At nighttime in Toon Manor; Sonic, Duncan, Lynn Jr, Luz, and Sonic's pets were in their beds sleeping soundly.
Then a portal opened up and a blue hedgehog similar to Sonic, but with red eyes and wearing a Hexside Academy outfit with yellow sleeves and leggings emerged from the portal.
"Whew, those truant guards will never take me alive." said the hedgehog.
He looked at the sleeping teens and pets.
"Now, who am I going to have take my place?" said the hedgehog.
He looked at Luz.
"To feminine." said the hedgehog.
He looked at Lynn.
"To tomboyish." said the hedgehog.
He looked at Duncan.
"To much green hair." said the hedgehog.
He then looked at Sonic and did some thinking.
"He'll do." said the hedgehog.
He move his finger around as a magic circle appeared and his Hexside outfit appeared on Sonic.
The other hedgehog placed a hand on Sonic's head before it glowed and removed it.
"All his memories are now mine." said the hedgehog.
He grabbed Sonic and tossed him through the portal before it closed up.
The hedgehog chuckled before getting in Sonic's bed and fell asleep.
On the Boiling Isles; Sonic was still sleeping, but was now on a tree branch.
Then some Emperor's guards appeared and looked at Sonic then pulled out a photo of the same hedgehog and compared it side by side.
"Yep, that's Burf all right." said one of the guards, "The kid from Hexside's potions track who constantly cuts class and causes trouble."
"Are you sure?" asked the Second Guard who has a giant pacifier in his mouth, "He seems to be Sonic the Hedgehog from Earth."
The First guard groaned.
"Will you please stop sucking on that thing?" He snapped.
"It calms the nerves and I like it." The second guard snapped.
"Besides, the photo's never lie." said the first guard.
He knocked on the tree, knocking Sonic off of it.
The hedgehog stood up groaning awake.
"Ugh, what happened?" said Sonic.
He was then grabbed by the two guards, confusing him.
"What the?" said Sonic.
"Burf the Loon, you are wanted by Hexside's Principal Bump for skipping school for 34 days in a row." said the first guard.
Sonic became shocked.
"What, you got the wrong guy, I'm not-"Sonic said before powder was sprayed on his face, knocking him out.
"Come on, let's get him to Hexside before the first bell rings." said the first guard.
"I still think we got the wrong guy." said the second guard.
The first guard groaned.
"Let's make a bet then." He suggested.
The second guard looked at the first guard.
Later in Hexside; Principal Bump was sitting in his office when the two guards appeared and tossed Sonic in the room who woke up.
"We got him Bump." said the first guard.
Bump looked at Sonic who stood up groaning.
"Very good, now leave us be." said Bump.
The guards nodded and walked off as the door closed.
"Listen, there's something you need to know." said Sonic.
"What, you mean to tell me that you're not really Burf the Loon and that you're actually Sonic the Hedgehog from the human world?" said Bump.
Sonic became shocked.
"What, you know?" said Sonic.
Bump nodded.
"Yeah, like I don't know one of my own students when I see him or her. Besides, I'm glad that Burf wasn't captured, I won't have to deal with his shenanigans anymore, he's more trouble then Eda who I assume you know." said Bump.
"We're well aquainted. And how much trouble is this Burf guy?" said Sonic.
Bump made a magic circle that made a piece of paper appear in Sonic's hands.
The hedgehog looked at it.
"Burf the Loon of the Potions track concocted a potion that made two other students abominations fall in love with each other and reproduce hundreds of abominations that overran the whole school." Sonic read.
Interview Gag
Sonic was vomiting non stop.
End Interview Gag
"You have no idea how glad I am to not have him around." said Bump, "I want you to pose as Burf for the rest of the school year."
Sonic did some thinking.
"What's in it for me?" said Sonic.
Bump smiled
"I'll let you have all the Chili dogs you want." He said.
Outside; the two guards overheard this.
"I told you that wasn't Burf the Loon." The second Guard Said.
The first Guard groaned and pulled out some Boiling Isle currency and gave them to the second guard.
"Here are your 500 slugs." said the first guard.
Back in the office.
"Well call me Burf the Loon." said Sonic.
"Perfect, I'm sure you and me will become very good friends." said Bump, "Now head over to class and act like nothing has happened."
"Okay." said Sonic.
He stayed in place as Bump became confused.
"Why're you still here?" said Bump.
"I don't fucking know where I'm supposed to be. If I'm to pose as a trouble making student you're proud to be away from, then you should at least tell me the location of every room in this Hogwarts knock off. Where did Burf go to for classes, where is his locker, where the bathrooms are, and where's the cafeteria?" said Sonic.
The Headmaster realized his mistake and that Sonic was right.
"Oh, well I suppose a tour will be good." He said and he went to the door and opened it and became shocked, "What are you two doing?"
The first Guard was giving the second Guard a massage.
"We made a bet earlier and I lost and this was part of the bet." explained the First Guard and he walked off and came back in a clown outfit and went back to massaging, "This wasn't part of the bet, I just like wearing a clown outfit when I'm stressed."
Interview Gag
"This is why truant officers don't exist anymore." said Bump.
End Interview Gag
Later; Bump had given Sonic a full tour of the school before stopping at a classroom.
"And here is the potions track. The classroom that Eda took when going in this school, and where Burf went to." said Bump.
Sonic looked in the room and saw lots of students mixing potions.
"Huh, I was expecting more explosions." said Sonic.
Bump nodded.
"Same here." said Bump.
But then an explosion happened in the classroom and lots of purple smoke emerged from the room.
"Cooooooooooooool." said Sonic.
Bump however was shocked.
"Oh fuck, not again." said Bump.
"I'm actually going to enjoy it here." said Sonic.
He walked in the class.
"Somehow I'm starting to think this was a bad idea." said Bump.
