Spider-Man/Batwoman Heroes United Chapter 5

Electro was causing havoc all throughout Harlem with the Wonderland Gang at his side. Electro blasts lighting bolts at the cars and buildings as they explode. Luke Cage prepares to stand his ground for bis neighborhood as he walks up to the superpowered villian and his gang by his side.

"It's too goddamn late at night for this shit" Luke said to himself. "Take him down boys!" ordered Electro as the Wonderland Gang opened fire. The onslaught of bullets hit Luke Cage as they all bounce off the man while tearing through his clothes. The Wonderland Gang were confused as they just kept firing until the sound of clicks from empty guns were made.

"My turn" Cage replied as he then walks up to the goons and stars tossing them and slamming them around.

"Get him! GET HIM!" ordered Electro as the gang begin to swarm Luke as he fights them off by throwing goons onto a car being hit by 2x4s and pipes breaking completely when making contact on Luke. As the Wonderland Gang attempted to dogpile on Luke, he eventually breaks free as the numbers got to him, sending them all flying everywhere.

Electro then hits Cage with a lightning bolt storm that sends him flying through a streetlight pole. "I ain't got time for this Cage. I got places to be!" said Max. Then a web ball his Electro blinding him.

"Really? It's funny cause so do we" said Spider-Man as he and Batwoman arrive.

"Spider-Man! and Batwoman too? Oh this is too perfect. The bosses are gonna be happy to hear that both of you are gonna die tonight" said Electro. "What bosses? Who do you work for? Where's Hammerhead and Tombstone?" asked Kate. "You want answers? You're gonna have to beat em out of me!" said Electro. "Don't tempt me" Batwoman threatened.

Electro charges up an electric attack as he blasts at Spider-Man and Batwoman. The two duck out of the way and head for cover behind a car.

"Okay how do we take this guy down?" asked Batwoman. "You're open to suggestions?" asked Spider-Man. "It's your city Parker" said Batwoman. "Come out come out wherever you are!" Electro teased as he destroys a car. Luke Cage gets up as he quickly tosses a mailbox at Electro getting his attention. Electro then goes for another blast as Luke quickly runs for cover with Batwoman and Spider-Man.

"Cage! We got your SOS." said Spider-Man. "We need to find a way to cool this guy off. All that energy he could probably blow up more than just the neighborhood." said Luke. Kate then looks around and sees a fire hydrant. "Cool him off huh? I got an idea. Can you boys keep Lightning Lad busy?" asked Batwoman. Spider-Man and Luke Cage then looked over at Electro then each other. "You ready?" asked Spider-Man. "Let's do it" Luke replied as the two rush out.

"HEY MAX! MY CELLPHONE BATTERY IS ABOUT TO DIE, DO YOU MIND IF YOU CAN CHARGE IT FOR ME!" Spider-Man joked as he yelled at Electro to get his attention. Electro then zaps at Spider-Man as he dodges out of the way.

"Really? Cheesy ass jokes is how you gonna beat this guy?" asked Luke Cage. "Hasn't stopped me then, won't stop me now" said Spider-Man. Luke the rushes over to pick up a car and hurl it at Electro. Electro them zaps it in mid air as it exploded.

"Mind hurrying up a little Kate?" asked Spider-Man. "Almost got it" said Kate as Spider-Man gets blasted backwards. Luke Cage then tanks the electrical blast of Electro as it causes him to get on one knee trying to hold him off.

Batwoman then takes her batarangs and bust open the fire hydrant as the water goes for Electro sending him backwards and wet enough to power down. "You need to cool off Electro" Batwoman joked. "See? I told you humor is subjective!" said Spider-Man as he helps up Cage.

The trio walk up to a soaked Electro as Spider-Man picks him up.

"Alright Max. Where's Hammerhead and Tombstone?" asked Spider-Man.

Electro coughs up some water. "Alright fine. Since you at the Bat survived the trap, Shocker set you up with, here's the real truth. The Maggia and The Wonderland Gang are planning to team up to take down both New York and Gotham and then every city after that. I heard a rumor that this chick named Alice came into the city a few days ago. Probably the leader of the Wonderland Crew or whatever. Look here's the deal, theres a building. Over in Manhattan. Right across from Where Avengers Tower used to be. Give or take a few blocks away." explained Electro.

"You're gonna show us!" Batwoman demanded. "Heh. Good luck. You freaks are on your own" Electro laughs as Batwoman makes the knockout blow as she punches Electro.

"Okay so, we have another lead now" said Spider-Man. "Yeah. Let's just hope this top doesn't literally blow up in our faces again" said Batwoman. "Wait. There's another hideout in the neighborhood. Jess said they usually have meetings in a warehouse a few blocks from here. Said something about Alice herself being there" said Cage. "Change of plans. We go after Alice." said Kate. "What about Hammerhead and Tombstone?" asked Peter. "If we're lucky, she'll lead us right to them. Listen Peter, if we take down Alice now, The Wonderland Gang can get the hell out of your city and we can call it a night. Deal?" asked Kate as she extended her hand. "Deal" replied Peter as he shakes her hand. "Cage, we got this from here. Thanks for the help" said Kate. "Good. I'm done for the night." Cage said as he leaves.
