Catherine (laughing): Its a what?

Vincent: Its a birthing room

Catherine (uses her cellphone to take pictures of the birthing room): Whatever happened to having the twins in a traditional hospital delivery room?

Vincent: Since I am a doctor, I can deliver the twins.

Catherine (a little worried): What if a complication occurs?

Vincent: I can handle it

Catherine: We may need reinforcements

Vincent (touching Catherine's stomach): Tell me when its time and I will have everything set up for you

Catherine (leaving the house): I will talk to you later

Tess: How so?

Catherine: He has built me a birthing room

Heather (shocked): No way

Catherine (shows Heather and Tess pictures of the birthing room): I am not lying

Tess: I believe you, Cat

Catherine: What should I do?

Heather: You should use the birthing room in order to make Vincent happy

Catherine: The twins carry Vincent's beast DNA. I worry something bad might happen during the birth.

Tess: I understand

Catherine: Which one of you would like to attend the birth?

Heather: I would love to see Jubilee and Simeon enter the world

Catherine: I have been experiencing Braxton hicks all day long. The birth might occur sometime soon.

You can help Vincent time my contractions.

Tess: I might be on call when you give birth

Catherine: I understand

Catherine (uncomfortable, she tosses and turns in bed): Vincent..

Vincent (touches Catherine's stomach): It is time?

Catherine: I don't know with these Braxton hicks

Vincent: I can stay awake if you want me to

Catherine: No, please go back to sleep. I will be fine.

Vincent (closing his eyes): Ok

(Feeling the need to urinate, Catherine rushes to the bathroom where she experiences a "bloody show". She assumes the babies are dying until Vincent explains her mucus just plug came out. The breaking of Catherine's amniotic fluid sets things in motion. Vincent carries Catherine to the birthing room where they prepare for the birth. Heather provides Catherine with a comforting shoulder to lean on.)

Catherine (hyperventilating, she is in the final stages of labor): Help me

Vincent: Breathe, Catherine

Catherine (hysterical): How can I stay calm when I am in labor with twins?

Heather (to Vincent): Is Cat fully dilated yet?

Vincent (checking Catherine's cervix): She is fully dilated

Catherine (relieved): Finally!

Vincent (preparing to catch the babies): You can start pushing now

Catherine (pushing and screaming really hard): AHA..AHA..AHA

Vincent and Heather: Go Catherine!

Catherine (grunting and panting): Do you see baby A crowning?

Vincent (notices Baby A's feet first instead of its head): Please stop pushing!

Catherine (worried): Why?

Vincent: Baby A is breached. Its coming out feet first.

Catherine (panicky): How will Baby A's position affect Baby B?

Vincent (shifting and pulling the baby): I will have to shift its position. This may hurt some.

Catherine (screaming): AHA..AHA..AHA

Heather (cleaning up Catherine's bloodshed): She's bleeding and tearing a lot

Vincent (encouraging Catherine): Almost there, Cat. Keep on pushing.

Catherine (tired, she collapses in Heather's arms): I can't do this

Vincent (places Baby A on Cat's stomach): Here our son Simeon

Catherine (regaining her strength): He's perfect

Vincent (preparing to catch Baby B): And now for Jubilee

Catherine (struggling through a contraction): I hope she is okay

Heather (applying pressure to Catherine's stomach): Here she comes

(Catherine pushes and Jubilee sprints her way into the world. Catherine, Vincent, and Heather swoon over the newest additions to their family. This is what everyone had hoped for. In reality, Jubilee's birth doesn't go smoothly.)
