Chapter1

It was just a few days ago when I shifted into this…I guess you could say weird neighborhood called raven brooks.

I didn't have enough time to make any friends or anything… well I did, I was just really shy.

My parents are usually not in our house, turns out they always have "Important" work to do. I look for different ways to spend my time. Normally I try not to make a mess but sometimes I think I go too far. Like that time when I broke our dining table; I was standing on top of it and jumping playing an air guitar as a rock star. I was grounded for about a month.

Anyway, I was left alone…AGAIN! Staying alone in other neighborhoods were fine, everyone was nice and stuff but in this neighborhood…something is just wrong. My neighbor across the street is weird, weirder than the whole town.

Sometimes I think that he is the reason the town is weird.

I get creeps just looking at his house. Every night when I try my best to sleep, I hear nails being hammered into what I guess is wood. My parents don't really care, sometimes I feel the reason the neighbor starts hammering manically is to drown my parent's really loud snoring.

So like I said, I was alone. I couldn't really decide what to do. Should I mess around or should I play X box or could I play with my football…YES!I could play with my football!, I probably shouldn't play in the house… so I won't. I'll just go outside and play a bit, by myself.

I took my football with me and went outside. I dribbled the ball all the way up the hill and Practiced my skills."okay, focus, please do this skill" I told myself

I just randomly spent an hour playing with my football and I was kinda tired now. I dribbled my football down the hill as the heavy wind slapped my face as hard as a thousand tons of rocks. I started panting, I was definitely running out of breath. I reached the bottom of the hill and then headed towards my house. Soon, I was standing right outside my house I was about to go in when suddenly I heard a very loud scream

"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!''

There was a scream again. It sounded like the scream was coming from my neighbor's house. I tried to look at what was happening but I was far from the house. All I could understand was that the neighbor was getting pushed around. My god the screams were really loud.

I went closer towards the house to get a good look. I walked to a window which had a clear view of where the neighbor was. He shut his basement door and put his head to his hands. Suddenly, he looked straight at the window.

I just crouched a bit more to make sure he couldn't see me. Suddenly his eyebrows narrowed and his fists clenched. He ran towards the window and broke it with his fists. he growled and said "IF YOU EVER EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING CLOSE TO THIS HOUSE, I WILL CHOP YOU UP AND FEED THEM TO STRAY DOGS. YOU UNDERSTAND? NOW RUN AND DON'T COME BACK!"

I did the obvious thing and ran back to my house and shut the front door close. I made sure I locked it.

Author notes: This is the first chapter of the first part of a three part story. I know that this is not the best piece of writing so please write a review. I will add the second chapter after a few days.
