I'm a sucker for the father-daughter dynamic between Daisy and Coulson, so here's 3 times Daisy accidentally calls coulson dad +1 she did on purpose

"The op should be fairly simple. As long as everyone sticks to the plan," Coulson paused to make sure Daisy was listening. The girl had been zoned out, lost in her own little world. The dream she had the night before was just too weird, yet oddly comforting. She had had dreams about Coulson and May being her parents in the past, but this one felt different; more realistic.
"Daisy. Daisy!"
"Yeah Dad?" She snapped out of her thoughts and brought her attention to the room around her. Everyone was staring at her with matching smirks, Hunter was even sniggering in the background. Daisy paused, confused, until the realization of what she had said dawned on her. She began to blush,
"Sorry, I uh, what was that Director?" she stuttered.
"Just don't do anything stupid, okay Agent Johnson?" Coulson said, trying (and failing) to hide his excitement.

Coulson ran down the hall of the Playground towards Daisy's room. It was 3:45 in the morning, and he had been up catching up on paperwork. At first he thought he was imagining feeling small vibrations through the room until he noticed the collectible artifacts around the room shaking as well. Daisy. The girl had been having nightmares ever since Ward had turned on them, but lately her nightmares revolved around her psychopath mother. Finally Coulson reached the younger girl's room and entered in his override code. Just like he predicted, the young girl was tossing and turning, tangled in her sheets. Coulson sighed at the sight of his pseudo-daughter who was currently crying out incoherently. He walked over and sat on the side of the bed.
"Shhh, you're okay Daisy. You are safe. I'm here." he repeated these words while rubbing soothing circles on her back. After a few minutes the girl relaxed and unconsciously leaned into the soothing touch.
"You're gonna be okay Dais'. You got me and May, and the rest of the team. You're safe kiddo." he whispered and stroked her tear stained cheek. He pressed a kiss to her temple and she lazily opened her eyes,
"Thanks dad." she mumbled, then drifted back to sleep. Coulson chuckled,
"See you in the morning baby girl." Then walked out of the room noticing the building was no longer shaking.

The mission was meant to be fairly simple. However, things escalated quickly when they realized they had an Inhuman enemy. Although they had achieved the old S.H.I.E.L.D artifact, the Inhuman escaped after knocking part of the building down. Unfortunately, Daisy had been knocked down by some of the debris and was currently in the med wing unconscious.
"She should wake up soon. Daisy's strong. She may be a little disoriented at first, however, so just be aware of that." Jemma told Coulson and May before returning to the lab.
"This is all my fault. I'm supposed to protect her, not put her in unnecessary danger." Phil said as he rubbed his temples. "The plan was stupid."
"Stop." May said sternly, "Don't blame yourself. You weren't the one who dropped the building on her. None of us saw that coming." Coulson didn't seem so convinced.
"You should go grab something to eat and rest." Coulson told her. Knowing the man wanted some time to think over the day's events, May simply nodded and took one last look at her girl before leaving the room. About an hour later the girl began to stir.
"Wha-?" She looked around confused, before her eyes landed on the Director.
"Hey Daisy. You're okay, just had a bit of an accident, but you're safe." Coulson stood up to walk closer to the hospital bed. The girl still looked unsure of her surroundings.
"Dad? Where are we?" she slurred almost incoherently. Although this wasn't the first time she'd called him 'dad' he was still surprised. Instead of questioning it in her drugged daze, he just smiled and answered her.
"You're home, just in the med bay." The girl visibly tensed at the mention of the doctor.
"Don't leave, kay?" she whispered, drifting back to sleep. Coulson's heart broke a little at those words.
"I'm not leaving kiddo. Not now, not ever."
+1. Daisy woke up to her alarm blaring. She checked the time on her phone, 4:45 Sunday June 17. She almost rolled over to go back to sleep when a realization struck her; today was Father's Day. She had wanted to do something for Coulson, but wasn't sure if she should. Does he even think of me as his kid? Nah, that's ridiculous. But he deserves something. She lay in bed contemplating what to do, when her phone dinged with a text from May.
"Damn it!" She glanced at the clock and realized she was 5 minutes late for Tai Chi. The girl pulled her hair into a messy ponytail and sprinted out of the room, momentarily forgetting her thoughts regarding Coulson. However, during Tai Chi she could feel her mind start to drift. I could make a card? No that is way too cheesy. I'm not five. Literally anything Captain America themed would be good, but where am I supposed to get that? Ugh, what if-
"Okay, what is going on with you today?" May asked. She had noticed the younger agent had looked distracted all morning.
"I-uh," Daisy stuttered, clearly caught off guard. She fidgeted with the hem of her black tank top as she spoke again, "today is June 17. Sunday. It's, well…"
"Father's Day and you don't know what to do for Coulson?" May smirked knowingly. Daisy's eyes widened in shock,
"How did you? Nevermind, it's you of course you know."
"You don't need to do anything over the top. He would be overly excited if all you did was say 'happy Father's Day' to him."
"I guess. But what if he doesn't even see it that way? I'm not actually his kid." Daisy sat down and huffed a sigh. May simply rolled her eyes at the gir, how could she even think that?
"Daisy, you are the closest thing to family he's got. Trust me on this, okay? You are more than our protege. You mean a lot to him, to us." Daisy's eyes sparkled with tears at the compliment given to her from her pseudo mother.
"Now come on, you can go see Coulson after we're done sparring."
Later that day, around lunch time, Daisy cautiously walked up to the Director's office. She knocked on his door and waited for the quiet, "come in."
"Hey, I brought burgers." Daisy held up the brown paper bag full of his favorite burger and crinkle-cut fries.
"Then by all means, come on in!" he joked. The girl set the food out on his desk and they began to eat while making small talk. They were almost finished when Coulson asked,
"Not that I'm complaining, but any particular reason for the burgers?"
The girl tensed slightly at the question and took a deep breath before answering,
"Well, it's just...today is special. My whole life I spent searching for a family and parents. And then I got to S.H.I.E.L.D and I found that because of you. And well, Jemma and I used to have this joke that you and May were the Bus Parents and I don't know I-I just thought since today is Father's Day and everyone else is calling or visiting their dads that, you deserved something special too. Maybe it was overstepping, but May said something about being a family so I just thought." Sometime during her rambling her rambling, Coulson had walked around his desk to stand in front of the girl. She slowly looked up, but continued to fidget with her hands. She was surprised to see that instead of looking annoyed or angry, the man had a soft smile on his face, and were those tears in his eyes? He knelt down to her level and placed a hand on top of hers to stop her nervous fidgeting.
"This is by far the nicest thing anyone's done for me, which is saying something cause Fury gave me a whole plane." His attempt at a joke made Daisy let out a little chuckle.
"May was right though, you and her? Best thing that's ever come into my life. It's been a long time since I've celebrated Father's Day, so thank you Daisy." Daisy's eyes had filled with tears of relief and she flung her arms around his neck.
"Happy Father's Day...Dad."
