Prologue:

September 30th, 1998,

The Midwestern town of Raccoon City is nothing more than a town of walking, rotting corpses. Throughout the incident, various survivors are looking for ways to escape with their lives. This includes S.T.A.R.S member Jill Valentine, R.P.D Officer Leon S. Kennedy, Claire Redfield, Carlos Olivera, and Ada Wong. Deep below the city, within the confides of a secret lab owned the pharmaceutical company, Umbrella, Ada Wong has been by Dr. Annette Birkin, wife of Head Dr. William Birkin, that her boyfriend, researcher John Clemens, was dead. What neither of them know, as does nobody else, is that Annette was wrong. This is the story of John Clemens, the Forgotten Survivor of Raccoon City.
