Maddison walked into the console room from the TARDIS as she saw Amy pacing around, then she told to Amy. "What's wrong?"
Amy jumped a little as she stopped pacing. Then she turned to look at Maddison. "There is nothing wrong. Why would be anything wrong?"
"Well, you ask me with your pacing." Maddison looked at her.
Amy went through her hair. "I kissed the Doctor."
"What?!" Maddison asked in shock.
"I kissed the Doctor." Amy repeated.
"I know, I heard you the first time, but why would you kiss the Doctor? I thought you love Rory?" Maddison asked confused.
"I do love Rory, I don't know what came over me." Amy looked at her.
"So, you just kissed the Doctor, because you don't know what happened with you." Maddison pointed it out. "I think you were frightened, we were all frightened and you kissed the Doctor, because you were frightened."
"You are not making any sense." Amy looked at her.
"I was just pointing out that you were frightened." Maddison told her.
Amy nodded to her. "Okay, I understand now." She lied to her.
Maddison didn't get her laying, so she just said to her. "Okay, fine that you understand now."
Just then the Doctor came back with Rory. They walked to the console as then the Doctor walked under the console and started working. "Oh! The life out there, it dazzles. I mean, it blinds you to the things that are important. I've seen it devour relationships and plans." There were small sparks and that casted a small explosion. "It's meant to do that." The Doctor looked up. "Because for one person to have seen all that, to taste the glory and then go back, it WILL tear you apart." He paused. "So I'm sending you somewhere. Together."
"Whoa! What, like a date?" Amy asked to him.
"Anywhere you want, any time you want." The Doctor walked upstairs. "One condition it has to be amazing. The Moulin Rouge in 1890! The first Olympic Games! Think of it as a wedding present, because it's either this or tokens. It's a lot to take in, isn't it? Tiny box, huge room inside." Then he noticed that Rory is staring at him. "What's that about? Let me explain."
"It's another dimension." Rory said quickly.
"It's basically another dimen…" The Doctor looked at him. "What?"
"After Prisoner Zero, I've been reading up on all the latest scientific theories." Rory replied while he looked at him. "FTL travel, parallel universes."
"I like the bit when someone says, "It's bigger on the inside!" I always look forward to that." He walked forwards to him.
"So, this date. I'm kind of done with running down corridors." Amy walked to Rory. "What do you think, Rory?"
"How about somewhere romantic?" The Doctor asked them as he glanced at Maddison, then he pulled the lever.
~00~
They have landed as the Doctor opened the TARDIS doors and they stepped out while he spread his arms wide. "Venice! Venezia! La Serenissima! Impossible city. Preposterous city! Founded by refugees running from Attila the Hun. It was just a collection of little wooden huts in the marsh, but became one of the most powerful cities in the world. Constantly being invaded, constantly flooding constantly… Just beautiful!" They walked around as the Doctor explained. "Oh, you gotta love Venice. And so many people did. Byron, Napoleon, Casanova. Oooh, that reminds me." He checked his watch. "1580. That's all right. Casanova doesn't get born for 145 years. Don't want to run into him. I owe him a chicken."
"You owe Casanova a chicken?" Rory asked in disbelief.
"Long story. We had a bet." The Doctor replied to him.
Suddenly they were stopped by the official gates as a man cried out. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! Papers, if you please. Proof of residency, current bill of medical inspection."
"There you go, fella." The Doctor held up the psychic paper. "All to your satisfaction, I think you'll find."
The man snatched the paper from the Doctor as he read it. Then he looked at him. "I am so sorry, you're Holiness. I didn't realize."
"No worries. You were just doing your job." The Doctor looked at him. "Sorry, what exactly is your job?"
"Checking for aliens." The man replied to him. "Visitors from foreign lands what might bring the plague with them."
"Oh, that's nice! See where you bring me? The plague!" Amy snapped to the Doctor.
"Don't worry, Viscountess." The man reassured her. "No, we're under quarantine here, no-one comes in, no-one goes out, and all because of the grace and wisdom of our patron, Signora Rosanna Calvierri."
"I heard the plague died out years ago." Maddison told to the man, she knew much about her history.
"Not out there, your majesty." The man looked at her. "No, Signora Calvierri has seen it with her own eyes. Streets are piled high with bodies, she said."
"Did she, now?" The Doctor muttered.
Rory grabbed the psychic paper back from the man as he read out loud. "Oi! According to this, I am your eunuch!" He looked at Amy.
"Oh, yeah, I'll explain later." Amy waved it off.
They walked further as then they hear whispering all around them. "It's the Calvierri girls."
They looked at the scene until Amy asked. "What was that about?" She looked at Doctor but he wasn't there as she didn't see Maddison either. "I hate it when they do that!"
~00~
The Doctor just grabbed Maddison hand and pulled me along with him. They were out of reach from the others as Maddison frowned and looked at the Doctor. "Why did you pull me along?" She asked to the Doctor while they were walking and followed the man.
"Because, Maddie, Amy and Rory are on their date and we don't want to interrupt them." He explained.
"And why are we following the man from that big house, who is worried about his daughter." She said with a frown.
"Well, as you said, he is worried about his daughter. And we gonna ask him some questions." The Doctor said as they were closer to the man.
"Well then, we are close, so ask." Maddison whispered to the Doctor as he nodded.
"Who were those girls?" The Doctor asked to the man.
"I thought everyone knew about the Calvierri School." The man looked at them.
"Our first day here." Maddison told to him.
"Parents do all sorts of things to get their children into good schools. They move house, they change religion." The Doctor looked at the man. "So, why are you trying to get her out?"
"Something happens in there. Something magical, something evil." The man replied to him. "My own daughter didn't recognize me. And the girl who pushed me away, her face like an animal."
"I think it's time I met this Signora Calvierri." The Doctor told to him as he put an arm around the man.

Their new friend, Guido approached the guards and started shouting. "You have my daughter. Isabella!"
The Doctor and Maddison were make their way past their line of sight while Guido distract the guards.
"You're not coming in, stop there! We've told you…"
"You have my daughter. Isabella! I demand you let me see my daughter. Isabella! It's me! It's your father."
"I'll arrest you…" One of guards said as they make their way to the side gate as then the Doctor pullet out his pocket, his sonic screwdriver and soniced the gate.
The last what they heard was "Isabella!" From Guido as they were going inside the school. They make their way down the stairs to the lower part of the school, then they came into a room with three doors. The Doctor spins around before he sees a mirror on the wall, then he walked closer to it. "Hello, handsome." He said to the mirror as Maddison burred her hands in her face as then she looked up again and she sighed to the Doctor.
"Who are you?" A number of voices asked at once.
The Doctor looked at the creepy girls as then he pulled Maddison behind him. "How are you doing that? I am loving it. You're like Houdini, only five scary girls, only he was shorter. WILL BE shorter. I'm rambling."
The girls asked in unison once more. "I'll ask you again, signor, signora. Who are you?"
The Doctor pulled out a paper. He held it for the girls up. "Why don't you check THIS out?" The girls looked confused at the paper. Then he looked at the paper himself "Library card." He snapped it shut. "Of course, it's with…" He mimed a large, pointed nose. "He's… I need the spare." He sighed as then he looked back at the girls. "Pale, creepy girls who don't like sunlight and can't be seen in. Am I thinking what I think I'm thinking? But the city. Why shut down the city? Unless…"
They girls interrupted him as they said together. "Leave now, signor, signora. Or we shall call for the steward if you are lucky." The girls came to them, hissing with their fangs.
"Ooh! Tell us the whole plan." The Doctor let Maddison to the stairs. "One day that'll work." He looked at them. Maddison just looked at the girls afraid. "Listen, we would love to stay here. This whole thing… I'm thrilled. Oh, this is Christmas!" Then they run up the stairs and went outside.
Just then they ran into Amy. "Doctor!" She shouted at them. "Maddison!"
"We just met some vampires!" The Doctor said as the same time Amy said. "We just saw a vampire!"
They talked both at the same time, happily. Only what Maddison can make out is, from the Doctor as he last said. "And creepy girls and everything."
"Vampires!" Amy cried happily as both of them began to jump excitedly, Maddison just looked at them happily.
Then Rory came finally to them as he said out of breath. "We think we just saw a vampire."
"Yeah, yeah, I know. Amy was just telling me." The Doctor told to him, excited.
"Yeah! The Doctor and Maddie actually went to their house." Amy added as she side hugged the Doctor.
"Oh. Right. Well…" Rory muttered awkwardly.
"Okay." The Doctor pushed Amy of him. He tapped Rory's nose as he continued. "So first we need to get back in there somehow."
"What?!" Rory looked shocked.
"How do we do that?" Amy asked excitedly.
"Back in where?!" Rory looked confused, nobody wouldn't answer him.
"Come and meet my new friend." The Doctor said as he grabbed Maddison's hand and they were making their way to Guido's house.
~00~
They sat in Guido's house that night, they stared at a map that was placed on the table. The Doctor, Amy and Maddison were standing by the table as Rory sat on some barrels in the back of the room.
"As you saw, there's no clear way in." Guido told them as he pointed on the map. "The House of Calvierri is like a fortress. But there's a tunnel underneath it, with a ladder and shaft that leads up into the house. I tried to get in once myself, but I hit a trapdoor."
"You need someone on the inside." Amy said with a smirk.
"No." The Doctor told to her without looking up.
Just then Maddison heard also a no, but that was in her mind. She looked at the Doctor. "Did you just say something?"
The Doctor looked up. "Yes, I said no."
"Huh?!" Maddison looked even more confused.
Just then Amy told to the Doctor. "You don't know what I was going to say!"
"We pretend you're an applicant for the school to get you inside and tonight you come down and open the trapdoor to let us in."
"Oh." Amy scoffed. "So you know what I was going to say!"
"And you heard it in my mind." Maddison looked at the Doctor. "How?"
"Our connection is getting stronger." The Doctor replied to her as the others looked at them as they were insane.
"Are you insane?" Rory looked at Amy.
"We don't have another option." Amy looked back at him.
"He said no, Amy." Rory was scolding her like a small child. "Listen to him."
"There is another option." Guido pointed at the barrels. "I work at the Arsenale. We build the warships for the navy."
The Doctor walked towards, were Rory sat. "Gunpowder. Most people just nick stationery from where they work. Look, I have a thing about guns and huge quantities of explosive."
"What do you suggest, then?" Guido asked as then he turned away and poked the fire angrily. "We wait until they turn her into an animal?"
"I'll be there three, four hour's tops." Amy began slowly.
"And I will be beside her." Maddison added. "Helping her."
"No, no, no, no, no, no. It can't keep happening like this. This is how they go. But I have to know." The Doctor sighed. "We all go together. Say you're my daughters."
"What?! Don't listen to him!" Rory looked at Amy.
"Your daughters?" Amy looked in disbelieve. "You look about nine."
"Brother, then." The Doctor suggested.
"Too weird." Amy said jokingly. "Fiancé."
"I'm not having him run around telling people he's your fiancée!" Rory snapped as he walked toward her.
"No. No, you're right." Amy looked at him.
"Thank you." Rory muttered.
"I mean, they've already seen the Doctor." Amy told to him, happily. Then she looked Maddison. "They have also seen you, Maddie."
"I was standing behind the Doctor, they were more focusing on him, not me." Maddison told her. Then Amy nodded to her.
"You should do it." She makes his hair look strange as the Doctor chuckled under his breath.
"Me?" Rory asked in disbelief.
"Yeah! You can be my brother." Amy told to him.
"Why is him being your brother weird, but with me, it's Okay?" Rory looked at her.
"Actually, I thought you WERE her fiancé." Guido pointed it out.
"Yeah, that's not helping." The Doctor looked at him.
"This whole thing is mental!" Rory looked at them in disbelief. "They're VAMPIRES, for God's sake."
"We hope." The Doctor replied flatly.
"So if they're not vampires?" Amy trailed off.
"Makes you wonder what could be so bad it doesn't actually mind us thinking it's a vampire?" The Doctor asked to them.
~00~
Amy and Maddison could lend to dresses from Guido, when they had themselves dressed then the Doctor had come to Maddison to tell her that if she and Amy were in trouble that she called out to him in his mind. She agreed to him that she will do it.
Now they were standing in the throne room from Signora Calvierri. Rory's acting skills were terrible as he talked to them. "So, basically, both of our parents are dead from getting the plague. I'm a gondola… driver so money's a bit tight so having my… sisters go to your school for special people would be brilliant. Cheers."
The young man was standing beside Signora Calvierri as he had an interest in Amy. "Have we met?"
"I've just got one of those faces." Rory told to the young man.
"I wasn't talking to you." He pointed at him as then he walked to Amy.
The young man began to circle Amy then Rory told to him. "She's got the same face which is because she's my sister!"
"Carlo, explain yourself." Signora Calvierri glanced at Rory. "Why have you brought me this imbecile?"
"Signora, they have references from his majesty the King of Sweden." Carlo replied to her.
"What?! Let me see." Signora Calvierri told to Rory as then he walked forwards and gave the psychic paper to her. "Well, now I can see what got my steward so excited." Then she asked to the young man. "What say you, Francesco?" Then she gave the paper back to Rory. "Do you like them?"
"Oh, I do, Mother. I do." The young man, Francesco replied to her.
"Then we would be delighted to accept them." Signora Calvierri looked at Rory. "Say goodbye to your sisters."
"Tell… Uncle Doctor we'll see you both pretty soon, Okay?" Amy told to Rory, who was let out of the room. "We'll be fine."
Francesco approached behind Amy and Maddie, his teeth bared. "Amy!" Rory called towards the girls, seeing it. "Maddie!"
Then Rory was out of the room as the girls were let to a room, where all the girls were sleeping. When they arrived Carlo told to the girls. "There are clothes on the beds. Get changed and wait here."
"Blimey." Amy looked around the room. "This is private education, then?"
"Hey. Hello. I'm Amy." Amy told to the girl that was sitting on a bed.
"And I'm Maddie." Maddison looked to the girl. "What's your name?"
"Isabella." She replied to her.
"Beautiful name, you have." Maddison told her kindly.
Then others leave the room, only Maddison, Amy and Isabella were now in the room. Then Amy rushed over to Isabella as she sat by her bed. "Listen, we're going to get you out of here, but I need you to tell me what's going on. What is this place? What are they doing?"
"They, um they come at night. They gather around my bed and they take me to a room with this green light and a chair with… with straps, as if for a surgeon." Isabella replied to her.
Maddison walked forwards to them. "What happens in there?"
"I wake up here." Isabella struggled. "And the sunlight burns my skin like candle wax."
~00~
Amy and Maddison snuck down the stairs, heading for the courtyard where the trapdoor would be, they were dressed in white gowns. As they were walking in the hallways, Amy asked to Maddison. "What does it mean to be connected?" Amy glanced at Maddison. "We all heard it."
Maddison smiled. "Well, it's actually soulmates."
"Like you find you other half?" Amy glanced at her.
"Yeah." Maddison replied to her. "But for Time Lords it's, uh, a deeper connection."
"Time lords?" Amy asked confused. "But I thought you was human?"
"I'm half Time Lord and Half human, a hybrid." Maddison replied to her, explaining.
"So that's what you were talking to the Doctor about." Amy told to her. "With Winston Churchill."
"Yeah." Maddison glanced at Amy.
Then finally they arrived by the courtyard, they went to the center of it. They went immediately to the grate, Amy open it as then they hear a moaning sound. They went towards it as they flashed with their candles to a coffin, seeing a skeleton hand. They were startled as they rushed the room out, but Carlo was standing there, shocked they dropped their candles on the ground. He grabbed the girls and pulled them out of the courtyard.
They struggling in the grip form Carlo as he told the girls. "Control yourself, children."
"Get your hands off us." Amy shouted.
They dragged into a room with green light as they saw the others were standing.
"Psychic paper." Signora Calvierri told to the girls. "Did you really think that would work on me?" the girls had their eyes widened. "Where are you from? Did you fall through the chasm?"
"Mother this is pointless. Let's just start the process." Francesco complained.
"Hold your tongue, Francesco!" Signora Calvierri told to him. "I need to know what these girls is doing in a world of savages with psychic paper." Then some of the girls came in the room with two chairs, putting then in the center of the room. "Who are you with? I scarcely believe your idiot brother sent you. What are you doing in my school?"
"OK, I'll tell you." Amy replied to her. "We are from Ofsted."
"Put them in the chairs." She ordered them.
"No!" Maddison shouted as then she mentally shouted to the Doctor. "Doctor."
"Get your hands off me!" Amy also shouted.
Then they were put into the chairs as they were tied up. "Oh, make sport of me, will you? Tease me as if I were your dog? Well, this dog has a bite, girls." Signora Calvierri told to the girls as then she let them see her fangs as she walked towards them.
She bite into Amy's neck then Amy shouted. "Doctor."
"Mother where you drink from her, may we share? I'm so thirsty." Francesco asked to her.
"Of course, darling." Signora Calvierri told to him.
Then Maddison shouted. "No, drink from me, not from her anymore."
Then Signora Calvierri looked at Francesco. "Oh, a volunteer, well do as you please."
"I will do, mother." Then he sank his teeth into Maddison's neck.
Maddison shouted mentally. "Doctor."
Francesco pulled back from Maddison's neck as Signora Calvierri told to the girls. "This is how it works. First, we drink you until you're dry. Then we fill you with our blood. It rages through you like a fire, changing you, until one morning you awake and your humanity is a dream now faded."
"Or you die." Francesco chuckled darkly. "That can happen."
"And if we survive?" Amy asked to her.
"Then there are 10,000 husbands waiting for you in the water." Signora Calvierri replied to her.
"Yeah, sorry. I'm kind of engaged." Amy told to her as then she kicked out angry at Signora Calvierri, hitting something underneath the woman's overskirt. There was a sound of machine cracking and buzzing as Francesco grabbed Amy's neck with a snarl.
Signora Calvierri switched from a large bony, lobster-like alien with a snake-love head with those large, sharp teethe as then she switched back to her human form as she had touched the device on her skirt.
They were distracted once more as they heard the Doctor's voice from above. "Oh! Rory, come on!"
Then they leave the room, leaving Amy and Maddison on the chairs tied up. Then Isabella came to them as Amy said to her. "She bit me!"
Isabella untied them as then they run upstairs hearing Signora Calvierri to the Doctor and Rory. "This rescue plan, not exactly watertight, is it?"
Then they saw them, they were surrounded by the creepy girls and Signora Calvierri as then Amy rushed towards Rory, shouting. "Rory!"
"Amy!" Rory was relieved to her again.
Then Maddison saw the Doctor. "Doctor." She smiled at him.
"Maddie." He looked at her.
Then Isabella told them, pointing the way that needed to go. "Quickly, through here!"
"Seal the house." They heard Signora Calvierri ordered to the others.
"They're not vampires!" Amy shouted at they ran, Maddison totally agreed with her. The Doctor soniced the door behind them.
"What?!" The Doctor asked.
"We saw them, we saw her." Amy replied, nearly shouting, "They're not vampires. They're aliens!"
"With snake like head and long nails." Maddison told them in disgust.
"Classic!" The Doctor murmured.
"That's GOOD news?! What is wrong with you people?!" Rory exclaimed.
The group dashed down the tunnel, they caught up, and Francesco let the creepy girls to them all. The Doctor turned around flashing with his light to them, the girls were hissing. Then he told to them. "Come on, move! Keep moving! Come on, guys."
When they arrived by a door, Isabella open it, letting them out. "Quickly. Get out. Quick!"
"Come on, run!" The Doctor shouted to her, running towards her.
"I can't!" Isabella cried in pain as then the others dragged her back.
"No!" The Doctor shouted, tried to get the door open, but then he was electrified. He fell on the stairs on the ground.
Then the others rushed forwards, Rory checking his pulse as Amy asked to him. "Is he dead?" Maddison stood there shocked.
"No, he's breathing." Rory replied as the girls relieved, happy that the Doctor was alive.
~00~
Back in Guido's house, the Doctor examined Maddison's neck first, since she the youngest. Then he flashed with his sonic over her neck. When he was done, he told to her. "You're fine."
"Oh, thank god." Maddison told to him.
Then he examined Amy's neck as he mentally told to Maddison. "I heard you." Then he flashed over Amy's neck as he spoke up to her. "You're fine. Open wide." Amy did what he told her to do, he put a candy in her mouth as he then went over to Maddison and did to same to her.
Maddison looked at him, smiling, told him mentally. "Okay." The Doctor smiled back as Amy looked at them, feeling even guiltier that she had kissed him.
Then the Doctor began pacing around the room. "Argh! I need to think. Come on brain, think, think. Think!" Then he sat down with the others. "Think!"
"If they're fish people, it explains why they hate the sun." Amy suggested.
"Stop talking, brain thinking. Hush." The Doctor his hand on her mouth.
"It's the school thing I don't understand." Rory looked confused.
"Stop talking, brain thinking. Hush." The Doctor his hand on Rory's mouth.
"I say we take the fight to them." Guido told to them angry.
"Ah-ah-ah!" The Doctor interrupted.
"What?" Guido asked confused.
"Ah!" The Doctor looked at Rory as then put his hand on Guido's mouth. "Her planet dies, so they flee through a crack in space and time, and end up here, then she closes off the city and, one by one, changes people into creatures like her to start a new gene pool. Got it. Then what? They come from the sea, they can't survive forever on land, so what's she going to do?"
"She's going to do something to the environment to make the city habitable." Maddison realized, Amy was getting her hand up as then the Doctor looked at her.
The Doctor shook his head at Amy as then he thought. "She said, I shall bend the heavens to save my race." The Doctor removes his hands from Amy's and Rory's mouth and placed them on their heads. "Bend the heavens… Bend the heavens…"
"She's going to sink Venice." Both Maddison and the Doctor realized on the same time.
"She's… she's going to sink Venice?" Guido asked shocked.
"And repopulate it with the girls she's transformed." The Doctor replied.
"You can't repopulate somewhere with just women." Rory looked at them. "You need blokes."
Then Amy remembered. "She's got blokes."
"Where?" The Doctor looked at her.
But then, Maddison replied to him. "In the canal. She said, there are 10,000 husbands waiting in the water."
"Only the male offspring survived the journey here." The Doctor shook his head in thought. "She's got 10,000 children swimming in the canals, waiting for Mum to make them some compatible girlfriends. Ew. I mean, I've been around a bit, but, really, that's… that's… Ew." Suddenly there was a noise above them. "The people upstairs are very noisy."
"There aren't any people upstairs." Guido told to them.
"I knew you were going to say that." The Doctor looked at them. "Did anyone else know he was going to say that?"
The wood creaked as Rory asked to them. "Is it the vampires?"
"Like I said, they're not vampires." The Doctor held up his ultra violet light. "Fish from space."
Then the girls came to the window looking at them as Rory asked to them. "Aren't we on the second floor?" The Doctor held out his sonic and pointed to the girls, revealing their true nature.
"What's happened to them?" Guido looked in horror.
"There's nothing left of them." The Doctor murmured. "They've been fully converted. Blimey, fish from space have never been so buxom." Then he looked at them all. "Okay, move. Come on."
They ran down the stairs as then Guido asked to the Doctor. "Give me the lamp." He held the girls back as the others could get out of the house.
"Go, go, go, guys!" They went to the front door as the Doctor shouted behind him to Amy and Rory as he had Maddison next to him. "Keep moving, go, go, go!" Amy and Rory ran away from the house, then standing safe from the girls. The Doctor and Maddison stayed behind.
"Stay away from the door, Doctor, Maddison." Guido warned them as he closed to door for them.
"No! Guido!" The Doctor shouted.
"What are you doing?!" Maddison shouted as well.
"We are not leaving you. What are you doing?!" The Doctor shouted again as he soniced to door but didn't work. "Bolted."
Then the Doctor realized something and grabbed Maddison's hand as he started run and she followed him, looked for a second confused as she also realized it. They ran as the house exploded as then they fell on the ground. Amy and Rory make their way to them as the Doctor helped Maddison up as then they looked at the house of Guido, well, the remains of it. The sky was getting filled with clouds as they heard the thunder in the distance.
"Rosanna's initiating the final phase." The Doctor told to them all.
"We need to stop her." Amy exclaimed. "Come on!"
"No, no." The Doctor told to her, without looking at her. "Get back to the TARDIS."
"You can't stop her on your own." Amy argued to him.
"We don't discuss this!" The Doctor shouted to her. "I tell you to do something, Amy, and you do it. Huh?" Then Amy walked away.
"Thank you." Rory told to him as then he also walked away.
"Yeah… You're welcome." The Doctor murmured. Maddison stared at from were she stood and thought. "What just happened?"
"Maddie." The Doctor said as its gets her attention. Maddison looked at him, he opened his mouth to say something else but she cut him off.
"No, you are not going there alone." She said stubbornly.
The Doctor sighed as he said to her. "Please go to the others."
"No." Maddison shook my head.
"I don't want you to get hurt." The Doctor shouted angry.
"And I don't want you to get hurt." She shouted back. The Doctor looked bewildered at her as she looked back at him as if they had an understanding, they felt each other and then it hit her what she had just said as then she muttered. "Sorry."
The Doctor's face was soft as he grabbed Maddison's forehead and kissed it, before he said. "I should have said sorry." She looked at him confused, he saw it so he added. "For shouting at you."
"Oh okay and Doctor, I can handle myself just fine. So… we need to save the city." Maddison said with a grin.
"Okay, but stay close to me." The Doctor said sternly as he grabbed her hand and then they run off.
~00~
They ran back to the house, until they can the throne room. Then they headed to the throne, The Doctor examined the throne, he opened the back and found the alien circuitry. Then he took out his sonic screwdriver and analyzed the circuitry as they heard a voice from behind them. "You're too late. Such determination just to save one city." Signora Calvierri told to them. "Hard to believe it's the same man that let an entire race turn to cinders and ash. Now you can watch as my people take their new kingdom."
"The girls have gone, Rosanna." The Doctor told to her flatly.
"You're lying." Signora Calvierri eyes widened, looking in horror.
"Shouldn't we be dead?" Maddison snarled al little at her as Signora Calvierri strode out of the room.
"Rosanna, please, help me. There are 200,000 people in this city." The Doctor begged.
"So save them." Signora Calvierri called to him as then she was out of the room.
Then the Doctor run out of the room as Maddison quickly followed him as then they ran to the balcony looking at the sky as the clouds goes thicker and blacker. They looked then over the city as suddenly the clock of the tower began to loud from the school. The Doctor quickly grabbed her hand as they go back inside, back the throne room forwards the throne.
Suddenly Amy and Rory ran to them, Amy looked surprised to see Maddison there, with the Doctor as then she said. "She gets to stay and I don't!"
"She is my soulmate." The Doctor snapped a little as then he told to them. "Get out! I need to stabilize the storm."
"We're not leaving you." Rory told to him, determined.
"Right, so one minute it's, "You make people a danger to themselves," the next it's, "We're not leaving you!" But if one of you gets squashed or blown up or eaten, who gets…" Just then the ground began the shake and they fall on the ground.
"What was that?" Rory asked as it was over.
"Nothing. Bit of an earthquake." The Doctor explained.
"Earthquake?" Amy asked confused.
"Manipulate the elements, it can trigger earthquakes." The Doctor replied, casually. "But don't worry about them."
"No?" Rory asked to him.
"No. Worry about the tidal waves caused by the earthquake." The Doctor looked back at the throne. "Right, Rosanna's throne is the control hub but she's locked the program, so tear out every single wire and circuit in the throne. Go crazy. Hit it with a stick, anything. We need it to shut down and re-route control to the secondary hub, which I'm guessing will also be the generator." The Doctor explained and started to move as he quickly said. "Maddie stay here with the others." Then he ran out of the room.
Amy and Rory looked at Maddison with odd looks before they started to pull out the wires form the throne. Once they were done with it, they run outside to see were the Doctor was.
"There he is!" Rory pointed at top of the tower. The Doctor was climbing to the top of the tower and was by a giant sphere as he opened it.
"Come on!" Maddison cried as he was trying to find something.
"Come on! Come on!" Amy and Rory said together.
The Doctor must have found something as the raining stopped and the clouds disappeared, the sky was blue again and the sun shine. Amy and Rory hugged each other, happily. Maddison smiled as she looked up and the Doctor closed the sphere and he waved at them while Amy and Rory pulled away and Rory called. "You did it."

Then later, after the Doctor returned, they walked to the TARDIS as the Doctor glanced at Amy and Rory. "Now, then? What about you two, eh? Next stop Leadworth Register Office? Maybe I can give you away."
"It's fine." Rory told to him. "Drop me back where you found me. I'll just say you've…"
Then Amy interrupted him. "Stay. With us. Please. Just for a bit. I want you to stay."
Amy glanced at the Doctor as he told to her. "Fine with me."
"Yeah?" Rory said unsure as then he looked at them all. "Yes, I would like that."
"Nice one." Amy said, then she kissed him and pulled away as she added. "I will pop the kettle on. Hey, look at this. Got our spaceship, got our boys, we got each other." Then she looked at Maddison. "Our work here is done." She smiled at her as she opened the door of the Tardis, then the girls walked inside and closed the door behind them.
"We are not their boys." Rory comment.
"Yeah, we are." The Doctor told to him.
"Yeah, we are." Rory comment as then he opened the door from the TARDIS.
But then he was held up as the Doctor told to him. "Rory, listen to that."
"What? All I can hear is silence." Rory told him as then he walked inside the TARDIS, the Doctor quickly followed. Then they took off.

The Doctor and Maddison were standing in the console as Amy and Rory were around somewhere in the TARDIS. Then Maddison told to the Doctor. "You said, we can still be friends! But I feel like there is something more isn't it?" She looked at the Doctor as he sighed. "I felt something more than just friends."
The Doctor looked at her. "I feel the same." He admitted.
"Then why…" Maddison got interrupted.
"I put people in danger, I put you in danger." The Doctor felt ashamed.
"Yeah, I can handle myself just fine." She told him.
"When you can't handle yourself, what happens then?" The Doctor looked at her.
"I don't know." Maddison admitted. "I will just deal with it then."
"That's why I don't want to put you in danger." The Doctor nearly snapped at her.
"But I'm a Time Lord like you, yeah and you put yourself in danger!" Maddison snapped at him.
"When I put myself in danger, I die and change myself, I regenerate." The Doctor snapped.
Then Maddison realized, feeling his emotions very much. "You are afraid." She told him softly.
The Doctor's face soften as he walked towards her. "Yes, very afraid."
"Why are you afraid of? Losing people?" Maddison looked at him. "People that…"
"I have lost my whole planet, you planet. Of course I'm afraid." The Doctor interrupted her. "I have lost many companions."
"And you are afraid to lose me or Amy and Rory, because we are you companions?" Maddison looked at him.
The Doctor nodded. "But you are something more and you also know that."
"I know." Maddison told him, taking his hand. "But I'm not going anywhere, I will be with you forever, Doctor."
"That's what the other people say." The Doctor muttered.
"I'm not the like the other people, I'm like you, so you are stuck with me for a very, very long time." Maddison smiled at him.
The Doctor smiled back at her. "Yeah, you are right, Maddie."
Maddison kissed him on his cheek as then she told him. "I'm going to my room and get some sleep. I will see you tomorrow, Doctor."
"Sleep well, Maddie." He told to her.
Then Maddison walked out of the room, the Doctor looked at her, still smiling. Then he knew that what an impact she had on him.
