"Malfoy?" Hermione repeated waving her hand in front of his face to catch his attention he finally snapped out of his thoughts and looked at her his eyes wide his face pale he looked extremely nervous

Malfoy closed his eyes. When he opened them they were neutral he showed no emotion though she swore she saw the smallest glint of sadness in his eyes "Granger that's really none of your business" he drawled

he stood to walk away but she grabbed his arm "Malfoy wait" she pleaded he glared at her and pushed her off him she fell to the ground "Stay away from me you filthy mudblood I don't want your dirty mudblood hands touching me. I hate you" Tears filled Hermione's eyes as every single memory of him calling her "mudblood" crossed her mind

She didn't notice because of her eyes being glistened with tears but a single year rolled down Malfoy's cheek he couldn't stand to see her like this especially since HE caused her the pain he was torn

'Do I stay or do I go?' he quickly thought

Before he could act on his decision Hermione stood up and spoke

"I should've known better your Draco Malfoy you'll never change your a slimy Ferret who doesn't care about anyone else but yourself" before Malfoy could react her hand made impact on his left cheek

Anger washed over Malfoy "You know what I should've known better you're Hermione Granger a filthy Little MUDBLOOD I should've killed you when I had the chance or I should've killed myself so I wouldn't have to be around you" he snapped

"You'd be doing the world a favor if you weren't around"

"Well how about this Mudblood get out of my sight I don't ever want to see you again! No wonder Weasley cheated on you your worthless"

With those words Hermione's heart felt broken the last thing she said before walking away was "You'll regret this Malfoy"

Malfoy didn't move for a long time his hands clenched in a fist a red mark on his face could be seen in the moonlight along with tears his grey eyes were glimmering from the tears

"I regret it already" he whispered he knew she wouldn't hear him she was probably back home by now
