The next morning while John was with Rachael he seen her wake up so he took the ventilator out and then made sure that she had a drink next to her, when she woke the first person she seen was John and she smiled cause she knew he would never abandon her, he loved her and she loved him, the moment was cut short when John got a phone call from Lionel.
"Hello Lionel, now is not a good time."
Said John.
"John it's Joss Carter she's been injured and is in a bad way in hospital, just thought I would let you know that is was HR's lieutenant Patrick Simmons that shot her it was the same guy that killed Grace and put Rachael in a coma as well, oh how is Rachael by the way."
Said Lionel
"Rachael is awake now but not strong enough to work so I will be staying with her till she is strong enough and thank you for letting me know about Joss and who hurt Rachael and killed Grace."
Replied John.
"Hey John don't do anything stupid."
Said Lionel
"I will do what ever I have to to get revenge for what happened to Rachael and Joss, Lionel."
Replied John.
After that John hung up the phone and went on the hunt for Officer Patrick Simmons to get revenge for what he did to Rachael when all she was doing was getting coffee for the pair of them she was an innocent caught in the crossfire of him aiming for Grace.
A few hours later John had Tracked down Patrick and had him tied up in the basement of an abandoned building and was torturing him for answers.
"Why did you hurt Rachael? She was there when you shot at Grace she was the one who got caught in the crossfire."
Asked John.
"Rachael, who's that?"
Asked Patrick.
"Rachael was the one you shot, she is my girlfriend, all she was doing was only getting us coffee, then when you shot Grace you got Rachael as well. Why?"
Asked John.
"I did not see her, I was told to kill Grace, Rachael was just a lucky mistake, remember you took everything from me and now I vow to do the same to you, I will take everything you care about."
Threatened Patrick.
After a while of the interrogation John realised that he was not going to get anywhere with Patrick that he was not going to get any answers only threats.
A few hours later John arrived back home to be with his Rachael he was not gonna let her stay alone he wanted her to be safe and to be with him for as long as possible.
