Welcome back everyone! I hope everyone is ready for the new chapter. I want to first thank everyone for the support. I appreciate the support and I'm glad the story is going well.
Things are getting heated now and the fun is just getting started. So, last time we found out that Diana is working with Darkseid and has come for the Time Stone. The heroes though are refusing to give it up and a fight has broken out. So far, our heroes have been successful in keeping the stone safe.
But it looks like Diana has only just gotten started. How are things going to go for our heroes today? Will things play out the same way as Infinity War? Or will our heroes find a way to avoid history repeating itself?

Chapter IV
New Gotham (year: 2019)
Outside of city there is a small neighborhood, which was set up for the citizens who wanted to live away from the city. It was a small community where the people had small jobs, which helped provide for their families. Even received programs that would benefit their children for college. They even had schools in the area to help the kids, especially those who were orphans.
One of these kids, was a young 11-year-old girl with short black hair, blue eyes, and light tan skin. She is seen in the school swimming pool finishing doing her lap for the day. The girl was part of a group of orphans who lost their family in Metropolis years ago. She was only a baby when it happened, but she only survived because her parents left her with her grandparents for the day.
While her parents went to the city to finish moving the last of their things out of their old apartment. She was raised by her grandparents, until she was five years old when they were killed by Wonder Woman. Her grandparents went to protest against Superman and his Regime peacefully.
Wonder Woman though had them arrested and killed. She hated Wonder Woman, but she didn't want to kill her. She wanted to bring her to justice to make her pay. Luckily, she did get some justice, which is what she wanted.
"Hey Ashley!" the girl looks over to see one of her friends running over to her. Her friend appears to be the same age as her with dark skin, green eyes, dark hair, and wearing glasses "You hear what happened?"
"Hear what?" the girl now revealed to be Ashley asked as she removes her water-proof earphones. "Sorry, Izzy. I was busy swimming."
"There's a fight going on in the city," the girl now revealed to be Ashley's friend, Izzy explained what is going on. "There's these monsters flying around and attacking everyone. I heard Batman is fighting them right now with his friends. This is your big chance to join them!"
Ashley looks away for a moment unsure about this. "I-I don't know. I mean, you think I'm ready? Maybe I should wait until some smaller crime happens. Then I can go out to make a good impression."
"Ash, what better way to make your name than by going out there and fighting with freaking Batman against alien monsters?" Izzy replied knowing this is a big chance for her friend. "Trust me, you'll never get another chance if you don't do this."
Ashley sighed softly knowing her friend is right and knows she'll have to do this sooner or later. "I guess that's true. I mean, the wizard did say eventually I will be needed. I guess that time is now. Okay, give me a minute."
Ashley grabs her things and rushes to the changing room before she begins changing out of her clothes. All while Izzy looks around making sure no one is going to see them. Once Ashley finished, she came out wearing her blue shorts, boots, custom Batman t-shirt she made, and her vest. She hands her bag over to Izzy and begins doing some stretches.
"All clear?" Ashley asked.
Izzy nods in response. "Did you really need to change though? I mean, it's not like they'll see you in your swimsuit?"
Ashley begins blushing a little and gets a little embarrassed. "W-well, what if I have to turn back to normal? I'm not going to do that while wearing my swimsuit. Not like what happened last time?"
Izzy giggled knowing what her friend is saying is true. "Okay, okay. Just get going and make sure to get me a picture of Batgirl…I-I mean if you see her."
Ashley giggled and nods in agreement. "Sure, I'll make sure to get a picture and autograph of your crush."
"S-shut up and get going! You're going to miss the action," said Izzy knowing her friend is just wasting time.
"Okay, relax," Ashley closed her eyes, took a deep breath, and then exhaled before she opened her eyes. "SHAZAM!"
A lightning bolt comes crashing down and envelops Ashley in a bright light.
The girl soon appeared to be in her early 30s with long black hair, blue eyes, and light tan skin. She appears to be wearing a red uniform dress with a gold lightning symbol on the chest. She also has a gold belt around her waist, white cape with a hood over her head, a gold lightning symbol, gold boots, armored knee braces, and gold wristbands. She turns to Izzy who is recording everything on her phone.
"This is still so awesome," said Izzy who loves it when her friend transforms.
About a year ago, Ashley was saving her friends from Brainiac's robots when she was saved by a mysterious figure. He explains that long ago he chose a young man named Billy Batson to become his successor. To carry on his powers and protect the world from evil.
But sadly, Billy followed Superman and used his powers to harm the innocent. He was killed when he attempted to rebel against Superman and since then the old man refused to find another to take his place. Until, he saw Ashley's brave actions and could sense the good heart within her. He offered her his power and become his new successor.
Ashley accepted and now she is…Shazam.
"I better get going," said Ashley as she begins to float off the ground. "And make sure to tell the others to not eat the last pizza slice in the fridge. That one is mine!"
She soon took off and heads towards the city to help the heroes.
Meanwhile
Parademons are seen attacking the citizens as the people run to safety. The police arrived and began covering the people as they drew the attention of the monsters. Thanks to the tech they received from Batman and his allies, the police managed to hold off the Parademons. But there were too many of them and the police had to look out for the people.
Fortunately for them, backup arrived. John Constantine, Hellboy, and Raiden focused on helping the people get to the evacuation shelters. All while helping the police take down the Parademons.
Hellboy opened fire shooting down the Parademons and even punched some in the face. They begin trying to gang up on him, but Hellboy breaks free and begins using one of the Parademons as a weapon to knock away the others. Hellboy then took out a grenade and shoves it down one of the Parademon's mouth before it blew up. He looks down at his stone hand and smiled a little knowing if he didn't use his stone hand instead of his normal hand, it wouldn't be here.
One Parademon tried stabbing him from behind, but Hellboy caught the weapon. He then punches the monster down to the ground. He then punched its head with his stone hand and crushed its skull. Hellboy looks at the blood on his hand and gave a gross look before wiping it on the creature before he goes off to continue fighting.
John uses his magic to fire fireballs at the Parademons and provide a protective shield to the people. John sees one charging at him and tries to stab him. John grabs the weapon, falls backwards, and flips the Parademon towards a car breaking through it. John begins using the weapon to help stab the Parademon and take out the others that came after him.
John took out a Sling Ring and begins using it to help create a portal, which the Parademons go through. They soon appeared in the vacuum of space before he closes the portal. "Well, what do you know? I guess Christopher's Sling Ring did come in handy after all."
Raiden meanwhile is on the rooftop of a building as he punches away the Parademons and uses his combat stick. More of them begin charging at him, but he teleports away and appears above them. He fires a powerful electrical attack and destroys the monsters. He looks up to the sky and sees more heading their way.
So, he begins using his powers to cause the cloud to turn dark and begins firing lightning down at the Parademons. Destroying many of them, while also trying to destroy the ship they came in. However, the ship appeared protected by some sort of shield that kept him from destroying it. Raiden rejoins his allies, while noticing the shield.
"That shield looks pretty tough," said John as he grabs a bottle of liquor and throws it at one of the Parademons before igniting it with his fireball to burn it to death. "I don't suppose you got something stronger to break through it?"
Raiden shook his head in response. "We need to find a way to destroy it before it tries launching more than just those monsters at us," said Raiden who is worried the ship will bombard the city.
"Any suggestion boys?" John asked as he throws another fireball at a Parademon killing it. "It's not like any of us can break through its barrier."
"Look out!" Hellboy tackled both his teammates down when the Parademons fired a cannon blast at them. "Looks like they're bringing out the big toys now."
The Parademons were now able to bring down their military vehicles as they begin opening fire at the heroes and the police. Raiden stood up from behind the vehicle they hid behind and blocks one of the attacks to save the police officers. However, the force of the two attacks colliding knocked him towards a nearby building. John and Hellboy stood up from behind the vehicle as they prepared to attack.
"Think your gun can pierce through that tank?" John asked.
"Let's find out," said Hellboy as he aims his weapon at the tank.
Before they can fire the Parademons looked down noticing their vehicle is beginning to slow down. Suddenly ice begins to cover the vehicle as the Parademons begin getting out of the way. John and Hellboy look over to see backup have arrived. The Parademons look over where the heroes were looking at and see two figures standing across the street.
Raiden begins to emerge from the building and sees the two arrivals. "Scorpion, Sub-Zero, you both made it."
The two figures are revealed to be Kuai Liang aka Sub-Zero and Hanzo Hasashi aka Scorpion. Both appeared ready for combat as they got ready to fight.
"We don't know who you are, but you are not welcome here," said Sub-Zero as he prepares to fight.
"Begone monsters or else!" said Scorpion as the Parademons roared and charged at them. "So be it."
Scorpion's body begins to burn as he charges at the Parademons and flies at them as he burns between the bodies of the monsters. He then took out his sword and slashed their heads off killing them.
Scorpion sees one Parademon coming at him and launched a blade chain towards the face of the monster. "Get over here!" Scorpion pulls the monster towards him and punches its head off.
Five Parademons soon begin to surround him and charged at him to rip him apart. But Scorpion pulls his face mask down and unleashes hell fire on the Parademons. Burning them all to ashes before. Scorpion puts his face mask back on and charges at more of the monsters.
Sub-Zero meanwhile, charges at the Parademons launching an ice blast at the Parademons and freezing them. Only their heads are exposed as Sub-Zero end creates an ice ax and cuts their heads off killing them. One charges at him, but he uses his ice abilities to freeze the street and glides across it before creating an ice replica of himself holding a spear. Sub-Zero grabs the weapon of the Parademon and launches it into the ice sculpture, and right into the spear killing it.
Sub-Zero soon sees four more coming at him, but he creates an ice wall blocking them. He then glides around them creating more ice walls to block them and trapping them inside. Before they can fly out, he uses his powers to create multiple ice spikes all around the walls and piercing through the monsters. He then creates an large ice block with a spike on the bottom before dropping it on the Parademons killing them all for good.
One charges at him, but Sub-Zero creates an ice wall behind the monster. He kicks the Parademon into the wall and then launches two ice blades to pin the monster to the wall. Sub-Zero then creates an ice sword and slides the monster's head off. Sub-Zero turns to see Scorpion fighting the monsters and goes in to join him.
All while, Hellboy, John, and Raiden watched on. John has seen a lot of deaths before, but the way these men were killing these monsters.
"Damn, I'm so glad they're on our side. But do they have to kill these bastards so brutally?" John asked almost feeling nauseas.
"It may be crude, but this is how they fight," said Raiden who is just glad he isn't fighting them both. "But we need to focus on trying to take down the Parademon ship."
More Parademons begin to appear as they fly towards the three heroes. "At least not before we deal with these things," said Hellboy as he begins opening fire at them.
Suddenly, a large black bird made out of a dark aura appeared in front of the group. The bird soon took the form of Raven as she appears before the group. "Azarath, Metrion, Zinthos!"
Raven uses her magic to launch small multiple tendrils towards the Parademons. Piercing through their chest and kill them. The men hear a nearby motorcycle and see its Barbara Gordon, riding on her bike as she opens fire at the Parademons. She appears to be wearing an armored uniform, which looked a lot like her Batgirl uniform.
She stops near the guys and begins reloading. "We've managed to get most of the people in the shelter," she explains what is going on to give them an update. "My officers are working to help the last remaining people get to safety. We need to buy them time and hold them here."
She looks up to see the ship and sighed softly. "You boys got an idea of how to take that thing down?"
"We're working on it," said Hellboy.
"Well, we better work fast," said Barbara as she sees more of the Parademons showing up. "We can't hold them off much longer."
Before they can figure out what to do about the ship, they suddenly hear a loud explosion and look over to see something going on where the others are at. Suddenly they see Zatanna appeared in the sky, wearing the Doctor Fate helmet as she charges at the ship.
"Well, it looks like your girlfriend might be able to handle that," said Hellboy as he notices more Parademons appearing. "So, let's let the lady handle the ship. While we finish these guys off.
"Good idea," said Barbara as Raven flies down to join them. "I just hope you three aren't already getting tired."
John scoffed and had a confident smile as he sees one of the Parademon weapons on the ground and picks it up. "Oh please, I can go all day long. How about you, old man?" he asked Raiden. "Got enough left in you for round two?"
Raiden was used to John's personality, so he wasn't offended by his little banter. "I'm barely just warming up. Let's do this."
Meanwhile
Abigail, Ben, Chris, and Batman all stood together hoping to finally bring down Diana. Batman held his own against her earlier, but he knew taking her down wouldn't be easy. Fortunately, Ben arrived to provide some backup. After that, Abigail and Chris arrived with the Time Stone in the amulet.
Bruce even tried to get Diana to stop. To come back to them and help them fight Darkseid. But despite knowing she can't trust Darkseid, she refused. She even brought in some backup to help her against Batman and his allies.
Bane, Sinestro, and Black Adam. All three villains joining Diana and prepared to fight.
"Nice company you are with," said Batman as he kept his guard up. "It's too bad none of you are going to get what you want one Darkseid gets the stones."
"We will see about that, Batman. But for now? We're just looking forward to finishing you and your little friends off for good," said Sinestro as his Yellow Lantern ring glowed.
"You all failed to do that before," said Abby as she turns to Black Adam. "In fact, didn't my friends kick your ass so badly you were removed from your throne?"
Black Adam kept his anger controlled and responds to the woman's comments. "Such arrogance, child. Your friend, Arthur was the same way. Before we left him and his father for dead. Now, we will finish you all off as well."
Abby narrowed her eyes at Adam and tightened her fists. "So, you all were responsible for killing our friend?" Abby's helmet soon covered her head and her suit begins to glow. "Then I'm going to enjoy kicking all your asses."
"We will see about that," said Diana as she turns to Christopher as she points her sword to his amulet. "The boy has the Time Stone. Take it by any means necessary!"
"Chris, go! Now!" Batman replied knowing Chris needs to get away.
Chris was about to tell Batman he's staying, but he promised Zatanna he will keep the stone safe. So, he begins flying off with Black Adam going after him. However, Ben fires a web at his face blinding him. Ben leaps over and tackles Black Adam into a building that is being built.
Diana flies off after Bruce as the two begin going at it again. All while Sinestro flies off to go after Christopher. Abby intercepts him and fires a repulsor blast at him knocking him away.
Ben leaps through the construction site as Black Adam tries to grab him or even blast him away. But Ben was too quick and managed to avoid the lightning attacks.
Black Adam grabs metal beams and pulls them to cause part of the building to come down. But Ben managed to leap out of the way and avoid the falling buildings. However, when he managed to avoid the attack as Black Adam grabs him by the throat. He slams him into a nearby metal beam and bends it as he tries to choke him.
Ben's Symbiote, Sym soon extends sharp tendrils and stabs Black Adam's hand. Black Adam yells in pain and throws Ben away before picking up a cement truck. He then throws it at Ben, but before the hero could avoid the truck stops in mid-air. Black Adam looks confused before seeing the truck thrown back at him.
Black Adam destroys it with a lighting blast, but the moment he did he is hit by an unseen force that launched him towards a nearby trailer.
Ben looked surprised, until he turns around and sees its Ezra. He appears to be wearing a black uniform, which was made by Kymera to help protect him from getting shot.
"Hey Ben, how's it going?" Ezra asked as he has two Vibranium Shield on his wrists.
"About time you showed up, Ezra," said Ben who is glad to see his friend is here. "I thought you were going to be off to fight those monsters."
"And let you have all the fun? No way," said Ezra as he sees Black Adam emerge from the trailer. "I think I made him mad though."
"Yeah you did," said Ben as he got into a fighting stance. "Ready to do this?"
Ezra nods in response. "Always."
Black Adam sees the arrival of the boy and got angry. "Another disobedient child? Is Batman so desperate that he will continue recruiting children to fight for him?"
Ezra took out a weapon from behind his belt and stares at it before turning to Black Adam. "I'm no child…" his expression turned a serious one as he activates his weapon and soon a blue colored laser blade emerged. "I am a Jedi."
Meanwhile, Abby and Sinestro fought away from the construction site and more towards an abandoned warehouse. Abby managed to avoid Sinsetro's attacks and began calculating ways to incapacitate him. She knows his powers come from that ring of his and through concentration. However, if Abby can break that concentration and get to the ring then this fight will be over.
Sinestro though hasn't been making it easy for Abby. Sinestro uses his ring to create a dragon and begins using it to attack her. Abby avoided the attack and fires shoulder missiles at him. Sinestro avoids the attack and create a spiked mallet to try crushing her.
Abby creates a shield and blocks the attack, before she fires a repulsor blast shattering through the weapon. She then goes to attack him, but Sinestro uses his ring to create restraints to trap her. Sinestro charges at her creating a blade to stab her, but Abby's chest fired a repulsor blast hitting him in the face and knocks him away. Abby breaks free and begins charging at him as she tackles him through the wall.
Abby punches him repeatedly before grabbing his left hand to get the ring off. Sinestro though blasts her away and uses more restraints to try keeping her from getting freed. Sinestro decides to avoid attacking her head on, so he goes to try stabbing her from above. However, as the blade came down, the blade shattered into pieces.
Sinestro looks on shocked that this didn't work as Abby's suit begins cutting through the chains and fires two repulsor blasts from her hands. The attacks hit Sinestro in the face as she grabs his left arm then throws him to the ground. She then comes flying down and drives her knee into his gut knocking the air out of him. She then grabs his left arm and breaks it causing him to scream in pain.
Abby grabs his left hand and pulls the ring off before crushing it. "Looks like you lose, asshole."
Abby plans to restrain him when Batman is tossed into the warehouse and landed near her. Diana soon appeared and Abby tries firing a repulsor blast at her. But Diana's shield blocks the attack and begins pushing her back. Abby pours in some more power as she tries to break through the shield, but Diana managed to deflect it away and throw her shield right between her eyes.
Abby is knocked to the ground and gets knocked for a loop. Diana took her sword and goes to stab her through the chest, but Batman throws a Batarang at her hand. Knocking the weapon away before he flies at her. Batman managed to tackle her to the ground, but Diana drives her feet into his chest to knock him off of her.
Batman landed on his feet and Diana kicks up then goes to punch him. Batman managed to avoid the punches and kicks before he punches her in the face. Diana though shrugs off the punches and managed to punch him hard in the face. She then drives her knee into his gut and then tosses him away.
Batman while being tossed away throws some flash bombs at her. Diana grabs her shield and moves it to her face to avoid the flash from blinding her. Diana throws her shield at Batman as he got on his feet. Batman managed to avoid the shield and Diana rushes over to tackle him towards the brick wall.
Diana begins punching him repeatedly and then tosses him into the air. She then flies up behind him and begins trying to choke him. Batman tries to get freed of her grip as Diana tries to snap his neck. Diana though keeps her grip around his neck and tries to kill him.
Before she can finish him off a bolt of lightning is shot down and hits the back of Diana. Diana screamed loudly and frees Batman as he moves away from her. Diana looks up and sees a woman flying towards her. The woman is revealed to be Ashley as she flies towards Diana and punches her square in the face knocking her towards to the ground.
"I've been waiting six long years for that. So, take that you bitch!" said Ashley who felt satisfied for finally punching the woman who killed her grandparents.
Batman looked on surprised with what just happened. Not that another heroine arrived to help fight against Diana, but that this woman has the same powers as Shazam. He knew this because of her costume and how it was like his old one. Before he became Superman's lackey.
"Who are you? Where did you come from?" Batman asked as he goes close to the young heroine.
Ashley turns around and begins freaking out when she saw its Batman. She looks away and tries her best to hide her excitement and giddiness. She couldn't believe she is meeting her hero, Batman. This was exciting.
"Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh," she whispered to herself. "It's Batman. This is so freaking cool. Okay, play it cool, Ash. You have once chance at making a good first impression."
She clears her throat and turns towards Batman. "Who am I? I'll tell you who I am. I am…"
Suddenly a crate hits Ashley and knocks her into the air. Batman looks down and sees Diana flying back towards him with her sword. Batman caught the blade as Diana tries to push forward to stab him. Batman pulls the weapon forward, moves out of the way, and drives his right elbow down on her arms.
Diana yells in pain but drives her head to the side of his face and then throws him towards the ground. Ashley comes flying back and punches Diana repeatedly in face. But Diana caught the last punch and punches Ashley in the face and then kicks her towards the ground. Ashley crashes through the warehouse and to the outside.
Ashley groans loudly and begins getting up slowly. "Okay…Izzy and I never trained for that."
Diana lands on the ground and stood near the newcomer. "I see the wizard picked another child to pretend to be a hero. I would have figured after what happened to the last child the wizard would have stopped."
Ashley begins getting angry and stood into a fighting stance. "I don't know much about the last guy who took over, but I don't care. I came here to kick your ass and make you pay for what you did."
"And tell me child," Diana got into a fighting stance. "What exactly did I do to you?"
"You killed my family!" Ashley shouted as she begins summoning a powerful lighting strike at Diana.
Diana blocks it with her shield as the force of the blast knocks her against the wall of the warehouse. Ashley flies towards her as Diana swings her sword. Ashley ducks and throws a punch, but Diana avoids the hit and drives her knee into Ashley's gut and throws her away. Diana then goes to stab her, but Ashely avoids the blade then grabs it before sending electricity through it to shock Diana.
This worked and caused Diana to pull away from her weapon. Ashley rushes over and begins hitting her with a couple of jabs to the face. She ducks and avoids Diana's punches and then jabs at her face again. Ashley is lucky Izzy's uncle was a former fighter, so he taught her some moves.
Diana swings her shield to hit her, but Ashley caught it and kicks Diana away. Ashley then hits Diana in the face with the shield and fires another lightning attack knocking her opponent towards a bulldozer. Ashley then charges at her opponent, but Diana caught her fist and then grabs Ashley before slamming her face against the vehicle.
Diana then begins trying to choke her to try and kill her. However, Batman and Abby wrap two metal cables around her then pull her off of Ashley. Diana tries to break free, but the cables were made to restrain metahumans like her. Diana struggles to break free as Ashley begins to recover.
She turns towards Diana and begins summoning a powerful lightning blast from above. Batman and Abby let go of the cable as Ashley brings the blast down. It hits Diana causing her to scream in pain before passing out from the attack. Ashley begins panting softly as she falls to her knees exhausted from the fight…her first major one ever.
Abby rushes over to see if Diana is alive and sees she is. But unconscious. "Looks like it worked," she turns towards the newcomer and is impressed. "Nicely done. What's your name?"
"M-my name?" Ashley looks over to Batman as he walks over to her. "C-can't tell you that. I-if I do then…"
"You'll return to normal. I know and its okay. You don't need to tell us who you are," said Batman as he begins contacting a ride to lock Diana away. "You did good kid. Now, stay here with Abigail. I'll go check on the others."
"No complaints from me," said Abby who feels she should stick around, while she looks for Sinestro and wondering if the others are almost done with their fight.
Meanwhile, earlier in the fight when everyone began going at it, Bane saw Christopher escaping. Bane knew they had to capture the boy, so he began chasing him. The boy flew off with the help of his cloak, but Bane activated his Venom serum. However, this one was different than the one from before.
This increased not just his strength, but speed as well. Allowing him to catch up to Christopher. Chris saw Bane coming after him and didn't see a problem fighting him since he read up his file. He's only powerful because of the serum, so without it he's not a threat.
Chris stops as Bane leaps up at him. Chris uses his magic to create some chains to grab Bane in mid-air and keep him from breaking free. Bane tries to break free, but Chris keeps him in place. Chris was about to take off when he gets attacked by three Parademons.
Chris managed to knock them off of him as the Parademons begin trying to attack him. Chris creates a barrier to keep himself safe, but they were breaking through. So, he begins chanting a small incantation before the barrier is shattered. He uses the shattered remains to fire off into the bodies of the Parademons and kill them.
Once they are dead, Bane appears and kicks him in the face knocking him towards a nearby car. Bane grabs the two sides of the car then begins bending it to keep Chris from using his hands for his magic. He then placed a hand on his mouth to keep him from chanting a spell, before going for the amulet. He grabs it, but it begins burning his hand causing Bane to let go.
"A simple spell, but quite unbreakable," Chris explained with a cocky smile.
"Then I will break you!" Bane lifts the vehicle up with Chris still trapped.
Chris's cloak though removes itself from him and wraps around Bane's face causing him to drop the vehicle. Bane begins trying to pull off the cloak, while Chris manages to chant a spell to free himself. Bane manages to begin removing the cloak from his face, but only because the cloak did it on its own. Allowing Chris to use his magic to grab the metal beam and wrap it around Bane keeping him from breaking free.
Chris has his cloak wrap around him and smiles. "So much for breaking me."
Bane however, surprised Ben as he begins breaking free of the beam thanks to the serum. Chris backs away a little and sees how strong the guy is.
"Okay, so you are a lot stronger than I thought you'd be," said Chris as he backs away as Bane got completely free then swings the beam at him.
Chris slashes it in half with his magic forming a fan weapon to cut it in half. He then uses his magic to create multiple restrains to keep Bane from getting freed. Bane struggled to get freed as he tries to get out of the restrains. But Chris knows he can't waste any time on this.
So, he has his cape grab the tube to pull it off. But it caused electricity to shock the cape and knock it away. Chris looked surprised by this and soon sees Bane beginning to break free of the restrains. Bane gets freed and grabs a nearby truck before tossing it at the boy.
Chris uses his Sling Ring to create a portal as the truck goes through it. He then creates another portal over Bane as the truck falls on him. Bane however, caught it and tosses it away. Bane begins charging at Chris getting ready to finish him off, but the cape came back and wraps around his head again blinding him.
Chris saw his chance and begins using his Sling Ring to make another portal. Bane falls through it and lands on Mt. Everest. The cape removes itself from Bane and goes back to Chris. Chris then closes the portal just before Bane can jump back through it.
Chris sighed in relief that he took care of him. "That's one less villain to deal with. Now, to head back home."
Chris prepares to take off when he is attacked from behind. A cable bola wrapped around Chris causing electricity to shock through his body. Chris falls to his knees screaming in pain. He falls to the ground before passing out.
The cloak tried to get freed, but it couldn't get freed thanks to the cable. A woman soon walks by wearing a cloak and stood by with other cloaked figures.
"Take him to the ship and inform the others," said the cloaked woman as the other cloaked figures rush to grab the boy then take him towards the ship. "Have we found the location of the other stone?" the woman asked one of her cloaked followers.
The cloaked figure nods in response. "They are in Paris. Shall we go get them?"
The woman nods in response. "Inform my son and tell him to meet us there. But he is not to make a move until we arrive."
Meanwhile
Ben and Ezra continued their fight against Black Adam as they avoid his attacks. Ezra uses his lightsaber to block the electric attack, while Ben fires web projectiles at Black Adam to catch him. However, Black Adam managed to free himself of the web and charges at the heroes to attack them. Ezra uses the Force to stop him from moving and allow Ben to fire two webs to his shoulders.
Ben pulls on the webs and launched himself towards Black Adam to attack him in the face. But Black Adam caught him and throws him away before firing another electrical attack at Ezra. Ezra leaps out of the way and uses his speed to avoid the attack, as Black Adam flies to attack him. Ezra gets cornered and Black Adam goes to punch him.
But Ezra avoids the punch and uses his lightsaber to cut his right arm off. Black Adam yells in pain before firing a lightning attack at Ezra. Ezra uses his two shields to block the attacks. It worked, but it launched him towards the ground.
Black Adam rushes over to kill the boy, but Ben returned and kicks him right in the face. Ben pushes him into a nearby wall before he begins punching him repeatedly. Black Adam kicks the boy away, but Ben throws a flash bomb at him blinding him. This allowed Ben and Ezra to rush over to kicking him right in the face knocking him through the wall taking him down.
Ben and Ezra see Black Adam appears out of it. This is good since they will now need to restrain him.
"All right. Let's tie him up and let's go find Chris," said Ben as they prepared to tie up Black Adam.
Ezra sensed a disturbance and looks over to see a ship taking off. He then senses Chris' presence and knows he's in there.
"They got Chris!" Ezra begins taking off to try stopping the ship.
Ben sees this and begins rushing after his friend. The two see the ship beginning to take off, but they managed to catch up to it just as it was taking off. Ben grabs Ezra and throws him on to the ship, before he leaps up and latches on it. The two begin contacting Batman as the ship begins flying towards another larger ship, which appeared out of nowhere in the sky.
"Batman, Abby, they got Chris," Ben explains what is going on. "We're on a ship, which is heading towards another ship in the air. We need help!"
Ezra tried using his lightsaber, but suddenly the ship begins taking off fast as the two hold on tight.
"Shit, that's not good," said Abby knowing she can't take off and leave the new kid alone with Diana. "Jocasta, send Ben backup…now!"
"Understood," said Jocasta through Abby's helmet as the AI begins activating the backup Abby is referring to as it is launched from the office towards the spider hero.
Batman flies up towards the ship and sees where it is going. He begins boosting up his speed to try catching up, while seeing Raven flying towards him.
"Where's Ben?" Raven asked.
"On the ship," said Batman as he gets a good look at where they are at. "Get ready to stop the ship."
Raven nods as she tries catching up, while using her magic to stop the ship from escaping. Just then a small pod flew past them both, with Raven looking on wondering what the hell that was.
The small ship soon begins getting closer to the bigger ship and begins sending electricity to try knocking the two heroes off. Ben and Ezra scream in pain, but Sym latches on to the bigger ship then pulls them both on it. The two land on the ship, but as they did something hits Ben from behind. It appears to be a new iron suit that Abby made for him.
It is a red armored Iron Spider suit with a gold spider symbol on the chest. Ben feels this as Sym begins merging with the suit. Ben looks at the new suit and is surprised with how it looks. Ben is surprised by this and seems to like the new suit.
"Whoa, this is amazing," said Ben before noticing they are getting higher into the air. "Ezra, we need to get inside."
Ezra nods in response and begins using his lightsaber to cut into the ship to help him get inside with Ben. Batman and Raven see the ship is too big for them to bring it down. So, they both decide to go inside. They see where the others went into and follow them in just as the hole that Ezra made.
Once inside, Raven hugs Ben and is glad to see he is okay. "Don't do that again, okay?"
Ben nods in response and hugs her back. "Bruce, they took Chris. He's in the ship. We need to find him soon before…" Suddenly the ship was now leaving the planet and was taking off into the stars. "Before we take off."
Before they lose contact, Batman passes on everything to Abigail. "Abigail, it looks like we're going to have to find another way back. Contact the world leaders and have them go into red level-omega. We need to have the world be ready in case Darkseid's minions fail to find the Mind Stone. Once you find it…destroy it by any means necessary."
Batman then stops and remembers about Selina. "And tell Selina…I'm going to be late for dinner tonight. Batman…out…" soon all he heard was static, but he figured Abby got the transmission. He turns to the others knowing they are on their own. "Let's go find your friend."
New Gotham
Meanwhile, down below, Abigail received the last of the message from Bruce and sighed. She knows this isn't good at all. This is becoming too much like what happened with her father and the Avengers. She is not going to let that happen…not again.
She sighed and begins contacting the others. "All right, everyone. Listen up. Batman is going to do all he can to keep the Time Stone from falling into Darkseid's hands. The first thing we need to do is find Cyborg and get him to safety before they find the Mind Stone."
She then informs them they need to let the governments of the world what is going on and get them ready. She knows this is just the beginning, but now that they have Diana, they should get some information to know who else is working with Darkseid. She even begins working to find Ben and the others. She placed a tracker on Ben's suit, so they'll be able to find him no matter how far he has gone.
"We're on the clock people. So, let's get to work," said Abby as she turns to Ashley who was just standing by looking like she's waiting for something. "So, Shazam right? The same hero name, which the other guy had. When you say your name, you turn back to your original form. Correct?"
Ashley couldn't believe it. First Batman and now the Iron Heart? This is amazing! Ashley was so excited.
Not only did she meet Batman, but now she is talking to Iron Heart, the leader of the Avengers. A group of interdimensional heroes that came to help their world. This is the best day of her life. She kept her cool and tried talking as best she could properly without sounding nervous.
Ashley nods in response. "Y-yes ma'am. So, um…i-is everything okay?" okay, a little nervous, but hopefully she won't think less of her.
Abby sighed softly and knew this was going to be difficult to explain to a newbie, but right now they need all the help they can get. "Short version. There's an evil god monster that wants to take over the universe and needs to get all six of these magic stones to do so. It's up to us to stop him before it's too late…you understand?"
Even in short details, Ashley was still surprised to hear this. Magical stones, an evil god monster, and universal dominance. This is not what her and Izzy have been working on together. But if she is serious about this and due to her duties, that were given to her by the wizard…shouldn't be get involved.
"L-listen. I know I'm new to all of this and I'm sure you will tell me to stay out of this, but I want to help. Please, this is my world too and it's my duty to protect it," said Ashley hoping that the iron heroine will let her join in.
Abby would normally tell these rookies to stay out of this and let the professionals handle this. But she isn't wrong. There is more on the line and they are going to need everyone's help for this. She seems like she knows what she is doing but might need a little bit more training.
Other than that, she figures she deserves a chance. So, she walks up to the girl then placed her right hand on both her shoulders like she is knighting her.
"All right. Congratulations kid, you're an Avenger. Come on, let's go," said Abby as she walks past the girl and goes to grab Diana and decides it's time to call for some backup. "Looks like it's time to call in James and get him involved."
Ashley just stood there smiling and could feel so much joy going through her body. She's an Avenger? She's on the same team as Iron Heart? This is incredible!
She wanted to fly around in joy and scream. But she kept calm and was doing all she can to not embarrass herself. She cleared her throat and begins following Iron Heart. All while looking forward to joining her in the fight to save the universe!
Meanwhile, Abby sighed as she begins contacting her father and Jason to let them what is going on. And hopefully they'll be able to stop Darkseid before he gets his hands on the stones. Otherwise, all those who have died, their deaths will be for nothing. Arthur, I wish you were here since I know you would love to kick Darkseid's ass.
Well, looks like things still went somewhat the same. Also, yeah, I brought in a new Shazam. I would call her Captain Marvel…but that name has been taken. But yeah, I'll leave her info down below, so you all know what is going on. The lightsaber Ezra used, yeah that will also be explained later on in the story.
For right now, the heroes need to hurry and try to find Cyborg before Darkseid gets the Mind Stone. Will they be able to stop Darkseid and his allies? How many more allies does he have? How many were happy that I kept Scorpion and Sub-Zero in the story?
Think they go too far in how they kill their enemies? If you say yes, then clearly you haven't played Mortal Kombat. Those people go far with how they kill their opponents. But still, will they make sure Darkseid doesn't get the stones?

Bio: Ashley was an orphan child from the DC Injustice Universe. When she was four years old she lost her parents when the Joker's bomb went off killing millions in Metropolis. She only survived because she was outside the city when it happened. She went to live with her grandparents, who were killed by Wonder Woman when they protested against her killing a young hero.
Ashley ended up hating Wonder Woman and Superman for what they have done. But she didn't want revenge to kill them. She wanted to bring them in to justice so they can pay for their sins. After Billy Batson was killed by Superman, the wizard Shazam found a successor to take the power.
Ashley was given the power and now is the new Captain Marvel or rather Shazam. Going around helping people and vowing to bring Wonder Woman in for her crimes.
