The first day of school…
The reconstruction of the grounds was far faster than anyone expected, it only took the students and faculty two weeks to reconstruct it thanks to the genius intellect of Hank McCoy[1] and various mutant powers at their disposable.
Logan and Kitty Pryde spend this week, preparing for the inspection from the education board, to make the school official.
Luke, on the other hand, talked with McCoy and received a bunch of homework on anything related to gravitational forces. He initially groaned a bit, but thanks to them, Luke started to get a better understanding of his powers.
For example, he learned there are these gravimetric fields, the energy fields that exert a gravitational-like force on nearby objects, that is all around us. He tried to see if he could sense it and realized he had always been feeling this energy field.
So, to get a better hang of this ability he started walking around with a blindfold on. So far, he had only bumped into anything… *thud* until now
Luke fall on his ass, the guy he bumped into felt like he was made of steel. He took his blindfold off and looked at the guy he bumped into, the guy had a red mohawk and a purple skin.
"Watch where you are walking, you human-dog! Show your respect to Shi'ar Royalty!" He exclaimed, and Luke finally remembered who this was, Kid Gladiator[2].
"Look, man, you better take back what you said or else I'll make you grovel at my feet, do you understand, or the Mighty Shi'ar Royalty need a lesson in listening?"
"How dare you?! I should teach you your place, you inbred barbarian!" Kid Gladiator said
Luke was not amused, he increased the gravitational pull of Kid Gladiator by five hundred folds, completely pinning the young Strontian to the ground, even making him spill blood,
Warbird[3], Kid Gladiator's bodyguard, tried to catch Luke by surprise by attacking him from behind, but thanks to his new sensing ability he was able to tell what Warbird was trying to do and pin her to the ground with tenfold gravity.
"Are you ready to apologize yet? If not I'll leave you here until my next class is over, I think I have Algebra with Professor Drake," Luke said while looking at the young Strontian.
The Kid Gladiator growled and fired a Heat Vision at Luke, only for it to be stopped by Luke's Force Field, "Alright I'll come back in an hour or so, hope you'll learn your lesson by then," Luke said as he put his blindfold back on.
As he was walking towards the class, a gigantic dragon head made out of the earth emerged from the grounds, it was about to swallow the school until Iceman freeze it's mouth off.
But unfortunately, this was X-Mansion, meaning troubles can never be that simple. So within a few minutes, there was a platoon of Frankenstein like monsters around the school, armed with flame throwers, trying to burn the students alive.
Luke started killing the Frankenstein monsters, dozens at a time, but their numbers were too vast, as he killed one, another took its place.
-A Few Minutes Ago, With Wolverine-
Wolverine drove to the front gate to meet a visitor, 'just some kid' as Kitty Pryde said,
"I must say… I've been waiting for this moment for a very long time... Legendary Wolverine. In the flesh at last. How very exciting," The kid said
"Do I know you, kid?" Logan asks
"Not exactly. Kade Kilgrove[4] is the name. CEO of Kilgore Arms. The World's largest manufacturer of things that go blam and boom," Kilgore said
"I ain't looking to buy no guns," Logan said
"Nor am I here selling them. I haven't come to you today on a business call. Not in relation to that business at least. I also represent another organization, one you are more familiar with. I'm the Black King of the Hellfire Club " he said, "You must have at least heard my exploits, I was the one who manipulated Quire into attacking that conference and causing international fear of mutants, and I personally led the attack on The Mutant History Museum, although I must admit, Luke Long's actions were a very pleasant surprise to me,"
Logan grabbed him by the neck and popped his claws "You're either crazy or suicidal coming here and telling me this."
"I promise you, I am neither. What I am is a 12-years-old, fabulously wealthy, and as far as courts are concerned completely unblemished. You so much as nick me with one of those, and my lawyers will descend upon this place like a swarm of locusts," Kilgrove said with a smirk.
Wolverine popped his claws back in and let Kilgrove fall "I don't have to touch you. I got plenty of kids inside that I could bring out to do it for me. Get outta here and don't come back,"
"Yes about those children… that's why I've come here today, to tell you face to face I'm going to destroy everything you've built here," Kilgrove said as Wolverine walked away.
-Back With Luke, Luke's POV-
Dammit! There are too many of them, I can kill them all day long, yet they keep popping out of nowhere,
Kid Gladiator flew towards me and punched against my force field "I'll teach you to respect your superiors!"
"Can you stop being an ass for a second and help us out with these Frankensteins, or the Great Shi'ar Royalty too afraid to face the Frankensteins army?"
"*hmph* as if I would be afraid of these weaklings, I guess I can teach you your place after taking care of them!"
We started fighting together, and their numbers looked to be decreasing much faster, his Heat Vision was cutting through them like butter.
When their numbers looked to finally dwindling, the ground rose once more, far deadlier than before, even when I tried to immobilize it, it was still moving.
Kid Gladiator looked to be enjoying himself too much "Ha! If all Earth Schools have this much punching, I take everything I said about you wormy people and your grease-stain of a planet!" he said as he smashed through a wall that led to Idie, Quire, and an alien bug mutant I saw around the school.
"Who's this charmer?" Quire asked
"That's Kid Gladiator," Idie said
"Yes, Kid Gladiator, he's an alien prince," the alien said
"What the hell? How does everybody know this guy and not me?" Quire complained
"And who are you again?" Kid Gladiator asked
"I'm Quintin Quire!" he shouted
"Never heard of you," Kid Gladiator said
"I'm the guy who caused Schism that just tore the X-Men apart," Quire tried to say
"No, I'm pretty sure that was Jean Grey's sexy ass," I said, after all, if there is one consistency to marvel universe, besides killing Uncle Ben, it was that nine out of ten times Cyclops and Wolverine argue, it is over her. Hell Logan even named the school after the redhead.
I flew up and go around, trying to stop the grounds from killing the students. As I was doing this, I picked up on a sound wave from McCoy about an Electromagnetic pulse that will disturb photosynthesis of Krakoa[5], which meant I just had to hold this thing off for a little more while.
I was doing just that until Quinten somehow stopped the beast by talking with it telepathically.
When I got to where Wolverine and others were, I heard him talking to a bunch of kids "Listen when I say this, Hellfire Brats, and listen good, every last little rotten one of you… Stay the hell away from my school."
They, the ones responsible for the attack were about to leave, so I lifted my hand, ready fire a graviton blast until Wolverine stopped me, "No runt, let it go. I got a better idea for dealing with those brats."
-The Next Morning, The Corporate HQ of Kilgore Arms, General POV-
"I'm sorry Mr. Kilgore, but he just barged in," a secretary said.
"Kade Kilgore?" the man who just barged in asks
"Yeah. Who wants to know?" Kilgore asks back
"Matt Murdock, attorney at law. This is for you," he said and give him a file
Kilgore takes a look at the files and is shocked "What is this? I'm being sued?"
"For the sum of 879 Million Dollars which should just about you caused to the Jean Grey of Higher Learning," Matt said
"I'm being sued by the WOLVERINE! This is ridiculous!" Kilgrove exclaimed
"Quite the contrary. I believe you'll find everything is in order. If you cannot pay what we are asking, of course, we would gladly assume control of all your interests, this company included. I look forward to hearing from your Legal counsel." Mat said before smirking "Oh, and my client also asked me to deliver you a personal message. I believe it was something like… 'Right back at ya, kid',"
-Westchester County-
Luke was sitting on top of a struggling Strontian, "Have you had enough? You can say 'Uncle' and this will all be over,"
"Never! A barbarian Earthling like you can never best a Shi'ar Royalty!"
He smiled at Idie and her new friend, Broo[6] who had a major crush on her.
"Hey Idie it's kind hot hear could you cool it a bit?" He asked only for a tree to grow next to them, creating a shade "Oh, thanks Krakoa, that's perfect.
Rachel Grey[7], Kitty Pryde, and Logan walks past them,
"Krakoa says thanks again for letting him stay," Rachel said
"Is it him or her? Can a walking island have a gender?" Kitty asks
"Figure at some point it'll come in handy to have school grounds that can fight back if need be. Plus I'm trying to teach him to turn our ponds into beer," Wolverine says with a shrug
Luke sees Rachel Grey and flies towards her "Hey you are Rachel, right? Can we talk?"
"That's Ms. Grey to you," she said to Luke before turning to Logan and Kitty, "I'll catch up with you," she said and then they left "What is it?" she asks Luke
"Well it's about Idie, she has a psychic bond that allows someone to control her, and I want you to see if you can safely remove it," Luke said as he blocked a Heat Vision from the struggling Strontian. He then increases the gravity acting on Kid Gladiator, making him groan.
Rachel puts a hand in her forehead and focuses on Idie's mind. She finds the psychic bond and sees that removing it would indeed create a psychic backlash that would put her in a coma. "I'm sorry, it's not possible,"
"*sigh* Too bad," Luke said, "Are you sure there is nothing you can do?"
"I'll ask Beast to help me, maybe we can figure something out," she said while thinking 'As long as she is away from Hope, the bond shouldn't affect Idie, but we need to find a way to remove it.'
"Thanks, Rachel, I need to go, Superboy knockoff needs some attention," he said as he flew towards a groaning Gladiator.
"That's Miss Grey to you," she shouted after him

Beast [1]: Hank McCoy, one of the eight smartest men in the world. He is also the mutant who hated his large hands and feet and turned himself into a Blue Beast while trying to find a cure.
Kid Gladiator [2]: Son of Gladiator, who is a Superman knockoff. So calling him a Superboy knockoff seems fair to me. Although Kid Gladiator has a 50-foot long stick up his ass, instead of the 10-foot long one some versions of Superboy has.
Warbird [3]: Bodyguard of Kid Gladiator, she is mostly here to make sure KG doesn't destroy large parts of Earth, not to fight his battles for him.
Kade Kilgrove [4]: A 12-year-old boy who wants the world to hate mutants so he can sell them guns. He claims to be the new Black King of the Hellfire Club.
Krakoa [5]: Living island that feeds on mutant energy. It is now the grounds of X-Mansion. Wolverine hopes it can turn puddles to beer.
Broo [6]: An alien bug mutant who fell in love with Idie at first sight. Its race is normally hateful, but Broo, thanks to his mutation, knows compassion.
Rachel Grey [7]: Child of Jean Grey and Scott Summers from an alternative timeline/reality where the Sentinels rule North America. She ended up in this timeline due to time travel shenanigans.
