~Lilly's POV~

"Hello!? Anybody in here?"

I woke up to the sound of big heavy boots stomping around my living room and big booming voices. I didn't recognize them, but I wasn't scared. At the point of how I was, I figured might as well get abducted. I didn't care anymore.

I groaned, pushing myself off of the floor, my arms shaking.

I heard the boots stop in my door step, then I soon felt a soft touch on my back. "Bob, we got one!" He yelled. "You okay, miss?"

I groaned, shaking my head. "I got the shit kicked out of me." I coughed, twisting my body into his touch as it grew hard and more reliable.

With one arm he wrapped it around my waist, then the other went underneath my legs. "Hang on now, we'll check on you." I wrapped my arm around this mans coat. It was leather like, bright yellow and red. He was a fireman... That would explain the hat. I could hear the metallic clanking of his equipment with every step he took. "Got one... Looks to be about 13."

I smiled weakly, to lazy to correct him. I look young. That's great.

Next thing I know I'm sitting in the back of an ambulance, this time a paramedic trying to get my attention. "Hello miss... Can you hear me?"

I nodded slowly, a sharp pain in my neck muscle pulsed as I moved it. Slept wrong...

"Do you know you're name?"

I shook my head from the sleep, the soreness coursing throughout my body causing me to cry out. The medic quickly place a hand on my stomach, "Alright, tell me what hurts." He instructed politely.

"Everything, I'm just sore." I groan. "I'm fine really. I wasn't captured or...poisoned or whatever."

The paramedic seemed to just ignore everything I said and began to slap my arm, trying to find something. "Alright, this will sting a bit okay."

My eyes widened when I saw the needle he was holding in his gloved hands. "No!" I yelled, jerking my arms back. "I'm okay really! I'm fine!"

"Don't worry, this is just to keep you hydrated. We'll help you when we get to the hospital, we're just starting out here. Things get packed quickly." He said, stinking that fucking thing in my arm.

I cried out in response, all I wanted to do what pull it out but it was already in. I had to stop moving just or else it'll move inside of me. I can't believe these people are allowed to stab me. I wiped my tears away and took a deep breath when the cold liquid began to course throughout my arm.

The paramedic smiled, "That wasn't so bad."

"You're not the one with a fear of needles." I sniffed, not able to even look at my arm.

He chuckled, "So, how old are you really?"

"I'm 15."

"Have you suffered any head trauma?" He asked, taking a small light to my eyes.

"No."

"You know what state you're in?"

"New York."

"Do you know what happened?"

"Um, aliens... Are they gone?"

He nodded, "They had a giant ship. And it fell into the ocean. Everyone in it escaped. Look..." He shifted himself and pointed to the street. People were sitting on the street, ambulance after ambulance, paramedics everywhere, firemen, police- everyone was helping everyone... Horrific to see how many people were effected, but beautiful to see how everyone came together to take care of everyone else. "The hospital is packed. So we're starting here. Depending on the injuries."

I sighed, "I'm fine. I just want to see my mom. We...we can't afford a hospital bill. Okay? So this... Is the limit. I'm fine, really. Just sore."

He stared at me understandingly, "Alright... Just hang tight." He said tapping my knees.

I don't know how long I waited, I don't know how long I had that thing in my arm. Waiting waiting waiting... But my mother never showed up, nor did John. No one came... When the whole bag of whatever fluid was done, he finally took the needle out of my arm and placed it in a plastic container. "Do you have someone to stay with? Because I can't just let you stay all by yourself."

I nodded, holding my arm wound. I'm never going to forget I've been technically stabbed. "I have a place in mind. Friends that'll let me stay."

He nodded, "Alright. And are you sure you're feeling well?"

"Yes." I said.

He placed a small cotton ball then taped it to my arm. "You're free to go." He said with a soft smile. "Take care. And be safe. There's going to be a curfew set in place for the next couple of months. Police are going to be everywhere just in case. An invasion starts and ends in one day? A little too fishy for the government."

I nodded, "Thanks for the heads up. Good luck here." He let me go and I immediately started to walk towards the manhole cover.

Hopefully the guys were back, hopefully April and everyone was safe. And hopefully I wouldn't get my ass beat when it saw Mr. O'Neil. If Raph was there pretty sure I was safe. I just wanted to relax. This day has been a fucking shit show.

Kraang. April's fucking dad. My mom. And David... Oh shit. I wonder if he's okay. Now that everyone isn't dead and shit I have to eventually get back to reality and fucking tell him something.

"Hey David, I don't love you but thanks." I said out loud. "Oh my god! That sounds horrible."

Fuck it, I'm alive. I shouldn't be stressed about anything. I'm fucking alive. I survived going back and forth. No one touched me. I wonder about that family I ran into- if they all were okay and where they needed to be. I hope everyone was okay... Except John. I couldn't give two shits about whether or not he's in one piece.

I got to the lair and heard a whole bunch of noise coming from the dojo. What's going on? The living room was empty, but all the noise was coming from the dojo. It was like a party. So snuck up the few steps to the dojo and peaked through the crack in the sliding doors.

"Lillian?"

I jumped and gasped when I saw Master Splinter standing there with a small cup in his hand. "Splinter... Oh thank god you're alright!" I exclaimed, throwing my arms around him.

He cleared his throat at first but then chuckled softly and wrapped and arm around my back. "I'm happy to see you too. Kirby told us about his attack on you, are you alright?"

I pulled away, "I'm sore. He kicked the crap out of me. But I'm fine."

"That is good to hear. He was very worried about you. He wasn't in the right of mind when it happened. He was under the control of the Kraang." He explained, placing a hand on my shoulder. "He's very sorry for everything."

"Mind control?" I asked. THERE'S AN EXCUSE FOR EVERYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE!

"I'm sure you'll be happy to hear everything is back to normal." He smiled warmly. Then before entering the dojo he stopped, "Everyone is celebrating. After all, my sons did save the world."

"Wait, they stopped the invasion?" I asked when he entered the room. "Are you kidding me?!"

I saw everyone dancing. And more importantly I saw Raphael dancing... I saw him dancing like he didn't care and it warmed my heart to be honest. It did. Because I knew he was confident and didn't give a fuck if he looked like he was choking on a piece of pizza- he was dancing.

April stopped when she saw me standing there. "Lilly!" She shouted running over to me.

She gave me the tightest hug she's ever given me. I couldn't even move my arms to hug her back. "Hey April..." I choked out.

The music suddenly stopped and everyone turned their attention on me. Mikey was the next to give me a hug. Then it was Leo and Donnie.

"We're all glad to see you're okay." Donnie chuckled, patting my back.

April wiped her eyes, "I'm so sorry my dad did what he did."

I laughed, "Are you crying!?" I gathered her in my arms again to silence her. "You don't need to apologize. Splinter already explained."

"Doesn't mean I can't cry."

"Shut up." I chuckled, kissing her cheek. "I missed you too."

Mikey pulled me away from April and led me to the couch, "You have to tell me everything that you did. Did you get capture by the Kraang? What did they do to you? Did they put you in the same pod we were put in? Did you see us? Did you fight-"

"Chill out, Mikey!" I laughed.

He sat me down on the couch, April sat right next to me, Donnie next to her, Leo across from me right next to Mikey and Raph...was being fucking weird... He wasn't even looking at me. What the hell? Plus he sat down far away from me... Okay...?

"Okay, I was with David when it all started. We were dodging shit and driving fast like we were in a movie with Vin Diesel. It was epic... But there was so much traffic so we had to run on foot because there were robots right behind us..." I explained quickly, my heart racing while I did so. "So then we continued to run and shit and I was thinking about you guys. I was thinking where to be safe. And I knew you guys wouldn't care if I came. I didn't tell him don't worry but I told him we had to go in the sewers... But we couldn't because they were taking everyone, right?"

April laughed and placed a hand on my knee. "Take a breath, dude."

"Sorry. It's just..." I fanned my face when I felt myself getting flushed. "Okay. Anyways, David..." I stopped, looking up and just staring at Leo who anticipated the rest of my story. "He..." Said he loved me and boy did he mean it. And I'm the horrible girlfriend that said nothing. I could've just told him bye. That's how bad I am. I would've said bye. "Oh shit..."

April suddenly frowned, "What? Did he get captured?"

I covered my face, "No idea... He wanted me to be safe so he said he would distract like three or four of those things so I could run. Then he said..."

April caught my silence as something big. Thank god she understood so I would have to explain it. "He did!?" She shouted. "What'd you say?"

"Nothing... He just left after that and did what he said he was going to do."

Leo stopped me, "Whoa... I'm lost. What did he do?"

Donnie cleared his throat, "Um... Shut up Leo..."

I sighed, "Sorry Leo, but that's another story." Leo slumped back in his seat. "Anyways, he distracted them... I started running but then I saw one of them crawl out of their bodies. Is that normal?"

Donnie nodded, "Yes, they're really weird looking, huh? They look like brains, right?"

"Right! It was like screeching. So gross! But I kicked the shit out of it for a gun. One of those big black ones they used. Doubt he could've used it looking like that. I was just about to come to your place when this guy grabbed me out of nowhere!"

"Who?" Raph finally spoke. Welcome back you weirdo.

"Some dude. He was with his family... He was just making sure I was okay. I told him I was...oh yeah! I forgot to mention. The Kraang took my mom."

Everyone gasped.

"Really?" April asked. "Oh god... Is she okay?"

I shrugged, "I haven't seen her since they took her. But back to the guy, I gave him the gun and told him good luck. Then I came here. Then I quickly left because of your dad."

April frowned again, "I'm sorry..."

"It's okay."

"He was really upset about that, you know?" Donnie added softly. "He never wanted to actually hurt you."

"My dad couldn't hurt a fly. He's too soft."

I smiled at the both of them, "I know. Don't worry. I'm not mad. I mean I was... At everything. The Kraang, at David, and myself... I thought it was the end of the world."

"Well it wasn't! Because we save the world!" He shouted, jumping up from his seat.

"I heard. I still can't believe it." I said breathlessly, shaking my head in disbelief. "That's... Wow... You know if you really think about it you guys are like batman and his bat-family."

Leo chuckled smoothly, "Well, since I'm the leader... I guess that means I'm batman."

Raph laughed, "If anything I am batman. One, we share the same anger. So..."

"Well if you're going by anger, then I should be batman because we both have excellent minds and gadgets." Donnie chimed in with a smile.

"I'm batman." Mikey jumped.

"Mikey..." Raph sighed, rubbing his temples. "If I had a week I wouldn't be able to tell you all the reasons on why that wouldn't work."

They all continued to bicker back and forth after that. Jesus, they act like they're actually going to turn into the Batman if they say that Batman matches their personality. Well, if we're being honest- Mikey can't be Batman. He's too happy.

I stood, "Alright, shut up!" I yelled with a smile on my face, suddenly feeling lucky to have these guys as friends. "Mikey, you're the Flash- Wally West. Leo, you're Superman- the leader of the Justice League. Raph, you are Batman. And Donnie, you're...um... Who are you?"

Raph laughed, "Yeah Don, who are you?"

I bit my lip, "You can be Cyborg? How's that? He basically the smartest. Unless you want to be Nightwing?"

Donnie sighed, "You know what... I think there's no super hero for me."

"Well... There's Iron Man. He's really smart. Or... Or Red Robin- he uses a bo staff."

Raph snorted softly, "How do you know all of these superheros?"

"I have Netflix." That sounds like it would explain, enough but I knew it wasn't enough for these guys. "There's a lot of super hero shit on there. I watch when I'm bored." I said with a shrug.

"You're weird."

"Says the giant turtle."

"Touché."

For the next couple of hours we talked about how they saved the world. I learned April actually got captured and she was even experimented on. She didn't really go into detail, and if we're being honest I didn't want her to if she was going to get uncomfortable. I completely understand. Raph was still being weird. I sat next to him and he scooted over as if trying to avoid me. Fine buttwipe ...be that way. I wonder if I did anything. Hmm... Nope I'm perfect.

Everyone got quiet, and I finally stood up and grunted, "Too much silence. Let's do something loud!"

"Well, what do you want to do?" April asked.

I turned to Raph and grinned playfully. At first he had a look of confusion on his face, but then his eyes suddenly widened in fear, and his head shook furiously back and forth. "No. No. No no no. Lilly, no. Absolutely not!" He stood up and began to walk away.

I quickly followed him, throwing my arms around his neck and lifting my feet off of the ground so all of my weight would cause him to stop. "Please Raph! Why else have we been practicing all these days?"

"You told me we could show them but only if I wanted to. I don't want to." He growled, stopping in his tracks. "Get off me."

"Oh but Raph, I'm so proud of the dance because it was all my creation. I made it and taught you. Please! You don't even have to put on a smile, just let me show them how well you dance." I dropped down from my embrace and pouted. "Please Raph, you'll be my best friend..."

Raph stopped for a moment, almost as if he was beaten. "Nope, still not worth it."

"Raph! Please! Please! I'll love you forever." I promised desperately.

"Come on, Raph. Give in. We promise not to make fun of you." Donnie chuckled.

I pointed at Leo who was struggling not to say anything. "Remember what I did to you last time. This time will be worse because I'll make you show Splinter everything that I showed you." I threatened through gritted teeth. Ain't nobody messing with Raphie today. I really want him to do this. "Please Raphael..."

"I don't know..." He whined.

"Look, I saw you dancing in the dojo not too long ago. I was so proud of you." I said with a proud grin. "If you could do that without anyone teaching you then you can do what I taught you. Please..." I grabbed his hands, not realizing just how big they actually were. "I'll give you a kiss if you do." I said as my last resort.

Raph straighten up, his hands suddenly becoming very warm and... Did my eyes deceive me? Was that blush coming up from underneath Raph's mask? I smell a victory coming soon... His brothers all began 'woo-ing' causing him to growl and yell, "Shut up!" He then turned back to me and cleared his throat. "You aren't serious are you?"

"As a heart attack."

"And...um... Where would the kiss be?" He asked shyly. Awe! He's so cute!

I giggled, "Cheek, if you dance lazily. Go full out and I may just kiss you right on the lips." I smiled.

Raph stared at me as if to check and see if I was lying. Then after a while he finally sighed, "Fine."

I giggled happily, "Great. Donnie... I need something loud. Do you think you could hook me up?"

Donnie chuckled, "Oh I'll get the loudest thing I have."

Donnie got his laptop along with an attached speaker. I was so giddy I could barely stay still. I began to search up the song on the internet since I was almost positive that Donnie didn't have Beyoncé on his computer. Or maybe he did...who knows.

I began to play the song and I could feel the embarrassment radiate off of Raph. He's a good dancer, I have no idea why he could be this embarrassed. Maybe my secret weapon will help him relax at least a tiny bit. "Mikey," I called. Mikey skipped over with a smile like always, "I need a favor. Remember that video I sent you?" He nodded. "Did you do it?" He nodded again with a smile. "Do it with us then."

He shrugged, "I don't know when to start."

I gave him a clap on the shoulder, "Catch up." I then went over to Raph who covered his face with his hands. "Stop. Look at me the entire time."

"Doesn't help." He moaned.

I grabbed his hands, "Remember how we start. Ready?"

Originally, we would start hard, fast. But Raphael never caught it so I had to change and slow everything down. So now, instead of hip hop, we're dancing like its a salsa dance. Step back, step forward, step back, step forward, hands grabbing mine and my waist, stop counting and loosen up, remember the hips, don't be afraid. Just look at me...

Raph's eyes were locked on mine and I could see the fear in them as we danced together. His hands were getting very warm, I could tell he was very warm in the face as well. He raised his arm to turn me and I laughed. How could he hate this? I felt him loosen... Finally! His arms began to push and pull exactly how I taught him, his eyes were still wondering down. At one point I had to let go of his shoulder and lift his chin when he tempted to look down. "Trust your feet." I said as he spun me once more.

Now that the salsa was done, it was time for the hip hop. Let's see if I taught him well...

We jumped out and I loved seeing his reaction when he saw Mikey doing the exact same thing from across the room. Suddenly the 'girly' moves he made fun of came pretty easy to him. Push out, pull in, kick ball change, kick ball change, jump out, pull me back in and then step back and forward, back and forward. Easy steps anyone could have got but he was doing something I didn't teach him. The moves were his. Wow! He was adding something new every now and then. When we would break apart, he would actually smile and maybe even laugh. But one things for sure, his energy affected everyone in that room. Both him and I danced and laughed and he was leading.

Mikey stopped when he finished all he knew and just stood there for a while as we danced together, slowly coming to an end.

When the queue that signaled us to stop dancing came, I threw my arms around him and squealed in happiness. He barely even wrapped an arm around me, leaving me just basically hanging off of him. I heard a small applause behind me, and Mikey came over and pulled me off of Raph. His arms wrapped around my waist as he picked me up and laughed, "That was great! You guys were awesome! You were the best!"

I yelped, "Mikey, put me down! I'm heavy!"

Mikey placed me back on my own two feet but never let me go. "You were great." He hummed, nuzzling my back with his face causing me to giggle.

"Well I'd be mad if I wasn't great. I came up with the dance." I laughed.

Leo stood up with a chuckle, "You taught Mikey?" I shook my head. "Mikey how'd you know the dance?"

Raph turned, the smile never leaving his face. "Yeah... How did you know the dance?"

"I recorded us dancing it and sent it to Mikey. He learned from that." I turned and hugged Mikey. "He learns fast just like you." I said squishing his face in my chest. He's such a cutie.

"And you taught Raph? As in, gave him orders? And he followed?"

I nodded, "I didn't really give him orders. I sorta just danced and showed him and he copied."

Leo nodded, "I gotta say, that wasn't what I was expecting at all. You should be on Broadway, Raph."

Raph playfully pushed Leo's arm, "Don't get ahead of yourself. I didn't even want to show you guys."

I smiled, "But you did and you did amazing. I'm proud of you my student."

Raph snorted and shook his head, "Yeah whatever..."

April laughed, "You should teach all of the guys at once."

Raph shook his head again, "No more. Only on special occasions. Like next time we save the world." He laughed, holding his hand out so Leo could slap it. Then he threw his arm around his brothers shoulders and laughed cockily.

I smirked, "Don't get cocky now."

"We save the world, I get bragging rights."

"I guess..."
