Invasion Pt. I

A week later...

~Lilly's POV~

"Alright, and passé!" David yelled, and I turned forgetting to spot once again. "You're forgetting to spot. That's why you can't you fuerte turns. You have to have your back straight and arms like this. Then, when you come around on your plié, you have to jump back up and swing your leg around so it'll give you momentum."

I sighed, "That's it. I quit. This is just too hard for me." I spat in frustration. I waked over to the speaker and paused the iPod.

David smiled, "Alright... We'll stop for today." He came up behind me, grabbing me by my waist and kissing my neck. "Let's practice a different thing now, shall we?"

I laughed, turning around and wrapping my arms around his neck. He kisses me softly at first, then when he pressed me up against the mirror it turned deep and heated. My hands went into his hair, pulling it slightly to get him off of me just a little. He was kissing way too hard... I didn't mind, just...chill.

I pulled away, closing my eyes when he began to kiss my chin, cheek and neck. I felt his hands slowly creep their way up and into my shirt, sending chills down my spin. My eyes opened immediately. I tried to pull away but he wouldn't let me go. "David," I whined uncomfortably.

He groaned against my skin, continuing to kiss up and down my neck. My hands grabbed his hands as they touched my bra strap, pulling them away. "David, stop." I ordered sternly.

David sighed, "Lilly... Why do you keep pushing me away?"

"We've talked about this. I don't want to have sex yet. It's been nearly a month." I walked over to the changing room.

"Then when?" He asked, causing me to stop and stare at him in disbelief. "I mean, you told me you've already done it. So why keep pushing me away?" He came up to me fast, causing my heart to skip a beat- the same way it did when John ran up on me like that. I jumped back in fear, our of pure reflex. "Why won't you let me love you?"

I sighed heavily, rubbing my temples as they pulsed. "The point is I don't want to do anything right now. I'm just not ready okay. Can we not start?"

He pulled me in again and kissed me, his tongue shoved down my throat. I moaned in frustration, "David!" I yelped. "Do not force this. Please..." I begged, a lump forming in my throat.

David stared into my eyes with his big blue pleading eyes. "Okay... Fine, I'm sorry. You just..." He sighed. "You just drive me crazy."

"Thanks. Now go get dressed." I don't like affection. Especially now, I just wanted to get home. I turned and opened the door to get change, of course just my shoes. I'm already wearing all black. But I stopped in my tracks when it suddenly got very dark, as if the sun was blocked out. I turned around and noticed that there was sunlight but a giant shadow from God knows what is blocking it. "What the fucks going on? Is that a blimp or something?"

David went to the window, peaking out carefully. I saw his eyes widen and his face went pale with fear. He turned around, "Go get your shoes on. Go now!"

I've seen movies where shit happens and the stupid girl just stands there asking questions. Eventually she dies. So, I quickly went into the locker room and without even opening the locker, and just began to put on my shoes, leaving everything behind. Including my phone.

David grabbed my hand and we ran out of the dance studio as fast as we could, heading towards the exit. We sped past a couple student who had no clue as to why we were running. "What is going on?"

We came outside and saw a whole bunch of people running in one direction, screaming and panicking. David pulled me in the opposite direction. "What the hell is-" my sentence died in my throat when I saw a giant, floating ship in the sky. My heart jumped in my throat when I looked down and saw an army of...what looked like...robots? "Holy sh-"

"Come on! Don't just stand there!" David said, running towards his car. "Get in!" He yelled.

I jumped in the car and he sped off in the opposite direction. "What the fuck is going on!?" I screamed. "What the fuck are those things?!"

David just drove, speeding off towards God knows what. I watched as people either ran or stared in fear. I grabbed onto whatever I could fine when David hit the break hard, my foot acting as if there was a break as well. He punched the stealing wheel, "Shit!" He cursed at the traffic which was a complete grid lock. He looked back, and saw the crowd of people. "Fuck!"

"We have to go!" I yelled, attempting to open the door. "Unlock my door!"

"Fuck it!" He unlocked the door and we both got out and went into the streets, following where the crowd went. He grabbed my hand and led me through the crowd of cars and people in panic. What the actual fuck is going on? Robots, giant ships floating over the city. Is this it? Is this the end of the world?

We ducked into and ally way and climbed up a fire escape, thinking that heading to higher ground would be safer than staying where all the robots are. "It's like an invasion..." I gasped quietly, the screams and voices echoing in my head of thousands below.

David looked over the edge of the building, "They're... They're taking them..." He shuddered in fear. "They're taking them... Where are they-" he stopped suddenly. "Get down!" He ordered.

I ducked, crawling my way towards him. We both huddled close together, trying to ignore the terrified voices. There were these loud metallic sounds, almost like the sounds from Star Wars when they're shooting at each other. I heard the word 'Kraang' and my mind wondered immediately to April. They were after April. They had to be! Why else would they be here?! April told me about them and I didn't believe her. Now they're here and God knows what they'll do to her...or all those people.

"Kraang must collect human specimen for Kraang." We both heard over some loud speakers.

"I know why they're here..." I said quietly.

"What?" David panted, his arms tight around my shoulders.

"I know why they're here." I repeated. "April..."

"O'Neil? Why would they want her she's just a teenaged girl?"

I've said too much, "No... We have to get to April. I know where she is, but you can't tell anyone I told you about it." I said, grabbing his face and looking him deep in his bright terrified blue eyes. "No one."

He nodded, "Anywhere safe..."

I nodded, holding his hand... "We have to go through the sewers."

"Why?"

"Because she's being protected under ground. Look David, we don't have time to talk about this just follow me." I led him down the fire escape, then we hid behind a dumpster until the robots passed. "Slow and steady... Stealthy..."

"Like a ninja..." He whispered.

I smiled, "Exactly..." I hope the guys are alright. I hope my mothers alright. Oh god my mom... She must be terrified.

I led him down the side walk, there were cars that were flipped and on fire, besides the cars the streets were completely empty. Not a person in sight. Like a scene from a movie- and it was terrifying. And this is real life, movies have happy endings...what if this is it? What if there is none to this?

"Which way is the school?" I asked him, crouching down, hiding ourselves behind a car.

David looked up, noticing the street signs and exactly where we were. He then turned, "That way."

"Where would my house be?"

He thought for a moment, then finally pointed up ahead. "If we go straight, then at the cross walk make a right, your house would be right...there."

I nodded, now I had to think of a plan. And it made me feel horrible but it wasn't about a plan to get there as fast as we can, it was a 'what-if' plan. Meaning, what if one of us gets captured or worse... I have no clue what these things want or what they're going to do if they find us, so I have to think of what-if's. It's just in my nature.

We crossed the street right there, staying as close to the buildings as we could. When we were about to turn the corner onto my street, I noticed a whole bunch of robots- at least 3 or 4- waiting by a bunch of round ships. I cursed, we were blocked. There was no way they were not going to notice us getting by. Now, this is why I think of what-if's so I can be prepared! I'm not fucking prepared! Now I have to think of a new plan.

David looked at the problem, "How are we going to get passed them?"

I huffed, "I have no clue... We could go up this street and just go around. But they'll still see us coming down the street or the rooftops. We'll have to jump from roof top to roof top and I've never done that alone." I said, scratching my sweaty head.

"You've done that with other people?" He asked.

"Um..." Why do I keep saying too much?

When I heard screaming, I decided to sneak a peek at what they were actually doing to with the people they captured. But this screaming was the one I hoped to never hear, it turned my blood cold, and when I looked to see who it was I went pale, suddenly fight the urge to puke everything I had in my stomach. My mother was being pushed into one of those pods, along with John but they can take him for all I cared.

When I heard the screaming stop, I had to cover my mouth to stop the sobs from escaping. A lone tear slid down my cheek... I had to stop myself from feeling. At least for now, I had to stop crying. But I was near unstable when David grabbed me and held me close. I wanted to push him away, I was making too much noise, but he wouldn't let go.

David pulled away, "Hey, listen to me..." He whispered. "I got an idea..." He went into and ally and came back with a giant pipe. "I'll distract them. You go wherever you're gonna go. Stay there and be safe."

I shook my head, "I'm not going anywhere without you. You have no idea what they're going to do." I would feel extremely guilty of something happened to you and I wasn't there.

He stopped me, kissing my forehead, "I'll get away. You just keep running and don't look back. Okay?"

I nodded, not going to argue because the more we were to talk about this shit the less safe I actually was. And although it was selfish, I would rather be safe. No regrets.

David gave me one last kiss, as if he was trying to leave me wanting more. But, I didn't want more, I just wanted to leave and be safe. "I love you..." He said against my lips.

Now, I really wanted to puke. I said nothing. What was I going to say? I didn't love him. I barely loved myself... And I wasn't going to lie. It's been a fucking month, I'm not ready for sex; I'm not ready for those words. Gross...

David ran off, I watched him run up on one of the robots, hitting its legs so that it would fall. Then he began to smash it's head in, stopping all of its movement. "Hey you fuckers! Come get me!" He yelled, waving the pipe around. He turned on his heel and ran down the street, taking all three of the robots with him.

I took a deep breath and began to walk down. I watched as I saw a thing crawl out of the mid section of the robot. What the... It looked at me and made a screeching noise; a horrible noise. Nails on a chalkboard was the only way to describe it. It was brain like, pink with tentacles that acted like feet. It was disturbing to look at. Big eyes, rows of sharp teeth. I looked at the robot and saw its gun thing thrown onto the floor. The creature saw where I looked and screeched even louder, crawling towards the gun. I dived for it, I grabbed it then turned my torso to be able to kick the alien which sent it flying, hitting one of the pods. It fell...almost lifeless.

I stared down at my feet in shock. Did I just kill something? Oh god... I grabbed the gun and picked myself up. I had to move, I couldn't just stand there and cry over a simple alien. Welcome to earth...

I ran down the block, coming up on the ally where the man hole that eventually led to lair was. Adrenaline was coursing through my whole body, I wiped my forehead when I felt the little drops of sweat. This gun was heavy, but I guess they're all heavy... I've never held a gun. I'm probably a lousy shot but hopefully I won't have to use it.

I was looking out for any robots so I could duck into the ally, when suddenly a hand came up and covered my mouth and pulled me all the way in. I dropped the gun and began to kick and punch whoever was behind me. I was then pushed away, "Calm down kid." A gruff voice said. I turned around and saw a rather tall old man stand over me. He was at least 6'4. He brushed the dirt off of his shirt softly, then crouched down to my height. "I'm not going to hurt you." He said softly.

He had very brown eyes, almost a calming almond. He rested his hand on my shoulder and offered a soothing smile, "You hurt?"

I shook my head no.

"How old are you?"

"15..." I said softly, I felt safe with this guy. He looked like he could take a punch, he was built like a boxer.

"Where's your parents?"

I gasped unintentionally. My hand going to my mouth once more, I took a deep breath before saying anything, wiping the tears that tempted to fall. "They took my mom."

He sighed, "You got somewhere safe you can hide?" He asked.

I nodded, "My friend is...special. She's protected by special people. I'm going there."

"Okay good... I'm going with my niece and wife." He stood and turned to hold his, what I'm guess is his niece. She wrapped her arms around his neck and stared down at me with big brown curious eyes. Her dark hair was braided in two braids. "We're taking her to her mom's. But we were stopped by the traffic and had to continue on foot when we noticed all the people running. Do you know what these things are, kid?"

I shrugged, "They're aliens. They're taking people. I don't know where or why? I've been in this situation for almost two hours I guess."

He nodded, "What's that?" He said, motioning to the gun I dropped on the ground.

I turned and picked it up, "It's one of their guns. I took it after..." David busted one of them. "...a friend took one of them down. I took their gun just in case but I've never used it." I handed it to him. "You have a child. Use it when necessary."

"No guns. Marcus, you know exactly how I feel about guns." A woman said, coming from the shadows and holding what I assume to be Marcus's arm. She was very beautiful, from her soft mocha skin to her nice golden eyes. She seemed very nice when she wasn't out in positions like an invasion of earth.

"I know Veronica but..." He took the gun, handing it to her. "I'm not going to let anything happen to you guys."

"You guys be careful." I said softly, hoping in my heart they would be safe.

"Same with you, kid." He said before taking his wife by the hand and running out of the ally way and into the street.

I didn't have time to watch them go, I had to get to safety myself. Once they seemed out of sight, I opened up the manhole as fast as I could, climbing down then covering up the hole without hurting my fingers. I will never get used to the smell. It's disgusting. But I couldn't complain about it this time, because it kept me safe. I was finally safe.

I began to walk down to the train tracks.

I was alone and it was quiet. My mind was wondering again and I didn't have my phone or anything to distract me. So instead I was forced to think about David- where was he, if he was okay, and why I didn't love him back. It wasn't the most important thing to think about but it distracted me from thinking about what they're doing to my him and my mom.

Oh god... What are they doing? Why did they need humans?

As soon as I got to the tracks I fell to my knees... If I lost my mom where would I go? I lost a dad long ago, if anything happens to my mom I couldn't live. I can't go on. My poor mother... "Oh god..." I cried softy, letting the tears fall. "This isn't real... This can't be." But if one of my best friends is a giant mutant ninja turtle I guess anything is possible. And though it seems to be far from reality, aliens abducting humans and taking over earth is just next to normal I guess. But it isn't humane. It isn't right.

Anger suddenly rose in me, causing me to punch the ground out of pure frustration. I couldn't do anything! I should've taken at least one out. I did... That one alien. I took him out. I did. And I hoped it was dead. And I hope that they all died. They took my mother. "They took my mother." I grounded out through gritted teeth. "Mother fuckers!"

As much as I wanted to go up and fight them off, as many and as best as I could I knew I couldn't. I was too weak to even fight off my mother's boyfriend. I picked picked myself off the floor and headed towards the guys' place. If they were they I knew they would do something and if they weren't...I would know they already went into action. Will they save the world? Probably not...

4 mutant turtles saving 7 billion people from an alien race? Far fetch? Yes. Impossible? Absolutely not.

I walked to the entrance to the lair and found no one there. I could almost hear the nothing. There was so much nothing it scared me. "Guys?" I asked. "Guys, are you here?"

I went over to the couch, sitting down when no one called back. I'm safe here for as long as I can be. Maybe they'll come back or maybe they won't... Maybe I'm alone. My worst fear finally becoming a reality...but one thing is for sure.

I will not let this go unpunished.

I know this one was kind of fast pace but after watching the episode "Showdown" over and over again, i noticed that it was also fast paced. I'll try to slow it down next chapter. Ignore the mistakes
