! Your idea is so much better than mine, Toph! I was gonna suggest watching a movie with her in your dorm room. I'll totally let you borrow my DvD of Heathers if you want." She offered. "Thanks for the offer, Suki. But I don't think I'm ready to end up doing what you and Sokka did before I got back to the dorm last night." He teased. Toph howled with laughter while Aang raised a brow in confusion. Katara gave her brother an eerie death glare as he and Suki had dark red cheeks.

"I think a perfect first date would be taking a salsa class together. Holding hands...close proximity…" Katara recommended wistfully. "My suggestion was just a trip to the beach so she could see you shirtless and you could see her in a bikini but ugh. That idea is so cliche, it's worse than the ham sandwiches they serve here. I should know, I tried them." Sokka rambled. "Hey! Zuko, buddy? You there?" He paused before pinching his roomie's shoulder.

"Ow! What the hell, man?!" Zuko flinched and yelled. "He was probably daydreaming about his future girlfriend." Toph commented bluntly. "We still need you to give us your decision on what you're doing for your date!"Aang exclaimed before checking the time. "Nice! We still have 15 minutes before the warning bell." He grinned and slurped on his chocolate milk. Zuko blushed at everyone intently watching him after finishing their food. Of course, Toph and Suki were excluded. Toph was born blind and Suki volunteered to take away everyone's dirty dishes and things to the counter.

When she got back, the table calmed down. "I was actually thinking of taking her out to my uncle's tea shop, the Jasmine Dragon. It's a lot better than Starbucks and not too far from here. I think Mai would like the homey atmosphere too." Zuko insisted with bright pink cheeks. "Awww!" Suki squealed. "Dude, why didn't you tell us sooner?! Fuck that's cute." Sokka whined dramatically. Katara flicked two fingers on his forehead as a result. "That's so sweet, Zuko! I"m sure she'll love it." She gushed, neglecting her jealousy for Mai. "I hope so." He sheepishly answered and tucked a strand of his hair behind his ear.

"Good on you, Zuko. But my idea is still better." Toph remarked, eliciting laughter from the group. "Since we have some spare time, let's go to our first classes early!" Katara suggested with a grin. "You're such a geek, sis." Sokka grumbled. "Whatever, Sokka. I actually like taking my education seriously." She scoffed. "Well, Suki and I are gonna go with Toph to her first class since we're all taking it together." Her brother declared. "Cool." Aang nodded and packed up his stuff for the day. "I gotta head to the medical building." Zuko added. "Okay bye guys!" "See you at break!" "Later!" "Adios, mis amigos!" Sokka shouted excitedly. "Sokka!" The others chuckled at his dorky sense of humor.
