Chapter 5:

Draco tried running after Hermione after the spell released him but she had made sure to place a series of spells on the door to the Head Room. As soon as he finished working on the last spell, he rushed into the common room to find it completely dark. He focused on his mind to see if he had access to her but nothing.

"Granger." He hissed, moving closer to her room. He tried turning the handle but found it to be locked. He growled and tried a spell to pick it but suddenly he was thrown backwards against the wall.

"Idiot." He heard Hermione laugh from past her door as he got slowly back to his feet. He moved closer again and tried another spell but it made the same result. He growled at the sound of his love laughing at his pain of being thrown across the room.

"Granger, come out here and talk to me." He hissed, now next to the door but he didn't try another spell.

"Goodnight Malfoy." Granger said and blew out the candle that was nearest to the door.

Hermione woke up extra early the next morning, she rushed to collect her things as quietly as possible so as not to alert Draco that she was awake. She pressed her ear to the door and listened for about 5 minutes before deciding that it was safe enough to exit. As she opened the door and walked out, two hands wrapped around her waist and spun her around to pin her against the wall next to her door. Her books fell to the floor and before she could yell, one of his hands pinned her hands above her head while his other hand covered her mouth.

"Fucking finally, Granger." He hissed, his mouth pressed against her ear as he breathed in her sweet scent. When he pulled his head back to look into her eyes, she saw that his eyes were just full of darkness. He slowly pulled his hand away from her but before she could say something, his mouth pressed against her mouth and his tongue started exploring her mouth. He bit and pulled at her lips, she gasped at the feeling of the anger that he was putting into this kiss. His free hand ran down her side until he reached the hem of her skirt. She tried to push him away with her body but he just pressed back and placed his thigh between her legs as he continued the attack on her lips. His fingers started slowly exploring under her skirts, dancing along the inside of her thigh. Hermione fought every muscle in her body to not grind down on his thigh even though it had been so long since she had felt anything down there.

"You know I can read your thoughts right now." Draco whispered against her lips, his fingers slowly closer and closer to the edge of her panties. He released her hands to move his fingers through her hair but then his head suddenly whipped to the left as her fist connected with his jaw. He was shocked enough to move back a little bit so that she could slip away from him and the wall.

"Bloody hell, what the fuck Granger?" He yelled as he moved his jaw around to make sure it wasn't broken. He turned to see her rushing out the door, leaving her books behind in the process.

"Woah, who is chasing you?" Hermione suddenly slammed into someone's arms as she was turned to see if Draco was following her. She turned back around to see Blaise looking down at her, his hands holding her shoulders in place.

"What? Oh nothing." She whispered, stepping back to fix her hair and straightening her robs. Blaise looked at her with a caring, interested look before she turned to go into the dining hall for breakfast. She turned back to look and saw that Blaise was still looking at her, a small smile on his face as he winked at her.

Excuse me while I throw up.

Hermione rolled her eyes as Draco entered her mind.

You know we still need to finish what happened this morning.

Do you mean attacking me outside my room? No thank you.

From what I could read in your mind, you were enjoying yourself. His low growl filled her mind as Hermione slid onto the bench next to Ginny. She started practicing spells in her head until she no longer could hear him.

"Did you hear the news?" Ginny turned to her excitedly as she prepared a cup of tea.

"No?"

"Dumbledore said that we can have our first Homecoming Dance! He has been really into American movies and said that they looked exciting!" She squealed, making other girls at the table squeal as well.

"Sounds like fun! When is it?" Hermione asked, trying to distract herself as she felt someone watching her from a distance. She knew it was him.

"In a month! Do you want to go dress shopping this weekend? Harry said I could get any dress I want, his treat." Ginny said, Hermione could already see the wheels in her mind turning at what dress they would wear.

"You left these behind, love." Hermione felt a hand on her back as her books appeared next to her. Draco leaned down and pressed his mouth net to her ear, ignoring Ginny's mouth gaping open in shock.

"We aren't done." He hissed before moving through the crowd to the Slytherin table. Hermione felt shivers down her spine as she watched him walk away.

"What…..was…..that….?" Ginny said, pausing after every word. She could not believe what she had just seen.

"He was...ummm...just bringing my books…." Hermione tried to lie, obviously it did not work because Ginny gripped her arm.

"You are a horrible liar. Try again."

"I honestly don't know. Draco has been acting so weird since we started being Head Boy and Girl together. He is kinda of obsessed with me." Hermione said, finally feeling a weight off her chest as she was finally able to tell someone.

"So is that why he hasn't stopped staring at you since he walked away?" Ginny whispered, her eyes hinting over towards the Slytherin side. Hermione looked over and sure enough, he was leaning against the wall again, a mug in his hand as someone talked to him. His eyes locked on hers and he gave her a dark smile.

"Oh my god, don't look now but Blaise is walking over here." Ginny hissed, looking over Hermione's shoulder.

"Granger, can I talk to you?" Blaise asked, making Herimone spin around on the bench. She was confused on what had gotten into all the boys this morning.

"Walk with me to class and we can talk on the way." She said, standing up and grabbing her books. She tried to ignore Draco's angry stare across the room as Blaise placed a hand on her lower back to guide her through the crowds that were headed off to class. Draco pushed himself off the wall and started following them. He growled when he realized that he still didn't have access to her mind.

"Did you hear about the dance?" Blaise asked as they walked through the halls. She nodded, still trying to focus on practicing spells in her mind so Draco could not see into her mind.

"Would you like to go with me?" Hermione froze at the question and slowly looked at him.

"What?"

"Would you like to be my date to the Homecoming Dance?" He asked, his hands in his pockets as he waited for an answer. She was filled with shock and did not realize that she had opened her mind to Draco.

Say no.

And why is that?

Because you belong to me.

No, I don't.

It is cute that you still think that.

Blaise cleared his throat, still waiting for a response. Hermione shook her head and looked at him. "Why me?" She asked, suddenly feeling extremely embarrassed and self aware while Bliase chuckled and relaxed a little bit.

"Cause I like you?" He said sheepishly.

"Is it ok if I think about it for a little bit?" Hermione asked, trying to ignore the flash of sadness that went through his eyes when she did not give him the answer that he wanted.

That's my girl

"Nevermind, I want to go with you." Herimone said, ignoring the loud growl of anger and darkness that filled her mind. Blaise looked up from his feet and grinned.

"I am most excited to take you but we should get to know each other better. How does a coffee date sound?"

"Sounds great. I am free after potions class today." Blaise picked up her hand and kissed it softly before walking away.

You are going to regret that

Are you threatening me?

"Yes." Suddenly Hermione was jerked into an empty classroom, Draco slammed her back against the now closed and locked door. "What are you not understanding? You. Are. Mine." He growled, one arm wrapped around her waist so she was moved to be pinned to him as the other hand gripped the back of her neck. When she looked in his eyes, it was just darkness.

"Let me go." She hissed, trying to move away but his mouth lunged and firmly kissed her. His teeth bit and pulled her lips, making her gasp so that his tongue could explore her mouth. She let out a soft moan and he smirked against her lips before moving down her throat. Her eyes rolled back slightly, Ron never kissed her like this. She loved the way that she felt when Draco kissed her, just pure sexual aggressive tension.

"I can hear you." He whispered, his hand that was gripping her neck moved down to her breast as he palmed one of them through her shirt. Her back arched at the touch, wanting more as her hands moved up to pull his hair. He growled at the feeling of her hands in his hair and moved his mouth down her neck to the top of her breasts. His teeth sucked at the skin, marking the top of her breasts with two dark marks. He grinned at his work before moving to his knees as he pulled up her shirt. She moaned even louder as he placed kisses up and down her stomach and along her hips.

"Malfoy." She moaned, her hand gripping his hair tighter. He looked up at her and bit her hip, hard. She yelped and looked down at him.

"You need to call me Draco, love." He whispered, moving back up to her lips again.

"Draco." She whispered. If they weren't in a classroom, he would have taken her right then and there. Just hearing her say his name was enough to almost make him cum. Just before he kissed her again, there was a yell from outside the classroom.
